The present invention relates to a soundproof system for an air conditioner outdoor unit suitable for reducing noise generated by a side-flow type air conditioner outdoor unit.

Conventionally, as a method of reducing the noise generated by a side-flow type air conditioner outdoor unit provided with an outlet for blowing air in the lateral direction, a method of covering the entire air conditioner outdoor unit with a box-shaped cover is known. Further, in an area where a large number of air conditioner outdoor units are densely arranged, a method of arranging a large number of soundproof panels side by side so as to surround the entire area is also known.

For example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2016-200385 describes a soundproof plate arranged facing the outdoor unit, which is a bowl-shaped sound collecting portion having a hole at the bottom and a cylinder extending from the bottom hole of the sound collecting portion. A soundproof plate provided with a plurality of soundproof devices having a shape-like air passage is disclosed (Patent Document 1).

Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2016-200385

However, in the method using the box-shaped cover described above, since the air outlet and the suction port of the air conditioning outdoor unit are covered, there is a problem that the pressure loss becomes large and the air conditioning performance deteriorates. Further, there is a problem that the so-called short cycle in which the air blown out from the air outlet wraps around to the suction port side is likely to occur, and the heat exchange efficiency of the air conditioner outdoor unit is lowered. Further, there is a maintenance problem that the cover must be removed and re-installed every time the air conditioner outdoor unit is maintained.

In addition, the method using the soundproof panel described above requires a large installation space and requires foundation work. For this reason, there is a problem that the design and construction related to the installation take time and effort, and the installation cost becomes high.

The present invention has been made to solve such a problem, suppresses the occurrence of pressure loss and short cycle in the air-conditioning outdoor unit, can be easily and inexpensively constructed, and is easy to maintain. It is an object of the present invention to provide a soundproofing system for an air-conditioning outdoor unit that can improve.

The soundproofing system for an air-conditioning outdoor unit according to the present invention suppresses the occurrence of pressure loss and short cycle in the air-conditioning outdoor unit, and can be installed easily and at low cost to improve the ease of maintenance. It is a soundproofing system for an air-conditioning outdoor unit used in a side-flow type air-conditioning outdoor unit equipped with an air outlet that blows air in the lateral direction, and is formed in a flat shape that can cover the entire side surface on the air-conditioning side. It has a side plate and an elevated stand on which the air conditioning outdoor unit is placed at a predetermined height position to form an air passage between the lower end portion of the soundproof air guide and the installation surface.

Further, as one aspect of the present invention, the effect of suppressing short cycles is improved by preventing air from flowing from below to the rear of the air conditioning outdoor unit, and the soundproofing effect when the air conditioning outdoor unit is installed near the wall surface is improved. In order to solve the problem of the above, the side surface of the elevated pedestal on the air outlet side is formed in a plane shape that can cover the entire side surface, and the soundproofing material for the pedestal has a sound absorbing material on the back surface side thereof. A panel is provided, and the soundproof panel for the gantry may be provided at a position recessed by a predetermined interval on the elevated gantry side from the soundproof air guide.

Further, as one aspect of the present invention, in order to solve the problem of improving the soundproofing effect on the side surface of the air conditioning outdoor unit on the air outlet side, the upper end portion of the soundproof air guide is above the upper end portion of the air conditioning outdoor unit. It may be extended and / or the lower end of the soundproof air guide may be extended below the lower end of the air conditioning outdoor unit.

Further, as one aspect of the present invention, in order to solve the problem of easy and quick construction even by a small number of people, the air conditioner outdoor unit has two air outlets arranged in parallel in the vertical direction and each air outlet. The soundproof air guide has an upper covering portion that covers the upper outlet and a lower covering portion that covers the lower outlet. And the base covering portion that covers the base portion may be divided into a base covering portion.

Further, as one aspect of the present invention, in order to solve the problem of effectively suppressing the occurrence of a short cycle even when a large number of air conditioner outdoor units are arranged side by side in the horizontal direction, the fixing side plate is provided. It may be formed in a planar shape that can shield the air blown out from the outlet from flowing in the left-right direction.

Further, as one aspect of the present invention, in order to solve the problem of reducing the weight of the soundproof air guide and improving the workability, the sound absorbing material may be a laminated body of synthetic fibers made of polypropylene and polyethylene.

Further, as one aspect of the present invention, in order to solve the problem of suppressing pressure loss while maintaining appropriate soundproofing performance, the distance between the side surface on the outlet side and the soundproof air guide is 250 mm or more and 600 mm or less. There may be.

