Claims (17)
- 操縦可能な装置であって、
前記操縦可能な装置の1以上の撓み領域(70)、
前記操縦可能な装置を通って延びる内腔、
前記内腔内を移動するように構成される多導体ケーブル(12)であって、その一部が、
前記1以上の撓み領域(70)の第1の端部から第2の端部に延びる1以上の補強要素(74)、および
互いに非結束であり、少なくとも部分的に互いに独立して移動する2以上の導体素子(14)、
を含み、
前記1以上の補強要素(74)は、前記2以上の導体素子(14)の間に配置される、操縦可能な装置の前記1以上の撓み領域(70)に配置されるように構成された多導体ケーブル(12)、
を含む装置。 - 前記1以上の撓み領域(70)の外側で、前記多導体ケーブル(12)の前記2以上の導体素子(14)が互いに結合されている、請求項1に記載の操縦可能な装置。
- 前記多導体ケーブル(12)が、前記1以上の撓み領域(70)内で等方的に可撓性である、請求項1または2に記載の操縦可能な装置。
- 操縦可能な装置であって、
1以上の撓み領域(70)、
前記操縦可能な装置の内腔内の可撓性回路であって、前記可撓性回路内の導体素子(14)と平行に延びる少なくとも1つのスリット(92)を前記1以上の撓み領域(70)内に含む、可撓性回路、および
前記少なくとも1つのスリット(92)内に配置され、前記1以上の撓み領域(70)の第1の端部から第2の端部に延びる1以上の補強要素(74)、
を含む装置。 - 前記可撓性回路内の個別のスリット(92)が、前記1以上の撓み領域(70)を超えて延びていない、請求項4に記載の操縦可能な装置。
- 前記操縦可能な装置が、カテーテル、内視鏡または腹腔鏡のうちの1つを含む、請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の操縦可能な装置。
- 前記多導体ケーブル(12)が、(1以上の)ワイヤ、同軸ケーブル、光学または他の光ファイバー、毛細管またはフレックス回路(90)の1つまたは複数を含む、請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の操縦可能な装置。
- 各補強要素(74)が、長手方向に剛性であり、横方向に可撓性である、請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の操縦可能な装置。
- 前記1以上の撓み領域(70)が、前記1以上の撓み領域(70)の外側と比較して、可撓性である、請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載の操縦可能な装置。
- 各補強要素(74)がスプリングワイヤを含む、請求項1乃至9のいずれかに記載の操縦可能な装置。
- 各補強要素(74)が、0.2mmから0.4mmの間の直径を有する、請求項1乃至10のいずれかに記載の操縦可能な装置。
- 各補強要素(74)がステンレス鋼を含む、請求項1乃至11のいずれかに記載の操縦可能な装置。
- 各補強要素(74)が、前記1以上の補強要素(74)が配置されている前記1以上の撓み領域(70)の前記第1の端部又は前記第2の端部に固定されている、請求項1乃至12のいずれかに記載の操縦可能な装置。
- 操縦可能な装置の操縦性を改善する方法であって、
操縦可能な装置の1以上の撓み領域(70)に対して、前記1以上の撓み領域(70)を通って延びる多導体構造の2以上の導体素子(14)を物理的に分離するステップ、および
前記1以上の撓み領域(70)において、前記多導体構造に沿って前記2以上の導体素子(14)の間に前記1以上の撓み領域(70)の第1の端部から第2の端部に延びる1以上の補強要素(74)を提供するステップ、
を含む方法。 - 前記多導体構造が、多導体ケーブル(12)を含み、前記2以上の導体素子(14)を物理的に分離するステップが、前記2以上の導体素子(14)を前記多導体ケーブル(12)から非結束にするステップを含む、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記多導体構造が、可撓性回路を含み、前記2以上の導体素子(14)を物理的に分離するステップが、前記可撓性回路にスリットを入れ、前記1以上の撓み領域(70)の位置に1以上のスリット(92)を形成するステップを含む、請求項14または15に記載の方法。
- 1以上の補強要素(74)を提供するステップが、前記1以上の撓み領域(70)に1以上のスプリングワイヤを提供するステップを含む、請求項14乃至16のいずれかに記載の方法。
