Description

The present invention relates to fittings.

Conventionally, it has been known to insert a gap adjusting member such as a spacer in order to close a gap and firmly attach the frame of a fitting to a mounting surface such as a building frame or an existing frame of a refurbished fitting. (See, for example, Patent Document 1).

Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2015-145570

Since the spacer cannot be inserted after finishing the interior of the building, the spacer installation is limited to the frame installation work. However, after attaching the frame, it may be necessary to insert or add spacers. In addition, depending on how the fittings are attached, it may not be possible to insert the spacer. Therefore, there has been a demand for a gap adjusting member that can be easily arranged between the frame and the mounted surface and can adjust the gap between the frame and the mounted surface even after the frame is mounted.

In the present invention, the gap adjusting member (for example, the gap adjusting member 5 described later) is arranged between the mounted surface of the skeleton (for example, the skeleton 10 described later) or the attached surface of the existing frame and the frame body (for example, the frame body 2 described later). ) (For example, the fitting 1 described later), and the gap adjusting member is from the inner prospective surface (for example, the inner prospective surface 21a described later) to the outer prospective surface (for example, the outer prospective surface described later) of the frame body. The end of the shaft portion (for example, the shaft portion 512 described later) is inserted toward the surface 21b) and screwed in the thickness direction of the frame body, and the end portion of the shaft portion (for example, the shaft portion 512 described later) is attached to the outer prospective surface of the frame body. The present invention relates to a fitting comprising an adjusting screw (for example, an adjusting screw 51 described later) that protrudes and exposes a head (for example, the head 511 described later) to the inner prospective surface of the frame body.

The gap adjusting member is arranged so as to face the mounted surface and the outer prospective surface of the frame body, and is a flat plate-shaped widening portion (for example, described later) that can abut on the end portion of the shaft portion. It is preferable to have a widening portion 524).

The widening portion is preferably a leaf spring (for example, a leaf spring 52 described later) attached to the outer prospective surface of the frame body.

According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a fitting that can be easily arranged between a frame body and a mounted surface and that the gap between the frame body and the mounted surface can be adjusted even after the frame body is mounted. ..

As shown in FIG. 2, the upper horizontal frame 21 is fixed to the skeleton 10 with a long shaft screw, and a slight gap S is formed between the upper horizontal frame 21 and the skeleton 10 due to a mounting error or the like. ing. The gap adjusting member 5 is located in the vicinity of the screw for fixing the upper horizontal frame 21 to the skeleton, and is arranged in the gap S between the mounted surface of the skeleton 10 and the upper horizontal frame 21. As shown in FIG. 1, a plurality of gap adjusting members 5 are arranged at intervals along the upper horizontal frame 21. The gap adjusting member 5 has an adjusting screw 51, a leaf spring 52, a back plate 53, and a back plate fastening 54.

The adjusting screw 51 is inserted from the inner prospective surface 21a of the upper horizontal frame 21 toward the outer prospective surface 21b, and is screwed in the thickness direction of the upper horizontal frame 21. The head portion 511 of the adjusting screw 51 is exposed on the inner prospective surface 21a of the upper horizontal frame 21. The shaft portion 512 of the adjusting screw 51 has a flat tip side and is not sharp. The shaft portion 512 of the adjusting screw 51 extends in the vertical direction through the gap S, and the tip of the shaft portion 512 protrudes from the outer prospective surface 21b of the upper horizontal frame 21 in a state of being attached to the upper horizontal frame 21.

3A shows a top view of the gap adjusting member 5, FIG. 3B shows a side view, FIG. 3C shows a bottom view, and FIG. 3D shows a front view. The leaf spring 52 is a flat plate spring made of metal, and is attached to the outer prospective surface 21b of the upper horizontal frame 21. The leaf spring 52 has a mounting surface 521, a rising portion 522, an inclined portion 523, and a widening portion 524.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 (a) to 3 (c), the mounting surface 521 is a flat plate having a substantially rectangular shape in a plan view, and has two circular screw holes 521a and 521b along the longitudinal direction. It is formed adjacent to each other. Threaded grooves are formed in these screw holes 521a and 521b along the inner peripheral surface, and an adjusting screw 51 is screwed into one screw hole 521a and a back plate fastener 54 described later is screwed into the other screw hole 521b. Will be done. The lower surface of the mounting surface 521 abuts on the outer prospective surface 21b of the upper horizontal frame 21. The mounting surface 521 has a bent end 521c that bends upward on one end side in the longitudinal direction. The bent end 521c is formed to have a size slightly larger than that of the back plate 53, which will be described later.

