Description

The present invention relates to an installation structure of a support column for a waterstop that closes an opening of a building to block water from the outside and supports a waterstop to prevent water from entering the inside, in particular, an opening frontage. Is wide, and in order to prevent the waterstop from bending toward the inside of the building due to water pressure and ensuring waterstop, or to prevent the waterstop from being damaged, place it behind the waterstop to improve the reliability of water stoppage. Regarding the installation structure of the support pillar for the waterstop to be improved.

As the structure and structure of the waterstop, for example, those which hold the waterstop in a U-shaped frame as seen in Patent Documents 1 and 2 and those which stand alone are known. These conventional waterstops are usually stored in a different location, and in the event of an emergency, they are often carried by the user and installed at the opening of the building, so their size and weight must be equivalent to human power. Must be.

For this reason, a lightweight configuration is given priority, and there are cases where the water pressure resistance is insufficient. In addition, if the frontage of the building opening is wide, the amount of bending of the waterstop installed there will inevitably increase. Furthermore, if the width dimension reaches several meters, it will be difficult for humans to carry it, so it is necessary to connect multiple waterstop plates with a certain width dimension in the frontage direction and install them. In addition, a bearing capacity that improves water pressure resistance that can prevent opening and breakage is required.

However, in order to solve the above problem, it is necessary to install a support pillar for the waterstop on the floor surface of the opening area to reduce the deflection due to water pressure and improve the water stoppage of the connecting portion between the waterstop plates. However, there was an urgent need to provide a method for installing a support column for the waterstop that can withstand extremely large water pressure and prevent the waterstop from tilting or breaking.

Therefore, the present invention has been created in view of the above problems, and provides an installation structure of a waterstop support column that can easily and easily install a waterstop support column while having high water pressure resistance and the like. The purpose is to do.

In order to solve the above problems, the present invention
It is an installation structure of a waterstop support pillar that supports a waterstop that closes the opening of the building and stops the inflow of water from the outside.
The waterstop support pillar has a waterstop contact surface that is fitted into a vertical hole formed by invading the floor surface of the opening area on the lower end side and that supports the waterstop in contact with the waterstop plate. Auxiliary tools that come into contact with the lower end side of the waterstop support column and the vertical hole are fitted.
Provided is an installation structure of a support column for a waterstop, which is characterized by the above.

In the installation structure of the support pillar for the waterstop of the present invention having such a configuration, since the support pillar for the waterstop is fitted and fixed in the vertical hole, it has high water pressure resistance and is fitted with an auxiliary tool. Therefore, the waterstop support column is securely fixed in the vertical hole, and a close contact surface can be formed between the waterstop support column and the vertical hole, so that good water stoppage can be obtained. .. Further, originally, in order to achieve fixing and close contact between the vertical hole and the waterstop support column, there must be no gap between the waterstop support column and the vertical hole, but the vertical hole and the stop are not formed. By fitting an auxiliary tool between the waterstop support pillar and the building (inside the building), the waterstop support pillar can be securely fixed in the vertical hole. The "auxiliary tool" in the present invention is fitted between the vertical hole and the waterstop support column to securely fix and adhere the waterstop support column in the vertical hole. It is a wedge material, and can be said to be a backup material or a fitting material that backs up such fixing and adhesion.

Further, in the above-mentioned installation structure of the support column for the waterstop of the present invention,
The waterstop support pillar, the vertical hole, and the auxiliary tool each have a plurality of vertical surfaces.
The waterstop support column is fitted into the vertical hole and includes an A1 contact vertical surface that abuts on the vertical surface of the vertical hole and an A2 contact vertical surface that abuts on the auxiliary tool.
The auxiliary tool is fitted into the vertical hole, and the B2 contact vertical surface that abuts on the vertical surface of the vertical hole and the B1 contact vertical surface that abuts on the A2 contact vertical surface of the waterstop support column. It is desirable to have.

In the installation structure of the support column for the waterstop plate of the present invention having such a configuration, the water-stopping property is improved because the above-mentioned surfaces are in contact with each other, and water enters from between the vertical hole and the support column for the waterstop plate. Can be suitably prevented.

