Description

The present invention relates to an affected area protective device.

Conventionally, adhesive plasters have been used to protect affected areas such as wounds. For example, "a non-water-permeable base material having a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer formed on one side and affixed to the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer side of the base material". It is made of a synthetic resin scratch protection material, and the scratch protection material has a smooth surface on one side in contact with the scratch and a liquid-proof layer on the other side to prevent the exudate from the scratch from permeating, and the inside is from the scratch. It is a porous absorption layer that absorbs the exudate, and ventilation holes are formed only in the place where the scratch protection material is attached to the base material, and the liquid-proof layer side of the scratch protection material is the base material. A sticking plaster characterized by being adhered to the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer ”has been proposed (Patent Document 1).

Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 6-78948

The bandage is excellent in that it covers the wound and absorbs exudate to prevent water from entering the wound from the outside.

However, if the affected area such as a wound is near a part with active movement such as a joint, the wound may open or hit something due to unconscious movement, and it may take time to heal. Bandages cannot deal with such problems. Also, protecting the scab after a wound cannot be dealt with.

In addition, as a recent treatment method for wounds, there is a method called moist healing, which is a method of not making a scab, and the wound can be healed quickly. This is to repair the wound by preventing the wound from drying out so that the scab itself cannot be formed. Since the scab is formed by the exudate coming out of the wound coming into contact with air and drying, it can be suppressed by taking a method of not drying it. However, for example, in the case of a wound formed on a joint, if the wound is forcibly stretched, these effects cannot be expected.

Further, a backing material layer may be included between the elastic material layer and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer.

Further, the affected area protection portion may not include the backing material layer.

<Embodiment 1>
1 and 2 are views showing the affected area protective device 1 according to the first embodiment, FIG. 1 is a diagram showing the affected area protective device 1, and FIG. 2 is a diagram showing a usage state of the affected area protective device 1.

The affected area protective device 1 includes a base material layer 11, an elastic material layer 14, an adhesive layer 12, and a release material layer 13. As shown in the figure, the backing material layer 15 may be included between the elastic material layer 14 and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 12.

The base material layer 11 is a layer constituting the front side of the affected area protective device 1, and for example, a non-woven fabric, a synthetic resin film, Japanese paper, a cotton cloth, or the like is used. A stretchable material may be used for the base material layer 11. As shown in the figure, in the present embodiment, the base material layer 11 is in the form of a single sheet.

The elastic material layer 14 is a layer arranged in contact with the back side of the base material layer 11, and for example, a thin plate-shaped metal member, a thin plate-shaped resin member, or the like is used. The elastic material layer 14 recedes inward from the edge of the base material layer 11 and is arranged in a narrower range than the base material layer 11. As an example, as shown in the figure, the elastic material layer 14 is distributed in an elongated range in the central portion of the base material layer 11. The elastic material layer 14 may be attached and fixed to the base material layer 11 with an adhesive or an adhesive (not shown), or may be sandwiched and fixed between the base material layer 11 and the backing material layer 15 described later. May be done.

The backing material layer 15 is a layer that is arranged in contact with the back side in the region where the elastic material layer 14 exists and on the back side of the base material layer 11 in the region where the elastic material layer 14 does not exist. Materials such as synthetic resin film, Japanese paper, and cotton cloth are used. The backing material layer 15 is arranged so as to cover the elastic material layer 14. The illustrated backing material layer 15 has a shape corresponding to the base material layer 11 and is arranged so as to cover the entire base material layer 11 with the elastic material layer 14 interposed therebetween, but the present invention is not limited to this. It may be arranged so as to cover the elastic material layer 14. Further, it may cover only both ends of the elastic material layer 14. As the base material layer 11, a stretchable material may be used. The backing material layer 15 may be attached to the elastic material layer 14 with an adhesive or the like (not shown). Further, in the region where the elastic material layer 14 does not exist, at least a part of the backing material layer 15 may be joined to the base material layer 11 by thermocompression bonding or the like to be integrated.

