特許第3860916号公報Japanese Patent No. 3860916 特開2010−238607号公報Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2010-238607 特開2017−103122号公報Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2017-103122

However, in the techniques described in Patent Documents 1 to 3, the shielding performance is improved by sandwiching (pressing) the coaxial cable between the housing and the lid, but the lid is described above. Since all of them are fixed to the housing using screw members, the work is troublesome and troublesome.
Further, in the technique described in Patent Document 2, since the input / output terminals are provided on both side surfaces of the housing, the coaxial cable connection work cannot be performed collectively, which is troublesome and troublesome. rice field.
Further, in the techniques described in Patent Documents 1 and 3, one end of the lid is rotatably supported with respect to the housing, but the lid tilts during the connection work of the coaxial cable, which hinders the work. There was a risk of coming.
Further, in the technique described in Patent Document 3, the lid body is rotatably supported by the housing by holding a support shaft provided at one end thereof in a support groove provided in the housing. However, since the opening of the support groove is formed with a width smaller than the diameter of the support shaft, there is a problem that a force is required to hold the support shaft in the support groove. It is also conceivable to make the opening of the support groove the same width as the diameter of the support shaft, insert the support shaft into the support groove, and then crimp the opening. Is troublesome and troublesome.

In view of the above-mentioned various problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a series unit capable of simplifying the connection work of the coaxial cable and improving the shielding performance.

May be good.

Further, as described in claim 3, the lid has an L-shaped side view by connecting pressing pieces to one end thereof, and a support shaft is provided in the vicinity of the bent portion. The support shaft is rotatably supported by a hook-shaped support portion provided near the opening of the housing, and the pressing piece is supported by a spring member.
Further, as described in claim 4, it is preferable that the angle formed by the lid body and the pressing piece is 90 ° or more.

Further, as described in claim 5, the spring member has an inverted lateral shape, and with one end fixed to the housing, the other end side forming the holding portion is inclined upward. It is characterized by the fact that it is in a state of being in a state of being.
Further, as described in claim 6, the spring member has a plurality of bent portions having a V-shaped side view, and the other ends of the bent portions are connected by a holding portion, and each of the bent portions is connected. By fixing one end of the bent portion to the housing, the other end side having the holding portion may be in an upwardly inclined state.
Further, as described in claim 7, the holding portion of the spring member may be formed with a groove portion in which the end portion of the pressing piece connected to one end of the lid body is engaged.
Further, as described in claim 8, the mounting portion of the housing and the holding portion of the spring member may each have claw portions that bite into the outer cover of the coaxial cable at predetermined positions.

Further, as described in claim 9, the shield member is formed in a thin box shape having an open upper surface, and a flange portion provided on the back surface of the lid is engaged with an engaging portion provided at the opening edge thereof. It is characterized in that it can be attached to the lid by fitting.
Further, as described in claim 10, a protrusion that engages with a hole provided at a predetermined position of the housing may be provided at a predetermined position on the side wall portion of the shield member.
Further, as described in claim 11, a slit may be formed in the side wall portion of the shield member.
Further, as described in claim 12, the shield member has a wall shape having a predetermined height and a predetermined thickness, and the lid is on the outer peripheral side excluding the portion provided with the pressing piece on the back surface of the lid. It may be provided integrally with the body and the pressing piece.

In the present invention, the opening of the housing is closed by the lid body, and at the same time, the spring member is pressed by the pressing piece connected to one end of the lid body to form the holding portion and the housing provided in the spring member. Since the coaxial cable is sandwiched between the provided mounting portion, the coaxial cable connection work can be simplified.
Further, when the opening of the housing is closed by the lid, the shield member attached to the back surface of the lid comes into contact with the inner peripheral surface of the opening, and the outer conductor of the coaxial cable is provided in the housing. The shielding performance can be improved by coming into contact with the mounting portion and the holding portion provided on the spring member.