Further, as one aspect of the present invention, in order to solve the problem of smoothly guiding the air blown out from the outlet to the front, the distance between the lower end portion of the soundproof air guide and the installation surface is 600 mm or more. You may.

According to the present invention, it is possible to suppress the occurrence of pressure loss and short cycle in the air conditioner outdoor unit, perform the construction easily and at low cost, and improve the ease of maintenance.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of the soundproof system for an air conditioner outdoor unit according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

As shown in FIG. 11, the soundproof system 1 for an air-conditioning outdoor unit of the present embodiment is used for a side-flow type air-conditioning outdoor unit 10 provided with an outlet 11 for blowing air in the lateral direction. As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the soundproofing system 1 for an air-conditioning outdoor unit of the present embodiment mainly includes a soundproofing air guide 2 that guides the flow of air blown out from an outlet 11 to provide soundproofing, and the soundproofing air. A pair of fixing side plates 3 and 3 for fixing the guide 2 to the air-conditioning outdoor unit 10, an elevated pedestal 4 for mounting the air-conditioning outdoor unit 10 at a predetermined height position, and a pedestal provided on the elevated pedestal 4. It has a soundproof panel 5. Hereinafter, each configuration will be described.

The soundproof air guide 2 reduces the noise generated by the air conditioning outdoor unit 10 and guides the air blown out from the air outlet 11 to adjust the flow direction thereof. In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 11, the air conditioner outdoor unit 10 has two outlets 11 and 11 arranged in parallel in the vertical direction and a base arranged adjacent to each outlet 11 on the right side of the front view. It has a part 12. The soundproof air guide 2 includes an upper covering portion 21 that covers the upper outlet 11, a lower covering portion 22 that covers the lower outlet 11, and a base so as to cover the noise sources generated from these. It is composed of a base covering portion 23 that covers the portion 12, and is attached in a divisible manner.

Therefore, the soundproof air guide 2 can be easily and quickly installed even by a small number of people at the time of construction, and at the time of maintenance of the air conditioner outdoor unit 10, only the base covering portion 23 is used as shown in FIG. It is easy to remove and work on the base portion 12. The soundproof air guide 2 is not limited to the above configuration, and may be formed in a planar shape that can cover the entire side surface on the outlet 11 side. Further, the air conditioner outdoor unit 10 is not limited to the above configuration, and the base portion 12 may be arranged adjacent to the air outlet 11 in either the left-right direction.

Further, as shown in FIG. 5, a sound absorbing material 24 capable of absorbing noise is provided on the back surface side of the soundproof air guide 2. In the present embodiment, as the sound absorbing material 24, a laminated body of synthetic fibers made of polypropylene and polyethylene whose sound absorbing frequency band can be controlled is used. As the other sound absorbing material 24, glass wool or the like can be used, but it is necessary to completely cover it from the viewpoint of safety. On the other hand, according to the sound absorbing material 24 of the present embodiment, which has no danger, as shown in FIG. 5, it is only necessary to fit the sound absorbing material into the folded portion 25 provided at the upper and lower ends of the soundproof air guide 2, so that the soundproofing material is soundproofed. The weight of the air guide 2 is reduced and the workability is improved.

Further, in the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2, the upper end portion of the soundproof air guide 2 extends upward from the upper end portion of the air conditioning outdoor unit 10, and the lower end portion of the soundproof air guide 2 is outside the air conditioning outdoor unit. It extends below the lower end of the machine 10. As a result, as will be described later in the first embodiment, the soundproofing effect on the side surface of the air conditioner outdoor unit 10 on the air outlet 11 side is improved as compared with the soundproof air guide 2 having substantially the same size as the vertical width of the air conditioner outdoor unit 10. ..

In the present embodiment, the upper end portion of the soundproof air guide 2 extends 150 mm above the upper end portion of the air conditioning outdoor unit 10, and the lower end portion of the soundproof air guide 2 extends 150 mm below the lower end portion of the air conditioning outdoor unit 10. It has been extended to. However, the dimension is not limited to this, and it is preferably in the range of 100 mm or more and 200 mm or less. If it is 100 mm or more, the degree of improvement in the soundproofing effect can be guaranteed, and if it is 200 mm or less, the weight is suppressed to the extent that the maintainability is not deteriorated. Further, in the present embodiment, both the upper end portion and the lower end portion of the soundproof air guide 2 are extended, but even if only one of them is extended, the soundproofing effect is improved. Further, in the present embodiment, a pair of support legs 26, 26 are provided at the lower end of the soundproof air guide 2 in order to prevent the air conditioner outdoor unit 10 from falling due to the weight of the soundproof air guide 2, but the position of the center of gravity is provided. It is not necessary to provide it depending on the case.

