Description

The present invention relates to a safety barrier with retaining wall structure constructed using a retaining wall blocks.

A retaining wall structure with a protective fence constructed on the shoulder of a road generally includes a plurality of retaining wall blocks arranged in a straight line or a curved line when viewed from above, and a plurality of retaining wall blocks arranged in series. It consists of a protective fence installed in conformity.

With respect to the retaining wall block, Patent Document 1 below discloses a fence retaining wall having a bottom surface portion, a vertical wall portion, and a fence support for a fence. Patent Document 2 below is composed of a retaining wall having a bottom plate and a side plate, and a shade block connected to the retaining wall. A provided block is disclosed.

By the way, when the retaining wall structure with a protective fence is constructed along a slope with a predetermined gradient, the former retaining wall for the fence is substantially composed of a lower surface of the bottom surface portion and an upper surface of the vertical wall portion (upper surface of the fence support for the fence). Because it is parallel, the foundation for installing the retaining wall for the fence must be one having a foundation surface with a slope substantially matching the slope of the slope, and the slope management at the time of foundation preparation is troublesome. There is a problem that the construction cost increases due to the increase in time. On the other hand, in the latter block, since the bottom surface of the bottom plate and the top surface of the shade block are non-parallel, the foundation for installing the block by making the slope of the top surface of the shade block substantially coincide with the slope of the slope. As a result, there is an advantage that the foundation can be easily manufactured in a short time as compared with the former retaining wall for a fence.

However, since the latter block is composed of interconnected retaining walls and shade blocks, when the retaining wall structure with a protective fence is constructed along a slope having a predetermined slope, the retaining walls and shade blocks are constructed before or during construction. There is a problem that the construction cost increases due to the labor and time required for the connection work.

An object of the present invention is to provide a useful anti Mamorusaku with retaining wall structure when building along the slope of Jo Tokoro gradient.

To solve the above problems, anti Mamorusaku with retaining wall structure according to the present invention, the plurality of retaining wall blocks are linearly or curvilinearly arranged when viewed from above, the plurality of retaining wall blocks And a retaining wall structure with a guard fence constructed along a slope with a predetermined slope, and (1) each of the plurality of retaining wall blocks has a bottom plate portion and a side plate. And an upper surface of the side plate portion integrally formed with an L shape, and the upper surface of the column support portion has a slope substantially matching the slope of the slope, and the bottom plate At least one column insertion hole for inserting the lower end of the guard fence column on the inclined upper surface of the column support unit, the center line of which is inclined with respect to the column support unit It is formed so as to be substantially perpendicular to the upper surface, and the bottom of the support hole Has a slope that substantially matches the slope of the slope, and is substantially parallel to the sloped upper surface of the support column support section. (2) The protective fence comprises a plurality of support posts and a fence body attached to the support post. The lower end surface of each of the plurality of struts has a slope that substantially matches the slope of the slope. (3) In the plurality of retaining wall blocks, the sloped upper surface of each pillar support portion is the slope of the slope. It is mounted on a horizontal base surface so as to be a substantially continuous inclined surface having a gradient that substantially matches the gradient, and (4) the plurality of columns of the guard fence have their inclined lower end surfaces respectively A curing agent having a lower end inserted into the support insertion hole so as to come into surface contact with the inclined bottom surface of the support insertion hole of each of the plurality of retaining wall blocks and filled in an excess space of the support insertion hole Is fixed substantially vertically .

According to the onset bright, the gradient substantially matches the gradient of the slope inclined upper surface of a plurality of retaining wall blocks each strut support portion in the lower surface and non-parallel to the bottom plate portion constituting a safety barrier with retaining wall structure Since it has, what has a horizontal foundation surface can be used as a foundation for installing each retaining wall block. In other words, the problem of the conventional example that requires a foundation surface with a slope that roughly matches the slope of the slope (increased construction cost due to cumbersome slope management at the time of foundation production and increased production time) can be eliminated. Fabrication of the foundation for constructing the attached retaining wall structure can be performed easily and in a short time.

In addition, since the retaining wall block integrally includes the bottom plate portion, the side plate portion, and the column support portion having the inclined surface, a conventional example in which work for connecting the retaining wall and the shade block is required in units of blocks. It is possible to easily and quickly install the retaining wall block when constructing the retaining wall structure with a protective fence by eradicating the problems (increase in construction cost due to the labor and time required for connection work).

The above object and other objects, structural features, and operational effects of the present invention will become apparent from the following description and the accompanying drawings.

FIG. 1 is a rear view of a retaining wall structure with a protective fence. 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along line S1-S1 of FIG. 図3(A)は、図1に示した擁壁ブロックの背面図、図3(B)は、同擁壁ブロックの側面図、図3(C)は、同擁壁ブロックの平面図である。3A is a rear view of the retaining wall block shown in FIG. 1, FIG. 3B is a side view of the retaining wall block, and FIG. 3C is a plan view of the retaining wall block. . 4A is a partially enlarged view of FIG. 3C, and FIG. 4B is a longitudinal sectional view of FIG. 4A. FIG. 5A and FIG. 5B are diagrams showing other protective fences, respectively. FIG. 6 is a view showing a modification of the retaining wall structure with a protective fence shown in FIG. 1.

