Description
The present invention relates to the structure of a steam turbine.
Traditionally, steam turbines have been used as complex systems in combination with other equipment that exhausts heat. In such a complex system, the waste heat of other equipment can be used as a heat source for a boiler that supplies steam to a steam turbine (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
However, when the steam turbine is incorporated into the complex system in this way, the temperature of the steam supplied to the steam turbine is insufficient depending on the specifications of other equipment that is the exhaust heat source, and the steam is steamed in the downstream paragraph of the steam turbine. Moisture may be excessively high. If the steam is moist, the turbine blades will be damaged. Therefore, it is necessary to suppress the steam moistness even when the temperature of the supplied steam is low.
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a steam turbine capable of suppressing the wetness of steam even when the steam temperature to be supplied is low, in order to solve the above-mentioned problems.
In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the steam turbine according to the present invention is
A steam turbine with multiple paragraphs consisting of multiple stationary and rotor blades.
Upstream of at least one of the paragraphs, a throttle body for narrowing the passage area of the steam passage is provided at intervals equal to or larger than the axial width of the blades of the paragraph.
According to this configuration, even when the steam temperature to be supplied is low, the superheat degree of the steam that does not work when passing through the throttle body is downstream of the throttle body by providing the throttle body and intentionally lowering the pressure. Since it recovers in the space on the side, the wetness of the steam can be suppressed. Further, by leaving a predetermined wide space downstream of the diaphragm body based on the blade size, it becomes possible to rectify the steam that has passed through the diaphragm body while using the conventional structure.
In the steam turbine according to the embodiment of the present invention, the throttle body may be provided on the upstream side of the paragraph in which the degree of superheat of steam is a predetermined value or less. For example, the throttle body may be provided on the upstream side of any of the paragraphs on the high pressure side of the plurality of paragraphs. According to this configuration, the pressure of the steam in a low wetness state can be reduced, and the wetness of the steam can be effectively suppressed.
In the steam turbine according to the embodiment of the present invention, the throttle body may be an annular plate having a large number of holes. According to this configuration, it becomes easy to maintain the conventional steam turbine structure by adopting the annular plate-shaped throttle body. Further, the degree of pressure drop can be easily adjusted by changing the number and size of the holes.
In the steam turbine according to the embodiment of the present invention, the steam outlet of the throttle body may be formed at a radial position deviated from the radial position of the blade of the stationary blade on the downstream side thereof. According to this configuration, when the steam passes through the diaphragm, the steam whose temperature is momentarily lowered due to the increase in speed passes through the blades of the stationary blade in a state where the speed is reduced and the temperature is restored. As a result, the wetness of the steam can be suppressed more reliably.
In the steam turbine according to the embodiment of the present invention, a labyrinth seal may be formed between the inner peripheral surface of the throttle body and the rotating shaft of the steam turbine. According to this configuration, it becomes easy to maintain the conventional steam turbine structure by making the structure of the throttle body compatible with the conventional stationary blade.

Hereinafter, embodiments according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings, but the present invention is not limited to this embodiment.
FIG. 1 shows a steam turbine 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention. In the steam turbine 1, the
The steam turbine 1 includes a plurality of paragraphs ST including the
In the illustrated example, the
As shown in FIG. 2, the
In the present embodiment, in the
By providing the
As shown in the figure, the
As shown in FIG. 3, the
The form of the drawing
Further, as shown in FIG. 2, in the
When the steam W passes through the
The position where the
According to the steam turbine 1 according to the present embodiment described above, even when the temperature of the supplied steam W is low, the wetness of the steam W is suppressed by providing the
As described above, the preferred embodiment of the present invention has been described with reference to the drawings, but various additions, changes or deletions can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
