Description

The present invention relates to a heavy object fixing jig and a heavy object fixing method for pulling and fixing a suspended heavy object to a predetermined position on a wall body.

Conventionally, when a heavy object is installed at a predetermined position on the wall surface, the heavy object is hung by a hoist, a crane, etc., and moved horizontally while adjusting the angle using a chain block, a winch, etc. The surface of the wall is face-to-face and fixing work is performed.
For example, Patent Document 1 discloses a method of attaching a wall member to a steel wall for attaching a wall member (heavy object) such as a stave cooler to a steel wall of a large building such as a mantel in a blast furnace. ing. In Patent Document 1, one end of a wire rope through which a through hole of a steel wall is inserted is connected to a wall member suspended from one surface of the steel wall with a gap, and the wire rope is connected to the steel wall. In a method of pulling a wall member to a steel wall and then attaching the wall member to the steel wall by pulling with a traction device with a frame mounted on the other side of the frame, the switching handle is attached to the frame. The traction device is fixed to the steel wall via a magnet holder that switches between magnetic and non-magnetic states by operation.
However, this method has a problem that it takes time and effort to fix the other end of the wire rope to the traction device. Further, there is a problem that a force is required to manually rotate the rotary handle to wind the wire rope, and it is difficult to finely adjust the winding amount and the rewinding amount of the wire rope. Further, the wire rope made of steel wire has a problem that it is not only difficult to bend and handle, but also slippery and lacks certainty of winding.

As a solution to these problems, Patent Document 2 previously filed by the present applicant describes a heavy object that is fixedly supported by a wall body and suspended from one surface of the wall body with a gap. A chain winding device that draws a chain drawn from the other surface side of the wall body through a through hole connected to an object and pulled out from the other surface side of the wall body, and a heavy object using the chain winding device. The installation method is described. This chain winding device is equipped with a drive shaft that can be rotationally driven by an external drive means, and is a speed reducer with a reverse rotation prevention function that slows down the rotation of the drive shaft and outputs it from the output shaft, and an output shaft of the speed reducer with a reverse rotation prevention function. With a sprocket ringed on the inside and a housing with a sprocket inside that abuts on the other surface of the wall and a contact surface that keeps the output axis parallel to the wall, with at least an opening at the top. The chain has excellent workability for attaching and detaching, and the chain can be easily wound and rewound using a general-purpose external drive means such as an air-driven or electric impact wrench. It can reduce the work load of the person. In addition, the winding amount and rewinding amount of the chain can be finely adjusted, and the work efficiency can be improved.

Japanese Patent Application No. 2017-10996

However, although a strong force is required to pull a heavy object suspended from one surface of the wall body with a gap from the other surface side of the wall body to the final fixed position, Patent Document 2 There is a problem that sufficient force cannot be obtained with the chain winding device of the above, and the chain winding device is damaged. Therefore, a method is conceivable in which a heavy object is pulled to a certain extent by a chain winding device and then pulled to the final fixed position by using a jack. However, in order to use a jack, a rod attached to a heavy object for handling is projected from the through hole of the wall body toward the other surface side, and a reaction force that receives the reaction force of the jack against the rod. The receiver must be welded, which is troublesome. If the stroke of the jack is not enough to pull the heavy object to the final fixed position at once, remove the reaction force receiver from the rod once, close the distance to the jack, and weld the reaction force receiver again. Alternatively, it is necessary to bite a spacer between the other surface of the wall body and the jack, or between the jack and the reaction force receiver, which lacks workability. In particular, since the spacer has no fixing means, a fall accident may occur. Furthermore, there is a danger that the jack itself and the reaction force receiver itself will fall.
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and easily and surely pulls a heavy object to a predetermined position on a wall body with a strong force by using a rod attached to the heavy object for handling. It is possible to fix, no welding work is required, the work time can be shortened, there is a low possibility that parts will fall during the work, and a heavy object fixing jig with excellent workability and safety and it can be fixed. It is an object of the present invention to provide a method for fixing a heavy object used.