Further, in the installation structure of the waterstop support column of the present invention, the A1 contact vertical surface and the A2 contact vertical surface of the waterstop support column are the waterstop support columns. It is desirable that the auxiliary tool is installed on the opposite surface and the B1 contact vertical surface and the B2 contact vertical surface of the auxiliary tool are arranged on the opposite surface of the auxiliary tool. That is, in the waterstop support column, the A2 contact vertical surface is located on the opposite side of the A1 contact vertical surface, or the A1 contact vertical surface and the A2 contact vertical surface are back to back. It is located so as to face the. Further, in the auxiliary tool, the B2 contact vertical surface is located on the opposite side of the B1 contact vertical surface, or the B1 contact vertical surface and the B2 contact vertical surface face each other back to back. Located in.

In the installation structure of the support column for the waterstop of the present invention having such a configuration, since the contact vertical surfaces are arranged in the same direction, it is possible to prevent the occurrence of gaps and improve the waterstop. If the arrangement direction of each contact vertical surface matches the front-back direction of the building opening (outside the building and inside the building) and the auxiliary tool is located behind the opening of the building, water pressure is used for the waterstop. The upper end side of the support column is pushed backward, and water pressure is applied so that the support column for the waterstop tilts toward the inside of the building. As a result, the lower end side of the waterstop support column is strongly brought into close contact with the vertical surface of the vertical hole, so that the waterstop can be further improved.

Further, in the installation structure of the waterstop support column of the present invention, it is desirable that the A1 contact vertical surface of the waterstop support column is made of a waterstop material.

In the installation structure of the support column for the waterstop of the present invention having such a configuration, if the dimensions of the auxiliary tool are set so that the flexible waterstop material is compressed with a compression allowance to the extent that the waterstop effect is exhibited. Not only can the waterstop support pillars and vertical holes be improved in water stoppage, but also the waterstop material may be damaged when the waterstop plate support pillars are fitted. It is possible to prevent problems such as peeling from the vertical hole. That is, there is a concern that the flexible and easily damaged water stop material may be damaged in order to fit the water stop support column in close contact with the vertical hole. After fitting the waterstop support pillar with a margin, the auxiliary tool is fitted so that the waterstop support pillar and the vertical hole are brought into close contact with each other, so that the concern can be resolved.

Further, in the above-mentioned installation structure of the support column for the waterstop of the present invention, it is desirable that a pressing surface to be pressed is provided above the auxiliary tool.

In the installation structure of the waterstop support column of the present invention having such a configuration, after the waterstop support column is fitted in the vertical hole, an auxiliary tool is provided between the waterstop support column and the vertical hole. When fitting, the auxiliary tool can be easily fitted by applying force from above. Various pressing methods can be used, for example, the pressing surface can be stepped on with a foot to apply a treading force, pushed with the palm of the hand, or hit with a hammer such as a mallet.

Further, in the installation structure of the waterstop support column of the present invention, it is desirable that the A2 contact vertical surface of the waterstop support column is isolated on the left and right. By adopting this configuration, a groove-like space can be created between the left and right A2 contact vertical surfaces toward the back of the support column.

In the installation structure of the waterstop support column of the present invention having such a configuration, if the waterstop support column has, for example, a C-shape (a cross-sectional shape similar to that of substantially lip channel steel), it is assisted. Even if the thickness of the tool is relatively thin, it can be pressed evenly from above to below. Furthermore, when pushing with the foot or palm, the toe side and fingertip side can escape to the groove-shaped space of the support pillar, the pushing force is easy, and the pushing force can be appropriately transmitted, so workability is improved. Can be improved.

Further, in the present invention, after the support pillar for the waterstop is fitted in the vertical hole, the auxiliary tool is fitted between the support pillar for the waterstop and the vertical hole, according to claims 1 to 6. It is also possible to provide a method for installing a waterstop support column constituting the installation structure of the waterstop support column according to any one of the above.

According to the present invention, it is possible to provide an installation structure of a waterstop support column that can easily and easily install a waterstop support column while having high water pressure resistance.

1. 1. Outline of the installation structure of the waterstop support column 1 An outline of the installation structure of the waterstop support column 1 in the present embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram illustrating an outline of the installation structure of the waterstop support column 1 in the present embodiment. In the installation structure of the waterstop support column 1 of the present embodiment, the waterstop 107 for blocking the building opening 101 to block water from the building outer side 105 and preventing the intrusion into the building inner side 103. A vertical hole 3 is arranged at a predetermined position on the floor surface 109 (opening area floor surface) near the building opening 101, and a waterstop support column 1 is fitted in the vertical hole 3. Then, a part of the waterstop 107 is supported by the waterstop support column 1.