The retaining wall structure with guard fence RS shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 is constructed along a slope of n% gradient (the gradient in the figure is about 10%), and is linear when viewed from above. Alternatively, it is composed of a plurality of retaining wall blocks RB arranged in a curved line and connected by using appropriate metal fittings, and a protective fence PF installed in accordance with the arrangement of the retaining wall blocks RB. Incidentally, PFa in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 indicates a support post of the guard fence PF, PFb indicates a fence body of the guard fence PF, BA indicates a foundation, BAa indicates a foundation surface, ES indicates earth and sand, SS Indicates the road surface.

The retaining wall block RB is a precast concrete block, and as can be seen from the rear view, the side view, and the plan view shown in FIGS. 3 (A) to 3 (C), the bottom plate portion RBa, the side plate portion RBb, and the support column. An L shape is formed integrally with the support portion RBc. 3A to 3C, W represents the width (maximum width) of the retaining wall block RB, L represents the length of the retaining wall block RB, and Hmax represents the maximum of the retaining wall block RB. This indicates the height, and Hmin indicates the minimum height of the retaining wall block RB.

The bottom plate portion RBa is continuously provided with a portion where the width W and thickness (not shown) gradually decrease from right to left in FIG. 3B and a portion where only the width W gradually decreases. Yes. The side plate portion RBb is continuously provided with a portion where the thickness (reference numeral is omitted) gradually decreases from the bottom to the top in FIG. 3B and a portion where the thickness is constant.

The column support portion RBc is located on the upper side of the side plate portion RBb, and its thickness (reference numeral omitted) is larger and constant than the minimum thickness of the side plate portion RBb, and its width is the same as the width W of the side plate portion RBb. It is. Further, the upper surface of the column support portion RBc is an inclined surface RBc1 having an n% gradient substantially matching the gradient (n%) of the inclined surface, and the inclined surface RBc1 is not parallel to the lower surface of the bottom plate portion RBa. Furthermore, two support column insertion holes RBc2 for inserting a lower end portion of the support column PFa of the protective fence PF are formed on the upper surface (inclined surface RBc1) of the support column support unit RBc at intervals in the width direction.

Each column insertion hole RBc2 has a depth sufficient to insert and fix the lower end of the column PFa, as can be seen from the partially enlarged view and the longitudinal sectional view shown in FIGS. 4 (A) and 4 (B). And an opening RBc2a and a bottom surface RBc2b large enough to allow the lower end of the support PFa to be inserted with a margin. The opening RBc2a has a shape formed by connecting two opposing semicircles with a straight line, and the bottom surface RBc2b is substantially parallel to the opening RBc2a and is similar to the opening RBc2a and has a slightly smaller shape. Since each column insertion hole RBc2 is formed so that the center line thereof is inclined so as to be substantially perpendicular to the inclined surface RBc1, the inclination of the bottom surface RBc2b substantially matches the inclination (n%) of the inclined surface. It is substantially parallel to the surface RBc1.

As can be seen from the front and sectional views shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the protective fence PF includes a plurality of columns PFa and a fence body PFb attached to the columns PFa by means such as bolts.

Each column PFa is substantially cylindrical and has an outer diameter smaller than the opening RBc2a and the bottom surface RBc2b of the column insertion hole RBc2 of the retaining wall block RB. Further, the lower end surface of each column PFa is an inclined surface PFa1 having an n% gradient substantially matching the gradient (n%) of the inclined surface. Each strut PFa has its lower end inserted into the strut insertion hole RBc2 of the retaining wall block RB, and mortar, concrete, etc. filled in the surplus space of the strut insertion hole RBc2 so that each strut PFa is substantially vertical It is fixed by a fixative. As described above, since the gradient of the bottom surface RBc2b of each column insertion hole RBc2 and the gradient of the inclined surface PFa1 of each column PFa substantially match the gradient (n%) of the inclined surface, each column PFa is The inclined surface PFa1 is fixed substantially perpendicularly in a state of surface contact with the bottom surface RBc2b.

The fence body PFb is composed of a combination of a horizontal bar and a vertical bar. Since the protective fence PF is for the slope, the fence body PFb has an inclination and a shape corresponding to the slope (n%) of the slope. The fence body PFb has a predetermined length, for example, a length corresponding to the arrangement interval of the columns PFa, and is attached to the column PFa by means such as a bolt.

Here, the construction method of the retaining wall structure RS with a protective fence shown in FIG.1 and FIG.2 is demonstrated. First, the earth and sand ES at the construction site on the slope of the n% gradient is excavated, and a horizontal base surface BAa having a width aligned with the width W of the retaining wall block RB is produced in steps. The step size of the adjacent base surface BAa substantially matches the size obtained by subtracting the minimum height Hmin from the maximum height Hmax of the retaining wall block RB.

