Description
The present invention relates to a programmable logic controller and a data acquisition device.
A programmable logic controller (hereinafter referred to as PLC) is a sequence control device widely used in an FA (Factory Automation) control system, and operates according to a user program such as a ladder program. The operator connects input devices such as limit switches, sensors, and thermometers, and output devices such as electromagnetic switches, solenoids, motors, actuators, cylinders, relays, and positioning systems to the PLC, and uses a ladder program to connect these. Controls the controlled device. The operator creates a ladder program on a program creation support device such as a personal computer (hereinafter referred to as a PC), connects the PC and the PLC, and stores the ladder program in the storage unit of the PLC. Various data such as device information is also stored in the storage unit of the PLC. The device information is information indicating the input state from the input device, the output state to the output device, and the state of the internal relay (auxiliary relay), timer, counter, data memory, etc. set on the ladder program. The device is a name indicating an area on the memory provided for storing device information. By connecting the program creation support device to the PLC, the device information (device value) held by the PLC can be displayed on the program creation support device and visually recognized. PLC is generally composed of a basic unit (CPU unit) and an expansion unit. The CPU unit and the expansion unit exchange device values with each other through refreshes performed at each scan cycle through pre-allocated devices.

<System configuration>
First, a general PLC configuration and its operation will be described so that a person skilled in the art can better understand a programmable logic controller (PLC, which may be simply referred to as a programmable controller).
FIG. 1 is a conceptual diagram showing a configuration example of a programmable logic controller system according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 1, this system is a PLC (programmable) for comprehensively controlling a program

FIG. 2 is a diagram showing an example of the ladder diagram Ld displayed on the
The relay circuit shown in FIG. 2 is used to control the symbols of three virtual devices (hereinafter referred to as “input devices”) that are turned on / off based on the input signal from the input device and the operation of the output device. It is configured by appropriately combining the symbols of virtual devices (hereinafter referred to as "output devices") that are turned on / off.

In the example shown in FIG. 2, the AND circuit is configured by connecting the symbols of the two input devices corresponding to the device names “R0001” and “R0002” in series. Further, the OR circuit is configured by connecting the symbols of the input devices corresponding to the device name "R0003" in parallel to the AND circuit composed of the symbols of these two input devices. That is, this relay circuit corresponds to the symbol of the first line only when both the input devices corresponding to the two symbols in the first line are turned on, or when the input device corresponding to the symbol of the second line is turned on.
<PLC>
FIG. 4 is a block diagram for explaining the electrical configuration of PLC1. As shown in FIG. 4, the
FIG. 5 is a schematic diagram showing the scan time of the
In this way, the program

<Extraction period>
PLC1 may be used to control the machining of a part or inspect a finished part in a factory line that manufactures a part. For example, PLC1 may apply pressure to a component to cut it or heat the component according to a user program. Further, the
FIG. 8 is a diagram showing time-series data of device values. Here, four
In FIG. 8, the
As shown in FIG. 8, the individual data for each component has periodicity. Therefore, the
● Method for determining the reference time based on the tact time The
FIG. 9 shows a method of determining the reference time tr based on the takt time tt. Here, device values 91e to 91h of four 1-bit devices are exemplified. The rise period for the
● Method for determining the reference time based on the differential edge The
● Method for determining the length of the extraction period based on the FFT or AR model Generally, signals of various periods are superimposed on time series data. The same process is repeated in the processing and inspection of parts. That is, the device values for a plurality of components have periodicity. In particular, since the processing cycle and the inspection cycle are almost constant periods, the spectrum of these cycles tends to be maximized. Therefore, the
● Method for determining the length of the extraction period based on the similarity of the waveforms of the individual data The
<Functional block>
FIG. 12 is a diagram illustrating functions involved in the extraction process of individual data. Here, the functions involved in the collection of time series data and the extraction of individual data are implemented in PLC1. However, as shown in FIGS. 13 and 14, these functions may be implemented in the

The user can select one or more devices for real-time chart format monitoring and debugging in the program

・S3でCPU31(収集部81)はデバイス値を収集する。

<Summary>
The technical idea derived from the above examples will be described. PLC1 is an example of a programmable logic controller that repeatedly executes a user program. The PLC1 may control inspection or machining of a plurality of parts according to a user program. A part may be called a work, and is a term including a finished product. The
The start position and end position of the extraction period are defined by the information indicating the reference position for extraction of the individual data 93 (example: reference time tr) and the information indicating the temporal length of the extraction period (example: length P). May be done. The time-series device data may include a data group including data collected by the
The
The
The
The project information may include information that specifies the device to be displayed registered by the user. The

As shown in FIGS. 19 and 20, the
NGはno goodの略称である。
The
The
In FIG. 12, the tact time tt is data in units of time, but may be replaced with the number of parts processed per unit time. Further, instead of the tact time tt, the inspection time required for the inspection of one work and the arrival cycle of the work may be adopted.
The