For example, even if the building opening 101 has a wide frontage, the substantially intermediate portion of the waterstop plate 107 having a large size corresponding to the frontage is supported by the waterstop support pillar 1 to prevent bending, or the waterstop support. It is possible to block the building opening 101 by installing a plurality of waterstop plates 107 by relaying the pillar 1, improving the water pressure resistance of the waterstop plate 107 and realizing more reliable water stoppage. It is a thing.

As shown in FIG. 1, the installation structure of the waterstop support column 1 in the present embodiment generally includes a waterstop support column 1, a vertical hole 3 for fitting the waterstop support column 1, and a stop. 2. 2. Structure of Waterstop Support Column 1 Next, the structure of the waterstop support column 1 will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. 2A, 2B, and 2C. 2A, 2B, and 2C are views showing the structure of the waterstop support column 1, and FIG. 2A is a front view of the waterstop support column 1. 2 (b) is a side view of the waterstop support column 1 and FIG. 2C is a partially enlarged view at the lower end of the waterstop support column 1. In the description of this embodiment, the upper end side of the waterstop support column 1 is P1 and the lower end side is P2.

As shown in FIGS. 2A and 2B, the waterstop support column 1 used in the present embodiment is fixed to a substantially rectangular parallelepiped column 23 and the upper end of the column 23 for user operability. It is composed of a grip portion 25 for improving the above, a water stop material 19 for preventing water from entering the vertical hole 3, and a protrusion 27 arranged on the bottom plate 29 of the pillar 23.

The prism 23 is a substantially rectangular parallelepiped component made of a metal material having corrosion resistance such as stainless steel or aluminum, a resin material having high rigidity, or the like. The dimensions of each part may be appropriately determined in consideration of the supportability, water pressure resistance, handleability, etc. of the waterstop plate 107. For example, the front width dimension L4 is about 5 cm to 50 cm, and the side width dimension L5 is. It is more preferable to set the height dimension L6 to about 2 cm to 45 cm in the range of about 10 cm to 120 cm.

Further, it is desirable that the range of 10 cm to 50 cm from the lower end side P2 is the fitting area for the vertical hole 3 described later, and the dimensional position is the fitting upper end edge P3.

The pillar 23 used in the present embodiment adopts a substantially rectangular parallelepiped (rectangular cross-sectional shape) as described above, but is not limited to this, and for example, the cross-sectional shape is oval, polygonal, or U-shaped. Alternatively, it may be C-shaped (cross-sectional shape substantially similar to that of lip channel steel). Further, the inside may be solid or hollow. The waterstop support column 51 using the column 23 having a C-shaped cross section will be described in detail later.

A top plate 31 is arranged on the upper end side P1 of the pillar 23, and a grip portion for the user to grip and operate the waterstop support pillar 1 on the outer surface of the top plate 31. 25 is arranged. Further, a bottom plate 29 is arranged on the lower end side P2 of the pillar 23, and a plurality of protrusions 27 abutting on the bottom surface 43 of the vertical hole 3 described later are arranged on the outer surface of the bottom plate 29. Has been done. As shown in FIG. 3, a plurality of (four in this embodiment) protrusions 27 having the same shape are provided on the bottom plate 29, and each of them is arranged near the corner of the bottom plate 29. Since there is a concern that gravel or the like may not enter the vertical hole 3 unintentionally, the bottom surface 43 of the vertical hole 3 is not brought into contact with the bottom plate 29 of the pillar 23, but is brought into substantially point contact via the protrusion 27 or the like. It can be stabilized by suppressing tilting. FIG. 3 is a bottom view of the waterstop support column 1 when the bottom plate 29 of the column 23 is viewed from below.

The front surface of the pillar 23 has a waterstop contact surface 7 on which the upper end side P1 abuts on the waterstop plate 107, and the lower end side P2 includes a waterstop material 19 described later, and the waterstop material 19 is provided. The surface of is an A1 contact vertical surface 11 that abuts on the vertical surface 9 of the vertical hole 3. Further, the back surface of the prism 23 is an A2 contact vertical surface 13 in which the lower end side P2 comes into contact with the auxiliary tool 5 described later.

The water stop material 19 is a sheet-like part made of a flexible resin or rubber that does not foam or fire, and uses an adhesive, an adhesive, or the like to form a water stop plate contact surface 7 of the pillar 23. It is attached to the lower part. It is desirable that the water stop material 19 is arranged so as to project upward from the above-mentioned fitting upper end edge P3, and the water stop material 19 is compressed by the pressing force accompanying the installation of the water stop plate 107 to exert a water stop effect. Can be done. As described above, by attaching the water blocking material 19 to the prism 23, the outer surface (opposite side of the pasting surface) of the water blocking material 19 becomes the A1 contact vertical surface 11.

