(化粧シート)
図2に示すように、本発明の実施形態に係る化粧シート10は、基材1と、基材1の表面1d側に設けられた絵柄模様層2と、絵柄模様層2の表面2c側に設けられた表面保護層3とを備えている。化粧シート10の厚さは40μm以上300μm以下が好ましい。
(Cosmetic sheet)
As shown in FIG. 2, the decorative sheet 10 according to the embodiment of the present invention is on the base material 1, the pattern layer 2 provided on the surface 1d side of the base material 1, and the surface 2c side of the pattern layer 2. It is provided with the provided surface protective layer 3. The thickness of the decorative sheet 10 is preferably 40 μm or more and 300 μm or less.

(Base material)
The base material 1 is a moisture-proof sheet-like layer. Moisture resistance is a property that does not allow water vapor to pass through. As the base material 1, for example, a moisture-proof paper having two paper base materials 1a and 1b and a moisture-proof resin layer 1c arranged between the two paper base materials 1a and 1b can be used. As the paper base materials 1a and 1b, for example, inter-paper reinforced paper containing a resin between the cellulose fibers can be adopted. The inter-paper reinforced paper preferably contains 50% by mass or more of cellulose fibers. The thickness of the inter-paper reinforced paper is preferably 15 μm or more and 60 μm or less. The basis weight of the paper substrate 1a on the front surface 1d side of the substrate 1 is preferably about 30 g / m 2 , and the basis weight of the paper substrate 1b on the back surface 1e side is preferably about 23 g / m 2 .

The moisture-proof resin layer 1c is a layer made of a moisture-proof resin that does not allow water vapor (moisture) to pass through. As the moisture-proof resin, a thermoplastic resin such as an olefin resin having a melting point in the range of 100 ° C. or higher and 200 ° C. or lower is preferable. The thickness of the moisture-proof resin layer 1c is preferably 20 μm or more and 70 μm or less.
By using the moisture-proof paper as the base material 1, it is possible to prevent water vapor from passing from the front surface side to the back surface side of the decorative sheet 10, that is, from the surface protective layer 3 side to the substrate 5 side, and the substrate 5 is deformed by the water vapor. Can be prevented. Further, since the moisture-proof paper is composed of two sheets of paper base materials 1a and 1b and a moisture-proof resin layer 1c, the base material 1 can have a thickness and elasticity. Therefore, the decorative sheet 10 is less likely to wrinkle, and curl of the decorative sheet 10 can be prevented.

(Pattern pattern layer)
The pattern pattern layer 2 is a layer formed on the surface 1d side of the base material 1 and printed or coated with a pattern for imparting design. As the pattern, for example, any pattern such as wood grain, cork, stone grain, tile, pottery, and abstract pattern can be used. The pattern pattern layer 2 is provided on the surface 2c side of the base material 1, covers the entire surface 2c and becomes the base color of the pattern, and is provided on the surface 2c side of the pattern ink layer 2a, other than the base color. It includes a conduit ink layer 2b that represents a pattern. By expressing the pattern with the pattern ink layer 2a and the conduit ink layer 2b, the design of the pattern can be improved, and the decorative sheet 10 can be imparted with high design. Each of the pattern ink layer 2a and the conduit ink layer 2b is formed of a printing ink, a paint, or the like, in which a colorant such as a dye or a pigment is dissolved or dispersed in an appropriate diluting solvent together with an appropriate binder resin. ..

As the binder resin, for example, urethane-based resin, acrylic-based resin, vinyl acetate-based resin, polyimide-based resin, nitrified cotton, or a mixture thereof can be used. The printing ink, paint, etc. are applied by, for example, various printing methods such as a gravure printing method and an offset printing method, and various coating methods such as a gravure coating method and a roll coating method. Further, in order to improve the concealing property of the decorative sheet 10, an opaque printing ink or paint containing a large amount of opaque pigments such as titanium dioxide and iron oxide is provided between the pattern layer 2 and the base material 1. You may.

(Surface protective layer)
The surface protective layer 3 is a sheet-like layer formed on the surface 2c side of the pattern layer 2 and covering the entire pattern layer 2. The surface protective layer 3 is made of a transparent or translucent material so that the pattern of the pattern layer 2 can be seen through the surface protective layer 3. As the material of the surface protective layer 3, a thermosetting resin having a urethane bond is used. As the thermosetting resin having a urethane bond, for example, a urethane resin can be used. Further, a plurality of organic spherical particles 3a are added to the thermosetting resin, and some of the plurality of organic spherical particles 3a are exposed on the surface 3b of the surface protective layer 3. As the organic spherical particles 3a, for example, spherical particles made of an organic substance can be used. As the sphere, for example, a shape surrounded by a curved surface having a smooth surface, such as a true sphere, a spheroid shape obtained by flattening the sphere, or a shape similar to them, can be adopted. Examples of the organic spherical particles 3a include acrylic resin beads and urethane resin beads.