As shown in FIG. 3B, the rising portion 522 is formed by being bent from the mounting surface 521 so as to extend in the vertical direction from the other end portion in the longitudinal direction of the mounting surface 521. The rising portion 522 stands upward on the side facing the bent end 512c of the mounting surface 521.

As shown in FIG. 3B, the inclined portion 523 extends continuously from the upper end of the rising portion 522, bends toward the side covering the mounting surface 521, and inclines upward.

The widening portion 524 is a flat plate-like surface that extends from the upper end of the inclined portion 523 and extends substantially parallel to the mounting surface 521 in a natural state. The widening portion 524 expands the area in which the gap adjusting member 5 contacts the mounted surface as compared with the case where only the end portion of the shaft portion 512 of the adjusting screw is in contact with the mounted surface, and the end of the shaft portion 512. It is wider than the area of the part. As shown in FIG. 3A, the combined area of the inclined portion 523 and the widening portion 524 is about half of the mounting surface 521, and the mounting surface 521, the rising portion 522, the inclined portion 523 and the widening portion 524 are integrated. It is continuously formed of metal plates.

The widening portion 524 is arranged so as to face the attached surface of the skeleton 10 and the outer prospective surface 21b of the upper horizontal frame 21 in a state where the gap adjusting member 5 is attached to the gap S. Further, the widening portion 524 is arranged so as to be able to come into contact with the end portion of the shaft portion 512 of the adjusting screw 51 in a state where the gap adjusting member 5 is attached to the gap S. Since the widening portion 524 is bent in the direction in which the rising portion 522 and the inclined portion 523 intersect with the mounting surface 521, the widening portion 524 becomes easy to bend in the direction toward or away from the mounting surface 521 (vertical direction) due to the elasticity of the metal. There is.

The back plate 53 is a thin rectangular parallelepiped plate, and the end portion in the longitudinal direction is arranged closer to the bent end 521c side of the mounting surface 521 of the leaf spring 52. As shown in FIG. 3D, the width direction of the back plate 53 is substantially the same as the width direction of the mounting surface 521 of the leaf spring 52, and the longitudinal direction is 70 to 90% of the mounting surface 521. Has a length. The back plate 53 is slightly thinner than the thickness direction dimension of the bent end 521c and the rising portion 522 of the mounting surface 521.

As shown in FIG. 3B, the back plate 53 is formed with screw holes 531a and 513b at positions corresponding to the screw holes 521a and 521b formed on the mounting surface 521. A screw groove is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the screw holes 531a and 513b of the back plate 53, and the adjusting screw 51 and the back plate fastener 54 described below can be screwed. By screwing the adjusting screw 51 into the screw hole 531a of the back plate 53, the adjusting screw 51 is fixed to the upper horizontal frame 21 and the mounting surface 521.

The back plate fastener 54 is a screw having a shorter shaft portion than the adjusting screw 51. The length of the shaft portion of the back plate fastener 54 corresponds to the thickness of the back plate 53. The back plate fastener 54 is screwed into the screw hole 521b formed on the bent end 521c side of the screw holes 521a and 521b formed on the mounting surface 521 to fix the mounting surface 521 and the back plate 53.

4 (a) to 4 (c) are explanatory views of a usage state of the gap adjusting member 5. The mounting method and the usage state of the gap adjusting member 5 will be described with reference to FIGS. 4 (a) to 4 (c). FIG. 4A shows a mounting state when the gap S between the skeleton 10 and the upper horizontal frame 21 is large, and FIG. 4B shows a case where the gap S is smaller than in the case of FIG. 4A. 4 (c) shows a case where the gap S is smaller than that in the cases of FIGS. 4 (a) and 4 (b).

As shown in FIG. 4A, when the gap S between the skeleton 10 and the upper horizontal frame 21 is large, the adjusting screw 51 is attached to the screw hole 521a of the mounting surface 521 and the screw hole 531a of the back plate 53 while being attached. The shaft portion 512 is inserted from the inner prospective surface 21a of the upper horizontal frame 21 into the outer prospective surface 21b, and is projected toward the skeleton 10 side as much as possible. In this state, the tip of the shaft portion 512 pushes up the widening portion 524, and the widening portion 524 bends upward from the inclined portion 523 so as to abut on the upper horizontal frame 21. In the state of FIG. 4A, the widening portion 524, which is the leaf spring 52, closes the gap S and connects the upper horizontal frame 21 and the skeleton 10.