Further, the lid is rotatably supported by a hook-shaped support portion provided in the vicinity of the opening of the housing, and the pressing piece is supported by the spring member. Even if the opening of the support portion has the same width as the support shaft, the lid does not fall off from the support portion. Therefore, the work of supporting the support shaft of the lid to the support portion can be smoothly performed, and the work of crimping the opening is not required, so that the work can be simplified.

Further, one end of the spring member is fixed to the housing by forming the side view shape into an inverted shape or having a structure having a plurality of bent portions having a side view shape having a dogleg shape. In this state, the other end (holding portion) side is tilted upward, so that when connecting the coaxial cable, the coaxial cable can be easily inserted between the mounting portion provided in the housing. By urging the pressing pieces connected to one end of the lid in the direction of opening the lid, it is possible to prevent the lid from tilting in the direction of closing, so that the coaxial cable can be used. Does not interfere with the connection work.
Further, when the opening of the housing is closed by the lid, the pressing piece connected to one end of the lid causes the spring member to resist the urging force (elastic force) of the spring member, and the mounting portion of the housing is placed. Along with rotating while pressing to the side, a groove portion is provided in the holding portion of the spring member, and when the end portion of the pressing piece engages with this groove portion, the lid body is encapsulated by the elastic force of the spring member. The coaxial cable is urged to the opening of the body and the coaxial cable is sandwiched between the mounting portion of the housing and the sandwiching portion of the spring member. Moreover, by setting the angle formed by the lid and the pressing piece to 90 ° or more, the engagement state between the pressing piece and the groove portion of the holding portion is released even if a force is applied to the connecting portion of the coaxial cable. In addition, since a force is applied to the lid in the direction of holding the closed state of the opening, the closed state of the opening is well maintained and the shielding performance is not adversely affected.
Further, since the claws are provided at predetermined positions in the mounting portion of the housing and the holding portion of the spring member, the claws bite into the outer cover when the coaxial cable is sandwiched, so that the coaxial cable can be connected. It is possible to prevent withdrawal.

Further, the shield member is formed in a thin box shape having an open upper surface, and by engaging a flange portion provided on the back surface of the lid body with an engaging portion provided on the opening edge thereof, the shield member is attached to the lid body. In addition to being easily attached, a protrusion that engages with a hole provided at a predetermined position of the housing is provided at a predetermined position on the side wall portion of the shield member, so that the shield member is provided at the holding portion of the spring member. Coupled with the engagement of the groove portion and the pressing piece connected to one end of the lid body, the closed state of the opening portion by the lid body can be held without using a screw. Moreover, by providing the shield member with a slit, it becomes possible to make good contact with the inner peripheral surface of the opening at a plurality of places, and if the slit is provided in the portion where the protrusion is provided, the protrusion and the housing can be provided. It is also possible to prevent it from being scraped by sliding contact.
Further, the shield member has a wall shape having a predetermined height and a predetermined thickness, and is provided integrally with the lid body and the pressing piece on the outer peripheral side excluding the portion where the pressing piece on the back surface of the lid is provided. Then, as compared with the case where the thin box-shaped shield member having an open upper surface is attached to the lid as described above, the number of parts can be reduced and the attachment work can be omitted.

Is provided with a support shaft 2b supported by a hook-shaped support portion 1g formed at the end edge of the opening 1c of the housing 1. The angle θ formed by the lid 2 and the pressing piece 2a is preferably 90 ° or more (for example, 98 °), and the upper limit of the angle θ is a range in which the side view shape is L-shaped. (The above value (98 °) is just an example and is not limited to this value). Further, an arc-shaped notch 2c is provided at the end of the pressing piece 2a.