The hardness of the organic spherical particles 3a is 2 or more and 3 or less in terms of Mohs hardness. By setting the Mohs hardness to 2 or more and hardening the surface protective layer 3, the decorative sheet 10 can be made excellent in scratch resistance. Further, by setting the Mohs hardness to 3 or less and limiting the hardness of the surface protective layer 3, it is possible to prevent the object in contact with the decorative sheet 10 from being damaged by the organic spherical particles 3a. Therefore, for example, by forming the storage furniture with the decorative plate 20, it is possible to prevent the surface of the stored item (for example, clothes) from being rubbed by touching the decorative sheet 10, and it is possible to prevent the stored item from deteriorating. Further, by setting the Mohs hardness to 3 or less and limiting the hardness of the surface protective layer 3, deterioration of the blade used during processing can be prevented, and the processability of the decorative sheet 10 can be improved.

Further, the average particle size of the organic spherical particles 3a is preferably 10 μm or more and 40 μm or less. By setting the size to 10 μm or more and increasing the size of the organic spherical particles 3a, it is possible to prevent the organic spherical particles 3a from being buried in the resin component (thermosetting resin), and it is possible to improve the scratch resistance. Further, the decrease in transparency of the surface protective layer 3 can be suppressed, and the pattern can be seen through more clearly. Further, by setting the size to 40 μm or less and limiting the size of the organic spherical particles 3a, it is possible to prevent the organic spherical particles 3a from falling off from the resin component (thermosetting resin) and prevent deterioration of scratch resistance. Further, it is possible to prevent an increase in the surface unevenness of the surface protective layer 3, prevent deterioration of the wiping property of the contaminated component, and improve the stain resistance.

The ratio of the organic spherical particles 3a is preferably 5 parts by mass or more and 50 parts by mass or less with respect to the mass of the thermosetting resin of the surface protective layer 3. By increasing the number of organic spherical particles 3a to 5 parts by mass or more, it is possible to prevent the resin component (thermosetting resin) of the surface protective layer 3 from coming into contact with other objects, and the scratch resistance of the surface protective layer 3 can be suppressed. Can be further improved. Further, by limiting the number of organic spherical particles 3a to 50 parts by mass or less, it is possible to suppress a decrease in the flexibility of the surface protective layer 3 (decorative sheet 10).
Further, the proportion of the portion of the surface 3b of the surface protective layer 3 covered with the organic spherical particles 3a is preferably 5% or more and 50% or less. By setting the content to 5% or more and widening the area of the organic spherical particles 3a, it is possible to prevent the resin component (thermosetting resin) of the surface protective layer 3 from coming into contact with other objects, and the scratch resistance of the surface protective layer 3 can be improved. Can be improved further. Further, by setting the content to 50% or less and limiting the area of the organic spherical particles 3a, it is possible to suppress the deterioration of the design due to the organic spherical particles 3a.

By forming the base material 1f, the base material 1 can be made thinner than, for example, as compared with the case where the paper base materials 1a and 1b are formed of the moisture-proof resin layer 1c.

以下に、本発明の実施形態に係る実施例及び比較例について説明する。なお、本発明は、下記の実施例に限定されるものではない。 Hereinafter, examples and comparative examples according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described. The present invention is not limited to the following examples.

(Example 1)
First, as shown in FIG. 2, thin paper having a basis weight of 30 g / m 2 was prepared as the base material 1. Subsequently, printing ink was applied to the surface 1d of the base material 1 to form the pattern layer 2. As the printing ink, one containing titanium dioxide was used. Subsequently, the surface 2c of the formed pattern layer 2 was coated with a urethane resin to which organic spherical particles 3a were added to form the surface protective layer 3. As the organic spherical particles 3a, acrylic resin beads having a Mohs hardness of 2 or more and 3 or less were used. The average particle size of the organic spherical particles 3a was 10 μm or more and 40 μm or less. The ratio of the organic spherical particles 3a was 25 parts by mass with respect to the mass of the urethane resin of the surface protective layer 3. Further, the proportion of the portion of the surface of the surface protective layer 3 covered with the organic spherical particles 3a was set to 15% or more and 20% or less. The amount of urethane resin applied was set to 5.0 g / m 2 or more and 9.0 g / m 2 or less in terms of dry weight. As a result, the decorative sheet 10 of Example 1 was formed.

(Comparative Example 2)
In Comparative Example 2, as the organic spherical particles 3a, those having a Mohs hardness of 9, that is, those having a Mohs hardness larger than 3, were used. Other than that, the decorative sheet 10 was produced using the same materials and procedures as in Example 1.

