Description

INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The present invention is efficient without stopping water flow in waterway beds and side walls where impacts due to foreign substances such as driftwood and driftwood, cracks and peeling due to aging deterioration of concrete, and inhibition of water flow due to breeding of water algae and weeds occur. Regarding the repair method of waterways that enables the repair of concrete.

Agricultural and industrial waterways, drainage channels of power generation establishments, etc., are damaged by the collision of driftwood and stones, and by freezing in winter, such as cracks in the waterway floor and side walls. These damages gradually spread over time, and water permeates into the ground from the damaged parts and causes the internal sediment to flow out. There are various problems that impair the function of the canal, such as obstruction of sediment, easy accumulation of earth and sand, and obstruction of smooth flow and overflow from the canal. In addition, there is a problem that water algae and weeds gradually propagate on the canal bed and side walls to hinder water flow.

For this reason, it is necessary to repair damage to the canal floor and side walls of the canal, and in the past, repair work was carried out by providing a drainage bypass, blocking the canal and draining water from the canal. However, there is a drawback that construction is impossible if the drainage bypass cannot be provided due to the surrounding conditions.
Therefore, the work container A having a structure in which the ceiling and the bottom surface are open is sunk in the open channel B so that the bottom surface is brought into close contact with the bottom surface of the open channel B, the water in the work container is drained, and the work container A is exposed to the bottom surface of the work container A. A method for repairing an open channel that repairs the bottom surface of the open channel B has been proposed (Patent Document 1).

Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 8-113933

The technique of Patent Document 1 is excellent in that it is not necessary to stop the use of the waterway and it is possible to repair the bottom surface and the wall surface of the waterway without performing bypass work. However, the following installation process is required to submerge the work container A. That is, the rails 4 are mounted in parallel on the water upper parts of the wall surfaces on both sides, the support frame 5 is movably hung between the rails 4 in a state of crossing the open channel B, and the upper part of the work container A is attached to the support frame 5. When the bottom surface and the side surface are brought into contact with the open channel B and the water blocking member 1 made of an elastic member around the opening is brought into close contact with the bottom surface and the side surface by its own weight, the water in the work container A is discharged by a pump.

However, these installation processes take days. Since the open channel B to be repaired is limited to a channel B having a width in which the work vessel A can be sunk, a plurality of work vessels having different bottom areas are required. Since the repair area is limited to the bottom surface of the work container A, the work container A must be moved frequently, resulting in poor work efficiency. Even if the support frame 5 attached to the work container A is movable by the rail 4, the work container A needs to be moved in the same manner as when it is sunk each time. There are many problems and drawbacks such as.
In addition, since the work container A has a ceiling portion that is partially open for entry and exit, a box containing materials such as mortar is hung by a crane and carried in from above, or collected at the bottom surface of the waterway. There is a drawback that the work efficiency is poor because it is not possible to store and carry out the water algae and other miscellaneous substances in a box.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art, and by using the canal partition plate without performing bypass work, the canal repair area can be easily and quickly defined in the canal without stopping the flowing water. The waterway partitioning work can be done in a short period of time, and since the repair area of one work unit is large, the number of movements is small and the work efficiency is excellent, and it can handle any amount of water throughout the year. The purpose is to provide a repair method for waterways that can be constructed.

In FIGS. 4, 5, 5, 5, ... Show a plurality of partition plate supports. Reference numeral 6 is a support rod constituting each of the partition plate supports 5. The support rod 6 has a support cylinder 6A having one end open and a female screw 6A 1 formed on the inner peripheral surface, and a male screw 6B 1 formed on the outer peripheral surface. A connecting ring 6B 2 is formed at the tip thereof and is composed of a support rod 6B screwed into the support cylinder 6A. The support rod 6B and the support cylinder 6A rotate in opposite directions to form a support rod 6. It is stretchable.

Reference numeral 7 is a rotary connecting tool connected to the other end of the support cylinder 6A, and the rotating connecting tool 7 is formed by fixing a U-shaped ring 7B to the substrate 7A. Reference numeral 8 is a partition plate locking tool that is oscillatedly connected to the rotary connecting tool 7, and the partition plate locking tool 8 is a substantially square-shaped locking metal fitting that is fitted to the upper end side of the water channel partition plate 1 from above. It is composed of 8A and a U-shaped ring 8B that is fixed to the inner surface of the locking hardware 8A and engages with the U-shaped ring 7B of the rotary connector 7.
Reference numeral 9 denotes an eyebolt movably connected to the tip of the support rod 6B, and the eyebolt 9 is inserted into a support hole formed in a side wall 54 by a drilling machine such as a drill.