The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 12 is a layer that is applied (laminated) to the backing material layer 15 in the region where the backing material layer 15 exists, and to the back side of the base material layer 11 in the region where the backing material layer 15 does not exist, for example, silicone. A resin adhesive, an acrylic resin adhesive, a synthetic rubber adhesive, and the like are used. As shown in the figure, the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 12 in the present embodiment is applied in the form of two divided strips on the nasal side and the chin side with the central portion separated.

The release material layer 13 is a layer that covers the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 12 from the back side, and a material such as paper or a synthetic resin film is used. Further, although not shown, a silicone resin or the like is applied to the release material layer 13 so that the adhesive layer 12 can be peeled off cleanly. The illustrated release material layer 13 is in the form of a single sheet, but may be formed in the form of two divided strips so as to cover only the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 12. Further, it may be provided along the backing material layer 15.

As shown in the figure, the affected part protective tool 1 includes a first sticking part 21, a second sticking part 22, and an affected part protecting part 30.

The first attachment portion 21 is a portion to be attached to the skin on one side, and includes a base material layer 11, an elastic material layer 14, a backing material layer 15, an adhesive layer 12, and a release material layer 13 in this order from the front side. To. As an example, the first pasting portion 21 is formed in a shape in which two arcs are continuous at an end portion and a shape in which the center of the end portion is notched, as shown in the figure.

In the first pasting portion 21, the distribution region of the elastic material layer 14 is narrower than that of the base material layer 11. As an example, as shown in the figure, the elastic material layer 14 is located inward from the edge portion (on the affected portion protection portion 30 side). It is placed backwards.

The second attachment portion 22 is a portion to be attached to the skin on the other side, and includes a base material layer 11, an elastic material layer 14, a backing material layer 15, an adhesive layer 12, and a release material layer 13 in this order from the front side. To. As an example, the second pasting portion 22 is formed in a substantially inverted triangular shape with rounded ends, as shown in the figure.

In the second sticking portion 22, the distribution region of the elastic material layer 14 is narrower than that of the base material layer 11, and as an example, as shown in the figure, the elastic material layer 14 recedes from the edge portion to the inside (affected portion protection portion 30). Let and be placed.

In the present embodiment, the affected area protection portion 30 is a portion that covers the affected area from above while maintaining a predetermined distance, and does not include the adhesive layer 12, and as an example, the base material layer 11 and the elastic material layer 14 are arranged in this order from the front side. It is composed of a backing material layer 15 and a release material layer 13. The affected area protection unit 30 does not have to include the release material layer 13. Further, although not shown, the affected area protection portion 30 may not include a backing material layer.

The elastic material layer 14 in the affected area protection portion 30 has a shape protruding toward the base material layer 11. As an example, as shown in the figure, the elastic material layer 14 in the affected area protection portion 30 has a substantially inverted V shape protruding toward the base material layer 11. In other words, the elastic material layer 14 has a shape in which two sides of 31 and 32 are connected at a predetermined angle. In the affected area protection portion 30, the base material layer 11 is also pushed up by the elastic material layer 14 to form a similar shape, and when the backing material layer 15 is attached to the elastic material layer 14, the backing material layer 15 also has the same shape. When the backing material layer 15 is not attached to the elastic material layer 14, the backing material layer 15 in the affected area protection portion 30 is in a loosened state by that amount.

The first sticking portion 21 and the second sticking portion 22 do not necessarily have to be flat. It may have a shape such that a part or the whole is curved according to the part to be attached. Further, the base material layer 11 and the backing material layer 15 may not cover the entire elastic material layer 14, but may only cover the vicinity of the first sticking portion 21 and the second sticking portion 22.