(Performance evaluation)
The following performance evaluation tests were performed on the decorative sheets 10 of Examples 1 to 4 and Comparative Examples 1 and 2.
(Scratch resistance test)
In the scratch resistance test, a test was conducted according to JIS K 5600-5-4 scratch hardness (pencil method). That is, using a pencil having a hardness of 3B, 2B, B, HB, F, H, 2H, and 3H, the angle of the pencil was fixed at 45 ± 1 ° with respect to the decorative sheet 10, and a load of 1 kg was applied to the pencil. It was slid in this state and it was observed whether a dent (scratch) was formed on the decorative sheet 10 (surface protective layer 3). Then, the maximum hardness of the pencil in which no dent was confirmed was obtained as a test result.

(Deterioration confirmation test for stored items)
In the stored item deterioration confirmation test, a school vibration test of the decorative sheet 10 was performed. The stored item deterioration confirmation test is a test for evaluating the degree to which the surface of the stored item (for example, clothes) is rubbed by touching the decorative sheet 10 when the storage furniture is formed of the decorative board 20. As the test body, a decorative sheet 10 attached on MDF (medium density fiberboard) by hot pressing with a vinyl acetate diameter adhesive was used. As the friction element, a white cotton cloth specified in JIS L 0803 was used. Then, using a Gakushin tester satisfying the JIS L-0849 standard, the friction was reciprocated 30 times on the test piece with a force of 2N applied to the friction element, and the deterioration state of the friction element was observed. The highest rating is "◎" when the surface of the friction element is not rubbed and the friction element is not deteriorated, and the lowest evaluation is when the surface of the friction element is rubbed and the fibers are cut and the friction element is deteriorated. As "x", four grades of "x", "△", "○", and "◎" were obtained as test results.

(試験結果)
試験結果を表1に示す。
(Test results)
The test results are shown in Table 1.

Figure 0007035547000001
Figure 0007035547000001

表1に示すように、実施例1~4の化粧シート10は、耐傷試験の試験結果が合格ラインである「H」以上となり、収納物劣化確認試験の試験結果が合格ラインである「○」以上となり、耐傷試験と収納物劣化確認試験とに合格した。一方、比較例1~2の化粧シート10は、耐傷試験の試験結果が合格ライン「H」よりも下の「F」以下、または収納物劣化確認試験の試験結果が合格ライン「○」よりも下の「△」以下のいずれかとなった。 As shown in Table 1, in the decorative sheets 10 of Examples 1 to 4, the test result of the scratch resistance test is "H" or higher, which is the pass line, and the test result of the stored item deterioration confirmation test is "○", which is the pass line. As mentioned above, it passed the scratch resistance test and the storage deterioration confirmation test. On the other hand, in the decorative sheets 10 of Comparative Examples 1 and 2, the test result of the scratch resistance test is "F" or less below the pass line "H", or the test result of the stored item deterioration confirmation test is higher than the pass line "○". It became one of the following "△".

Of these, in the decorative sheet 10 of Example 2, since the average particle size of the organic spherical particles 3a is small, most of the organic spherical particles 3a are buried in the surface protective layer 3, and the test result of the scratch resistance test is “H”. Compared with the decorative sheet 10 of Example 1, the scratch resistance was lowered. Further, in the decorative sheet 10 of Example 3, since the ratio of the organic spherical particles 3a is small, the resin component of the surface protective layer 3 easily comes into contact with other objects, and the test result of the scratch resistance test becomes “H”. Compared with the decorative sheet 10 of No. 1, the scratch resistance was lowered. Further, in the decorative sheet 10 of Example 4, since the proportion of the portion covered with the organic spherical particles 3a is small, the resin component of the surface protective layer 3 easily comes into contact with other objects, and the test result of the scratch resistance test is ". It became "H", and the scratch resistance was lowered as compared with the decorative sheet 10 of Example 1.

Further, in the decorative sheet 10 of Comparative Example 1, since the surface protective layer 3 does not contain any organic spherical particles 3a, the resin component of the surface protective layer 3 comes into contact with other objects, and the test result of the scratch resistance test is "F". And failed the scratch resistance test. Further, since the decorative sheet 10 of Comparative Example 2 has a high Mohs hardness of the organic spherical particles 3a, the friction element (white cotton cloth) in contact with the decorative sheet 10 is scratched, and the test result of the stored item deterioration confirmation test is “×”. , And failed the stored item deterioration confirmation test.
Therefore, it was confirmed that the decorative sheets 10 of Examples 1 to 4 are more excellent in scratch resistance than the decorative sheets 10 of Comparative Examples 1 and 2, and can prevent the contacted object from being damaged. In particular, it was confirmed that the decorative sheet 10 of Example 1 had a scratch resistance test result of "3H", which was superior to the decorative sheet 10 of Examples 2 to 4 (test result "H").
