Description
The present disclosure relates to an air conditioner mounted on a vehicle.
In recent years, studies have been conducted on air conditioners that can perform finer control in order not only to maintain the temperature inside the vehicle interior at a preset target temperature but also to maintain a comfortable feeling of heat for the occupants. There is. For example, in the air conditioner described in Patent Document 1 below, the temperature of the air blown into the vehicle interior is adjusted while using a plurality of information including the amount of clothing input from the occupant.
When the air-conditioned air is applied to the occupant's clothes, it is preferable that the temperature of the air-conditioned air is an appropriate temperature according to the temperature of the skin inside the clothes. However, the temperature of the skin inside the clothes cannot be directly detected by a thermal image camera or the like. Further, as described in Patent Document 1, it is conceivable to let the occupant input the amount of clothing and estimate the skin temperature based on the amount of clothing, but it may cause annoyance to the occupant. In addition, there is also the problem that accurate information is not always entered.
It is an object of the present disclosure to provide an air conditioner capable of accurately estimating the temperature of the skin inside the clothes and performing comfortable air conditioning.
The air conditioner according to the present disclosure is an air conditioner (10) mounted on a vehicle, and detects an external skin temperature, which is the temperature of a portion of the skin of an occupant (M) exposed from clothing (CL). Temperature estimation that estimates the internal skin temperature, which is the temperature of the part of the occupant's skin that is covered with clothing, based on the average value of the external skin temperature detected at multiple locations. A unit (104) and an air conditioning control unit (105) that controls air conditioning based on the internal skin temperature estimated by the temperature estimation unit are provided. The temperature detection unit detects the temperature in the vicinity of the garment in the skin of the occupant exposed from the garment.
The external skin temperature, which is the temperature of the portion of the occupant's skin exposed from the clothes, can be relatively easily detected by, for example, a thermal image camera or the like. Further, the internal skin temperature, which is the temperature of the portion of the occupant's skin covered with clothing, has a certain degree of correlation with the above-mentioned external skin temperature. Therefore, in the air conditioner having the above configuration, the temperature estimation unit estimates the internal skin temperature based on the external skin temperature detected by the temperature detection unit. This makes it possible to estimate the internal skin temperature, which is difficult to detect directly, relatively accurately.
According to the present disclosure, there is provided an air conditioner capable of accurately estimating the temperature of the skin inside the clothes and performing comfortable air conditioning.
Hereinafter, the present embodiment will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. In order to facilitate understanding of the description, the same components are designated by the same reference numerals as possible in the drawings, and duplicate description is omitted.
The configuration of the
The
The air-
The
The
The
The blood
The sweating
The
The air
In performing such control, it is necessary to estimate the internal skin temperature, which is difficult to measure directly, as accurately as possible. The specific flow of the process performed by the
In the first step S01, a process of acquiring a thermal image of the vehicle interior is performed by the
In step S02 following step S01, a process of detecting the external skin temperature is performed by the
The
The external skin temperature is detected by the
In step S03 following step S02, a process of estimating the internal skin temperature by the
Here, the internal skin temperature at the estimated points is estimated based on the external skin temperatures of a plurality of measurement points with the estimated points in between. For example, the internal skin temperature at the estimated point P21 in FIG. 2 is estimated based on the external skin temperature at each of the measurement points P11, P12, and P13 sandwiching the estimated point P21. Specifically, the average value of the external skin temperature at each of the measurement points P11, P12, and P13 is calculated as the estimated value of the internal skin temperature at the estimation point P21. Further, a value obtained by correcting the average value calculated as described above so as to be weighted according to the distance to each measurement point may be calculated as an estimated value of the internal skin temperature. For example, at the estimation point at a position close to the measurement point P11, the estimated value of the internal skin temperature at the estimation point may be corrected so as to be a temperature close to the external skin temperature at the measurement point P11.
The plurality of measurement points of the external skin temperature used for estimating the internal skin temperature may be changed each time according to the position of the estimated points. At this time, it is preferable that the plurality of measurement points of the external skin temperature include the points of the skin exposed outside the clothing CL that are closest to the estimated points for estimating the internal skin temperature. For example, the plurality of measurement points used for estimating the internal skin temperature at the estimation point P21 in FIG. 2 may include the measurement point P11 closest to the estimation point P21 among the exposed skin. preferable.
As described above, the
In step S04 following step S03, the blood
In step S05 following step S04, the sweating
In step S06 following step S05, a process of correcting the internal skin temperature of each part estimated in step S03 is performed based on each of the blood flow amount estimated in step S04 and the sweating amount estimated in step S05. .. Specifically, the larger the blood flow rate estimated in step S04, the higher the internal skin temperature of each part is corrected. If the estimated blood flow is small, the internal skin temperature of each part may be corrected to be lower than the initial value. Further, as the amount of sweating estimated in step S05 increases, the internal skin temperature of each part is corrected to be a lower value. The relationship between the blood flow amount and the correction amount and the relationship between the sweating amount and the correction amount are created in advance as maps and stored in a control device (not shown) included in the
In step S07 following step S06, a process of adjusting the operation of the air
