Description
(1) 植え込み可能な組織固定装置を送達するためのシステムであって、該システムは、

互いに分離されている個別の要素である、第1及び第2の細長い実質的に剛性の支持部材と、
該第1及び第2の剛性の支持部材を接続する少なくとも1つの可撓性部材と、
を含み、該組織固定装置は、変更可能な寸法を有し、これによって該装置は送達形状及び配置済み形状を有し、該組織固定装置は、該配置済み形状よりも該送達形状においてより小さい少なくとも1つの寸法を有する、組織固定装置と、
該組織固定装置に連結された、少なくとも1本のグラフト保持ループと、
ドリルピンであって、該ドリルピンは、該ドリルピンの近位端の空洞を取り囲む側壁を有し、該空洞は、該組織固定装置を完全に収めるよう構成されている、ドリルピンと、

(4) 少なくとも1本の第3の細長い実質的に剛性の支持部材と、
前記第2及び該第3の剛性の支持部材を接続する、少なくとも1つの第2の可撓性部材とを更に含む、実施態様1に記載のシステム。
(5) 前記少なくとも1つの可撓性部材が、前記剛性の支持部材の間に延在する複数の細長い接続フィラメントを含む、実施態様1に記載のシステム。
(7) 前記剛性の支持部材がそれぞれ、前記複数の細長い接続フィラメントを該剛性の支持部材に連結するために使用される複数の保持エレメントを含む、実施態様5に記載のシステム。
(8) 前記少なくとも1本のグラフト保持ループが、前記少なくとも1つの可撓性部材に連結され、かつ前記剛性の支持部材の周りに配置されている、実施態様1に記載のシステム。

(17) 前記ドリルピンがピンプラーを用いて引っ張られる、実施態様16に記載の方法。
(18) 前記配置済み形状のとき、前記組織固定装置が前記骨トンネルの前記第1端に対して概ね垂直である、実施態様14に記載の方法。
(19) 前記ドリルピンが長手方向軸を有し、前記組織固定装置は該長手方向軸に対してある角度で、前記開口部を通して配置される、実施態様14に記載の方法。
(20) 前記少なくとも1つの可撓性部材が、前記剛性の支持部材の間に延在する複数の細長い接続フィラメントを含む、実施態様14に記載の方法。
Claims (9)
- 植え込み可能な組織固定装置を送達するためのシステムであって、該システムは、
組織固定装置であって、
互いに分離されている個別の要素である、第1及び第2の細長い実質的に剛性の支持部材と、
該第1及び第2の細長い実質的に剛性の支持部材を接続する少なくとも1つの可撓性部材と、
を含み、該組織固定装置は、変更可能な寸法を有し、これによって該組織固定装置は送達形状及び配置済み形状を有し、該組織固定装置は、該配置済み形状よりも該送達形状においてより小さい少なくとも1つの寸法を有する、組織固定装置と、
該組織固定装置に連結された、少なくとも1本のグラフト保持ループと、
ドリルピンであって、該ドリルピンは、該ドリルピンの近位端の空洞を取り囲む側壁を有し、該空洞は、該組織固定装置を完全に収めるよう構成されている、ドリルピンと、
を含み、該ドリルピンは、該組織固定装置が該送達形状にあるときに該組織固定装置をその中に実質的に包含するように構成され、更に該ドリルピンは、開口部を通して該組織固定装置の配置が可能になるように構成されている、システム。 - 前記ドリルピンが更に、前記空洞に連通した、該側壁内の少なくとも1つの長手方向向きの開口部を含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記ドリルピンが、前記側壁に連通しかつ中にスロットを有する近位端壁を有し、該スロットは、前記開口部と連通し、かつ、配置中に前記少なくとも1本のグラフト保持ループを通過させるように構成されている、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 少なくとも1本の第3の細長い実質的に剛性の支持部材と、
前記第2及び該第3の細長い実質的に剛性の支持部材を接続する、少なくとも1つの第2の可撓性部材とを更に含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記少なくとも1つの可撓性部材が、前記第1及び第2の細長い実質的に剛性の支持部材の間に延在する複数の細長い接続フィラメントを含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記複数の細長い接続エレメントが、縫合糸又はワイヤーを含む、請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1及び第2の細長い実質的に剛性の支持部材がそれぞれ、前記複数の細長い接続フィラメントを該第1及び第2の細長い実質的に剛性の支持部材に連結するために使用される複数の保持エレメントを含む、請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1本のグラフト保持ループが、前記少なくとも1つの可撓性部材に連結され、かつ前記第1及び第2の細長い実質的に剛性の支持部材の周りに配置されている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの可撓性部材の相対する端に着脱可能に連結された第1及び第2の縫合糸のうちの少なくとも1本を更に含み、該第1及び第2の縫合糸は、該少なくとも1つの可撓性部材の長さに沿って、それぞれ反対の向きに延在する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