When the affected area protective device 1 is used, the release material layer 13 is peeled off, and as shown in FIG. 2, the affected area protective part is attached above the affected area, and the first attached portion is attached to one of the skins across the affected area. The second patch is attached to the other skin. Then, when trying to change the distance between the first sticking part and the second sticking part, in other words, when trying to move the part close to the affected part, the restoring force is applied to both sides of the substantially inverted V-shape of the elastic material layer 14. Must be given the power to resist. However, since the force of the unconscious movement is weak, it is not possible to deform both sides of the substantially inverted V-shape in the proximity direction or the separation direction, whereby the unconscious movement is suppressed. On the other hand, when it is necessary to move consciously, the force is large, and a force that opposes the restoring force is applied to both sides of a substantially inverted V-shape to deform the force so that the player can move. Then, when the conscious movement is stopped, both sides of the substantially inverted V-shape of the elastic material layer 14 return to the original state due to the restoring force, and return to the unconscious movement suppression state.

The force required to release the elastic material layer 14 in the affected portion protection portion 30 by 5 mm (expand in the separating direction) is 10 g to 200 g, preferably 20 to 80 g.

The affected area protective device 1 can suppress the opening of the affected area by suppressing the unconscious movement. Further, since the affected area protection portion guards the affected area at a predetermined interval above the affected area, it is possible to prevent the affected area from hitting the affected area.

As a manufacturing method, a base material layer 11, a backing material layer 15, a release material layer 13, and the like are attached to the elastic material layer 14 that has been previously curved and molded, and a base material layer 11 is attached to the flat elastic material layer 14. A method of bending the elastic material layer 14 after attaching the backing material layer 15, the release material layer 13, and the like can be considered. The punching of the shape, etc. shall be combined with each process as appropriate.

<Modification 1 of Embodiment 1>
FIG. 3 is a diagram showing the affected area protective device 1a according to the first modification of the first embodiment. The same components as those in the above embodiment are designated by the same reference numerals, and the description thereof will be omitted. The affected area protective device 1a is different from the affected area protective device 1 according to the first embodiment in that the shape of the affected area protective portion 30a and the entry / exit 40a are included.

The affected area protection portion 30a is a portion that covers the affected area from above while maintaining a predetermined distance, does not include the adhesive layer 12, and in order from the front side, the base material layer 11, the elastic material layer 14, the backing material layer 15, and the release material layer. 13 is included. The affected area protection portion 30a may not include the release material layer 13. The affected portion protection portion 30a is provided in a protruding shape protruding toward the base material layer side, and here, the elastic material layer 14 is provided in an arc shape.

The entrance / exit 40a is formed as a through hole in a substantially central portion of the affected area protective device 1a. Preferably, the exit 40a is formed so as to penetrate at least a part of the elastic material layer 14 in the affected area protection portion 30a. For example, as shown in the figure, the exit 40a is a vertically long through hole penetrating the central portion of the elastic material layer 14 in the affected area protection portion 30a, and divides the elastic material layer 14 in the affected area protection portion 30a into two strip-shaped portions. Is formed like this.

The affected portion protective device 1a can adjust the strength of the urging force of the elastic material layer 14 by providing the entrance / exit 40a. The shape of the entrance / exit 40a is not limited to this, and may be a perfect circular shape or the like. Further, although the example in which the entrance / exit 40a is composed of one through hole is shown in the figure, there may be a plurality of the entrance / exit 40a. Further, instead of one vertically long through hole, a plurality of substantially circular through holes may be provided vertically. Further, the affected area protection portion 30a may be formed wider than the first attachment portion 21 and the first attachment portion 22.

<Modification 2 of Embodiment 1>
FIG. 4 is a diagram showing an affected area protective device 1b according to a modification 2 of the first embodiment. The affected part protective device 1b is different from the affected part protective device 1 according to the first embodiment only in the affected part protective part 30b.

The elastic material layer 14b in the affected portion protection portion 30b has a shape protruding toward the base material layer 11. As an example, as shown in the figure, the affected portion protection portion 30b has a substantially M-shape in which the elastic material layer 14b in the affected portion protection portion 30b projects toward the base material layer 11. In other words, the tip of a substantially inverted V-shape is recessed toward the backing material layer side to provide a valley-shaped step portion 33b. Since other configurations are the same as those of the affected area protection unit 30b according to the first embodiment, the description thereof will be omitted.

By having the stepped portion 33b on the affected portion protecting portion 30b, the affected portion protective tool 1b can have a wide range of movement and is more comfortable to use.

