Description
The present invention relates to a highly absorbent sheet which is excellent in productivity and can maintain a state in which a highly absorbent polymer is fixedly supported.
Generally, an absorbent article is composed of a liquid-permeable top sheet, a liquid-impermeable back sheet, and an absorbent body arranged between the top sheet and the back sheet, whereby urine and the like are formed. The body fluid is absorbed by the absorber through the top sheet. There are various types of these absorbent articles, whether for adults or infants, depending on the application, such as tape-type disposable diapers, pants-type disposable diapers, urine absorbing pads, and light incontinence pads. ..
For the absorbents constituting these absorbent articles, it was common to use fluff pulp and a super absorbent polymer (also referred to as SAP) in combination, but the feeling of wearing, appearance and touch when worn are generally used. A so-called superabsorbent sheet (also referred to as SAP sheet), which is composed of a base material and a superabsorbent polymer, may be used as an absorber for the purpose of improving the above and reducing the return of urine.
In such a highly absorbent sheet, the highly absorbent polymer moves due to the movement of the wearer when wearing the absorbent article provided with the highly absorbent sheet, and the distribution of the highly absorbent polymer becomes uneven, resulting in absorbability. There was a problem that it decreased. Further, especially in the high-absorbent sheet containing no fluff pulp, the high-absorbent polymer is fixed only by the adhesive, so that it becomes difficult to fix and support the high-absorbent polymer by the adhesive as the amount of the high-absorbent polymer increases. Therefore, it was difficult to maintain the highly absorbent polymer in a uniformly distributed state. Therefore, studies have been made on the fixed support of a highly absorbent polymer in a highly absorbent sheet.
As a highly absorbent sheet for which such an examination has been made, for example,
Further, in
However, in the highly absorbent sheet described in
Further, in the method for producing a highly absorbent sheet described in
Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a highly absorbent sheet which is excellent in productivity and can maintain a state in which a highly absorbent polymer is fixedly supported.
The inventor of the present invention has conducted diligent research in view of the above problems. As a result, they have found that the above problems can be solved by devising the mode of the nonwoven fabric as the substrate and the method of fixing and supporting the highly absorbent polymer, and have completed the present invention. Specifically, the present invention provides the following.
(1) The first aspect of the present invention is a highly absorbent sheet in which a highly absorbent polymer is fixedly supported between two substrate nonwoven fabrics, and at least one substrate nonwoven fabric has a surface on one side. (3) The third aspect of the present invention is the highly absorbent sheet according to (1) or (2), and the substrate nonwoven fabric has a basis weight of 20 g / m 2 or more and 90 g / m 2 or less. It is characterized by.
(4) The fourth aspect of the present invention is the highly absorbent sheet according to any one of (1) to (3), wherein the two substrate nonwoven fabrics are air-through nonwoven fabrics and the two substrate nonwoven fabrics. A highly absorbent polymer is fixedly supported between each of the bulky surfaces of the above, and one of the bulky surfaces is brushed.
(5) A fifth aspect of the present invention is any of (1) to (4) arranged between a liquid-permeable top sheet, a liquid-impermeable back sheet, and the top sheet and the back sheet. The highly absorbent sheet according to the above, and an absorbent article having.
The highly absorbent sheet of the present invention is a highly absorbent sheet in which a highly absorbent polymer is fixedly supported between two substrate nonwoven fabrics, and at least one substrate nonwoven fabric is brushed on one side surface. It is raised by being applied, and an adhesive is applied to the raised surface of the substrate nonwoven fabric, and the highly absorbent polymer is quantitatively fixedly supported on the raised surface of the substrate nonwoven fabric. Therefore, it is possible to maintain a good state in which the highly absorbent polymer is fixedly supported. In addition, since the highly absorbent polymer is fixedly supported by the simple structure of brushing treatment and adhesive application, it is also excellent in productivity.

