Description

The present invention relates to a shoelace capable of maintaining a tight state of the instep of a shoe without tying, and a shoe provided with the shoelace.

Conventionally, as this kind of shoelace, for example, there is one disclosed in Patent Document 1 (hereinafter, referred to as a conventional example).

This conventional example is based on a tubular string body made of an elastic material having a hump that is repeatedly arranged at intervals and whose diameter changes depending on the magnitude of the axial tension applied to itself, and the tube structure of the string body. The central tube part is made of non-stretchable material, which constitutes the core of the hump, and the central string is rounded at the hump-corresponding part so as to follow the change in the distance between both ends of the hump according to the change in the diameter of the hump. In this state, the string is passed through the string hole, and when the threading through the string hole is completed, the axial tension applied to the string is weakened. It is expanded so that the diameter of the hump becomes large, and when this hump expands, it gets caught in the string hole, and a fixing effect (tightening holding effect when tying the string) can be obtained without going through the work of tying the string. It is possible.

Therefore, for example, when this conventional example is used as a shoelace, the tightening force does not loosen even if the hump is locked in each lace hole and the shoe is run, and the shoe is firmly fitted to the foot. The effect is exhibited.

However, when this conventional example is used as a shoelace, a large number of humps formed on the entire string must be passed through a large number of string holes provided in the instep, and the stringing work must be performed. It will be very troublesome.

Further, when adjusting the tightening state, all the humps must be moved one by one in the same manner, and there is an inconvenience that the tightening condition cannot be easily adjusted.

Against this background, the applicant has, in order to solve the above-mentioned problem caused by this conventional example, in a shoelace capable of maintaining the tightened state of the instep of the shoe without tying the shoelace. , Has proposed a shoelace that can easily perform stringing work and tightening condition adjustment work (Patent Document 2).

The shoe laces proposed by the present applicant have a region where a large-diameter hump portion having a larger diameter than the lace-through hole is provided, from the end side in the longitudinal direction of the lace, specifically, from the normal last lace-through hole. It is limited to a predetermined range on the tip side of the string on both sides of the string that is pulled out and released, and is sandwiched between other areas, that is, a large-diameter hump area in which a plurality of large-diameter humps provided on both sides of the string are arranged side by side. The middle part of the string has a smaller diameter than the hole diameter of the string through hole, and a plurality of small diameter humps that are elastically deformable are arranged side by side at intervals. The number of large-diameter humps to be passed is reduced to facilitate stringing work and tightening condition adjustment work.

Japanese Patent Application No. 2016-240250

The present invention is a further improvement of the invention relating to the shoelace (Japanese Patent Application No. 2016-240250) previously proposed by the present applicant, which facilitates the stringing work and the tightening condition adjusting work, and is more excellent. It is an object of the present invention to provide a shoelace that exerts a tightening action on the instep.

The gist of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.

