Description
The present invention relates to a high-head water treatment device that spirally flows inflow water such as rainwater or sewage that falls at a high head.
In recent years, efficient rainwater removal and maintenance have been required, and manholes with a high head of several meters to 10 m or more have been installed to allow rainwater and sewage to pass through from one pipe to the other. The number of construction works that flow down to the pipes is increasing.
When inflow water such as rainwater or sewage falls down the high head, there are the following problems.
(1) The bottom of the manhole is squeezed by the fall of rainwater or sewage.
(2) The concrete on the manhole wall deteriorates due to the scattering of rainwater and sewage.
(3) Noise and odor are generated by the fall of rainwater or sewage.
As a high-head water treatment device that solves such problems, a high-head water treatment device that inserts a continuous spiral plate inside a vertical pipe and drops rainwater or sewage so as to form a spiral flow is installed in the manhole. It is known to be installed in (see Patent Document 1).
However, although this conventional high-head water treatment device can effectively reduce the falling energy of water, a continuous spiral plate is attached to the inside of the vertical pipe around the hollow vertical rod, and its assembly and assembly High technology is required for manufacturing, and the equipment is inevitably expensive.
In addition, it is extremely difficult for workers to enter the vertical pipe, and if dust contained in rainwater or the like gets caught or adheres to the spiral plate, the worker cannot easily perform maintenance inside the vertical pipe. was there.
The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems of the prior art, and an object of the present invention is a high head water treatment apparatus which is not complicated in structure, can be easily assembled, and can be manufactured at low cost. In addition, it is intended to provide a high head water treatment device that can easily perform work such as internal maintenance and inspection.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention employs the following means.
[1] A height having a spiral flow guide path formed by arranging a spiral flow guide member having a hole for inserting a center column at one end in a spiral shape around an erected center column. In the drop water treatment device, holes for inserting side wall member support columns are formed in the nose and tail of the other end of the spiral flow guide member, and the spiral flow guide members adjacent to each other are located on the upper side. The hole for inserting the side wall member support column formed in the nose of the spiral flow guide member and the hole for inserting the side wall member support column formed in the step tail of the spiral flow guide member located on the lower side are arranged so as to overlap each other. , The two spiral flow guide members adjacent to each other are sandwiched and fastened by two nuts screwed into the side wall member support column erected by inserting into the two overlapping side wall member support column insertion holes. The side wall member is supported between the adjacent side wall member support columns to form the side wall of the high head water treatment device, and the side wall member is provided at the plate-shaped portion and the left and right side ends of the plate-shaped portion. A high-head water treatment apparatus comprising a cylindrical portion formed by a spiral portion and having a side wall member support column inserted in the cylindrical portion .
[2] The cylindrical portion is provided on the upper part of the side end portion at one of the left and right side ends of the plate-shaped portion, and the lower portion of the side end portion on the other side of the left and right side ends of the plate-shaped portion. The high head water treatment apparatus according to [1] , which is provided in the above.
[3] The spiral flow guide member is characterized by comprising a plate-shaped portion, a rib portion arranged on the lower surface of the plate-shaped portion, and a peripheral wall of a hole for inserting a core column continuous with the rib portion [1]. ] Or [2] .
[4] A manhole in which the high head water treatment device according to any one of [1] to [3] is installed.
In the high head water treatment apparatus of the present invention, upper and lower spiral flow guide members adjacent to each other are attached around the center pillar with a side wall member support column and two nuts around the center column to form a spiral flow guide path for inflow water. Further, by supporting the side wall member between the two side wall member support columns, the side wall of the high head water treatment device is formed, so that the assembly is easy, and the members required for assembly are compared. Since it is inexpensive, the manufacturing cost does not increase. Further, since the spiral flow guide member can be used as a tread, the worker can move up and down inside the high head water treatment device, and the worker can easily perform maintenance and inspection inside and outside the high head water treatment device. can.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be specifically described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is an overall front view of the high head
Here, 1 is a core pillar made of a hollow tubular body, 2 is a spiral flow guide member, 3 is a side wall member support pillar, and 4 is a side wall member. The
FIG. 2 shows a side wall
The inflow water such as rainwater and sewage flowing in from the upper inflow port of the high head
4 (a) and 4 (b) are a plan view and a front view of an embodiment of the spiral
A core column insertion hole (through hole) 23 is formed in the inner end 21 (the end on the center side of the high head water treatment device), which is one end of the spiral
The spiral
Then, as can be seen from FIG. 4, the side wall member support pillar insertion holes 24, 24 into which the side wall
Here, the step nose portion and the step tail portion are a portion of the spiral
An example of the procedure for assembling the spiral flow guide path will be described below, and the structure of the spiral flow guide path will be shown.
First, the
As a means for erection of the
Next, the spiral
Then, as shown in FIG. 5, the side wall member support
Therefore, after the arrangement is completed in this way, as can be seen from FIG. 2, the upper surface of the step tail portion of the first-stage spiral flow guide member and the lower surface of the step nose portion of the second-stage spiral flow guide member. Will come into contact. In FIG. 2, when the spiral flow guide path is directed from the bottom to the top, the second-stage spiral flow guide member is centered on the central column with respect to the first-stage spiral flow guide member. It is arranged in a state of being rotated by a predetermined angle in the direction opposite to the movement of.
Then, the side wall member formed in the
As shown in FIG. 6, a threaded
By doing so, the two spiral flow guide members 2 (that is, the first-stage and second-stage spiral flow guide members) are integrated and prevented from shifting from each other, and the side wall
Similarly, the spiral
In this way, the two spiral flow guide members 2 (that is, the second-stage and third-stage spiral flow guide members) are integrated to prevent them from shifting from each other, and the side wall
Similarly, for the spiral
Therefore, in the spiral flow guide path of the present invention, the spiral
In FIG. 7, the spiral
In addition, in FIG. 7, the side wall
Between the second-stage spiral
That is, in FIG. 6A, the lower end of the side wall
The length of the threaded
On the other hand, the side wall is provided in the side wall member support
Since the lower surface of the first-stage spiral
The side wall
The spiral
In such a case, the
If the split type is used, a predetermined number of spiral
In order to add the split
The procedure for assembling the spiral flow guide path of the present invention is not limited to that described above. For example, the spiral
A
In the embodiment shown in FIG. 9, the
Then, the
In FIG. 10B, the
As can be seen from FIGS. 9 (b) and 10 (b), a recess is formed on the left side of the lower end of the
As can be seen from FIG. 10B, the upper end portion of the side wall member
In FIG. 11, the