Further, at least one substrate

Further, the thickness of the fibers constituting the

(Manufacturing method of highly absorbent sheet)
The method for producing the highly

Next, a method for producing the highly

From the viewpoint of strength, workability and liquid return amount, the basis weight of the top sheet is preferably 15 g / m 2 or more and 200 g / m 2 or less. The shape of the top sheet is not particularly limited, but may be any shape that covers the highly
(Back sheet)
The back sheet may be formed by using a base material having a liquid impermeable property so that the body fluid held by the absorber does not wet the clothes, and may be a resin film or a composite in which a resin film and a non-woven fabric are laminated. It is formed from a material such as a sheet. The non-woven fabric used for the composite sheet is not particularly limited in the manufacturing method, for example, spunbonded non-woven fabric, melt-blow non-woven fabric, spunbonded non-woven fabric / melt-blow non-woven fabric, spunbonded non-woven fabric / melt-blow non-woven fabric / composite non-woven fabric in which spunbonded non-woven fabric is laminated, and these. Examples include composite materials. Examples of the resin film include polyester, polyvinyl alcohol, polyethylene, polypropylene, and a composite film of polyethylene and polypropylene.
From the viewpoint of strength and workability, the basis weight of the back sheet is preferably 15 g / m 2 or more and 40 g / m 2 or less. Further, in order to prevent stuffiness during mounting, it is preferable to give the back sheet breathability. In order to provide the back sheet with breathability, for example, a filler may be blended in the resin film of the base material, or the back sheet may be embossed for perforation. Calcium carbonate can be mentioned as the filler, and a known method can be used without limitation as the blending method.

(Example 1 and reference example 1 )
First, as the first substrate nonwoven fabric and the second substrate nonwoven fabric, an air-through nonwoven fabric having a width dimension of 120 mm and a basis weight of 40 g / m 2 is used as a highly absorbent polymer and has high absorbency of a commercially available sodium polyacrylate. Using the polymer as a hydrophilic sheet, spunbonded nonwoven fabrics having a width dimension of 290 mm and a basis weight of 8 g / m 2 were prepared, respectively, and then, by the above-mentioned production method, high absorption of Example 1 and Reference Example 1 was performed. Obtained a sex sheet. The hot melt adhesive was applied to each of the first substrate nonwoven fabric and the second substrate nonwoven fabric at 1.5 g / m 2 . The presence or absence of the raising treatment in each substrate nonwoven fabric is shown in Table 1. Further, 20 g of the highly absorbent polymer was inserted into a region of 10 cm in the width direction × 35 cm in the line direction at the central portion in the width direction of each of the first substrate nonwoven fabric and the second substrate nonwoven fabric. Further, it was cut so that the dimension in the longitudinal direction was 40 cm at the center of the longitudinal direction of the portion in which the highly absorbent polymer was not inserted, which was provided at intervals of 5 cm from the end of the highly absorbent polymer inserted portion in the flow direction.
( Reference example 2 )
As the first substrate nonwoven fabric, an air-through nonwoven fabric having a width direction dimension of 120 mm and a basis weight of 90 g / m 2 is used, and as a second substrate nonwoven fabric, an air-through nonwoven fabric having a width direction dimension of 120 mm and a basis weight of 20 g / m 2 is used. The highly absorbent sheet of Reference Example 2 was obtained by the same method as in Example 1 and Reference Example 1 except that only the first substrate nonwoven fabric was brushed.
(Comparative Examples 1 and 2)
Comparative Example 1 was subjected to the same method as in Example 1 except that none of the substrate nonwoven fabrics was brushed and Comparative Example 2 was not provided with the second substrate nonwoven fabric. Highly absorbent sheets of No. 1 and Comparative Example 2 were obtained.
(Evaluation method)
First, the hydrophilic sheet in contact with the first substrate nonwoven fabric was cut with scissors at three positions at positions that divide it into four equal parts in the longitudinal direction. Then, on a stainless steel container whose weight was measured in advance, the cut end was turned down and the polymer was shaken by hand for 30 seconds, and then the weight of the highly absorbent polymer flowing out into the stainless steel container was measured.
From the above, according to the present invention, it is possible to obtain a highly absorbent sheet which is excellent in productivity and can maintain a state in which a highly absorbent polymer is fixedly supported.