The dimensions of each part of the water stop material 19 may be appropriately determined according to the size of the support column 1 for the water stop plate, but the dimensions in the height direction are about 10 mm to 80 mm, and the thickness dimensions are about 1 mm to 10 mm. When pressed, it is desirable that it is compressed to about 0.5 mm to 3 mm. Further, as shown in FIG. 2C, it is desirable that the dimension of projecting upward from the fitting upper end edge P3 is within 5 mm, more preferably about 1 mm to 3 mm.

Further, the lower portion of the A1 contact vertical surface 11 of the prism 23 is provided with a protruding portion 20 projecting forward. When water pressure is applied to the waterstop 107, the waterstop support column 1 inclines backward (inclined so that the upper end side of the inclination tilts toward the inside of the building), but when it is greatly inclined, the waterstop support column 1 and the vertical hole The water stoppage with 3 will be hindered, and the water stoppage between the waterstop plate 107 and the building opening and the floor surface will also be affected. However, if the protrusion 20 is present, the protrusion 20 comes into contact with the vertical surface 9 of the vertical hole 3, so that further inclination of the waterstop support column 1 can be prevented.

The protrusion height dimension of the protrusion 20 is preferably determined by the dimension of the water blocking material 19, the compression rate, etc., but is preferably about 1 mm to 2 mm, for example.

3. 3. Structure of Auxiliary Tool 5 Subsequently, the structure of the auxiliary tool 5 will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. 4 (a) and 4 (b). 4 (a) and 4 (b) are views showing the structure of the auxiliary tool 5, FIG. 4 (a) is a front view of the auxiliary tool 5, and FIG. 4 (b) is a view of the auxiliary tool 5. It is a right side view. The front surface of the auxiliary tool 5 is a B1 contact vertical surface 15 that abuts on the waterstop support pillar 1, and the back surface of the auxiliary tool 5 is a B2 contact vertical surface that abuts on the vertical surface 9 of the vertical hole 3. It is 17.

The auxiliary tool 5 is a flat component made of a metal material having corrosion resistance such as stainless steel or aluminum, a resin material having high rigidity, rubber or the like. The dimensions of each part may be appropriately determined from the dimensions of the waterstop support column 1 and the vertical hole 3, but in order to more reliably install the waterstop support column 1, the B1 contact vertical surface 15 The width dimension of is substantially the same as the width dimension L4 of the A1 contact vertical surface 11 and the A2 contact vertical surface 13 of the waterstop support column 1 described above, and the thickness dimension T1 is about 2 cm to 10 cm. desirable.

。 Since the grip portion 33 to be gripped when the user operates is provided above the auxiliary tool 5, it can be easily carried and can be easily attached to and detached from the vertical hole 3. Below, the tip portion 37 formed by a taper whose other surfaces except the B1 contact vertical surface 15 are inclined at a predetermined angle is formed. By providing the tip portion 37 on the auxiliary tool 5, the auxiliary tool 5 can be easily fitted into the vertical hole 3. The upper end surface is a pressing surface 35 for the user to press when the auxiliary tool 5 is fitted into the vertical hole 3 (it can also be pressed via the grip portion 33).

4. Structure of Vertical Hole 3 Next, the structure of vertical hole 3 will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. 5A and 5B. 5 (a) and 5 (b) are views showing the structure of the vertical hole 3, FIG. 5 (a) is a plan view of the vertical hole 3 as viewed from above, and FIG. 5 (b) is a plan view. It is sectional drawing of the arrow view A shown in FIG. 5A. The vertical hole 3 is a hole arranged on the floor surface 109 near the opening 101 of the building and fitted with the support pillar 1 for the waterstop.

The vertical hole 3 is formed by performing a predetermined excavation on the floor surface 109 to form a plurality of vertical surfaces 9 using concrete, mortar, a metal material having corrosion resistance, a resin having high rigidity, rubber, or the like, and forming a plurality of vertical surfaces 9 on the upper surface. It suffices to form a non-box shape. Further, the vertical surface 9 located on the inner side 103 of the building has a slope 45 whose lower portion is inclined at a predetermined angle, as shown in FIG. 5, for a desired reason such as fitting with the tip portion 37 of the auxiliary tool 5. It may be arranged so as to be connected to the bottom surface 43.