The partition plate support 5 of the present implementation has the above-mentioned configuration, the length of the support rod 6 is temporarily set in consideration of the distance between the water channel partition plate 1 and the side wall 54 on one side, and the locking metal fitting 8A is placed in the water channel. The support cylinder 6A is rotated in a state of being fitted to the partition plate 1 to advance the support rod 6B. Then, with the eyebolt 9 inserted into the side wall 54, the support rod 6 is extended to bring the partition plate support member 5 into an erected state.
Further, the partition plate support 5 is erected between the side wall 54 and the water channel partition plate 1 at a position substantially in the middle in the height direction. In this case, the eyebolt 9 is inserted into the side wall 54, the locking hardware 8A of the partition plate locking body 8 is brought into contact with the side surface of the water channel partition plate 1, and the pressing bolt 10 is screwed into the upper bolt hole 1D from the opposite side. By pressing the tip surface against the locking hardware 8A, the water channel partition plate 1 can be held in an upright posture.

In this way, the partition plate support 5 is erected between each channel partition plate 1 and the side wall 54 so as to be vertically separated from each other, so that the channel partition plate 1 is already installed even in a rough state where the channel floor 53 is uneven. The water channel 51 can be erected in a state of being substantially divided into two in the width direction.

After the water channel partition plates 1 are arranged in an upright position in the existing water channel 51, the water leakage prevention panel 3 is fastened with the mounting bolts 4, and the water leakage prevention sealing material 3C is brought into close contact with the surface 53A of the water channel floor 53. The water leakage prevention panel 3 may be fastened to the water channel partition plate 1 in advance at the factory.
As shown in FIG. 6, a vertically long bolt through hole 21B is formed in the panel body 21A of the water leakage prevention panel 21 so that the vertical position can be adjusted so that the water leakage prevention sealing material of the water leakage prevention panel 21 can be adjusted. The 21C can be brought into close contact with the channel bed 53 to prevent water leakage more reliably.

By arranging the canal partition plates 1 in an upright state in the existing canal 51 as described above, the inside of the existing canal 51 is defined as the canal repair area Z and the flowing water area Y, and each pair of water leaks. The prevention packing 2 and the water leakage prevention sealing material 3C prevent water from leaking from the water flow area Y to the waterway repair area Z side as much as possible.

Reference numeral 11 shows a water blocking body for closing and blocking the upstream opening Z 1 of the water channel repair area Z defined in the existing water channel 51 by the above configuration. 12, 12, ... Are a plurality of weight bags constituting the waterproof body 11, and each weight bag 12 is a strong material, for example, a heavy object such as sand or gravel in a bag body 12A made of Zuck. Is filled with, and a lifting hook 12B is provided on the upper surface thereof. Reference numeral 13 denotes a water-stopping sheet such as a so-called blue sheet that closes the opening Z 1 , and the water-stopping sheet 13 is arranged in the lower half of the opening Z 1 so as to cover above the water surface in the existing water channel 51. It is held down by a plurality of weight bags 12 so as not to move due to running water.
Thus, the water W flowing in the existing water channel 51 is guided to the flow area Y side by the water stop body 11 and is prevented from flowing into the water channel repair area Z, thereby exposing the water channel floor 53 and the side wall 54 of the repair work area Z. It can be made to form a work space.

Note that FIG. 7 shows a water channel partition plate 31 according to a modified example of the present embodiment. The water channel partition plate 31 is composed of a plate body 31A and a support plate 31B projecting from the lower end of the plate body 31A in a substantially L shape and in contact with the water channel floor 53 in a planar manner. A water leakage prevention packing 2 is fixed to the lower surface.
According to this configuration, the water channel partition plate 31 is more stable in an upright state and has a wide contact surface with the water channel floor 53, so that a high water leakage prevention effect can be obtained.

In the present embodiment, the partition plate support 5 is composed of a support rod 6 that can be expanded and contracted, a partition plate locking tool 8, and an eyebolt 9, and the width of the existing water channel 51 may change depending on the location. Although it has been made possible, the partition plate support material in the present invention is not limited to the embodiment, and a metal rod may be simply used.
