Description

The present invention relates to a levee method shoulder block.

Breaking of embankments, so-called embankments, is caused by several patterns. For example, a pattern in which the soil on the surface of the front law is scraped off and causes a breach due to a violent flow or waves of the river, a pattern in which a crack is formed on the slope of the levee and it spreads and causes a breach, a pattern of a river The pattern that the water level rises and the water pressure causes the river water to permeate the embankment and the water blows out from the backside side to cause the embankment. There are patterns that cause it.

Depending on each pattern, it is necessary to take different measures to prevent levee breakage. Furthermore, as disclosed in Patent Document 1, many coastal levees have been destroyed by the tsunami caused by the Great East Japan Earthquake in 2011, and countermeasures are urgently needed.

On the other hand, river embankments have also been breached due to flooding caused by local heavy rainfall in recent years, and it is necessary to take measures against this.

In the past, the basic measure for flooding was to raise the height of the embankment to prevent flooding itself, and for that purpose, it was necessary to increase the width of the embankment. Such measures cost enormous costs, and in the case of river embankments, it is often necessary to extend the embankments to private land that extends behind the embankments, and such measures are actually implemented. There was a problem that it could not be done. Therefore, it is necessary to take measures to prevent the levee from breaking when flooding occurs.

For example, it is common practice to cover the top of a dike with asphalt to make it a road, but at present, flooding is not considered. In other words, even if a road is installed on the top surface, the law shoulder, which is the boundary between the top surface and the law, is not protected. It may lead to a bank breakage. Therefore, in order to prevent the shoulder from being scoured in this way, it is conceivable to cover the shoulder with a concrete block from the top edge to the upper part of the slope to protect the shoulder.

Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2013-76263

When concrete is placed on the embankment method shoulder block as described above and actually installed, it may not be possible to distinguish between the top surface and the law because the top surface and the law part look the same. found. In this case, it is possible that the place where the pedestrian stepped out, thinking that it was the top part, was the slope part, and then the place that he thought was flat was tilted, so he fell and fell down the slope. There is a possibility. The risk of such a fall was first noticed by the inventors of the present application.

The present invention has been made in view of this point, and an object of the present invention is to provide a levee method shoulder block which has a simple structure and can reliably distinguish between a top surface and a slope. ..

The identification portion may be a shoulder recess in which the shoulder is recessed.

The identification portion may be a shoulder member made of a material different from the block, which is installed on the shoulder.

The identification portion may be a reflective member made of a reflector provided on either the shoulder or the top surface.

Since the embankment method shoulder block of the present invention has an identification portion for distinguishing the top surface from the law, it prevents pedestrians and bicycles passing through the top surface from accidentally entering the slope and falling. can.

(Embodiment 1)
Embankments such as rivers consist of the front slope, which is the slope on the river side, the back slope, which is the opposite slope, and the top surface, which is the top of the embankment between the front law and the back law. The top surface is formed horizontally. FIG. 1 is an oblique view of the embankment method shoulder block 10 according to the first embodiment. The embankment method shoulder block 10 is made of concrete and is installed at the boundary between the top surface of the embankment and the law.

The embankment law shoulder block 10 includes a top surface side portion 20 and a law side portion 30, and the boundary between them is a law shoulder portion 40. A plurality of the embankment method shoulder blocks 10 are arranged along the method shoulder, and the connection holes 62 of the connection portion 60 are connected to each other by a connecting metal fitting. Anchor reinforcing bars are inserted into the other hole 61 and fixed to the embankment. Water-stopping concrete is poured onto the connecting portion 60 so as to be flush with the upper surface of the top surface portion 20.

On the surface of the method side portion 30 of the embankment method shoulder block 10 of the present embodiment, a plurality of grooves 50, 50, ... Provided in parallel with the method shoulder portion 40 exist. That is, the grooves 50, 50, ... Are patterns as identification portions provided on the surface of the law side portion 30. The distance between the adjacent grooves 50 and 50 is preferably several cm to several tens of cm. Further, when the groove 50 that is in close contact with the shoulder portion 40 is at a distance of about several cm to a dozen cm from the law shoulder portion 40, the top surface side portion 20, the law side portion 30, and the law shoulder portion 40 are connected to each other. It is preferable because it can be clearly distinguished. Below the law side portion 30 (a place near the law end), the distance between the adjacent grooves 50, 50 may be wider than that on the upper side, and the groove may not be provided below the law side portion 30. I do not care.

It is preferable that the grooves 50, 50, ... Have a structure (width, length, depth, shape, etc.) so that there is no risk of tipping over even if a person accidentally steps on the law side portion 30.

The length of the grooves 50, 50, ... You may arrange more than one. Further, when a plurality of short grooves are arranged along the shoulder, they may be arranged along the downward direction of the method or may be arranged in a staggered shape. You may arrange them randomly in the direction of going down the law. In addition, short grooves may be arranged alternately, in a predetermined regularity, or randomly, with those parallel to the shoulder and those perpendicular to the shoulder. As long as the top surface side portion 20 and the law side portion 30 can be clearly distinguished, the length and arrangement of the grooves are not particularly limited.