In FIGS. 1 and 2, 3 is provided on the back surface of the lid 2, and when the opening 1c of the housing 1 is closed by the lid 2, it becomes the inner peripheral surface of the opening 1c of the housing 1. It is a metal shield member that comes into contact with each other. As shown in FIG. 4A, the shield member 3 is formed in a thin box shape having an open upper surface, and a U-shaped engaging portion 3a is provided on the opening edge. Further, the side wall portion of the shield member 3 is provided with a notch 3b at a portion corresponding to the pressing piece 2a continuously provided at one end of the lid body 2, and the fixing piece 3c is provided at both ends thereof. Further, on the side wall portion of the shield member 3, a protrusion 3d that engages with the hole portion 1h provided in the housing 1 is provided at a portion facing the notch 3b. Then, as shown in FIG. 4B, the flange portion 2d provided on the back surface of the lid 2 is engaged with the engaging portion 3a, and the fixing piece 3c is bent toward the lid 2. The shield member 3 is attached to the back surface of the lid 2.
As shown in FIGS. 4 (c) and 4 (d), a slit 3e may be formed in the portion where the protrusion 3d is provided on the side wall portion of the shield member 3, or the notch 3b may be formed. A plurality of slits 3e may be provided in a portion other than the above.

In FIG. 2, 4 is housed in the housing 1 and outputs a signal from a television antenna or the like input via the coaxial cable Ci for input to the output terminal 1a and the coaxial cable Cr for relay. The circuit board 4 has an input conductor 4a to which a coaxial cable Ci for input is connected, a relay conductor 4b to which a coaxial cable Cr for relay is connected, and a coaxial cable for output (Fig.). The output conductor 4c to which (not shown) is connected is fixed in a predetermined position. The input conductor 4a and the relay conductor 4b are insulated from the outside by covering the circuit board 4 with a protective cover 5 made of resin from above after the circuit board 4 is housed in the housing 1, and the output conductor 4c is , It is insulated from the outside by being housed in a cylindrical protective member 6 made of resin. Further, the protective member 6 accommodating the output conductor 4c is fixed in the cylindrical outer conductor 1b constituting the output terminal 1a provided in the housing 1.

In FIGS. 1 and 2, 7 is an elastic metal plate-shaped spring member arranged between the circuit board 4 and the lid 2 with one end fixed to the housing 1. As shown in FIGS. 5A to 5C, the spring member 7 has an inverted side view shape, and one end thereof is fixed to the fixing portion 1j of the housing 1 by the screw member N1. In this state (see FIGS. 1 and 7), the other end is inclined upward. Further, the spring member 7 has an arcuate shape in which the coaxial cables Ci and Cr are sandwiched between the arcuate recesses 1e and 1e provided in the mounting portion 1d of the housing 1 at the other end which is a free end. By forming the sandwiching portion 7a having the recesses 7b and 7b, the plan view shape is T-shaped. In the sandwiching portion 7a, a groove portion 7c in which the end portion of the pressing piece 2a connected to the lid 2 is engaged is formed, and a hole portion 7d is formed in a portion corresponding to the notch 2c of the pressing piece 2a. At the same time, a claw portion 7e that bites into the outer cover C1 of the coaxial cables Ci and Cr is provided at a predetermined position.
As described above, the spring member 7 is between the lid 2 in which the support shaft 2b is supported by the hook-shaped support portion 1g provided in the housing 1 and the circuit board 4 housed in the housing 1. The pressing piece 2a connected to one end of the lid 2 is supported by the holding portion 7a provided at the other end in a state where one end thereof is fixed to the fixing portion 1j of the housing 1 by using the screw member N1. It becomes a form to do. As shown in FIGS. 5 (d) and 5 (e), the lid 2 is only inserted into the hook-shaped support portion 1g provided in the housing 1 with its support shaft 2b from its opening. However, since the pressing piece 2a is supported by the holding portion 7a of the spring member 7, it does not fall off from the support portion 1g of the housing 1.

In FIGS. 1 and 2, 8 is a resin terminal block fixed to the front side of the housing 1 so as to surround the output terminal 1a. As shown in FIG. 6, the terminal block 8 has a rectangular front shape. A cylindrical recess 8a is recessed in the center of the terminal block 8, and a hole 8b through which the output terminal 1a provided in the housing 1 is inserted is drilled in the bottom surface of the recess 8a. Further, on the side surface of the terminal block 8, a locking hole 8c for fixing the terminal block 8 to the mounting piece 1k of the housing 1 is provided.

