Description
The present invention relates to a vinyl chloride resin composition and a molded product formed from the composition.
Chlorine-containing resins such as polyvinyl chloride resins are used for various purposes after being processed and molded by adding various additives such as stabilizers, lubricants, plasticizers, colorants and modifiers. Has been done. The chlorine-containing resin has problems in transparency, releasability, and heat resistance, and the chlorine-containing resin may be decomposed by heat during processing and use. In the chlorine-containing resin composition, a liquid stabilizer is used in order to improve these problems (Patent Document 1). Of these issues, mold releasability has a large effect on product productivity and tends to be emphasized. Usually, by increasing the amount of the liquid stabilizer added, the mold releasability from the mold is improved. However, when the amount of the liquid stabilizer added is increased, there is a problem that the transparency of the obtained resin composition is lowered. Therefore, there is a problem that only an amount of liquid stabilizer that can secure transparency can be used in the resin composition used for films and sheets that require transparency. There is a demand for a composition that can be suitably used for films and sheets that require transparency and that has improved mold releasability.

<Evaluation>
The following evaluations were carried out using the vinyl chloride resin compositions obtained in Examples 1 to 4 and Comparative Examples 1 to 4. The results are shown in Table 1.
1. 1. The weight of the mold releasable vinyl chloride resin was 3 kg, and the vinyl chloride resin compositions of each Example and Comparative Example were prepared.
More specifically, each material was put into a Henschel mixer (manufactured by Nippon Coke Industries Co., Ltd., product name: FM type Henschel mixer), mixed with wings rotated at 2000 rpm, and when the temperature of the mixture reached 120 ° C. It was discharged from the Henschel mixer. The discharged mixture was kneaded using a lab plast mill (manufactured by TOYOSEIKI) for 10 minutes under the conditions of a temperature of 190 ° C., a rotation speed of 40 rpm, and a filling amount of 62 g. After kneading, the mold was disassembled and the releasability of the kneaded product was evaluated according to the following criteria.
1: Resin sticks to the mold and is difficult to remove 2: Resin sticks to the mold but can be easily removed 3: Resin sticks to the mold slightly but can be easily removed 4: There is no sticking to the mold and it can be easily removed.
2. 2. Press Transparency The vinyl chloride resin compositions obtained in each Example and Comparative Example were subjected to an 8-inch roll machine (manufactured by KANSAI ROLL) in which the roll surface temperature was adjusted to 175 ° C. and the roll gap was 0.3 mm to 0.5 mm. The mixture was kneaded for 5 minutes to prepare a roll sheet having a thickness of 0.3 mm. 20 sheets of the obtained sheets were stacked and held at 100 kg / cm 2 for 10 minutes using a press machine (manufactured by TOYOSEIKI, product name: MINI TEST PRESS-10) in which the surface temperature was set to 160 ° C. Then, a test piece was prepared. Next, the haze value (turbidity) of the obtained test piece was measured with a spectrocolorimeter (manufactured by Nippon Denshoku Kogyo Co., Ltd., product name: SQ-2000) and used as an index of transparency.
All of the vinyl chloride resin compositions obtained in Examples 1 to 4 had excellent mold releasability. Furthermore, the haze value was low, and both excellent releasability and transparency were achieved. On the other hand, in the vinyl chloride resin compositions obtained in Comparative Examples 1 to 4, the resin adhered to the mold, and it was difficult to remove the resin from the mold. There was also room for improvement in transparency.
The vinyl chloride resin composition of the present invention can be used for molded products such as films and sheets. In particular, it can be suitably used as a film for food packaging.
