本願は、2018年12月29日に提出された、出願番号が201811633899.5で、発明の名称が「アンローディング装置」である中国特許出願の優先権を主張し、その全体が参照により本願に組み込まれる。
Claims (10)
- 上から下へ順次に接続される動力機構、伝動機構、及びアクチュエータ機構を備え、前記アクチュエータ機構は、上から下へ順次に接続される軸系アセンブリ及び回転盤アセンブリを備え、そのうち、前記回転盤アセンブリは、上から下へ順次に設置される上層補助フェンス、中層主撹乱盤、及び下層取出部を備えることを特徴とするアンローディング装置。
- 前記回転盤アセンブリの底部には保護板アセンブリが設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアンローディング装置。
- 前記保護板アセンブリは、底弧プレートと、前記底弧プレートに設置される挿入列アセンブリとを備え、前記底弧プレートは錐状面チャンバに接続され、前記挿入列アセンブリは前記底弧プレートと前記錐状面チャンバとの間に設置されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のアンローディング装置。
- 前記挿入列アセンブリは、ドアフレームと、前記ドアフレームの左右両側にそれぞれ対応して可動接続される2つの挿入列と、前記ドアフレームの左右両側に対称的に配置された2つのサイドバッフルとを備え、前記ドアフレームには取出口が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のアンローディング装置。
- 前記下層取出部は、取出リングと、前記取出リング内に設置される内側制限リングとを備え、前記取出リングはリング状に配置された複数のスペーサーリブを備え、各前記スペーサーリブは前記内側制限リングに接続され、隣接する2つごとの前記スペーサーリブと前記内側制限リングとの間は1つの取出槽孔が構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアンローディング装置。
- 前記中層主撹乱盤の外側面には複数の撹乱ブロックが設置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアンローディング装置。
- 前記上層補助フェンスは間隔をあけて配置された円弧面と接平面で構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアンローディング装置。
- 前記軸系アセンブリは、主軸、第1の軸受、第2の軸受、取外し軸受スリーブ及びスラスト軸受を備え、前記第1の軸受及び第2の軸受は上から下へそれぞれ前記主軸に取り付けられ、前記第1の軸受及び第2の軸受はいずれも前記取外し軸受スリーブ内に設置され、前記スラスト軸受は前記主軸に取り付けられ、且つ前記スラスト軸受は前記取外し軸受スリーブの上部に設置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアンローディング装置。
- 受圧ハウジングアセンブリをさらに備え、前記伝動機構の上下両端はそれぞれ前記動力機構、アクチュエータ機構に取り外し可能に接続され、前記伝動機構の外部にはカップリングサポートが設けられ、前記カップリングサポートは軸受シートスリーブに接続され、前記軸受シートスリーブは前記受圧ハウジングアセンブリに接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアンローディング装置。
- 前記受圧ハウジングアセンブリには撹乱機構が設置され、前記撹乱機構はいずれも直線往復駆動機構であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のアンローディング装置。