The fixing side plate 3 fixes the soundproof air guide 2 to the air conditioner outdoor unit 10. In the present embodiment, the fixing side plates 3 are composed of a pair of left and right sides, and are formed in a planar shape capable of shielding the air blown out from the outlet 11 from flowing in the left-right direction. Further, each fixing side plate 3 is vertically divided into two parts corresponding to each of the upper covering portion 21 and the lower covering portion 22 of the soundproof air guide 2, and the workability is improved.

As shown in FIG. 2, each fixing side plate 3 has a rear end side fixed to the air conditioner outdoor unit 10 and a soundproof air guide 2 fixed to the front end side at a predetermined distance from the side surface on the air outlet 11 side. The soundproof air guide 2 is fixed at a position separated by the soundproof air guide 2 in a state substantially parallel to the side surface. In the present embodiment, the front-rear widths of the fixing side plates 3 and 3 are set so that the distance between the side surface on the air outlet 11 side and the soundproof air guide 2 is 250 mm or more and 600 mm or less. When the interval is 250 mm or more, the increase in pressure loss is suppressed, and when the interval is 600 mm or less, high soundproofing performance is maintained.

The elevated stand 4 mounts the air conditioner outdoor unit 10 at a predetermined height position. In the present embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the elevated pedestal 4 has a frame structure, and provides an air passage between the lower end of the soundproof air guide 2 and an installation surface such as the ground. Form. Further, when the air conditioner outdoor unit 10 is mounted on the elevated pedestal 4, the vertical height of the elevated pedestal 4 is set so that the distance between the lower end portion of the soundproof air guide 2 and the installation surface is 600 mm or more. , The air blown out from the outlet 11 is smoothly guided forward.

The soundproof panel 5 for the gantry is provided on the elevated gantry 4 to improve the soundproofing effect. In the present embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the soundproof panel 5 for the gantry is provided on the side surface of the elevated gantry 4 on the air outlet 11 side, and is formed in a planar shape capable of covering the entire side surface. There is. Further, the soundproof panel 5 for the gantry is provided at a position recessed by a predetermined interval on the elevated gantry 4 side from the soundproof air guide 2, and prevents air from flowing from below to the rear of the air conditioning outdoor unit 10 to cause a short circuit. It is designed to improve the cycle suppression effect.

Further, in the present embodiment, a sound absorbing material 24 is provided on the back surface side of the soundproof panel 5 for the gantry, as in the soundproof air guide 2. As the sound absorbing material 24, the above-mentioned laminated body of synthetic fibers made of polypropylene and polyethylene is used, and the weight of the soundproof panel 5 for the gantry is reduced and the workability is improved.

Next, the operation of the soundproofing system 1 for the air conditioner outdoor unit of the present embodiment will be described.

When the noise of the air conditioner outdoor unit 10 is reduced by using the soundproof system 1 for the air conditioner outdoor unit of the present embodiment, first, the air conditioner outdoor unit 10 is fixed on the elevated stand 4. As a result, an air passage is also formed below the soundproof air guide 2 attached to the front of the air outlet 11. Therefore, the occurrence of pressure loss and short cycle in the air conditioner outdoor unit 10 is suppressed. Further, in a snowfall area, the outlet 11 and the suction port (not shown) are prevented from being buried in the snow.

Next, the soundproof panel 5 for the gantry is attached to the side surface (front surface) of the elevated gantry 4 on the air outlet 11 side. As a result, the soundproof panel 5 for the gantry is provided at a position recessed by a predetermined interval on the elevated gantry 4 side from the soundproof air guide 2, and is to prevent air from flowing from below to the rear of the air conditioning outdoor unit 10. , The effect of suppressing short cycle is improved. Further, as will be described later in the second embodiment, the soundproofing effect when the air conditioner outdoor unit 10 is installed near the wall surface of the building is improved. When the air conditioner outdoor unit 10 is installed at a position away from the wall surface, it is not necessary to attach the soundproof panel 5 for the gantry.