The dimensions of the vertical hole 3 may be appropriately determined according to the dimensions of the waterstop support pillar 1 and the auxiliary tool 5 described above, and the depth dimension L1 is about 5 cm to 50 cm and the width in the frontage direction of the building opening 101. The dimension L7 is 5 cm to 50 cm, the width dimension L2 in the direction of the building outer side 105 and the building inner side 103 is 5 cm to 50 cm, and the width dimension L3 of the slope 45 described above is abbreviated as the thickness dimension T1 of the auxiliary tool 5. It is desirable to do the same.

In addition, in order to improve the workability of fitting the waterstop support pillar 1 and the auxiliary tool 5 to the vertical hole 3, even if a clearance is added to the dimensions of each part to the extent that the fixing of each part is not significantly reduced. good.

As shown in FIG. 5B, the upper end portion of each vertical surface 9 is bent and widened, and a lid contact surface 39 for fitting the lid 41 described later is provided. By making the difference between the ground height of the floor surface and the height of the lid contact surface 39, that is, the drop height of the lid contact surface 39 substantially the same as the thickness of the peripheral edge portion of the lid 41, the support pillar 1 for the waterstop plate 1 Even if the vertical hole 3 is closed with the lid 41 when the floor surface is not used, the floor surface can be flattened so as not to cause a step.

Next, the structure of the lid 41 will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. 6 (a) and 6 (b). 6 (a) and 6 (b) are views showing the structure of the lid 41, FIG. 6 (a) is a plan view of the lid 41 as viewed from above, and FIG. 6 (b) is a view of FIG. It is sectional drawing of the arrow B shown in (a). The lid 41 is a component that closes the vertical hole 3 described above when the waterstop support column 1 is not used.

。 As shown in FIGS. 6A and 6B, the lid 41 is a substantially rectangular plate-shaped part, and a movable grip portion 47 is arranged on one surface thereof. It is desirable that the size of the lid 41 is such that the movable grip portion 47 can be accommodated and that the lid 41 can be fitted in contact with the lid contact surface 39 of the vertical hole 3 described above. The movable grip portion 47 has a hinge at the connection portion with the lid 41, and can be erected from the lid 41 with the hinge as an axis. Further, if a recess similar to the shape of the movable grip portion 47 is formed in the lid 41 so that the movable grip portion 47 can be housed in the lid 41 when not standing up, the lid 41 is fitted into the vertical hole 3. At the same time, the movable grip portion 47 can be housed to keep the lid 41 in a smooth state. Further, for the connection between the movable grip portion 47 and the lid 41, the hinge method as described above can be applied, and the upright inverted U-shaped movable grip portion 47 can slide up and down on both lower end sides. A so-called drop-in type may be adopted in which a hole is provided in the lid 41 and both lower end sides of the movable grip portion 47 are dropped and stored in the hole (in that case, the movable grip portion 47 and the lid 41 are used. A protruding portion may be provided on the lower end side of the movable grip portion 47 to prevent the movable grip portion 47 from coming off.)

5. Installation method of the waterstop 107 Next, using FIGS. 7, 8 and 9, the waterstop 107 is installed using the waterstop support pillar 1, the vertical hole 3, and the auxiliary tool 5. The method will be described in detail. FIG. 7 is a schematic view showing a situation in which the waterstop support column 1 and the auxiliary tool 5 are fitted in the vertical hole 3, and FIG. 8 is a waterstop support column 1 fitted in the vertical hole 3. It is a cross-sectional view of the auxiliary tool 5 from the building inner side 103 to the building outer side 105, and FIG. 9 is a plan view of the state where the waterstop 107 is installed in the building opening 101 as seen from above the floor surface 109.

First, as shown in FIG. 7, the lid 41 fitted to the vertical hole 3 is removed to open the vertical hole 3, and then the grip portion 25 of the waterstop support column 1 is gripped to hold the waterstop plate. A waterstop support pillar in the vertical hole 3 so that the A1 contact vertical surface 11 abuts on the vertical surface 9 located on the building outer side 105 of the vertical hole 3 while facing the contact surface 7 to the building outer side 105. 1 is fitted.

Subsequently, the grip portion 33 of the auxiliary tool 5 is gripped, the B1 contact vertical surface 15 is brought into contact with the A2 contact vertical surface 13 of the waterstop support pillar 1, and the vertical hole 3 is located on the building internal side 103. Auxiliary tool 5 is fitted behind the waterstop support pillar 1 (building inner side 103) in the vertical hole 3 so that the vertical surface 9 and the B2 contact vertical surface 17 come into contact with each other. At this time, by pressing the auxiliary tool 5 pressing surface 35, fitting can be easily performed. At the first stage of this fitting, the tip portion 37 formed in the shape of a constricted tip is inserted into the vertical hole 3 (the A2 contact vertical surface 13 of the waterstop support pillar 1 and the inside of the building of the vertical hole 3). The auxiliary tool 5 can be easily fitted into the vertical hole 3 by inserting it into the vertical surface 9 located at 103) to guide the whole.

