Abstract
Description
The maintenance of a foot with a lace-up shoe, is traditionally performed with a non-stretch lace, which requires the user to control and change the tightening during the day. This lace must be knotted by performing a simple or sometimes a double knot to maintain the foot. During the first tightening of the day, the foot is at a normal pressure but after four hours (or even before), the pressure of the foot is no longer the same because, with the blood circulation of the foot, it has slightly inflated because of the tightening that is no longer suitable for the new pressure of the foot, which makes uncomfortable tightening of the shoe. Finally, today, how many people lower themselves during the day to remake his shoelace! According to the invention, the self-locking expandable lace makes it possible to remedy these drawbacks. It comprises in fact according to a first characteristic, an elastic part for the maintenance of the foot and a self-locking part for the use of the shoe.
This lace can equip all models of shoes; eyelets, loops, rings, buckles and hooks. This lace is larger or smaller depending on the size and specificity of the shoe. It is decorated by a wide range of colors.
This lace has the following advantages: - more knots to make - better circulation of the blood - feeling of well-being during long walks - distribution of tightening according to the morphology of the foot - no need to bend down to redo its lace - more than laces too long-self-locking effect for athletes Depending on the particular embodiments: - the lace has a diameter of 4 mm and false balls 7 mm - the self-locking effect is made using false balls (Fig 5.1) -These false balls are spaced 1 cm apart - because of the specificity of the lace (expandable), it is necessary to install the lace 40 the foot already in the shoe so that one can have an ideal and comfortable support, thus, the lace will have taken the exact footprint.
The attached drawings illustrate the invention: FIG. 1 shows the lace in the position of waiting for installation and / or installed on the shoe, with the self-locking balls spaced 1 cm apart FIG. 2: represents the lace with the balls erased . A tension on either side of the lace automatically clears the false balls. Figure 3: shows the cut of the lace of face (a) and side (b) Figure 4: represents the lace installed on a shoe Figure 5: represents the lace blocked only in the middle of the lacing With reference to the drawing of FIG. 3, the self-locking stretch lace has inside several rubber micro-elastics (1), the number of microelastics is depending on the use of the lace that is to say, the more micro elastics, the more the lace will be firm. For example, there will be 5 micro elastics for normal use and 7 for sports use. The microelastics are coated with braided polyester (2) terminated at both ends by a hard plastic tip (3). The false self-locking balls (4) are made at the same time as the braiding of the lace, and slowing the braiding of the lace with the machine, automatically creates the false self-locking balls.
The installation of the lace will be done already in the shoe. Lacing straight or crossed, the principle is the same. One passes the lace like a normal lace by erasing with each passage (eyelets, loops, hooks, rings or loops) the false balls (figure 2) and once the lace passed, the false balls reappear, which makes it self-locking and avoids to tie the lace. Thus, this lace allows to remove the shoe and put it back without touching the lace. This is the only lace known today, which can be blocked at any point of the lacing (5), the balls that are blocked by the holes (7) in tight position (for the practice of sport) are 1 , 5 times larger than those that hold the foot (6). This particularity is all the more interesting as the most advanced elastic today is unable to do it and even less a normal lace.
Le lacet à mémoire de forme selon l'invention est particulièrement destiné à toutes personnes, jeunes ou âgées, sportif ou pas, et toutes personnes à mobilité réduite.40 The shape memory lace according to the invention is particularly intended for all persons, young or old, sporty or not, and all persons with reduced mobility.