Subsequently, the soundproof air guide 2 is attached to the side surface (front surface) of the air conditioner outdoor unit 10 on the air outlet 11 side. At this time, since the pair of fixing side plates 3 and 3 are fixed to the air conditioner outdoor unit 10 and the soundproof air guide 2 is fixed to the front ends of the respective fixing side plates 3 and 3, the soundproof air guide 2 can be attached easily and at low cost. It will be constructed. Further, since the confirmation work can be performed from the gap between the air conditioner outdoor unit 10 and the soundproof air guide 2 without removing the soundproof air guide 2, maintenance is easy. Further, since a gap is secured between the air conditioner outdoor unit 10 and the soundproof air guide 2 according to the front-rear width of each of the fixing side plates 3 and 3, the pressure loss is suppressed.

Further, in the present embodiment, the soundproof air guide 2 is configured to be divided into an upper covering portion 21, a lower covering portion 22, and a base covering portion 23, so that even a small number of people can easily and quickly install the soundproof air guide 2. Further, when performing maintenance, as shown in FIG. 4, since only the base covering portion 23 can be removed, maintenance work on the base portion 12 is easy.

When the air conditioner outdoor unit 10 is operated, low-frequency and medium-frequency noise is mainly generated from the air outlet 11 and the base portion 12, and the sound absorbing material 24 provided in the soundproof air guide 2 reduces the noise. Further, since the air passage formed between the lower end portion of the soundproof air guide 2 and the installation surface guides the air blown out from the air outlet 11 to the front of the air conditioning outdoor unit 10, a short cycle occurs. Is suppressed.

Further, when the air conditioner outdoor unit 10 is installed near the wall surface, the noise reflected by the wall surface is often transmitted from the top, bottom, left and right of the air conditioner outdoor unit 10. In such a case, the sound absorbing material 24 provided on the gantry soundproof panel 5 reduces the noise that tends to come out from below to the front of the air conditioner outdoor unit 10.

Further, in the present embodiment, since the upper and lower ends of the soundproof air guide 2 extend in the vertical direction from the upper and lower ends of the air conditioning outdoor unit 10, the soundproof air having substantially the same size as the vertical width of the air conditioning outdoor unit 10. Compared with the guide 2, the soundproofing effect on the side surface of the air conditioning outdoor unit 10 on the air outlet 11 side is further improved.

Further, in the present embodiment, the fixing side plate 3 formed in a flat plate shape shields the air blown out from the outlet 11 from flowing in the left-right direction. Therefore, as will be described later in Example 3, even when a large number of air conditioner outdoor units 10 are arranged side by side in the horizontal direction, the temperature rise of the air sucked into the suction port side is suppressed, and the occurrence of a short cycle is effective. To suppress.

Next, a specific embodiment of the soundproofing system 1 for an air conditioner outdoor unit according to the present invention will be described. The technical scope of the present invention is not limited to the features shown in the following examples.

In Example 1, an experiment was conducted to confirm the effect of the vertical width of the soundproof air guide 2 on the soundproof effect. Specifically, the air conditioner outdoor unit 10 to which the soundproofing system 1 for the air conditioner outdoor unit according to the present invention is attached is installed in an open position near the wall surface and away from the wall surface, and among the side surfaces of the air conditioner outdoor unit 10 on the outlet 11 side. , Noise was measured at each of the measurement points A1 to A5 shown in FIG. The results are shown in FIG. In the first embodiment, an experiment was conducted in which the soundproof panel 5 for the gantry was attached to the elevated gantry 4.

FIG. 7A shows a case where the vertical width of the soundproof air guide 2 is substantially the same as the vertical width of the air conditioning outdoor unit 10, and FIG. 7B shows the air conditioning outdoor unit only at the upper end of the soundproof air guide 2. In the case where the upper end portion of the soundproof air guide 2 is extended 150 mm upward from the upper end portion of the air conditioning outdoor unit 10, the upper end portion of the soundproof air guide 2 is extended 150 mm upward from the upper end portion of the air conditioning outdoor unit 10 and the lower end portion of the soundproof air guide 2 is extended. This is a case where the portion is extended 150 mm downward from the lower end portion of the air conditioning outdoor unit 10.

As shown in FIG. 7B, according to the soundproof air guide 2 extending only the upper end portion, when the air conditioner outdoor unit 10 is installed near the wall surface, it is compared with FIG. 7A at the measurement points A1 to A3. As a result, a high noise reduction effect of 5db or more was obtained. Further, when the air conditioner outdoor unit 10 was installed at an open position away from the wall surface, a high noise reduction effect of 5 db or more was obtained at the measurement points A1 and A2.

