Description
The present invention relates to a radiographic apparatus and a radiological imaging system including the apparatus.
一方、放射線撮影装置の中には、FPD(Flat Panel Detector)と呼ばれる可搬型のものがある。
Among the radiographing devices that generate image data by receiving radiation, there is a so-called indirect type equipped with a flat plate scintillator and a flat plate sensor substrate arranged in parallel with the scintillator. .. In such an indirect radiography device, the scintillator emits light according to the intensity of the radiation received from the outside, and each pixel of the sensor substrate accumulates a charge according to the intensity of the light received from the scintillator, and the amount of charge of each pixel. Is converted into a signal value to generate image data.
On the other hand, among the radiographic imaging devices, there is a portable device called an FPD (Flat Panel Detector). Such a portable radiographic imaging device is often equipped with a wireless module for wireless communication with the outside, and can wirelessly transmit the generated image data to the image display device.
However, in an indirect radiography device that performs such wireless communication, heat is generated when the wireless module transmits data, which causes the temperature of the scintillator to partially rise and the sensitivity of some pixels to fluctuate, resulting in generation. There was a problem that density unevenness occurred in the image data.
Therefore, conventionally, a technique has been proposed in which the temperature of a wireless module during communication is monitored and the data to be transmitted is changed according to whether or not the temperature exceeds a threshold value (see Patent Document 1). Specifically, when the temperature is above the threshold value, only the preview data having a small amount of data is transmitted, and when the temperature is below the threshold value, the preview and the image data are transmitted.
By using this technique, it is possible to prevent image data having uneven density from being used for diagnosis.
In photography using the technique described in
For this reason, it takes time from shooting until the image is displayed on the external image display device, which may delay the diagnosis.
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and in a radiographic apparatus capable of transmitting generated image data to the outside by wireless communication, the heat generation of the wireless module is suppressed without stopping the transmission of the image data.

As described above, in the

However, according to the radiography system according to the present embodiment, if the temperature of the portion near the wireless module in the
On the other hand, since the
That is, it is possible to suppress the heat generation of the wireless module without stopping the image data transmission, and as a result, it is possible to prevent the situation where the diagnosis is delayed due to the non-delivery of the image data.
Further, when a plurality of temperature sensors are used, the degree of density unevenness that occurs in the image is grasped by detecting the temperature of the part where the influence of heat generation of the

By doing so, the power control means in the present invention can be achieved, and the heat generation of the
<Second embodiment>
Hereinafter, the second embodiment of the present invention will be described. Here, the same reference numerals are given to the same configurations as those of the first embodiment, and the description thereof will be omitted.
In the
Therefore, in the radiography apparatus 2A of the present embodiment, the processing executed by the
The photographing mode defines the photographing operation of the radiation photographing apparatus 2A, and in the present embodiment, there are two types, a still image photographing mode and a moving image photographing mode.
The still image shooting mode is a shooting mode in which one image is shot by operating the exposure switch once. The moving image shooting mode is a shooting mode in which a plurality of frame images are repeatedly shot during one operation of the exposure switch.
Since a moving image is composed of a plurality of frame images, the amount of data is generally larger than that of a still image. That is, the still image shooting mode and the moving image shooting mode are shooting modes in which the amount of image data to be generated is different from each other.
The
Further, the
Since the
As described above, in the radiography apparatus 2A according to the present embodiment, a flat plate-shaped
By doing so, as in the first embodiment, the heat generation of the wireless module can be suppressed without stopping the image data transmission, and as a result, the diagnosis is delayed due to the non-delivery of the image data. It can be made difficult.
Needless to say, the present invention is not limited to each of the above-described embodiments and modifications, and can be appropriately changed as long as it does not deviate from the gist of the present invention.