It is formed into a substantially spherical body having a diameter larger than the hole diameter of the string through holes 3 provided on the left and right sides of the instep 2 of the shoe 1 on both sides in the longitudinal direction of the string , and is elastically deformed elastically in the longitudinal direction of the string. A plurality of hump-shaped portions 4 that are stretched and elastically deformed by a pulling operation to be deformed into a shape having a diameter smaller than the hole diameter of the string through hole 3 and a hump-shaped portion 10 that connects the hump-shaped portions 4 to each other alternately. The hump has a hump region portion 5 connected to the hump, and the hump is pulled out through the last string through hole 3 in a state of being inserted into the string through hole 3 and disposed in the instep portion 2. By the pulling operation of the region portion 5, the hump-shaped portion 4 locked inside the string through hole 3 is stretched and elastically deformed to have a smaller diameter than the string through hole 3, and the string through hole 3 is formed. By releasing the pulling operation in this tightened state , the hump-shaped portion 4 that has passed through the string through hole 3 can be moved from the small diameter shape to the original shape. The string-through hole 3 is pulled out from the last string-through hole 3 by returning to a substantially spherical body having a diameter larger than the hole diameter of the string-through hole 3 and being deformed so as to be unable to move through the string-through hole 3. A shoe strap configured so that the tightened state does not loosen even if the hump region portions 5 are not tied to each other, and substantially the entire area between the hump region portions 5 provided on both sides in the longitudinal direction of the lace. A constant thickness region 6 is provided , which is formed to have a constant thickness smaller than the diameter of the string through hole 3 and elastically deforms in a stretchable manner. It is composed of a tubular member 7 having elastic elasticity and a string-shaped member 8 which is longer than the tubular member 7 and is inserted and arranged in the tubular member 7 in a slack state, and is the string through hole of the shoe 1. When the tubular member 7 is stretched and elastically deformed by the pulling operation and is arranged in the instep portion 2 through the third, an elastic recovery force is generated along with the stretch elastic deformation, and the elastic recovery force causes the shoe 1 to be stretched and elastically deformed. The instep 2 is configured to be tightened , and the slack of the string-shaped member 8 decreases as the tensile action in the longitudinal direction increases and the amount of stretch elastic deformation of the tubular member 7 increases. However, since the string-shaped member 8 is no longer loosened and the string-shaped member 8 is in a tense state, it is configured so that further elongation elastic deformation does not proceed , and further, the constant-thickness region portion 6 is a shoe. It is set to a length that is ½ of the total length of the lace, and is set to a length that is disposed through about ½ of the entire instep portion 2 of the shoe 1 when the lace is attached. Therefore, the instep 2 may be tightened within a range of about 1/2 from the toe side of the instep 2. Further, each hump region portion 5 has a length of 1/4 of the total length of the shoelace, and the total length of each hump region portion 5 and the length of the constant thickness region portion 6 are substantially the same length. It relates to a shoelace characterized by having the configuration set in the above.

Further, the present invention relates to shoes characterized by having the shoelace 9 according to claim 1 .

Since the present invention is configured as described above, the stringing work and the tightening condition adjusting work become easier than the conventional ones.

Further, the constant thickness region of the present invention increases the amount of stretch elastic deformation of the entire shoelace, improves the elastic recovery action caused by this stretch elastic deformation, and is superior to the conventional foot. Demonstrates instep tightening action.

Further, the constant-thickness region portion has good passage mobility with respect to the lace-through hole and also has good elasticity, so that the shoe is well fixed to the foot (well tightened). Despite this, the instep where blood vessels are concentrated is not pressed too much, and the tightening strength is naturally adjusted in response to changes over time such as swelling of the foot, and good comfort is maintained. It also works well on foot health.

As described above, the present invention is an epoch-making shoelace that is easier to use than the conventional one and has a good tightening action and is excellent in practicality.

Embodiments of the present invention which are considered to be suitable will be briefly described by showing the operation of the present invention based on the drawings.

In the present invention, a constant thickness region formed with a diameter smaller than the hole diameter of the string through hole 3 and a substantially constant thickness over substantially the entire area between the hump region portions 5 provided on both sides in the longitudinal direction of the string. Since the portion 6 is formed, when the constant-thickness region portion 6 is inserted into the lace-through hole 3 of the shoe 1 and attached to the instep portion 2, the lace-through is smooth and does not get caught. The work can be performed, and the tightening condition adjusting work can be easily and smoothly performed because there is no catching as in the stringing work.

Further, in the conventional shoe string of this type, a hump portion having a large or small size is arranged over the entire shoe string, and more specifically, a hump portion that elastically deforms elastically and a non-stretchable connection. Since the portions are arranged alternately at intervals, in the pulling operation, since the connecting portion is non-stretchable, only the hump portion is stretched and elastically deformed. 6 does not have the above-mentioned non-stretchable connecting portion, and the entire constant-thickness region portion 6 elastically deforms elastically. Therefore, in the present invention, the hump region portion 5 in which the hump-shaped portion 4 is arranged in the pulling operation However, the constant-thickness region portion 6 undergoes a larger stretch elastic deformation due to the absence of the non-stretchable connecting portion, and the shoe cord 9 as a whole undergoes a larger stretch elastic deformation than before. The stretch elastic deformation becomes large, and therefore the elastic recovery action accompanying this stretch elastic deformation also becomes large, and the tightening action on the instep portion 2 is further improved.

Moreover, the constant thickness region 6 is formed by providing the elastic member 7 formed in a tubular shape with a non-elastic member 8 longer than the elastic member 7 in a slackened state, and pulling in the longitudinal direction. When the action occurs, the stretchable member 7 is stretched and elastically deformed, and the slack of the non-stretchable member 8 is reduced. Even if the fixed area portion 6 is pulled, it can be configured to have an extension limiting function that does not extend any more. The tightening condition adjustment work can be performed.