Further, as shown in FIG. 7C, according to the soundproof air guide 2 having the upper and lower ends extended, when the air conditioner outdoor unit 10 is installed near the wall surface and when it is installed at an open position away from the wall surface. In any of the above cases, a high noise reduction effect of 5db or more was obtained at the measurement points A1 to A3 as compared with FIG. 7A.

According to the above-mentioned first embodiment, it was shown that the soundproofing effect is improved when either the upper end portion or the lower end portion of the soundproof air guide 2 is extended from the upper and lower end portions of the air conditioner outdoor unit 10. Further, it was confirmed that when both the upper end portion and the lower end portion of the soundproof air guide 2 are extended from the upper and lower end portions of the air conditioner outdoor unit 10, the soundproofing effect is further improved and the spread of noise is suppressed. ..

In the second embodiment, an experiment was conducted to confirm the effect of the soundproof panel 5 for the gantry on the soundproofing effect. Specifically, the air-conditioning outdoor unit 10 to which the soundproof air guide 2 and the soundproof panel 5 for the gantry are attached, and the air-conditioning outdoor unit 10 to which only the soundproof air guide 2 is attached and the soundproof panel 5 for the gantry is not attached are located near the wall surface. The noise was measured at each of the measurement points A1 to A5 shown in FIG. 6 on the side surface of the air conditioner outdoor unit 10 on the air outlet 11 side, which was installed at an open position away from the wall surface. The results are shown in FIG.

As shown in FIG. 8A, when the air conditioner outdoor unit 10 was installed at an open position away from the wall surface, there was no significant difference in the noise reduction effect depending on the presence or absence of the soundproof panel 5 for the gantry. On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 8B, when the air conditioner outdoor unit 10 is installed near the wall surface, the gantry soundproof panel 5 is installed at the measurement points A3 and A4 as compared with the case where the gantry soundproof panel 5 is not provided. The noise reduction effect of 1.2db was obtained when it was attached.

According to the above-mentioned second embodiment, it was shown that when the soundproof panel 5 for the gantry is attached to the elevated gantry 4, the soundproofing effect when the air conditioner outdoor unit 10 is installed near the wall surface is improved.

In the third embodiment, the influence of the fixing side plate 3 on the air flow of the air blown out from the outlet 11 was analyzed. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 9A, an air-conditioning outdoor unit 10 to which a soundproof air guide 2 is attached by a fixing side plate 3 having an opening, and a flat plate without an opening as shown in FIG. 9B. The flow and temperature of the air flow when six air-conditioning outdoor units 10 to which the soundproof air guide 2 was attached by the fixing side plate 3 of the shape were installed side by side in the horizontal direction were analyzed by simulation software. The results are shown in FIG. In the third embodiment, the analysis was performed with the soundproof panel 5 for the gantry attached to the elevated gantry 4.

As shown in FIG. 10A, when the fixing side plate 3 having an opening is used, the warm air blown out from the outlet 11 is mixed between the air conditioner outdoor units 10 adjacent to each other to maintain a high temperature. It was flowing to the suction port as it was (maximum suction temperature: 59.8 ° C), and the occurrence of a short cycle was confirmed. On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 10B, when the flat plate-shaped fixing side plate 3 having no opening is used, the warm air blown out from the outlet 11 is different from the air blown out from the other air conditioning outdoor unit 10. It independently flows out from above and below the soundproof air guide 2 without mixing, and flows to the suction port in a state where it is cooled to less than 50 ° C (maximum suction temperature: 49.2 ° C), and the occurrence of short cycles is suppressed. Was there.

According to the above-mentioned Example 3, when the flat plate-shaped fixing side plate 3 having no opening is used, the air sucked into the suction port side even when a large number of air conditioner outdoor units 10 are arranged side by side in the horizontal direction. It was shown that the temperature rise of the air conditioner was suppressed and the occurrence of short cycle was effectively suppressed.

The soundproof system 1 for an air conditioner outdoor unit according to the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and can be appropriately modified.

For example, in the present embodiment described above, the soundproofing system 1 for an air conditioner outdoor unit corresponding to the air conditioner outdoor unit 10 having two outlets 11 has been described, but the present invention is not limited to this configuration, and the outlet 11 is not limited to this configuration. It is also possible to support an air conditioner outdoor unit 10 having only one air conditioner and an air conditioner outdoor unit 10 having three or more air outlets 11.