<Embodiment 2>
FIG. 5 is a diagram showing the affected area protective device 1c according to the second embodiment. The affected part protective device 1c is different from the affected part protective device 1 according to the first embodiment only in the affected part protective part 30c. The same components as those in the above embodiment are designated by the same reference numerals, and the description thereof will be omitted.

The affected portion protection portion 30c is formed so as to be reversible from a planar shape to a protruding shape protruding toward the base material layer 11. As an example, the affected area protection portion 30c includes a first side portion 31c, a second side portion 32c, a top portion 34c between the first side portion 31c and the second side portion 32c, and the first side portion 31c. A folding curve is formed between the top 34c and the second side 32c and the top 34c, and the affected portion protection portion 30c is formed as a base material layer by bending along the folding curve so as to push up the top 34c. It is changed to a shape that protrudes to the 11 side.

The apex 34c is not included, and the affected portion protection portion 30c includes a first side portion 31c and a second side portion 32c, and a fold curve is formed between the two, and the fold curve is bent along the fold curve. The shape may be changed so as to project toward the base material layer 11.

Further, the affected portion protection portion 30c may include a bent fixing portion 35c. As an example, the bent fixing portion 35c is configured to include a through hole provided in each of the first side portion 31c and the second side portion 32c, a 351c, and a connecting portion 352c connecting them. At the time of use, for example, as shown in the figure, the two side portions 31c and 32c are bent to a certain angle, and then the through holes 351c are connected by the connecting portion 352c to fix the protruding shape.

In the affected area protective device 1c, similarly to the affected area protective device 1 according to the first embodiment, the affected area protective part is attached above the affected area, the first attached portion is attached to one of the skins across the affected area, and the second attached portion is attached. Is attached to the other skin. Then, when trying to change the distance between the first sticking part and the second sticking part, in other words, when trying to move the part close to the affected part, the force against the restoring force is applied to both sides of the elastic material layer 14. Must be given. However, since the unconscious movement has a weak force, it is not possible to deform both sides in the proximity direction or the separation direction, whereby the unconscious movement is suppressed. On the other hand, when it is necessary to move consciously, the force is large, and a force that opposes the restoring force is applied to both sides to deform and move. Then, when the conscious movement is stopped, both side portions of the elastic material layer 14 return to the original state due to the restoring force, and return to the unconscious movement restrained state.

Since the affected area protective device 1c is formed so that the affected area protective portion 30c can be changed from a planar shape to a protruding shape protruding toward the base material layer side, the convenience is further improved.

<Modification 1 of Embodiment 2>
6A and 6B are views showing the affected area protective device 1d according to the first modification of the second embodiment, FIG. 6A shows a planar shape, FIG. 6B shows a bent state, and FIG. 6C shows a bent state. It is a figure which shows the fixed state after bending. The affected area protective device 1d is different from the affected area protective device 1c according to the second embodiment only in the bent fixing portion 35d.

The bent fixing portion 35d is composed of locking pieces 351d and 352d provided on the first side portion 31c and the second side portion 32c, respectively, and is bent by engaging the two locking pieces 351d and 352d. The rear protruding shape can be fixed.

As shown in the figure, the two locking pieces 351d are formed in the shape of a hook bent in opposite directions, the base of the hook is connected to the first side portion 31c or the second side portion 32c, and the other portion is the first. It is provided in a form free from the side portion 31c or the second side portion 32c, and is fixed by pushing and bending the free portion to the back side and hooking both of them.

At the time of use, for example, as shown in FIG. 6B, the first side portion 31c and the second side portion 32c were bent to a certain angle, and then the two locking pieces 351d and 352d were pushed and bent. Later, as shown in FIG. 6C, the two locking pieces 351d and 352d are engaged to fix the protruding shape.

<Modification 2 of Embodiment 2>
7A and 7B are views showing the affected area protective device 1e according to the second modification of the second embodiment, FIG. 7A shows a planar shape, FIG. 7B shows a bent state, and FIG. 7C shows a bent state. It is a figure which shows the fixed state after bending. The affected area protective device 1e is different from the affected area protective device 1c according to the second embodiment only in the bent fixing portion 35e.