The inflow water such as rainwater and sewage flowing from the upper part of the high head
Although FIG. 1 does not show the inflow port and the outflow port, the inflow pipe and the inflow port of the inflow water such as rainwater and sewage are located at the places where the high head water flows in and out. Since each of the outflow pipes is arranged, the spiral flow guide path of the high head
The same applies to the case where the high head

In this way, the high head
Further, the overlap width between the upper and lower spiral flow guide members adjacent to each other can be changed only by changing the position of the side wall member support
Corrosion-resistant stainless steel or aluminum alloy can be used for the side wall members, but for further weight reduction and corrosion resistance, synthetic resin materials such as high-strength fiber-reinforced plastic materials are used. Is desirable.

The side wall
Similarly, it is desirable to use a plastic material such as fiber reinforced plastic, which has corrosion resistance and is lightweight, for the nuts to be attached to the threaded portion of the side wall member support column.
FIG. 13 shows a perspective view of another embodiment of the spiral flow guide member. FIG. 14 shows a top view, a side view, a cross-sectional view, and a bottom view thereof.
As can be seen from FIGS. 13 and 14, the spiral
By stretching the rib portion on the lower surface of the plate-shaped portion, the strength of the spiral flow guide member can be maintained.
In FIGS. 13 and 14 (a) to 14 (d), the

Further, also in the spiral flow guide member
Similar to that shown in FIG. 12, the spiral flow guide member having a plate-shaped portion and a rib portion as shown in FIG. 13 also uses a blow molding method or a vacuum impregnation method to integrate the outer skin and the foam core material. It can be manufactured from the foam. FIG. 14C shows a plate-shaped portion and a rib portion containing a foam core material (the portion where the lines intersect is the foam core material). The peripheral wall of the core
The shape and the like of the
In the high head
Since the high head
The high head
In this case, the high head
Further, as described above, since the spiral flow guide path can be easily raised, the high head water treatment apparatus of the present invention can easily cope with the depth of the manhole into which the high head water flows.
In addition, in FIG. 15, inflow water such as rainwater and sewage is introduced from the
Since the high head water treatment device of the present invention can be used for raising and lowering the operator by using the spiral flow guide member as a tread plate, when installed in a manhole, maintenance and inspection work in the head water treatment device and in the manhole. Can also be easily done. In the conventional vertical pipe, a dedicated spiral staircase for the operator to move up and down is often provided along the vertical pipe, but in the high head water treatment device of the present invention, it is necessary to provide a spiral staircase. Since there is no such thing, it is advantageous in terms of installation space and cost.