As described above, the present invention solves the problem in the conventional example, and in the shoelace 9 which can maintain the tightened state of the instep portion 2 of the shoe 1 without tying, the stringing work and the tightening condition. It is a shoelace with excellent practicality that allows adjustment work to be performed even more easily.

Specific examples of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

The present embodiment is a shoe 1 provided with a shoelace 9 capable of maintaining the tightened state of the instep 2 without tying the present invention.

Specifically, the laces 9 of the present embodiment are formed to have a larger diameter than the hole diameters of the lace through holes 3 provided on the left and right sides of the instep 2 of the shoe 1 on both sides in the longitudinal direction of the laces, and also expand and contract. A hump region portion 5 in which a plurality of hump-shaped portions 4 are arranged side by side so as to be configured to be elastically deformed freely and to be stretched and elastically deformed in the pulling operation direction to have a diameter smaller than the hole diameter of the string through hole 3. And, over substantially the entire area between the hump region portions 5, the thickness constant region portion 6 formed to have a diameter smaller than the hole diameter of the stringing hole 3 and a substantially constant thickness is configured. The lace-through hole 3 is inserted into the lace-through hole 3 and attached to the instep portion 2 of the shoe 1 by pulling the hump region portion 5 that has been pulled out through the last lace-through hole 3. The hump-shaped portion 4 locked inward is stretched and elastically deformed by a pulling operation to have a smaller diameter than the string through hole 3 and can be moved through the string through hole 3 to be tightened. By releasing the pulling operation, the hump-shaped portion 4 that has passed through the string through hole 3 returns from the small diameter shape to a non-deformed state having a diameter larger than the original hole diameter of the string through hole 3 and is deformed. By making it impossible to move through the return passage, the tightened state is not loosened by the pulling operation even if the hump region portions 5 pulled out from the last string through hole 3 are not tied to each other. ing.

More specifically, the hump region portion 5 is composed of the hump-shaped portion 4 described above and the hump-shaped portion 10 that is interposed between the hump-shaped portions 4 and connects the hump-shaped portions 4 to each other, in other words. The hump region portion 5 of the present embodiment is configured such that the hump-shaped portion 4 and the hump connecting portion 10 are regularly arranged alternately along the longitudinal direction of the string.

Further, the plurality of hump-shaped portions 4 provided in the hump region portion 5 are formed into a substantially spherical body having a diameter larger than the hole diameter of the string through hole 3, and pass through the string through hole 3 as it is (shape). For example, when both ends of the hump region portion 5 in the longitudinal direction are held by hand and pulled, the hump-shaped portion 4 is stretched and elastically deformed in the pulling operation direction by this pulling operation, and the string through hole 3 is formed. It is deformed into a shape smaller than the hole diameter, for example, a shape like a rugby ball, and becomes a state (shape) that can pass through the string through hole 3, and when this pulling operation is released, the hump-shaped portion 4 is originally formed. It is configured to be restored to a state of a substantially spherical body having a larger diameter than the hole diameter of the string through hole 3.

Further, in the hump region portion 5 of the present embodiment, the hump-shaped portion 4 is stretched and elastically deformed by a pulling operation to have a smaller diameter than the string through hole 3, and the hump region portions 5 are arranged side by side on the left and right sides of the instep portion 2. After passing through the hole 3 and tightening, the pulling operation is stopped and the hump-shaped portion 4 has a larger diameter than the hole diameter of the original string through hole 3, that is, a large size that cannot pass through the string through hole 3. When restored to the hump-shaped portion 4 having a diameter shape, the restored hump-shaped portion 4 is located on the most side of the lace-through hole 3 arranged side by side on the left and right sides of the instep portion 2 of the shoe 1. The length is set so that only the last string-through hole 3 or the last string-through hole 3 and the string-through hole 3 immediately before the last string-through hole 3 can be returned and locked.

Specifically, the hump region portion 5 of this embodiment is set to a length of about 1/4 of the total length of the shoelace 9. That is, in the shoelace 9 of the present embodiment, when the hump region portions 5 on both sides in the longitudinal direction of the cord are combined, the hump region portion 5 occupies about half the length of the shoelace 9, and the other half is described later. The structure is such that the constant thickness region portion 6 occupies.