Similarly, in the present embodiment, if the top surface side portion 20 and the law side portion 30 can be clearly distinguished, instead of the groove 50, a dent such as a circle, an ellipse, or a polygon may be used as a pattern. good. Further, a convex pattern may be used instead of the concave groove 50. The convex shape may be linear or dot-shaped, and the shape is not particularly limited. Furthermore, both concave and convex patterns may be used for one embankment shoulder block.

In the present embodiment, since a plurality of grooves 50, 50, ... Provided in parallel with the shoulder portion 40 exist on the surface of the law side portion 30, the top surface side portion 20 and the law side portion 30 are formed. It can be clearly identified, and it is possible to prevent a pedestrian walking on the top surface from mistakenly seeing the top surface and the law and falling to the law side.

(Embodiment 3)
The third embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that the legal side portion is different and the connecting portion 60 is not provided. It should be noted that the absence of the connecting portion 60 is the same as in the second embodiment. Therefore, the same parts as those of the first and second embodiments will be omitted below.

FIG. 3 shows the embankment method shoulder block 12 according to the third embodiment. The shoulder portion 42 of the embankment method shoulder block 12 of the present embodiment is provided with a method shoulder recess 52 having a method shoulder recessed as an identification portion. The presence of the shoulder recess 52 makes it possible to visually and clearly distinguish the shoulder portion 42. That is, since the shoulder is recessed, the pedestrian can visually distinguish the portion from the other portion, and as a result, the top surface portion 22 and the law side portion 32 can be clearly distinguished visually.

The shape of the shoulder recess 52 is not particularly limited. As shown in FIG. 3, a groove having a U-shaped cross section may be used, or a V-groove or a groove having a rectangular cross section may be used. The shoulder recesses 52 may not be provided on all of the shoulders, and for example, the shoulder recesses 52 having a length of 50 cm may be provided at intervals of 50 cm. Further, the boundary line between the shoulder recess 52 and the top surface portion 22 or the boundary line between the lawn side portion 32 does not have to be a straight line, and if it is a wavy line or a saw blade shape, the top surface portion 22 and the lawn side The portion 32 can be distinguished more clearly. From the viewpoint of distinguishability and safety, it is preferable to appropriately select the concave width of the shoulder recess 52. The depth of the shoulder recess 52 is not particularly limited.

In the present embodiment, as in the first embodiment, the top surface portion 22 and the law side portion 32 can be clearly distinguished visually, and a pedestrian walking on the top surface mistakenly sees the top surface and the law on the law side. It is possible to prevent the person from falling.

(Embodiment 4)
The identification portion of the fourth embodiment is different from that of the third embodiment, and the other parts are the same as those of the third embodiment. Therefore, the parts different from the third embodiment will be described below.

FIG. 4 shows the embankment method shoulder block 13 according to the fourth embodiment. The shoulder portion 43 of the embankment method shoulder block 13 of the present embodiment is provided with a shoulder member 53 made of a material different from the block material as an identification portion. The material of the shoulder member 53 may be different from the block material of the top surface side portion 23, and is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include civil engineering materials other than resin, metal, and concrete. Further, the shoulder members 53 may not be provided on all of the shoulder portions 43, and for example, the shoulder members 53 having a length of 50 cm may be provided at intervals of 50 cm.

In FIG. 4, the shoulder member 53 is embedded in the shoulder portion 43 and the upper surface portion is exposed, but the shoulder member 53 may be installed on the surface of the shoulder portion 43 without being embedded. It is preferable that there is no step with the surface portion 23. The material of the shoulder member 53 may be colored in order to enhance the distinction from the block.

In the present embodiment, the presence of the shoulder member 53 makes it possible to visually and clearly distinguish the shoulder portion 43. That is, since the materials of the shoulder member 53 and the top surface portion 23 are different, the pedestrian can clearly distinguish the portion from the top surface portion 23 due to the difference in color and texture, and as a result, the sky The surface portion 23 and the law side portion 33 can be clearly distinguished visually. Since the top surface portion 23 and the lawn side portion 33 are usually made of the same material, the shoulder member 53 can be clearly distinguished from the lawn side portion 33.

The shape of the shoulder member 53 is not particularly limited. As shown in FIG. 4, it may be a cylinder shape, or a prism or a cross section may be an ellipse or an arc shape. Further, the shoulder member 53 may be formed into a plate shape and attached to the surface of the shoulder portion 43, or may be embedded in the embankment shoulder block 13 so as not to cause a step with the top surface portion 23. Further, it is preferable that the surface of the shoulder member 53 does not slip even if a person steps on it, and the surface of the shoulder member 53 can be prevented from slipping depending on the material or surface processing of the shoulder member 53. From the viewpoint of discriminability, it is preferable to appropriately select the width between the top surface of the shoulder member 53 and the law. The thickness of the shoulder member 53 in the depth direction is not particularly limited.

In the present embodiment, as in the first embodiment, the top surface portion 23 and the law side portion 33 can be clearly distinguished visually, and a pedestrian walking on the top surface mistakenly sees the top surface and the law on the law side. It is possible to prevent the person from falling.

(Embodiment 5)