Next, a case where the coaxial cables Ci and Cr are connected to the series unit U1 in the first embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 7 to 9. At this time, as shown in FIG. 7, the coaxial cables Ci and Cr require a core wire C4, an insulator C3, and an external conductor (braided wire and aluminum foil) C2 by peeling off the outer cover C1 at the tip in advance. It is exposed to the length (the braided wire of the outer conductor C2 is folded back to the outer cover C1 side). Further, as shown in FIG. 7, the spring member 7 provided with the holding portion 7a for sandwiching the coaxial cables Ci and Cr with the mounting portion 1d of the housing 1 is more free than one end fixed to the housing 1. The holding portion 7a side, which is the end, is inclined upward to widen the distance from the previously described placing portion 1d, and the lid 2 that closes the opening 1c of the housing 1 is connected to one end thereof. Since the provided pressing piece 2a is supported by the holding portion 7a of the spring member 7, it rotates in the direction of opening the opening 1c of the housing 1 around the support shaft 2b (counterclockwise direction in FIG. 7). It is held in the state of being.

When connecting the coaxial cables Ci and Cr to the series unit U1 in the first embodiment, first, as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the coaxial cables Ci and Cr are held with the lid 2 open. Is inserted between the mounting portion 1d of the housing 1 and the sandwiching portion 7a of the spring member 7, and the core wires C4 of the coaxial cables Ci and Cr are provided in the protective cover 5 with the insertion holes 5a (respectively). (See also FIG. 2) to connect to the input conductor 4a and the relay conductor 4b fixed to the circuit board 4 (see FIG. 8).

Subsequently, when the lid 2 is rotated from the state shown in FIG. 8 in the direction of closing the opening 1c of the housing 1 (clockwise in FIG. 8), the pressing piece 2a connected to one end thereof springs. The member 7 is pressed against the elastic force of the housing 1 toward the mounting portion 1d, and the end portion of the pressing piece 2a becomes the holding portion 7a of the spring member 7 as the lid 2 rotates. When engaged with the provided groove portion 7c, the lid 2 is urged toward the opening 1c side of the housing 1 by the elastic force of the spring member 7, and the protrusion 3d provided on the shield member 3 attached to the back surface thereof is the housing. It is in a state of being in contact with the edge of the opening 1c of 1. When the lid 2 is further pressed toward the housing 1 from this state, the protrusion 3d provided on the shield member 3 engages with the hole 1h provided on the housing 1. As a result, the lid 2 closes the opening 1c in a state where the shield member 3 is in contact with the inner peripheral surface of the opening 1c of the housing 1, and the coaxial cables Ci and Cr are mounted on the housing 1. It is firmly sandwiched between the placement portion 1d and the sandwiching portion 7a of the spring member 7 (see FIG. 9).
At this time, the end of the pressing piece 2a connected to one end of the lid 2 engages with the groove 7c of the holding portion 7a provided at the other end of the spring member 7, and presses against the lid 2. Since the angle θ formed with the piece 2a is 90 ° or more, even if a force is applied to the connection portion of the coaxial cables Ci and Cr, the force is a force that urges the lid 2 toward the housing 1. The lid 2 is not opened. Further, the coaxial cables Ci and Cr are satisfactorily prevented from being detached from the housing 1 by the claw portion 1f provided on the mounting portion 1d and the claw portion 7e provided on the holding portion 7a biting into the outer cover C1. be able to.