As shown in FIG. 8, by fitting the auxiliary tool 5 into the vertical hole 3, the waterstop support pillar 1 is pressed in the direction of 105 on the outside side of the building, so that the waterstop material 19 is pressed. To. As a result, the fitting position of the waterstop support column 1 with respect to the vertical hole 3 is determined, and the waterstop support column 1 is securely installed in the vertical hole 3, and the waterstop material 19 makes it possible to use the waterstop material 19 on the outside side 105 of the building. The gap between the vertical surface 9 located in the direction and the A1 contact vertical surface 11 is securely sealed, and a high water stop function (watertightness) can be exhibited, and at the same time, it hits the support column 1 for the water stop plate as described later. Even if the waterstop 107 is installed in contact with the waterstop and the waterstop 107 tries to fall to the inside 103 of the building due to water pressure, the waterstop support pillar 1 is pushed into the vertical hole 3 and installed. Therefore, the waterstop 107 can be supported without tilting.

With the above procedure, the waterstop support pillar 1 is securely fixed, and the waterstop plate 107 can be installed in the building opening 101 via the waterstop support pillar 1. As shown in FIG. 9, the waterstop plate 107 is carried between the opening edges 111 at both ends forming the building opening 101 and the waterstop support pillar 1 and erected on the floor surface 109, and the waterstop plate 107 is erected. Each end of the building opening 101 in the frontage direction is fixed to the opening edge 111 and the waterstop support column 1. A known method can be used for fixing the end of the waterstop 107 in the frontage direction to the opening edge 111 or the waterstop support column 1, for example, the toggle shown in JP-A-2017-160693. It may be fixed by using the metal fittings of the formula.

The waterstop 107 used is, for example, a substantially rectangular plate-shaped member having a substantially parallel first surface (front surface) and a second surface (rear surface) and having a predetermined thickness, and is a waterstop plate. It is preferable that the material is composed of various materials as long as the function of the above is not impaired and the effect of the present invention is not impaired. It may be made of resin or metal, and for example, the main part of the waterstop may be made of resin and the peripheral edge may be composed of a metal frame material, or at least the first. It may have a hollow structure having a surface and a second surface, and connecting the surfaces with a crosspiece structure.

。 Waterstop packings extending in the height direction and the horizontal direction (for example, the rear surfaces of both ends in the frontage direction) and the lower end of the waterstop 107 (the surface abutting the floor surface 109) of the waterstop 107 (for example, the rear surfaces of both ends in the frontage direction) (Not shown) is desirable. The waterstop packing can be made of a rubber material, a resin material, a resin foam, an air bag, or the like, and when water pressure is applied to the waterstop 107, it is elastically deformed to receive the water pressure and the waterstop plate. It has a function as a so-called sealing material or packing that seals water from between the 107 and the opening edge 111 and the floor surface 109 (note that, here, the water stop material provided on the water stop plate 107 is used to stop water. For the sake of convenience, the term "waterstop packing" is used to make it easier to distinguish from the waterstop material of the support column 1 for the plate, but the water stop packing and the water stop material of the support column 1 for the water stop plate are essentially. Needless to say, it does not differ from the above, and may be formed by using the same material and the same type.)

Since the water stop material 19 projects above the floor surface 109 as described above, the lower portion of the water stop support column 1 comes into contact with the water stop packing disposed at the lower end of the installed water stop material 107. Improves water stoppage near the lower part of the waterstop support column 1.

It should be noted that, on the outer periphery of the vertical hole 3 in which the waterstop support pillar 1 is fitted, there is a dip portion, a so-called groove, formed by the presence of the lid contact surface 39 described above, but the outer side 105 of the building. Since the water stop packing arranged at the lower end of the water stop plate 107 covers the located portion (the groove located on the building outer side 105 adjacent to the water stop material 19) from the upper part, water flows from the building outer side 105. It is possible to prevent the lid from entering the contact surface 39 of the lid. Even when two waterstop plates 107 are installed in the building opening 101 via the waterstop support pillar 1 as in the present embodiment, the waterstop packing of the waterstop 107 covers the groove from above. Similarly, the water stoppage can be ensured, but the gap between the two waterstop plates 107 may be closed and the lid contact surface 39 may be installed so as to cover the entire portion located on the building outer side 105. Further, if the water stop packing is provided on the end surface where both of the two water stop plates 107 are in contact with each other, the water stop can be performed more reliably.

