Claims (8)
- 挿入端部(6)における衝撃面(7)と、
内部に搬送通路(35)が設けられている中空シャンク(4)と、
前端部(12)に3つ以上の刃面(14)及び1つ以上の吸入開口(3)を有し、該吸入開口(3)を前記搬送通路(35)に接続する吸入通路(30)を内部に有するドリルヘッド(2)と、
を備える岩石のチゼル加工用のドリルビット(1)において、
前記ドリルヘッド(2)は、前記前端部(12)とは反対側に位置する下面(19)を有する基部(13)であって、前記下面(19)において前記中空シャンク(4)に結合される基部(13)を含み、
前記ドリルヘッド(2)の前記刃面(14)は、前記基部(13)に埋め込まれ、前記基部(13)に対し衝撃方向(9)に突出しており、
前記ドリルヘッド(2)の前記前端部(12)は、前記衝撃方向(9)に面する前記刃面(14)の前面(16)と前記基部(13)の前面(17)とから構成されており、
前記吸入開口(3)は、前記基部(13)の前面(17)であって、隣接する前記刃面(14)の間の各領域に配置されており、
前記吸入開口(3)は非円形の横断面を有する、ことを特徴とするドリルビット(1)。 - 前記吸入開口は三角形である、請求項1記載のドリルビット(1)。
- 前記吸入開口(3)の表面積は、前記吸入開口に刻まれる最大円の表面積よりも少なくとも30%大きい、請求項1又は2記載のドリルビット(1)。
- 前記吸入開口(3)は、前記ドリルヘッド(2)の前端部(16)の10%以上を占める、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のドリルビット(1)。
- 前記吸入開口(3)、前記はドリルヘッド(2)の前端部(16)の25%未満を占める、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のドリルビット(1)。
- 前記刃面(14)は、すくい面(23)及び逃げ面(24)を有しており、
前記すくい面(23)及び前記逃げ面(24)は両方とも前記衝撃方向(9)に面しており、チゼル端(22)に沿って互いに接触している、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のドリルビット(1)。 - 前記刃面(14)は、焼結された炭化タングステンから製造されている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載のドリルビット(1)。
- 挿入端部(6)における衝撃面(7)と、
内部に搬送通路(35)が設けられている中空シャンク(4)と、
前端部(12)に3つ以上の刃面(14)及び1つ以上の吸入開口(3)を有し、該吸入開口(3)を前記搬送通路(35)に接続する吸入通路(30)を内部に有し、前記吸入開口(3)は非円形の横断面を有するドリルヘッド(2)と、を備え、
前記ドリルヘッド(2)は、前記前端部(12)とは反対側に位置する下面(19)を有する基部(13)であって、前記下面(19)において前記中空シャンク(4)に結合される基部(13)を含み、
前記ドリルヘッド(2)の前記刃面(14)は、前記基部(13)に埋め込まれ、前記基部(13)に対し衝撃方向(9)に突出しており、
前記ドリルヘッド(2)の前記前端部(12)は、前記衝撃方向(9)に面する前記刃面(14)の前面(16)と前記基部(13)の前面(17)とから構成されており、
前記吸入開口(3)は、前記基部(13)の前面(17)であって、隣接する前記刃面(14)の間の各領域に配置されている、岩石のチゼル加工用のドリルビット(1)の製造方法において、
前記ドリルヘッド(2)は、粉末層及び接着剤を堆積することによって前記ドリルヘッド(2)の形状に対応するブランクを製造し、その後前記ブランクを焼結することによって形成される、ドリルビット(1)の製造方法。