Next, a case where the coaxial cables Ci and Cr are removed from the housing 1 will be described. In this case, first, from the state shown in FIG. 9, the operation pieces 1r and 2e provided at the end edge of the opening 1c of the housing 1 and the other end of the lid 2 are operated to operate the protrusions 3d provided on the shield member 3. And the engagement with the hole 1h provided in the housing 1, and the engagement between the end of the pressing piece 2a connected to one end of the lid 2 and the groove 7c provided in the holding portion 7a of the spring member 7. Release the match. As a result, the pressing state of the spring member 7 by the pressing piece 2a is released, so that the other end (holding piece 7a) of the spring member 7 is a free end with one end fixed to the housing 1 as a fulcrum by its elastic force. ) Side tilts upward, and as a result of pushing up the pressing piece 2a located above it, the lid 2 turns in the direction of opening the opening 1c of the housing 1 around the support shaft 2b (counterclockwise direction in FIG. 9). It is moved to open the opening 1c as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8.
Further, as described above, the engagement between the protrusion 3d provided on the shield member 3 and the hole portion 1h provided on the housing 1 is released, and the pressing piece 2a and the spring member 7 continuously provided at one end of the lid body 2. By disengaging the engagement with the groove portion 7c provided in the holding portion 7a, the spring member 7 is released from being pressed by the pressing piece 2a, and the other end is fixed to the housing 1 by an elastic force as a fulcrum. Since the (pinching portion 7a) side is inclined upward, the coaxial cables Ci and Cr are released from being pinched by the sandwiching portion 7a and the mounting portion 1d of the housing 1, and can be easily removed from the housing 1. Can be done.

As described above, in the series unit U1 according to the first embodiment, the tip portions of the coaxial cables Ci and Cr are inserted between the mounting portion 1d of the housing 1 and the sandwiching portion 7a of the spring member 7. Then, when the opening 1c of the housing 1 is closed by the lid 2, the coaxial cables Ci and Cr are sandwiched between the mounting portion 1d of the housing 1 and the sandwiching portion 7a of the spring member 7. Therefore, the connection work of the coaxial cables Ci and Cr can be easily performed.
Further, the opening 1c of the housing 1 is closed by the lid 2 in a state where the shield member 3 attached to the back surface of the lid 2 is in contact with the inner peripheral surface thereof, and the coaxial cables Ci and Cr are closed. Since the outer conductor C2 comes into contact with the mounting portion 1d of the housing 1 and the sandwiching portion 7a of the spring member 7, the shielding performance of the series unit U1 can be improved.
Moreover, the protrusion 3d provided on the shield member 3 engages with the hole portion 1h provided on the housing 1, and the end portion of the pressing piece 2a serially connected to one end of the lid body 2 is the holding portion of the spring member 7. The housing 1 made of the lid 2 is formed by engaging with the groove 7c provided in 7a and further forming an angle θ between the lid 2 and the pressing piece 2a connected to one end thereof at 90 ° or more. Even if a force is applied to the connection portion of the coaxial cables Ci and Cr when the opening 1c is closed, the force acts as an urging force in the direction of closing the lid 2, so that the housing by the lid 2 is used. The closed state of the opening 1c of 1 can be satisfactorily held without using a screw member.
Further, since the lid 2 is supported by the spring member 7 arranged between the lid 2 and the circuit board 4, it is possible to prevent the lid 2 from falling off from the hook-shaped support portion 1g of the housing 1. .. Further, when the lid 2 is opened, the spring member 7 supports a pressing piece 2a connected to one end of the lid 2 in a state where the other end (holding portion 7a) side is inclined upward, and the elastic force thereof causes the spring member 7 to support the pressing piece 2a. It is possible to urge the lid body 2 in the direction of holding the open state to prevent the lid body 2 from tilting in the direction of closing, and the other end (holding portion 7a) side of the spring member 7 faces upward. Since the housing 1 is tilted and the space between the housing 1 and the mounting portion 1d is widened, the coaxial cables Ci and Cr can be easily inserted between the previously described mounting portion 1d and the sandwiching portion 7a. It does not interfere with the connection work of the coaxial cables Ci and Cr.
Further, the claw portions 1f and 7e are projected from the previously described placement portion 1d and the holding portion 7a, respectively, and when the coaxial cables Ci and Cr are sandwiched between the previously described placement portion 1d and the holding portion 7a, Since the claw portions 1f and 7e bite into the outer cover C1, it is possible to prevent the coaxial cables Ci and Cr from being pulled out.