The bent fixing portion 35e is provided with a locking piece 351e on one of the first side portion 31c and the second side portion 32c and a locking hole 352e on the other, and engages the locking piece 351e with the locking hole 352e. By doing so, the protruding shape of the affected area protection portion 30e is fixed. Here, for convenience of explanation, it is assumed that the locking piece 351e is provided on the first side portion 31c and the locking hole 352e is provided on the second side portion 32c.

As shown in the figure, the locking piece 351e is provided so that only the root is connected to the first side portion 31c and the other portions are released from the first side portion 31c. Further, the locking hole 352e is provided as a through hole and is provided in a shape corresponding to the locking piece 351e. More specifically, as shown in the drawing, the locking piece 351e can be formed into a shape having a substantially T-shape as a whole and having a bulge in the vertical bar portion. In line with this, the locking hole 352e is formed in a substantially kanji shape as a whole, and the horizontal bar portion of the locking piece 351e is locked to the small horizontal bar portion of the locking hole 352e, and is further fixed by the bulging portion. Can be done.

<Embodiment 3>
8A and 8B are views showing the affected area protective device 1f according to the third embodiment, FIG. 8A is a view showing the front side, FIG. 8B is a view showing each layer constituting the affected area protective device, and FIG. 8C. ) Is a diagram showing the back side excluding the release material layer. The same components as those in the above embodiment are designated by the same reference numerals, and the description thereof will be omitted.

The affected area protective tool 1f includes a base material layer 11f, an elastic material layer 14f, an adhesive layer 12, and a release material layer 13.

The base material layer 11f is a layer constituting the front side of the affected area protective tool 1f, and for example, a non-woven fabric, a synthetic resin film, Japanese paper, a cotton cloth, or the like is used. A stretchable material may be used for the base material layer 11f. As shown in the figure, in the present embodiment, the base material layer 11f is in the form of two divided sheets.

The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 12 is a layer applied (laminated) on the back side of the base material layer 11f, and for example, a pressure-sensitive adhesive made of silicone resin, a pressure-sensitive adhesive made of acrylic resin, a pressure-sensitive adhesive made of synthetic rubber, or the like is used.

The elastic material layer 14f is a layer in which a part thereof constitutes the front side of the affected area protective tool 1f and a part is arranged on the back side of the base material layer 11f. Used. The elastic material layer 14f recedes inward from the edge portion of the base material layer 11f and is arranged in the central portion of the affected portion protective device 1f. The elastic material layer 14f may be attached to and fixed to the base material layer 11f with an adhesive or an adhesive (not shown), or as shown in FIG. 8C, the base material layer 11f is formed by the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 12. It may be attached to and fixed to.

As shown in the figure, in the present embodiment, the release material layer 13 is in the form of two sheets. Further, as shown in the figure, the release material layer 13 may also cover the portion where the elastic material layer 14f is present, or cover only the layer where the elastic material layer 14f is not present and the adhesive layer 12 is exposed on the back side. You may.

As shown in the figure, the affected part protective tool 1f includes a first sticking part 21f, a second sticking part 22f, and an affected part protecting part 30f.

The first attachment portion 21f is a portion to be attached to the skin on one side, and includes a base material layer 11f, an elastic material layer 14f, an adhesive layer 12, and a release material layer 13 in this order from the front side. As an example, the first sticking portion 21f is formed in an elliptical shape as shown in the figure.

In the first pasting portion 21f, the elastic material layer 14f has a narrower arrangement region than the base material layer 11f. It is placed backwards.

The second attachment portion 22f is a portion to be attached to the skin on the other side, and includes a base material layer 11f, an elastic material layer 14f, an adhesive layer 12, and a release material layer 13 in this order from the front side. As an example, the second sticking portion 22f is formed in an elliptical shape as shown in the figure.

