Claims (3)
- ユーティリティメータであって、
ユーティリティの消費をモニタするように構成された計量回路、
1つまたは複数の波長の光を放射するように構成された放射器、および
放射された前記光を受け取るように、かつ受け取った前記放射された光を示す信号を生成するように構成された検出器を支持する本体と、
前記本体に対して取り外し可能に取り付けられ、前記本体に対して閉位置から開位置に移動可能なメータカバーであって、反射面と通信する光修正機構を備え、この光修正機構は、前記カバーが前記閉位置にある間、前記ユーティリティメータの前記反射面と前記放射器および前記検出器の両方との間に配置されて、前記ユーティリティメータの前記反射面上のある位置へ向かって前記放射された光を集束するように構成されたレンズを備える、前記メータカバーと、
前記放射器及び前記検出器と通信可能に結合され、前記検出器によって生成された前記信号に基づいて、前記メータカバーが前記閉位置にあるか、または開位置にあるかを判定するように構成されたプロセッサであって、前記プロセッサが前記検出器によって生成された信号を受信すると前記メータカバーが前記閉位置にあると判定し、前記プロセッサが前記信号を受信しないと前記メータカバーが開位置にあると判定する、前記プロセッサとを備えるユーティリティメータ。 - 前記反射面が前記レンズに向かって前記光を反射するように構成され、前記レンズが前記反射面から反射された前記光を前記検出器へ向けるように構成される、請求項1記載のユーティリティメータ。
- 本体と前記本体に取り外し可能に取り付けられ且つ閉位置から開位置へ移動可能なメータカバーとを有するユーティリティメータのための改竄検出システムであって、
1つまたは複数の波長の光を放射するように構成された放射器と、
放射された前記光を受け取るように構成された検出器と、
前記メータカバーが前記閉位置にある間、前記ユーティリティメータの反射面と前記放射器および前記検出器の両方との間に配置されるように構成されたレンズを備える光修正機構と、
前記放射器及び前記検出器と通信可能に結合され、前記検出器によって生成された信号に基づいて、前記メータカバーが前記閉位置にあるか、または開位置にあるかを判定するように構成されたプロセッサであって、前記プロセッサが前記検出器によって生成された信号を受信することによって前記メータカバーが前記閉位置にあると判定し、前記プロセッサが前記信号を受信しないと前記メータカバーが開位置にあると判定する、前記プロセッサと
を備える改竄検出システム。