<Second embodiment>
Next, the second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 10 and 11. FIG. 10 is a perspective view of the series unit according to the second embodiment, and FIG. 11 is an exploded perspective view of the series unit. The second embodiment is a case where the series unit U2 is attached to a wall surface in a room and used as a terminal for outputting a signal from a television antenna or the like to a receiving device such as a television. The difference between the first embodiment and the second embodiment is that, in the first embodiment, the coaxial cable Ci for input and the coaxial cable for relay are on the back side (opening 1c side) of the housing 1. Whereas Cr is connected, in the second embodiment, only the coaxial cable Ci for input is connected. Hereinafter, the second embodiment will be described with a focus on the differences from the first embodiment.

The differences between the second embodiment and the first embodiment are as follows. That is, as shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, the point that the arc-shaped recesses 1e provided in the mounting portion 1d of the housing 1 are changed from two to one, and the pressing pieces continuously provided at one end of the lid 2. The notch at the end of 2a is changed from two to one, and the arcuate recess 7b provided in the holding portion 7a of the spring member 7 is changed from two to one, and the plan view shape is reversed from the T-shape. Instead of the circuit board 4 to which the input conductor 4a, the relay conductor 4b and the output conductor 4c are fixed, the point of being L-shaped, the point that the hole portion 7d provided in the sandwiching portion 7a is changed from two to one, and the input conductor 4a, the relay conductor 4b and the output conductor 4c are fixed. A hook-shaped input / output conductor 14 having an input conductor 14a at one end and an output conductor 14b at the other end is provided, and a protective cover 5 and an output conductor 4c to be attached from above the circuit board 4 are housed. Instead of the cylindrical protective member 6, the resin protective member 15 for accommodating the hook-shaped input / output conductor 14 is provided.
Except for the above points, since there is no big difference between the first embodiment and the second embodiment, detailed description of other parts will be omitted. Further, since the connection and disconnection operation of the coaxial cable Ci for input to the series unit U2 in the second embodiment is not different from that in the first embodiment, the description thereof is omitted here.
Further, the series unit U2 according to the second embodiment configured as described above can also obtain the same effect as the series unit U1 according to the first embodiment.

In the first and second embodiments, the spring member 7 is provided in the housing 1 as shown in FIG. 12, for example, instead of fixing one end thereof to the housing 1 using the screw member N1. One end of the spring member 7 is inserted into the slit 1 m, and the protrusion 1n projecting from the fixing portion 1j of the housing 1 is fixed by engaging with the engagement hole 7f provided on one end side of the spring member 7. You may do it. In this case, in order not to impair the shielding property of the housing 1, a wavy portion 7g is formed at one end of the spring member 7, and the wavy portion 7g is inserted into the slit 1m and fixed to close the slit 1m. It is good to put it in a state.

<Third embodiment>
Next, the third embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 13 to 16. 13 is a perspective view of the series unit according to the third embodiment, FIG. 14 is an exploded perspective view of the series unit, and FIGS. 15 and 16 are explanatory views of a spring member and a housing, respectively. The third embodiment is a case where the series unit U3 is used as a repeater as in the first embodiment, but the shape of the spring member is mainly different from that of the first embodiment. Further, as the shape of the spring member is different, the shape of the protective cover attached to the circuit board is also different from that of the first embodiment. Hereinafter, the third embodiment will be described with a focus on the differences from the first embodiment.

As shown in FIGS. 13 to 16, the spring member 27 is provided with bent portions 27a having a dogleg shape in a side view at four locations with predetermined intervals in the longitudinal direction, and each of the bent portions. An engaging piece 27b that is engaged with a groove 1p provided near the mounting portion 1d of the housing 1 is formed at one end of the 27a, and the other end of each bent portion 27b is horizontally long and has a downward side view shape. It is connected by a holding portion 27c in the shape of a. Of the three gaps 27d-1 to 27d-3 formed between the four bent portions 27a, the sandwiched portion 27c has the leftmost gap 27d-1 and the rightmost gap 27d-3. At the corresponding positions, arc-shaped recesses 27e that sandwich the coaxial cables Ci and Cr are formed between the arc-shaped recesses 1e provided in the mounting portion 1d of the housing 1, and at predetermined positions. A claw portion 27f that bites into the outer cover C1 of the coaxial cables Ci and Cr is provided so as to project. At the connecting portion between the holding portion 27c and each bending portion 27a, a groove portion 27g with which the end portion of the pressing piece 2a connected to one end of the lid 2 is engaged is formed, and the groove portion 27g is formed at the connecting portion. In the arc-shaped recess 27e, a hole 27h is formed at a portion corresponding to the notch 2c provided in the pressing piece 2a.