In the heavy object fixing jig according to the first invention according to the above object, a heavy object suspended from one surface of the wall body with a gap is provided on the wall body with one end connected to the heavy object. In a heavy object fixing jig that is attracted to one surface of the wall body by pulling a rod whose other end side projects toward the other surface side of the wall body through the through hole.
Rotatably with the tubular portion via a cylindrical portion slidably external to the rod and a rotating shaft arranged horizontally perpendicular to the rod below the tubular portion during use. It has a jack mounting part that is connected and a jack is mounted.
The jack mounting portion includes a rod holding portion that abuts on the lower portion of the outer circumference of the rod on the other end side (front side) of the rod with respect to the tubular portion.
The tip of the ram (piston) of the jack is brought into contact with the other surface of the wall body to drive the jack, and the ram is projected from the cylinder of the jack to rotate the cylindrical portion of the cylinder. While pressing the upper part of the inner circumference of the shaped portion against the upper part of the outer circumference of the rod and pressing the lower part of the outer circumference of the rod with the rod holding portion, the rod is pulled to draw the heavy object to one surface of the wall body.

In the heavy object fixing jig according to the first invention, it is preferable that the upper portion of the inner circumference of the tubular portion is provided with a protruding biting portion that bites into the upper part of the outer circumference of the rod when the jack is driven. ..

In the heavy object fixing jig according to the first invention, it is preferable that the surface of the rod holding portion is provided with a non-slip.

In the heavy object fixing jig according to the first invention, a wedge member (wedge member) that is freely inserted into and removed from the gap between the lower outer periphery of the tubular portion and the upper piece of the jack mounting portion on which the rod holding portion is formed. It is preferable that the wedge member has a cotter) and is connected to the cylindrical portion or the jack mounting portion by a connecting member.

The method for fixing a heavy object according to the second invention according to the above object is the method for fixing a heavy object using the heavy object fixing jig according to the first invention, in which the heavy object has a gap from one surface of the wall body. The other end side of the rod whose one end side is connected to the heavy object is projected from the through hole of the wall body to the other surface side of the wall body, and the heavy object fixing jig is said to have. The tubular portion is externally inserted into the rod, the ram tip of the jack mounted on the jack mounting portion is brought into contact with the other surface of the wall body to drive the jack, and the ram is driven by the cylinder of the jack. By projecting from the rod, the tubular portion is rotated and the upper portion of the inner circumference of the tubular portion is pressed against the upper portion of the outer circumference of the rod, and the rod holding portion presses the lower portion of the outer circumference of the rod while pressing the rod. The heavy object is pulled and fixed to one surface of the wall body.

According to the heavy object fixing jig according to the first invention, one end side is connected to the heavy object and slidable to a rod whose other end side protrudes to the other surface side of the wall body through a through hole provided in the wall body. The externally inserted tubular part and the jack mounting part that is rotatably connected to the tubular part via a rotating shaft that is arranged horizontally at right angles to the rod below the tubular part and to which the jack is mounted. Since the heavy object fixing jig is held by the rod by the tubular part, it does not require a separate fixing work, has excellent attachment / detachment workability, is extremely unlikely to fall during work, and is safe. Excellent for. Further, since the jack is held by the jack mounting portion on the heavy object fixing jig, there is little risk of the jack falling during work, and the handling is excellent. Further, the jack mounting portion is provided with a rod holding portion that contacts the lower part of the outer periphery of the rod on the other end side of the rod with respect to the tubular portion, and drives the jack by abutting the ram tip of the jack against the other surface of the wall body. Then, by projecting the ram from the cylinder of the jack, the tubular part is rotated and the upper part of the inner circumference of the tubular part is pressed against the upper part of the outer circumference of the rod, and the lower part of the outer circumference of the rod is pressed by the rod holding part. Since the heavy object is pulled to one surface of the wall body by pulling, there is no need to separately attach a jack holder to the rod by welding etc., and the rod is firmly held by the tubular part and the rod holding part to strengthen the heavy object. It can be reliably pulled to a predetermined position (final fixed position) by force, and is excellent in labor saving and operation reliability. Also, even if the stroke of the jack is not enough and it is not possible to pull a heavy object to the specified position with one drive, once the jack is retracted (the ram is returned to the original position), the rod is made of a tubular part and a rod holding part. By simply releasing the holding and moving the tubular part along the rod, the mounting position of the heavy object fixing jig can be easily changed together with the jack, and the work can be performed immediately, and the work time can be shortened. .. Further, it is not necessary to adjust the position of the jack by the spacer, and there is no danger that the spacer will fall during the work, so that the workability and safety are excellent.