Further, the hump region portion 5 of the present embodiment will be described. The hump region portion 5 of the present embodiment determines the amount of elongation elastic deformation of the hump region portion 5 (specifically, the hump-shaped portion 4) at the time of a pulling operation. It is configured to have an extension / deformation limiting mechanism for limiting.

Specifically, the hump region portion 5 of the present embodiment is a hump-shaped portion forming bulging portion 11 for forming the hump-shaped portion 4 and a hump connecting portion forming capillary tube portion for forming the hump connecting portion 10. It is composed of a tubular hump region forming elastic member 13 in which 12 and 12 are alternately formed, and a string-shaped hump region forming non-stretchable member 14 inserted and arranged in the hump region forming elastic member 13. When a tensile action is generated in the longitudinal direction, the elastic member 13 for forming the hump region is elastically deformed, and elastically returns to the hump region 5 due to the elastic deformation of the elastic member 13 for forming the hump region. A force is generated, and the elastic return force causes an instep tightening action to tighten the instep 2.

Further, the non-stretchable member 14 for forming a hump region is set to have a longer length than the elastic member 13 for forming a hump region, and when it is inserted and arranged in the elastic member 13 for forming a hump region, it is inserted. When the elastic member 13 for forming a hump region is arranged in a slackened state in the bulge portion 11 for forming a hump-like portion and a pulling action is generated in the longitudinal direction, the bulge portion 11 for forming the hump-like portion is elastically deformed. As a result, the slack is reduced, and the slack of the non-stretchable member 14 for forming the hump region is eliminated and the tension state is reached, so that the elastic deformation of the elastic member 13 for forming the hump region is suppressed. The structure is such that the stretch elastic deformation of the hump-shaped portion 4 is limited.

Further, as described above, the constant-thickness region portion 6 of the present embodiment is formed to have a diameter smaller than the hole diameter of the lace-through hole 3 and a substantially constant thickness, and is provided on both sides of the shoelace 9 described above. The length is set over substantially the entire area between the hump region 5.

Specifically, when the shoelace 9 is attached to the instep portion 2 of the shoe 1, the constant-thickness region portion 6 of the present embodiment alternates left and right in the lace through holes 3 provided on the left and right of the instep portion 2. It is set to a length that occupies 1/2 or more of the entire instep 2 (is arranged through the instep 2 or more).

Further, the constant-thickness region portion 6 of the present embodiment is configured to have an extension / deformation limiting mechanism like the hump region portion 5 described above.

Specifically, in the constant thickness region portion 6 of the present embodiment, the non-stretchable member 8 longer than the elastic member 7 is inserted into the elastic member 7 formed in a tubular shape in a slackened state. When a pulling action is generated in the longitudinal direction, the elastic member 7 is elastically deformed, and an elastic recovery force is generated along with the elastically deforming, and the elastic return force tightens the instep 2. The structure is such that the instep tightening action is generated, and as the pulling action in the longitudinal direction becomes larger, the elastic member 7 extends in the pulling direction, and the non-stretchable member 8 reduces the slack, and this non-stretchable member When the slack of the member 8 disappears, the elastic member 7 is configured so as not to be stretched and deformed any more. In this embodiment, the elastic member 7 and the elastic member 13 for forming a hump region are integrally formed of an elastic material (elastic material) such as natural rubber or synthetic rubber. The non-stretchable member 8 and the non-stretchable member 14 for forming a hump region are integrally formed of a non-stretchable material such as polyester, nylon, acrylic, and polyurethane.

Further, as shown in the figure, the shoe 1 of the present embodiment provided with the shoelace 9 described above is configured in a general sneaker shape, and has a plurality of lace-through holes on the left and right sides of the instep 2. 3 are arranged side by side along the direction from the shoe tip to the shoe opening.

Further, the shoe 1 of the present embodiment is located on the left and right side surfaces, respectively, on the tip portion of the shoelace 9 inserted through the lace through hole 3, that is, inserted through the lace through hole 3 and located on the shoelace side. A configuration in which a shoelace tip locking portion 16 is provided for locking the shoelace free end portion 15 of the shoelace 9 pulled out outward through the final lace through hole 3 to the shoelace 1. It is said that.