Further, as shown in FIG. 14, the protective cover 25 that insulates the input conductor 4a and the relay conductor 4b fixed to the circuit board 4 from the outside so as to correspond to the shape of the spring member 27 is each of the spring members 27. Of the three gaps 27d-1 to 27d-3 formed between the bent portions 27a, the leftmost gap 27d-1 and the rightmost gap 27d-3 can be stored independently. It is formed in a shape.
Since there is no big difference between the first embodiment and the third embodiment except for the shapes of the spring member 27 and the protective cover 25, detailed description of other parts will be omitted. Further, since the connection and disconnection operations of the coaxial cables Ci and Cr to the series unit U3 in the third embodiment are not different from those in the first embodiment, the description thereof is omitted here.
Further, the series unit U3 according to the third embodiment configured as described above can also obtain the same effect as the series unit U1 according to the first embodiment.

<Fourth Embodiment>
Next, a fourth embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 17 to 19. 17 is a perspective view of the series unit according to the fourth embodiment, FIG. 18 is an exploded perspective view of the series unit, and FIG. 19 is an explanatory view of a spring member. The fourth embodiment is a case where the series unit U4 of the present invention is used as a terminal as in the second embodiment, but the shape of the spring member is mainly different from that of the second embodiment. The spring member in the fourth embodiment is substantially the same as the spring member 27 in the third embodiment, but in the fourth embodiment, the shape is partially changed because the series unit is used as a terminal. It's different. That is, in the fourth embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 17 to 19, the spring member 27 has bent portions 27a having a dogleg-shaped side view, with a predetermined interval in the longitudinal direction. An engaging piece 27b that is engaged with a groove 1p provided near the mounting portion 1d of the housing 1 is formed at one end of each of the bent portions 27a, and the other end is horizontally long and has a side view shape. It is connected by a downward U-shaped holding portion 27c. In the sandwiching portion 27c, the coaxial cable Ci is sandwiched between the arc-shaped recess 1e provided in the mounting portion 1d of the housing 1 at a position corresponding to the gap 27d formed between the bent portions 27a. An arc-shaped recess 27e is formed, and a claw portion 27f that bites into the outer cover of the coaxial cable Ci is provided at a predetermined position of the recess 27e.
Except for the above points, since there is no big difference between the fourth embodiment and the first to third embodiments, detailed description of other parts will be omitted. Further, since the connection or disconnection operation of the coaxial cable Ci for input to the series unit U4 in the fourth embodiment is not different from that in the first embodiment, the description thereof is omitted here.
Further, the series unit U4 according to the fourth embodiment configured as described above can also obtain the same effect as the series unit U1 according to the first embodiment.

In the series units U1 to U4 of the present invention, it is not particularly necessary to fix the lid 2 and the housing 1 by using a screw member, but as shown in FIG. 20, according to the request of consumers and the like. , The lid 2 and the housing 1 may be fixed by using the screw member N2.

Further, the shield member 3 provided on the back surface of the lid 2 is formed in a thin box shape having an open upper surface, and the flange portion 2d provided on the lid 2 is engaged with the engaging portion 3a provided on the opening edge thereof. By doing so, instead of attaching to the lid 2, as shown in FIG. 21, a wall shape having a predetermined height and a predetermined thickness is formed, and the portion provided with the pressing piece 2a on the back surface of the lid 2 is excluded. The lid 2 and the pressing piece 2a may be provided integrally on the outer peripheral side. At this time, the height of the shield member 3 is preferably about half that of the pressing piece 2a, and the thickness is preferably about the same as that of the lid body 2, but the thickness is not limited to this.