If a protruding biting part that bites into the upper part of the outer circumference of the rod when the jack is driven is provided on the upper part of the inner circumference of the tubular part, slip is prevented and the rod is firmly held by the tubular part, and the jack is used. The rod can be pulled reliably, and the operation reliability is excellent.

When the surface of the rod holding portion is provided with a non-slip, when the jack is driven to pull the rod, the rod holding portion can be prevented from slipping and the rod can be pulled stably.

If there is a wedge member that can be freely inserted and removed into the gap between the lower part of the outer circumference of the tubular part and the upper piece of the jack mounting part where the rod holding part is formed, there is a play between the tubular part and the jack mounting part. It is possible to suppress sticking and reliably hold the top and bottom of the rod with the cylindrical portion and the rod holding portion, and it is possible to improve the certainty and stability of the pulling operation of the rod. In addition, when the wedge member is connected to the tubular part or the jack mounting part by the connecting member, even when the wedge member is not used or the wedge member falls out of the gap, the wedge member is held together to prevent the fall. You can prevent loss.

According to the method for fixing a heavy object according to the second invention, a jack is attached to a heavy object suspended from one surface of the wall body with a gap and to which a rod is connected from the other surface side of the wall body. By pulling the rod with a strong force easily and surely by using it, heavy objects can be pulled and fixed to one surface (final fixing position) of the wall body, which eliminates the need for welding work and shortens the work time. The work load of the worker can be reduced. In addition, it is easy to attach / detach and adjust the position of the heavy object fixing jig used for work, the possibility of parts falling during work is low, work efficiency can be improved, and workability and safety are excellent.

For example, a structure in which one rotating support piece is arranged between two projecting pieces or a structure in which one projecting piece is arranged between two rotating support pieces may be used.

Further, the jack mounting portion 21 is provided at right angles to the two rotation support pieces 23, and has a vertical plate-shaped reaction force receiving portion 26 with which the base of the cylinder 25 of the jack 20 abuts, and a lower portion of the reaction force receiving portion 26. It is provided in connection with the cylinder 25 and includes a cylinder support portion 27 that supports the cylinder 25 from below. In the present embodiment, the cylinder support portion 27 is formed by using equilateral angle steel (angle), but the cylinder support portion 27 only needs to be able to support the cylinder 25, and its structure and shape can be appropriately selected. can. For example, a cylinder support may be formed by using channel steel (channel), a steel pipe cut in half (round pipe), or a plate material welded, bent, curved, or the like.
Further, the jack mounting portion 21 has an upper piece portion 28 formed so as to straddle the upper ends of the two rotation support pieces 23, and the upper piece portion 28 has a tip of a rod 17 rather than a tubular portion 18. A rod holding portion 29 that abuts on the lower portion of the outer periphery of the rod 17 on the side (the other end side) is provided. In the present embodiment, the material of the rotation support piece 23, the reaction force receiving part 26, the cylinder support part 27 (equal angle angle steel), and the upper piece part 28 is a rolled steel material for general structure (for example, SS400), and each is welded and fixed. However, these materials are not limited as long as they are materials that can be welded to each other and have sufficient strength.

When using the heavy object fixing jig 10, as shown in FIG. 1, the jack 20 is driven from the state where the tip of the ram 30 of the jack 20 is in contact with the outer wall surface 16, and as shown in FIG. By projecting the ram 30 from the cylinder 25 of the jack 20, the cylindrical portion 18 is rotated and the upper portion of the inner circumference of the tubular portion 18 is pressed against the upper portion of the outer circumference of the rod 17, and the lower portion of the outer circumference of the rod 17 is pressed by the rod holding portion 29. The stave cooler 14 can be pulled to the inner wall surface 13 by pulling the rod 17 while pressing the rod 17.
The capacity of the jack to be used can be selected according to the weight of the heavy object to be installed, and the shape and dimensions of each part of the jack mounting portion 21 can be appropriately selected according to the shape and dimensions of the cylinder. Can be changed.