Specifically, the shoelace tip locking portion 16 of the present embodiment cannot pass through the non-deformed hump-shaped portion 4, but passes through the hump-shaped portion 4 that has been expanded and reduced in diameter by a pulling operation. It is configured to have a through hole 17 set to have a diameter that is substantially the same as that of the string through hole 3 that can be formed.

That is, the shoelace tip locking portion 16 of the present embodiment is a hump-shaped portion in the shoelace free end portion 15 by manually pulling the shoelace free end portion 15 pulled out from the last string through hole 3. After the shoelace free end portion 15 is inserted into the through hole 17 by deforming the extension and small diameter of 4, the hump-shaped portion 4 that has been extended and reduced in diameter cannot pass through the through hole 17 as it is by stopping the pulling operation. By restoring to the original state, even if the shoelace 9 returns and a moving action occurs, the hump-shaped portion 4 of the shoelace free end portion 15 becomes the peripheral portion of the through hole 17, that is, the shoelace tip locking portion 16. It is configured to lock back and prevent the shoelace 9 from moving back.

That is, this embodiment has a double locking structure that holds the tightened state of the shoelace 9 at two points of the shoelace tip locking portion 16 together with the final string through hole 3, and is tightened. The state is well maintained, and the tightened state of the instep 2 of the shoe 1 is well maintained without tying the shoelace 9.

Further, the shoelace tip locking portion 16 of the present embodiment will be described. The shoelace tip locking portion 16 of the present embodiment is the last lace through hole 3 located on the shoelace side of the instep portion 2 of the shoe 1. , The shoe 1 is connected to the lace-through hole 3 in front of the last lace-through hole 3 on the opposite side where the shoelace 9 is inserted before the last lace-through hole 3 is inserted. It is configured to be provided (arranged) on the tip end side of the above, and specifically, in the present embodiment, it is configured to be provided substantially directly below the last string through hole 3.

That is, in this embodiment, the shoelace free end portion 15 of the shoelace 9 that has passed through the last lace through hole 3 and is pulled out to the outside is locked at the tip of the shoelace located directly below the last lace through hole 3. By inserting it into the through hole 17 of the portion 16, the shoelace 9 is greatly bent at the last string through hole 3 to change the routing direction, so that the shoelace 9 returns to the shoelace 9 and this bent portion causes a moving action. It acts as a resistance to the return movement action and is configured to make it more difficult to return and move.

Further, the through hole 17 provided in the shoelace tip locking portion 16 of the present embodiment is configured to be perforated in the direction along the side surface of the shoe 1, and the shoelace pulled out from the last string through hole 3. After pulling the free end portion 15 by hand to extend and deform the hump-shaped portion 4 on the shoelace free end portion 15 to reduce the diameter and insert the hump-shaped portion 4 into the through hole 17, stop the pulling operation. When the hump-shaped portion 4 that has been elongated and reduced in diameter is restored to its original state in which it cannot pass through the through hole 17 as it is, the shoelace free end portion 15 through which the through hole 17 is inserted is along the side surface of the shoe 1. It is configured to be positioned in the installed state.

That is, the shoelace tip locking portion 16 of this embodiment is configured as the last holding portion for holding the tightened state of the shoelace 9, and the shoelace free end portion 15 of the surplus shoelace 9 is in motion. It is configured to act as a shoelace end positioning part that is fixed in a predetermined position so as not to flutter.

The action and effect of this example configured as described above will be described below.

In this embodiment, while pulling the shoelace 9 by hand, the hump-shaped portion 4 provided in the hump region portion 5 is extended and deformed to reduce the diameter, and a plurality of shoelaces 9 are arranged side by side on the left and right sides of the instep portion 2 of the shoe 1. The shoelaces 9 are alternately inserted into the string through holes 3 on the left and right, and the shoelaces 9 are routed around the instep 2 in a crossing manner. With the end portion 15 pulled and tightened, the shoelace free end 15 is further inserted into the through hole 17 of the shoelace tip locking portion 16, and then when this pulling operation is stopped, the last string through hole is stopped. The extension and small diameter deformation of each hump-shaped portion 4 that has passed through the through hole 17 of the hump-shaped portion 4 and the shoelace tip locking portion 16 that has passed through 3 is released, and each hump-shaped portion 4 has the string through hole 3 and the through hole. When the shoelace 9 is restored to its original shape that cannot pass through 17, and the movement action occurs, the hump-shaped portion 4 (specifically, this last string) that has passed through the last string through hole 3 The hump-shaped portion 4) closest to the outlet side of the through hole 3 is locked to the peripheral edge portion (eyelet member) of the last string through hole 3, and the hump that has passed through the through hole 17 of the shoelace tip locking portion 16. The shaped portion 4 (specifically, the hump-shaped portion 4 closest to the outlet side of the through hole 17) is locked to the peripheral portion of the through hole 17, that is, the shoelace tip locking portion 16, and the shoelace 9 The return movement of the shoelace is blocked at two points, and the tightened state of the shoelace 9 is well maintained. Therefore, the tightened state of the instep 2 is reliably maintained even if the shoelace 9 is not tied. The knot of 9 becomes unnecessary.