6. Other installation modes of the waterstop plate 107 using the support pillar 1 for the waterstop plate The present invention can also take other installation modes of the waterstop plate 107 using the support pillars for the waterstop plate in addition to the above. .. 10 (a) and 10 (b) will be used to describe another installation mode of the waterstop 107 using the support column for the waterstop. 10 (a) and 10 (b) are views showing the installation mode of another water stop plate 107 using the support pillar for the water stop plate, and FIG. 10 (a) shows the building opening 101 having a protruding corner. 10 (b) is a plan view showing the mode corresponding to the building opening 101 of the inclined wall surface.

In the case of corresponding to the protruding corner-shaped building opening 101 as shown in FIG. 10A, for example, a substantially pentagonal shape having a surface substantially parallel to both opening edges 111 at an intersection on an extension line of both opening edges 111. If the waterstop support pillar 201 having a cross-sectional shape is installed, two waterstop plates 107 can be installed in the building opening 101 via the waterstop support pillar 201 to stop water. ..

Further, in the case of corresponding to the building opening 101 provided on the inclined wall surface as shown in FIG. 10 (b), the water stop plate contact surface 7 of the water stop plate support pillar 1 is substantially parallel to the inclined wall surface. Waterstop can be stopped by installing the waterstop 107 in the building opening 101 via the waterstop support pillar 1.

Further, as shown in FIG. 10C, one waterstop plate 107 is installed in the building opening 101 via the waterstop plate support pillar 1, and the waterstop plate 107 is substantially centered from the building internal side 103. By supporting the above, bending may be prevented and water pressure resistance and water stopping property may be improved.

As described above, if the shape and arrangement method of the waterstop support pillars are changed according to the shapes of the building opening 101 and the opening edge 111, a wide range of measures can be taken according to the aspect of the building opening 101.

7. Other Waterstop Support Pillars and Auxiliary Tools Next, the other waterstop support pillars 51 will be described with reference to FIGS. 11 (a) and 14 (b). FIG. 11 is a perspective view showing the structure of the waterstop support column 51. 14 (a) and 14 (b) are views showing a modification of the waterstop support column 51, and FIG. 14A shows a waterstop plate contact surface 57 provided with an I-shaped protrusion 83. FIG. 14B is a cross-sectional view of the waterstop support column 51, which is a waterstop support column 51 having a T-shaped protrusion 85 on the waterstop contact surface 57.

As shown in FIG. 11, a column 73 having a C-shaped cross-sectional shape (similar cross-sectional shape to substantially lip channel steel) is used, and a top plate 81 is separately fixed to the upper end side P1 and a bottom plate 79 is separately fixed to the lower end side P2. The configured waterstop support column 51 can be used. As a result, the surface having the A2 contact vertical surface 63 is divided into left and right, and has a slit 82 extending in the vertical direction substantially in the center.

。 If the pillar 73 having a C-shaped cross section is used, the weight of the waterstop support pillar 51 can be easily reduced, and even if the thickness of the auxiliary tool used is relatively thin, the pillar 73 can be used. The toes of the foot or the like can be inserted into the slit 82 of the auxiliary tool to strongly press the pressing surface of the auxiliary tool downward (in other words, the auxiliary tool can be easily and surely fitted).

Further, an I-shaped protrusion 83 extending in the vertical direction is arranged substantially in the center of the waterstop contact surface 57 (see FIG. 14 (a)), or a T-shaped protrusion 85 is arranged (see FIG. 14 (b)). Then, the waterstop 107 can be positioned and installed more reliably and easily, and the portion can be used for fixing the waterstop. That is, if a groove extending substantially vertically with respect to the floor surface 109 is directly formed on the opening edge 111 side, or if a steel material having a U-shaped cross section is arranged, the I-shaped protrusion 83 or the T-shaped protrusion is provided. Together with the 85, the waterstop 107 can be supported from both ends in the frontage direction, and more reliable installation can be performed.

