Description
Claims (14)
- 分散X線発生器のアレイと;
高電圧を発生させる手段であって、前記高電圧は前記分散X線発生器のアレイに電力供給可能である、手段と;
前記分散X線発生器のアレイから放射されたX線を、前記分散X線発生器のアレイと、撮像される対象物または人との間の所与の距離でエリア内において平行にする手段と
を備え、
前記分散X線発生器のアレイは、
複数の電子電界エミッタと;
複数のターゲットであって、高エネルギーの制動放射において効果的な材料から構成された前記ターゲットのエリアに電子が入射するときに、各ターゲットがX線光子を放射でき、各ターゲットが電子電界エミッタと整合される、複数のターゲットと;
前記電子電界エミッタを前記ターゲットから絶縁する手段と;
前記電子電界エミッタを前記ターゲットから離す手段と;
前記分散X線発生器のアレイからのX線の放射を選択的に制御する手段と;
放射された電子が、高エネルギーの制動放射において効果的な材料から構成された、整合される前記ターゲットの前記エリアに衝突するように、複数の前記電子電界エミッタのいずれか1つによって放射された電子を偏向及び誘導し、前記ターゲットからのX線光子の生成をもたらすため、及び、放射された電子が、他の整合された前記ターゲットの前記エリアに衝突しないように、複数の前記電子電界エミッタのうちの他の前記電子電界エミッタによって放射された電子を偏向及び誘導し、X線光子の生成を防止するために使用される、複数の放射制御器と;
複数の前記電子電界エミッタおよび複数の前記ターゲットが真空内に維持される、エンクロージャと;
低エネルギーのX線光子をフィルタリングする手段と
を備える、可搬型X線源。 - 前記分散X線発生器のアレイは複数のゲートをさらに備え、各々のゲートが、関連する電子電界エミッタの放射電界を制御可能である、請求項1に記載の可搬型X線源。
- 前記分散X線発生器のアレイは、
前記ゲートを前記電子電界エミッタから離す手段と;
前記ゲートに電力供給する手段と;
前記ゲートを前記ターゲットから離す手段と
を備える、請求項2に記載の可搬型X線源。 - 前記分散X線発生器のアレイは、複数のコリメータから構成されたコリメータアレイをさらに備え、各々のコリメータが、関連するターゲットによって放射されたX線の角度を狭くすることが可能な、請求項1~3のうちいずれか一項に記載の可搬型X線源。
- 前記分散X線発生器のアレイは、固定されたアレイをさらに備える、請求項1~4のうちいずれか一項に記載の可搬型X線源。
- 前記分散X線発生器のアレイは、平面アレイをさらに備える、請求項1~5のうちいずれか一項に記載の可搬型X線源。
- 前記複数の放射制御器が、複数の電磁コイルまたは複数の平行プレートデフレクタのうちの一方を備える、請求項1~6のうちいずれか一項に記載の可搬型X線源。
- ハウジングをさらに備え;前記ハウジングは、前記可搬型X線源の高電圧構成要素を絶縁する内部エンクロージャ、および前記可搬型X線源の他の構成要素を含包する外部エンクロージャを含む、請求項1~7のうちいずれか一項に記載の可搬型X線源。
- 1つまたは複数のセンサをさらに備え、前記1つまたは複数のセンサは、前記分散X線発生器のアレイとX線探知器との間の接触を必要とせず、前記分散X線発生器のアレイを前記X線探知器と整合可能にする、請求項1~8のうちいずれか一項に記載の可搬型X線源。
- 前記高電圧を発生させる手段は、外部電力に頼ることなく、前記分散X線発生器のアレイに電力供給するために、バッテリ電圧を前記高電圧に変換可能である、請求項1~9のうちいずれか一項に記載の可搬型X線源。
- 前記高電圧を発生させる手段は、前記分散X線発生器のアレイに電力供給するために、線間電圧を前記高電圧に変換可能である、請求項1~10のうちいずれか一項に記載の可搬型X線源。
- 前記高電圧を発生させる手段は、
-30kV~-80kVの範囲の電圧を発生させることが可能である、または、
実質的に1つの定電圧で動作可能である、請求項1~11のうちいずれか一項に記載の可搬型X線源。 - 前記分散X線発生器のアレイからのX線の放射を選択的に制御する手段は、デジタルアドレス指定回路およびタイミング回路を備える、請求項1~12のうちいずれか一項に記載の可搬型X線源。
- 前記分散X線発生器のアレイは、ミリメートル~センチメートルの範囲で適度なピッチ間隔を有する、請求項1~13のうちいずれか一項に記載の可搬型X線源。