Next, the details of the tubular portion 18 and the rod holding portion 29 will be described.
As shown in FIGS. 1, 2, and 4, the inner diameter of the tubular portion 18 is formed to be larger than the outer diameter of the rod 17, and the upper part of the inner circumference of the tubular portion 18 is formed when the jack 20 is driven. As shown in FIG. 4, a protrusion-shaped biting portion 31 that bites into the upper part of the outer periphery of the rod 17 is formed. As shown in FIG. 3A, the surface of the bite portion 31 is provided with a groove 32 having a triangular cross section and a concavo-convex 34 composed of a ridge 33 having a trapezoidal cross section. The bite portion 31 is fixed to the tubular portion 18 by welding, and carbon steel (for example, S45C) is preferably used as the material, but the material is not limited thereto.
Further, as shown in FIG. 3B, the surface of the rod holding portion 29 is also provided with a groove 35 having a triangular cross section and a non-slip 37 having irregularities composed of ridges 36 having a trapezoidal cross section. As shown in FIG. 4, it bites into the lower part of the outer periphery of the rod 17 when the rod 17 is driven. The rod holding portion 29 is fixed to the upper piece portion 28 by welding, and carbon steel (for example, S45C) is preferably used as the material, but the rod holding portion 29 is not limited thereto. Further, instead of forming the entire rod holding portion 29 with carbon steel (for example, S45C), the base portion (upper piece portion 28 side) is formed of a general structural rolled steel material (for example, SS400), and carbon steel (for example, S45C) is formed on the surface thereof. ) Can also be welded to the non-slip 37 formed in. In this case, the upper piece portion 28 and the base portion of the rod holding portion 29 may be fixed by welding or may be integrally formed.

According to the above configuration, when the jack 20 is driven, the rod 17 can be firmly held by the tubular portion 18 (biting portion 31) and the rod holding portion 29 (non-slip 37) so as to be sandwiched from above and below. 17 does not slip, and the rod 17 can be surely pulled with a large force to pull the stave cooler 14 to the inner wall surface 13 and hold it in a predetermined position.
The shape and arrangement of the groove 32 and the ridge 33 in the bite portion 31 (unevenness 34) and the shape and arrangement of the groove 35 and the ridge 36 in the non-slip 37 can be appropriately selected. Further, as a non-slip material, a non-slip member such as a rubber plate may be attached directly to the surface of the rod holding portion 29 instead of forming the unevenness with the groove 35 and the ridge 36, and if necessary, the non-slip material may be attached. It is also possible to provide irregularities on the surface of the member.

Next, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 4, by having a wedge member 39 that can be freely inserted and removed into the gap between the lower outer periphery of the tubular portion 18 and the upper piece portion 28 of the jack mounting portion 21, the cylindrical portion is formed. It is possible to suppress rattling between the portion 18 and the jack mounting portion 21. As a result, the top and bottom of the rod 17 can be reliably held by the tubular portion 18 and the rod holding portion 29, and the certainty and stability of the pulling operation of the rod 17 can be improved. In particular, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 4, when the inclined surface 40 is formed on the upper surface of the upper piece portion 28 according to the inclination of the wedge member 39, rattling can be reliably prevented by the surface contact. , The wedge member 39 is difficult to come off and is excellent in handleability. By connecting the wedge member 39 to the jack mounting portion 21 with a connecting member 41 such as a string, a wire, or a chain, the wedge member 39 is connected to the jack mounting portion 21 even when the wedge member 39 is not used or the wedge member 39 falls out of the gap. The member 39 can be tied up to prevent the member from falling and lost. At this time, the connecting position between the jack mounting portion 21 and the connecting member 41 can be appropriately selected. Further, the connecting member 41 may be connected to a predetermined position on the outer periphery of the tubular portion 18.

The work procedure of the heavy object fixing method using the heavy object fixing jig 10 configured as described above will be described.
Here, as a preparatory step, as shown in FIGS. 5 (A) to 5 (C), in the blast furnace 11, the stave cooler 14 suspended from the inner wall surface 13 of the iron skin 12 with a gap is attached to the iron skin 12. After being pulled to a certain extent by the chain winding device 42 attached to the outer wall surface 16, the installation surface 43 is positioned at a predetermined position using the heavy object fixing jig 10 as shown in FIGS. 6A and 6B. A case will be described in which the stave cooler 14 is further pulled toward the inner wall surface 13 side of the iron skin 12 and fixed until the (final fixing position) is reached.
First, in FIG. 5A, a suspension ring 44 is attached to the upper end side of the stave cooler 14, is connected to a suspension wire rope 45 such as a large crane or hoist (not shown), and is suspended from above the blast furnace 11.
A plurality of through holes 15 are formed vertically and horizontally in the iron skin 12, for example, corresponding to the positions of the through holes 15 at the four corners of the installation surface 43 (the surface of the iron skin 12 on the inner wall surface 13 side) of the stave cooler 14. The rod 17 and the chain connecting rod 46 are connected to each other. One end side of the chain 47 is connected to the tips of the rod 17 and the chain connecting rod 46, and the ring body 48 is attached to the other end side of the chain 47. The operator inserts a rod-shaped member (not shown) having a hook at the tip into each through hole 15 from the outer wall surface 16 side of the iron skin 12, hooks the hook on the ring body 48, and pulls the hook from the stave cooler 14. The other end side of each chain 47 in the hanging state can be pulled out to the outer wall surface 16 side through the corresponding through hole 15.