In the second pasting portion 22f, the elastic material layer 14f has a narrower arrangement region than the base material layer 11f. It is placed backwards.

The affected area protection portion 30f is a portion that covers the affected area, and is configured to include only the elastic material layer 14f without the adhesive layer 12.

As an example, the elastic material layer 14f in the affected portion protection portion 30f has a U-shape or a shape in which the U-shape is repeatedly inverted and bent. For example, as shown in the figure, the elastic material layer 14f in the affected area protection portion 30f has a self-shaped shape obtained by inverting and bending two U-shaped shapes. In the elastic material layer 14f, the opposite sides of the U-shape are urged in the proximity direction.

When the affected area protective tool 1f is used, the release material layer 13 is peeled off, the affected area protective part is attached above the affected area, the first attached portion is attached to one skin across the affected area, and the second attached portion is attached. It is attached to the other skin. Then, when trying to change the distance between the first sticking part and the second sticking part, in other words, when trying to move the part close to the affected part, the restoring force is applied to each side of the U-shaped shape of the elastic material layer 14f. You must give it the power to resist. However, since the unconscious movement has a weak force, it is difficult to deform each side in the separation direction. This suppresses unconscious movements. On the other hand, when it is necessary to move consciously, the force is large, and a force that opposes the restoring force is applied to each side of the U-shape to deform it in the separation direction so that it can move. Then, when the conscious movement is stopped, each side of the U-shape of the elastic material layer 14f returns to the original state by the restoring force, and returns to the unconscious movement suppression state.

The affected area protective device 1f can suppress the opening of the affected area by suppressing the unconscious movement.

Further, the manufacturing cost of the affected part protective device 1f can be reduced by simplifying the configuration.

<Embodiment 4>
FIG. 9 is a diagram showing 1 g of the affected area protective device according to the fourth embodiment. The affected area protective device 1 g differs from the affected area protective device 1f according to the third embodiment only in the elastic material layer 14 g and the affected area protective portion 30 g.

The elastic material layer 14g is a layer in which a part constitutes the front side of the affected area protective device 1g and a part is arranged on the back side of the base layer 11f, and for example, a material having a strong elastic force such as rubber is used. The elastic material layer 14 g recedes inward from the edge portion of the base material layer 11f and is distributed in an elongated range in the central portion of the affected area protector 1 g. The elastic material layer 14g may be attached and fixed to the base material layer 11f with an adhesive or an adhesive (not shown), or may be attached and fixed to the base material layer 11f by the adhesive layer 12. ..

The affected area protection portion 30 g is a portion that covers the affected area and is configured to include only an elastic material layer 14 g.

When using the affected area protective device 1g, the release material layer 13 is peeled off, the affected area protective part is attached above the affected area, the first attached portion is attached to one skin across the affected area, and the second attached portion is attached. It is attached to the other skin. Then, when trying to change the distance between the first sticking part and the second sticking part, in other words, when trying to move the part near the affected part, it gives a force to resist the restoring force of the elastic material layer 14g. Must be stretched. However, it is difficult to extend the unconscious movement because its power is weak. This suppresses unconscious movements. On the other hand, when it is necessary to move consciously, the force is large, and 14 g of the elastic material is given a force against the restoring force to extend and move. Then, when the conscious movement is stopped, the restoring force of the elastic material layer 14g returns to the original state and returns to the unconscious movement suppressing state.

The affected area protective device 1f can suppress the opening of the affected area by suppressing the unconscious movement.

Further, the manufacturing cost of the affected part protective device 1f can be reduced by simplifying the configuration.

Although the embodiments of the affected area protective device according to the present invention have been described above, these are merely examples of the embodiments of the present invention, and the present invention is not limited thereto. The present invention includes a combination of the above embodiments and various modifications.

For example, the affected area protective device in each of the above embodiments may be configured to be transparent. Further, the affected portion protection portion may have another shape as long as it has a shape protruding toward the base material layer side.

Although the example of protecting the wound has been described above, the affected area protective device is also useful for, for example, limiting the expansion and contraction of the joint of rheumatism and protecting the bruised affected area.