Further, in this embodiment, the diameter is smaller than the hole diameter of the lace through hole 3 and the thickness is substantially constant over substantially the entire area between the hump regions 5 provided on both sides of the lace 9 in the longitudinal direction. Since the formed thickness constant region portion 6 is formed, when the thickness constant region portion 6 is inserted into the lace through hole 3 of the shoe 1 and attached to the instep portion 2, it is smooth. The stringing work can be smoothly performed without being caught, and the tightening condition adjusting work can be easily and smoothly performed because there is no catching as in the stringing work.

Further, in the conventional shoelace of this type, a large and small hump portion is arranged over the entire shoelace, specifically, a hump portion that elastically deforms elastically and a non-stretchable hump portion. Since the connecting portions are alternately arranged at intervals, in the pulling operation, the connecting portions are non-stretchable, so that only the hump portion is elastically deformed, but the thickness of this embodiment is constant. Since the region portion 6 does not have the above-mentioned non-stretchable connecting portion and the entire region portion 6 having a constant thickness elastically deforms elastically, the hump region portion 5 in which the hump-shaped portion 4 is arranged is conventionally used in the pulling operation. However, the constant-thickness region portion 6 undergoes a larger stretch elastic deformation due to the absence of the non-stretchable connecting portion, and the shoelace 9 as a whole undergoes a larger stretch elastic deformation than before. The deformation becomes large, and therefore the elastic recovery action accompanying this stretch elastic deformation also becomes large, and the tightening action on the instep 2 is further improved, thereby improving the fit of the shoe 1 to the foot. Moreover, in addition to the elasticity of the entire shoelace 9, the constant thickness region 6 can freely pass through the string through hole 3, so that the degree of tension for tightening the instep, in other words, the instep of the shoelace 9. The tightness to the portion 2 will be adjusted more smoothly and naturally.

In other words, the foot is asymmetrical, and there are many blood vessels at the apex of the instep, blood flow is blocked by tightening with a shoe strap, and the entire foot swells when walking or standing for a long time. As a result, the blood flow of the entire body may be impaired, but in this example, even if swelling occurs due to long walking or standing work due to the above action, the tightness is smoothly and naturally adjusted according to this swelling. Therefore, the blood flow in the instep is not obstructed, and the occurrence of health damage due to the deterioration of the blood flow can be prevented.

Furthermore, in this embodiment, since half of the shoelace 9 is a constant-thickness region portion 6 without the hump-shaped portion 4, there are few hump-shaped portions 4 in the instep portion 2, and the appearance is further improved as compared with the conventional product. It will be clean.

The present invention is not limited to this embodiment, and the specific configuration of each constituent requirement can be appropriately designed.

Along with this, an elastic return force is generated, and the elastic return force is configured to tighten the instep of the shoe , and the tensile action in the longitudinal direction is increased, so that the amount of tensile elastic deformation of the tubular member is large. As a result, the slack of the string-shaped member decreases, the slack of the string-shaped member disappears, and the string-shaped member becomes in a tense state, so that further elongation elastic deformation does not proceed , and further. This constant-thickness region portion is set to a length of ½ of the total length of the laces, and is disposed through about ½ of the entire instep portion of the shoes in the shoelace-attached state. By setting the length to be the same, the instep is configured to be tightened within a range of about 1/2 from the toe side of the instep, and each hump region is the total length of the lace. It is 1/4 of the length, and the total length of each hump area A shoelace characterized in that the length of the constant thickness region portion is set to substantially the same length . A shoe comprising the shoelace 9 according to claim 1 .