Next, the chain winding device 42 is installed.
First, as shown in FIG. 5A, the chain winding device attachments 49 and 50 corresponding to the lengths of the rod 17 penetrating each through hole 15 and the chain connecting rod 46 are fixed to the outer wall surface 16 by welding. After that, as shown in FIG. 5B, the chain winding device 42 is attached to the tips of the chain winding device attachments 49 and 50. In this chain winding device 42, the other end side of the chain 47 pulled out from each through hole 15 to the outer wall surface 16 side is wound around a sprocket and hung, and is driven by a driving means such as an air-driven or electric impact wrench. By driving, the chain 47 is wound and rewound. In each chain winding device 42, the amount of winding and rewinding of the chain 47 is adjusted, and as shown in FIG. 5C, the installation surface 43 of the stave cooler 14 is substantially parallel to the inner wall surface 13 of the iron skin 12. While adjusting the angle so as to be, it is pulled to a certain extent (for example, the distance between the installation surface 43 and the inner wall surface 13 is 30 to 100 mm). The chain winding device 42 only needs to be able to wind and rewind the chain 47, and its structure is not particularly limited.

After that, from the state of FIG. 5C, the upper chain winding device 42 and the chain winding device attachment 49 are removed, and as described above in FIG. 1, the rod 17 is attached to the cylinder of the heavy object fixing jig 10. The shape portion 18 is externally inserted, the tip of the ram 30 of the jack 20 is brought into contact with the outer wall surface 16, and the heavy object fixing jig 10 is attached, and the state shown in FIG. 6A is obtained. After that, as described above with reference to FIG. 4, the jack 20 is driven to pull the rod 17, and the stave cooler 14 is further pulled to the inner wall surface 13 side (final fixed position).
Then, as shown in FIG. 6B, the lower chain winding device 42 and the chain winding device attachment 50 are removed, and further, the chain connecting rod 46 is removed and the fixing bolt is fastened. After that, the heavy object fixing jig 10 is removed, the rod 17 is further removed, and the fixing bolts are fastened to complete the installation (fixing) of the stave cooler 14. If necessary, a fixing bolt is inserted through another fixing hole (not shown) provided at a key point of the iron skin 12, and a nut (shown) embedded in the installation surface 43 of the stave cooler 14 in advance. Can be fastened to.

Although the embodiments of the present invention have been described above, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and all changes in conditions that do not deviate from the gist are within the scope of the present invention.
For example, in the above embodiment, the rods 17 are connected to the upper two places and the chain connecting rods 46 are connected to the lower two places with respect to the four corners of the installation surface 43 of the stave cooler 14, which is an example of a heavy object. However, the number and connection positions of the rod 17 and the chain connecting rod 46 can be appropriately selected according to the type, size, weight, and the like of the heavy object to be installed. For example, the rods 17 are connected to all four corners of the installation surface of a heavy object, the heavy object is pulled to a predetermined position by the chain winding device 42, and then the heavy object fixing jig 10 is attached to all the rods 17 to reduce the weight. The object may be pulled to the final fixed position. In this case, the order in which the chain winding device 42 is removed and the heavy object fixing jig 10 is attached, or the order in which the heavy object fixing jig 10 and the rod 17 are removed and the fixing bolts are fastened can be appropriately selected. can. In particular, when the size (installation surface) of a heavy object is large or the weight is heavy, the burden on the heavy object fixing jig 10 is reduced by increasing the number of rods 17 and chain connecting rods 46 connected to the installation surface. Therefore, the installation work of heavy objects can be performed reliably. The rod 17 and the chain connecting rod 46 may be solid or hollow (pipe).