Subsequently, other assistive devices will be described with reference to FIGS. 12 (a) and 12 (b) and FIGS. 13 (a) and 13 (b). 12 (a) and 12 (b) are views showing the auxiliary tool 55, FIG. 12 (a) is a perspective view showing the structure of the auxiliary tool 55, and FIG. 12 (b) is a view showing the auxiliary tool 55. It is sectional drawing which shows the state which the support pillar 51 for a waterstop is fitted in the vertical hole 3 by using. 13 (a) and 13 (b) are views showing the auxiliary tool 255, FIG. 13 (a) is a perspective view showing the structure of the auxiliary tool 255, and FIG. 13 (b) is an auxiliary tool. It is sectional drawing which shows the state which the support pillar 51 for a waterstop is fitted in the vertical hole 3 using the tool 255.

As shown in FIG. 12A, a large-area pressing surface 71 formed by projecting or bulging from the front-rear surface of the auxiliary tool 55 body to the front (building outer side 105) and / or the rear (building inner side 103). In FIG. 12, if the auxiliary tool 55 provided with the pressing surface 71 is formed so as to bulge forward and backward, the auxiliary tool 55 can be fitted to the vertical hole 3 at the time of fitting. The pressing force can be applied more reliably. Further, as shown in FIG. 12B, when combined with the waterstop support column 51 described above, the pressing surface 71 does not interfere with the A2 contact vertical surface 63 and is aligned with the waterstop support column 51. It can be fitted in the vertical hole 3.

Further, if an auxiliary tool 255 provided with a T-shaped protrusion 272 extending in the vertical direction at substantially the center of the B1 contact vertical surface 265 as shown in FIG. 13 (a) is configured, as shown in FIG. 13 (b). By fitting the A2 contact vertical surfaces 63 of both of the waterstop support columns 51 to the groove 274, the auxiliary tool 255 can slide up and down along the slit 82, and the waterstop support column can be slid vertically. The 51 and the auxiliary tool 255 can be integrally configured. As a result, for example, the loss of the auxiliary tool 255 and the forgetting to fit the auxiliary tool 255 can be eliminated, and the waterstop plate support pillar 51 can be quickly installed when the waterstop plate 107 is installed.

Although the typical embodiment of the method of installing the support column for the waterstop in the present embodiment has been described with reference to the drawings, the present invention is not limited to these embodiments and claims for a patent. There are other modifications and improvements to the extent that they do not deviate from the spirit and teachings described in the scope of the invention, all of which are included in the technical scope of the present invention.

For example, instead of forming the lid contact surface 39 described above, for example, a part of the lid may be directly contacted and supported on the bottom surface 43 of the vertical hole 3 to form a fitable lid. Alternatively, other lid contact surfaces 239 as shown in FIGS. 15 (a) and 15 (b) may be configured. 15 (a) and 15 (b) are views showing the structure of the other lid contact surface 239, and FIG. 15 (a) is a plan view showing a vertical hole 203 provided with the lid contact surface 239. Yes, FIG. 15 (b) is a cross-sectional view showing the arrow B of FIG. 15 (a).

The lid contact surface 239 is configured by bending and widening the upper ends of the two vertical surfaces 209 facing the frontage direction of the building opening 101 and the vertical surface 209 facing the building outer side 105. On the other hand, the vertical surface 209 facing the building inner side 103 (that is, the vertical surface formed near the building outer side 105 of the vertical hole) is formed substantially vertically up to the upper end edge of the vertical hole without bending to the floor surface 109. Therefore, when the waterstop support column 1 is fitted, a groove is not formed in the portion located on the outer side 105 of the building. That is, when the waterstop 107 is installed, there is no groove on the floor surface on which the waterstop 107 touches the ground, so that the waterstop at the portion can be further improved.

If the vertical hole 203 provided with such a lid contact surface 239 is configured, the lid 41 can be fitted to close the vertical hole 203 while keeping the floor surface 109 flat, and the water can be easily stopped. Can be guaranteed. More specifically, when two waterstops 107 are installed in the building opening 101 via the waterstop support column 1, in the above-described embodiment, the gap between the two waterstops 107 is closed. Even if the waterstop packing arranged at the lower end of the waterstop 107 is installed so as to cover all the grooves of the portion of the lid contact surface 39 located on the building outer side 105, other lid contact is not ensured. In the case of the vertical hole 203 provided with the surface 239, since the groove is not formed in the portion located on the outer side 105 of the building as described above, it is not necessary to strictly close the gap between the two waterstop plates 107. Since no gap is formed for water to enter, it is possible to ensure water stoppage while simplifying the method of arranging the water stop plate 107.

The waterstop in the present embodiment has a structure for installing a waterstop support column, which has high pressure resistance and the like, and allows the waterstop support column to be easily and easily installed.