Next, the retaining wall blocks RB are placed on each base surface BAa so that the plurality of retaining wall blocks RB are arranged linearly or curvedly when viewed from above, and the adjacent retaining wall blocks RB are connected to each other by appropriate metal fittings. Connect using. And earth and sand ES, a backing material, etc. are embanked on the back side and front side of each retaining wall block RB. As described above, since the step size of the adjacent base surface BAa = Hmax−Hmin, the inclined surface RBc1 of each retaining wall block RB appears as one substantially continuous inclined surface, and the gradient thereof is the gradient of the inclined surface. (N%) substantially matches.

Next, the lower end portion of the support fence PF column PFa is inserted into a part or all of the column insertion holes RBc2 of the retaining wall blocks RB arranged side by side, and the surplus space is filled with a fixing agent such as mortar or concrete. The lower end is fixed so that each support PFa is substantially vertical. Then, a filler such as sand or gravel is inserted into the unused column insertion hole RBc2 to fill the hole.

Next, the fence main body PFb for the protective fence PF is attached to each fixed column PFa by means such as a bolt, and the protective fence PF is installed according to the arrangement of the plurality of retaining wall blocks RB. This completes the construction of the retaining wall structure with guard fence RS.

As described above, according to the retaining wall block RB and the retaining wall structure RS with a guard fence constructed by using the retaining wall block RB, in the case of constructing the retaining wall structure RS with the guard fence along a slope having a predetermined slope, The effect of can be obtained.

(1) Since the upper surface of the column support portion RBc of the retaining wall block RB is not parallel to the lower surface of the bottom plate portion RBa and is an inclined surface RBc1 having an n% gradient substantially matching the gradient (n%) of the inclined surface, As the foundation BA for installing the wall block RB, one having a horizontal foundation surface BAa can be used. In other words, it eliminates the defects in the conventional example that requires a base surface with a slope that roughly matches the slope (n%) of the slope (increased construction cost due to cumbersome slope management at the time of base preparation and increased production time). Thus, the foundation BA can be produced easily and in a short time when the retaining wall structure with protective fence RS is constructed along the slope having a predetermined slope.

(2) Since the retaining wall block RB integrally includes the bottom plate portion RBa, the side plate portion RBb, and the column support portion RBc having the inclined surface RBc1, the operation of connecting the retaining wall and the shade block is a block unit. Removing the problems in the conventional example (increased construction cost due to the labor and time required for connecting work) required for construction, and retaining wall structure RS with a protective fence along a slope with a predetermined slope The wall block RB can be installed easily and in a short time.

(3) The gradient of the bottom surface RBc2b of the column insertion hole RBc2 of the retaining wall block RB and the gradient of the inclined surface PFa1 of the column PFa of the protective fence PF substantially coincide with the gradient (n%) of the gradient PFa. Can be fixed substantially vertically with the inclined surface PFa1 being in surface contact with the bottom surface RBc2b. Therefore, when the retaining wall structure RS with a protective fence is constructed along the inclined surface with a predetermined slope, the column PFa is attached to the retaining wall block RB. Standing can be performed stably and accurately.

1 and 2 show a protective fence PF having a fence body PFb composed of a combination of a horizontal bar and a vertical bar. However, for example, FIG. A protection fence PF1 having a fence body PFb1 composed of a combination of a horizontal bar and a net as shown in (A), and a fence body PFb2 consisting of at least one horizontally long plate as shown in FIG. 5 (B). Needless to say, the fence PF2 or the like can be used as appropriate.

1 and 2 show a retaining wall structure RS with a guard fence constructed using a plurality of retaining wall blocks RB of the same size, the retaining wall structure with a guard fence shown in FIG. Like RS ′, the retaining wall block RB1 (left side in the figure) whose maximum height Hmax substantially coincides with the minimum height Hmin of the retaining wall block RB (center in the figure), and the minimum height Hmin is the retaining wall block RB ( If a retaining wall block RB2 (left side in the figure) that substantially matches the maximum height Hmax of the center in the figure is prepared, a plurality of retaining wall blocks RB, RB1, and RB2 can be placed on a single base surface BAa. The number of horizontal base planes BAa to be formed on the base BA can be reduced, and the base BA can be manufactured more easily and in a short time.

Further, FIGS. 1 and 2 show the retaining wall structure RS with a protective fence in which almost all of the front surface of each retaining wall block RB is exposed and the back surface is not exposed. Even when building a retaining wall structure with a protective fence whose back is not exposed, or a retaining wall structure with a protective fence where almost all of the front and back surfaces of each retaining wall block RB are exposed, the same effect as described above can be obtained. It is done.

Further, FIGS. 1, 2 and 3A to 3C show a retaining wall block RB having two support insertion holes RBc2 on the inclined surface RBc1. The number of RBc2 may be one or three or more.

Further, FIGS. 1, 2 and 3A to 3C show the retaining wall block RB having the bottom plate portion RBa on the back side, but the bottom plate portion on the front side of the retaining wall block RB. The same effect as described above can be obtained even if the shape has RBa.