As shown in FIG. 4 (b), when the gap S between the skeleton 10 and the upper horizontal frame 21 is smaller than the state of FIG. 4 (a), the adjusting screw 51 is slightly inserted into the inner prospective surface of the upper horizontal frame 21. Screw toward the skeleton 10 side while leaving it on the 21a side. The widening portion 524 is pushed by the tip of the adjusting screw 51 to close the gap S, and connects the upper horizontal frame 21 and the skeleton 10. In this way, by moving the adjusting screw 51 to the skeleton 10 side and adjusting the length of projecting the adjusting screw 51 to the outer prospective surface 21b of the upper horizontal frame 21, the widening portion 524 comes into contact with the skeleton 10 and closes the gap S. The distance can be adjusted.

As shown in FIG. 4 (c), when the gap S between the skeleton 10 and the upper horizontal frame 21 is smaller than the state of FIG. 4 (b), the adjusting screw 51 is attached to the inner prospective surface 21a of the upper horizontal frame 21. Leave a lot in. The widening portion 524 of the leaf spring 52 is pushed by the skeleton 10 and bends toward the mounting surface 521, closes the gap S as if crushed, and connects the upper horizontal frame 21 and the skeleton 10.

According to this embodiment, the following effects are achieved.
In the present embodiment, the fitting 1 is configured to include a gap adjusting member 5 arranged between the mounted surface of the skeleton 10 and the upper horizontal frame 21. Further, the gap adjusting member is inserted from the inner prospective surface 21a of the upper horizontal frame 21 toward the outer prospective surface 21b, and is screwed in the thickness direction of the upper horizontal frame 21. The end portion protrudes from the outer prospective surface 21b of the upper horizontal frame 21, and the head portion 511 is configured by the adjusting screw 51 exposed to the inner prospective surface 21a of the upper horizontal frame 21.
By screwing the adjusting screw 51 from the inner prospective surface 21a of the upper horizontal frame 21 toward the outer prospective surface 21b toward the skeleton 10 and adjusting the screwing length, the end of the adjusting screw 51 becomes the upper horizontal frame 21. The shaft portion of the adjusting screw 51 protrudes from the outer side prospect surface 21b and extends in a direction of closing the gap S between the upper horizontal frame 21 and the skeleton 10. As a result, the upper horizontal frame 21 is connected to the skeleton 10 via the shaft portion of the adjusting screw 51. Since the adjusting screw 51 can be attached from the inner prospective surface 21a side of the upper horizontal frame 21, the gap adjusting member 5 can be attached even after the upper horizontal frame 21 is attached. By changing the length of screwing the adjusting screw 51 from the inner prospective surface 21a of the upper horizontal frame 21, the distance between the gap S between the upper horizontal frame 21 and the mounted surface can be easily adjusted. Since the spacing of the gap S can be adjusted from the inside of the inner prospective surface 21a of the upper horizontal frame 21 by the adjusting screw 51, it is necessary to insert the spacer of another member during the mounting of the upper horizontal frame 21. Workability is improved because there is no more.

In the present embodiment, the gap adjusting member 5 is arranged so as to face the mounted surface and the outer prospective surface 21b of the upper horizontal frame 21, and is a flat plate-shaped widening portion capable of contacting the end portion of the shaft portion 512. It was configured to include 524.
Since the widening portion 524 can abut on the upper horizontal frame 21 in a wider area than the end portion of the shaft portion 512 of the adjusting screw 51, it is possible to prevent the shaft portion 512 of the adjusting screw 51 from biting into the skeleton 10. Further, since the area where the gap adjusting member 5 abuts on the mounted surface of the skeleton 10 becomes large, the skeleton 10 and the upper horizontal frame 21 can be more firmly connected.

In the present embodiment, the widening portion 524 is configured by a leaf spring attached to the outer prospective surface 21b of the upper horizontal frame 21. Since the widening portion 524 is a leaf spring 52, a repulsive force is generated when the widening portion 524 abuts on the shaft portion of the adjusting screw 51 and repels the skeleton 10 side, or is pressed by the skeleton 10 and bends toward the upper horizontal frame 21 side. While pressing the skeleton 10 side. Therefore, the skeleton 10 and the upper horizontal frame 21 can be more strongly connected to each other.

Although the preferred embodiment of the present invention has been described above, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment and can be appropriately modified.
In the above embodiment, the gap adjusting member 5 has a leaf spring 52, but is not limited to this. There may be a configuration in which the leaf spring 52 is not provided and only the shaft portion of the adjusting screw 51 extends into the gap S between the skeleton 10 and the upper horizontal frame 21 to close the gap S. In this case, it is desirable to make the tip of the shaft portion flat.

Further, in the above embodiment, the building frame 10 has been described as an example of the mounted surface, but the present invention is not limited to this. In the refurbished fitting, the existing frame may be used as the mounting surface, the frame may be used as the frame of the new frame, and may be used as a spacer arranged in the gap S between the existing frame and the new frame.
