Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to absorbent articles.
Generally, an absorbent article is composed of a liquid-permeable top sheet, a liquid-impermeable back sheet, and an absorber arranged between the top sheet and the back sheet, whereby urine, etc. Body fluid is absorbed by the absorber through the top sheet. There are various types of absorbent articles such as tape-type disposable diapers, pants-type disposable diapers, urine absorbing pads, and light incontinence pads, regardless of whether they are for adults or infants. ..
It was common to use fluff pulp and super absorbent polymer (also referred to as Super Absorbent Polymer, also called SAP) together for the absorbent body constituting these absorbent articles, but the feeling of wearing, the appearance and the skin feel when worn. A so-called super absorbent sheet (also referred to as a SAP sheet) made of a non-woven fabric as a base and a super absorbent polymer may be used as an absorber for the purpose of improving the like and reducing the return of urine. There have been various studies.
For example, Patent Document 1 includes a first sheet and a second sheet to which an adhesive is applied, and a superabsorbent polymer arranged between the first sheet and the second sheet, and at least on the second sheet. The application of the adhesive is intermittent in the areas corresponding to the plurality of regions of the adhesive, and the adhesive is continuously applied in the longitudinal direction to the areas facing the first sheet on both sides in the width direction of the superabsorbent polymer. And a superabsorbent sheet characterized in that the superabsorbent polymer is arranged in stripes along the longitudinal direction is disclosed.
Further, Patent Document 2 discloses an absorbent body in which two superabsorbent sheets are folded along the longitudinal direction, and the two superabsorbent sheets are arranged so that their folds face each other. Further, Patent Document 3 discloses an auxiliary absorbent article including a polymer sheet having alternating regions where water absorbent resin exists and regions where water absorbent resin does not exist in the width direction.
However, since the non-woven fabric and the super-absorbent polymer are fixed using a hot-melt adhesive in the superabsorbent sheet described in Patent Document 1, the problem that the feeling of wearing deteriorates due to the hard touch and the fit There is a problem that a sense of incongruity arises because the character is not obtained. In addition, compared with the conventional absorbent body composed of fluff pulp and superabsorbent polymer, most of the superabsorbent sheets are made of non-woven fabric by fixing the superabsorbent polymer by an adhesive means. Exist in high density. Therefore, the absorption time is long and the diffusivity of urine is poor, so that it is not sufficiently satisfactory from the viewpoint of absorbability.
In addition, in the superabsorbent sheet described in Patent Document 2, although the fit to the crotch is improved by having the above-described structure, it is improved in that the soft touch peculiar to the superabsorbent sheet is hard. Not not. Furthermore, although the auxiliary absorbent article described in Patent Document 3 is thin and smooth, no measures have been taken for the touch to the touch due to the hardness of the water absorbent resin existing region.
As described above, the absorbent body and the absorbent article described in Patent Documents 1 to 3 do not sufficiently satisfy both absorbency and wearing feeling.
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide an absorbent article that does not contain fluff pulp and that has good absorbency and wearability.

As shown in FIG. 2, the

The
-Substrate non-woven fabric-
As shown in FIG. 3, the base

-Super absorbent polymer-
The
Further, by avoiding fine powder having poor fluidity as a powder, the basic performance relating to absorption is enhanced, and from the viewpoint of reducing the rugged tactile sensation that occurs when the
The
[Hydrophilic sheet]
As shown in FIG. 2, the
(Top sheet)
The

(Back sheet)
The

The
The measurement method of the compression energy WC and the compression recoverability RC by the handy compression tester KES-G5 is as follows. First, a sample (10 cm×10 cm) is placed on a test stand, and a copper presser having a circular flat surface with an area of 2 cm 2 is applied to the sample from above the sample under the conditions of a speed of 0.01 cm/sec and a maximum compressive stress of 20 gf/cm 2. Press and compress. The compression energy WC and the compression recoverability RC were calculated by numerical processing based on the measurement data.

[Example 1]
(Preparation of absorber)
First, an air-through non-woven fabric of a base non-woven fabric (width 140 mm, basis weight 40 g/m 2 ) is prepared, and the clothing-side surface (non-skin contacting face) of the base non-woven fabric is physically raised with a saw blade to obtain a highly absorbent polymer. (Basis weight: 420 g/m 2 ) was dispersed, and the superabsorbent polymer was fixed and supported between the fibers of the raised portion of the base nonwoven fabric with a hot melt adhesive to obtain a superabsorbent sheet.
Next, a spunbonded nonwoven fabric (basis weight: 10 g/m 2 ) was prepared as a hydrophilic sheet, and the entire superabsorbent sheet was wrapped with a hydrophilic sheet coated with a hot melt adhesive and fixed to obtain an absorber. It was

[Comparative example 2]
The SAP fluff mixed sheet {a mixture of super absorbent polymer (basis weight 380 g/m 2 ) and fluff pulp (basis weight 400 g/m 2 )} covered with tissue (16 g/m 2 ) is used as an absorber I was there.
[Comparative Example 3]
Only the base non-woven fabric (basis weight: 110 g/m 2 ) used in Example 1 was used as an absorber.
[Measurement item]
The absorption rate, the amount of reversion, the compression energy WC, and the compression recovery RC were measured using the absorber obtained as described above, and the results are shown in Table 1. The compression energy WC and the compression recoverability RC were measured by the above methods.
(Absorption rate)
While applying a pressure of 46 g/cm 2 to the absorbers of Example 1 and each comparative example, 20 ml of 0.9 mass% physiological saline (37° C.) was taken from the cylinder having an inner diameter of 30 mm at intervals of 3 minutes. The total time (seconds) until physiological saline is absorbed on the surface of the absorbent body is measured. The smaller the value, the better the absorbency.
(Return amount)
200 ml of physiological saline was poured into the absorbers of Example 1 and each comparative example, and 10 minutes after the injection, the filter paper was pressed against the absorber surface with a load of 35 gf/cm 2 and returned to the filter paper in 1 minute. Measure the water content. The smaller the amount of reversion, the more dry the absorber is.
ハンディ圧縮試験機KES−G5(カトーテック株式会社製)で測定した。
(Compression energy WC and compression recovery RC)
It was measured with a handy compression tester KES-G5 (manufactured by Kato Tech Co., Ltd.).
(sensory evaluation)
With the cooperation of the panelists of eight paper diaper wearers who use wheelchairs on a daily basis, the feeling of wearing (softness, close contact, when wearing a tape-fastened paper diaper using the absorbers of Examples and Comparative Examples) Regarding the feeling) and the absorbability (presence/absence of leakage to the outside of the light incontinence pad, dry feeling), sensory evaluation was performed with two choices of “good” or “bad”. The wearer used it for 8 hours and evaluated it in daily operation. The results are shown in Table 1.
◯: When the number of wearers who chose “good” is 6 or more and 8 or less Δ: When the number of wearers who chose “good” is 3 or more and 5 or less ×: The number of wearers who chose “good” is 1 When there are two or more people, or when there are no wearers who chose "good"
In the examples, according to the present invention, it is possible to obtain an absorbent article having a good absorbency and a good wearing feeling without containing fluff pulp.
