特許第3860916号公報Japanese Patent No. 3860916 特開2010−238607号公報JP 2010-238607 A 特開2017−103122号公報JP 2017-103122 A

However, in the technologies described in Patent Documents 1 to 3, the coaxial cable is sandwiched (pressed) between the housing and the lid to improve the shielding performance. Are fixed to the housing using a screw member, so that the work is troublesome and troublesome.
Further, in the technique described in Patent Document 2, since input / output terminals are provided on both side surfaces of the housing, connection work of coaxial cables cannot be performed at once, which is troublesome and troublesome. Was.
Further, in the techniques described in Patent Literatures 1 and 3, one end of the lid is rotatably supported with respect to the housing. However, the lid tilts during connection of the coaxial cable, which hinders the operation. Could come.
In the technique described in Patent Document 3, the lid is rotatably supported by the housing by holding a support shaft provided at one end thereof in a support groove provided in the housing. However, since the opening of the support groove is formed with a width smaller than the diameter of the support shaft, there is a problem that a force is required when the support shaft is held in the support groove. It is also conceivable to make the opening of the support groove the same width as the diameter of the support shaft, and to caulk the opening after inserting the support shaft into the support groove. Occurs, which is troublesome and troublesome.

The present invention has been made in consideration of the above-described various problems, and has as its object to provide a series unit capable of simplifying a connection operation of a coaxial cable and improving shield performance.

Further, as described in claim 3, the lid body has an L-shape in a side view by continuously connecting a pressing piece to one end thereof, and a support shaft is provided near a bent portion thereof, The support shaft is rotatably supported by a hook-shaped support portion provided near an opening of the housing, and the pressing piece is supported by a spring member.
Further, as described in claim 4, it is preferable that an angle formed by the lid and the pressing piece is 90 ° or more.

Further, as described in claim 5, the spring member has an inverted U-shape when viewed from the side, and the other end of the spring member having the holding portion formed therein is inclined upward with one end fixed to the housing. It is characterized by having been made to be in a state where it was done.
Further, as described in claim 6, the spring member has a plurality of bent portions in a side view shape of a U-shape, the other end of each bent portion is connected by a sandwiching portion, By fixing one end of the bent portion to the housing, the other end having the holding portion may be inclined upward.
Further, as described in claim 7, the holding portion of the spring member may be formed with a groove in which an end of a pressing piece connected to one end of the lid is engaged.
Further, as described in claim 8, the mounting portion of the housing and the holding portion of the spring member may be formed with claw portions which bite into the jacket of the coaxial cable at predetermined positions.

Further, as described in claim 9, the shield member is formed in a thin box shape having an open upper surface, and a flange provided on the back surface of the lid is engaged with an engaging portion provided on an opening edge thereof. By being combined, it is attached to the lid.
Further, a protrusion may be provided at a predetermined position of the side wall of the shield member, the protrusion engaging with a hole provided at a predetermined position of the housing.
Further, as described in claim 11, a slit may be formed in a side wall portion of the shield member.
Further, as described in claim 12, the shield member has a wall shape having a predetermined height and a predetermined thickness, and the lid is provided on the outer peripheral side of the rear surface of the lid except for a portion provided with a pressing piece. You may make it provide integrally with a body and a press piece.

In the present invention, by simultaneously closing the opening of the housing with the lid, pressing the spring member with a pressing piece connected to one end of the lid, the holding member and the housing provided on the spring member Since the coaxial cable is sandwiched between the provided mounting portion, the connection work of the coaxial cable can be simplified.
Further, when closing the opening of the housing with the lid, the shield member attached to the back surface of the lid comes into contact with the inner peripheral surface of the opening, and the outer conductor of the coaxial cable is provided in the housing. The shield performance can be improved by coming into contact with the holding portion and the holding portion provided on the spring member.

Further, the lid is pivotally supported by a hook-shaped support provided near the opening of the housing, and the pressing piece is supported by a spring member. Even if the opening of the support portion has the same width as the support shaft, the lid does not fall off the support portion. Accordingly, the operation of supporting the support shaft of the lid on the support portion can be performed smoothly, and the operation of caulking the opening is not required, so that the operation can be simplified.

In addition, the spring member has one end fixed to the housing by forming the shape in a side view into an inverted letter shape, or by forming a structure having a plurality of bent portions in a side view shape in a U shape. In this state, the other end (holding portion) side is inclined upward, so that when the coaxial cable is connected, the coaxial cable can be easily inserted between the mounting portion provided on the housing. By pressing the pressing piece connected to one end of the lid in a direction in which the lid is opened, it is possible to prevent the lid from tilting in a closing direction, so that the coaxial cable There is no hindrance to the connection work.
Further, when the opening of the housing is closed by the lid, the pressing piece connected to one end of the lid causes the spring member to push the spring member against the urging force (elastic force) of the housing. The cover is rotated while being pressed to the side, and a groove is provided in the holding portion of the spring member. When the end of the pressing piece engages with the groove, the lid is formed by the elastic force of the spring member. A coaxial cable is pinched between the mounting portion of the housing and the pinching portion of the spring member while being urged toward the opening of the body. Moreover, by setting the angle between the lid and the pressing piece to 90 ° or more, the engagement between the pressing piece and the groove of the holding portion is released even when a force is applied to the connection portion of the coaxial cable. Since no force is applied and a force is applied to the lid in a direction for maintaining the closed state of the opening, the closed state of the opening is favorably maintained and the shielding performance is not adversely affected.
In addition, since the mounting portion of the housing and the holding portion of the spring member are each provided with a claw portion at a predetermined position, the claw portion bites into the jacket when the coaxial cable is held, so that the coaxial cable is Withdrawal can be prevented.

Further, the shield member is formed in a thin box shape with an open upper surface, and by engaging a flange provided on the back surface of the lid with an engaging portion provided on the opening edge thereof, And a projection that engages with a hole provided at a predetermined position of the housing is provided at a predetermined position of the side wall of the shield member. Coupled with the engagement between the groove and the pressing piece provided at one end of the lid, the closed state of the opening by the lid can be maintained without using a screw. Moreover, by providing a slit in the shield member, it is possible to make good contact with the inner peripheral surface of the opening at a plurality of locations, and if the slit is provided in the portion where the projection is provided, the projection and the housing can be formed. Can be prevented from being scraped by sliding contact.
Further, the shield member has a wall shape having a predetermined height and a predetermined thickness, and is provided integrally with the lid and the pressing piece on an outer peripheral side of the rear surface of the lid except for a portion where the pressing piece is provided. By doing so, the number of components can be reduced and the mounting operation can be omitted, as compared with the case where a thin box-shaped shield member having an open upper surface is mounted on the lid as described above.

Is provided with a support shaft 2b supported by a hook-shaped support portion 1g formed at the edge of the opening 1c of the housing 1. The angle θ formed by the lid 2 and the pressing piece 2a is preferably 90 ° or more (for example, 98 °), and the upper limit of the angle θ is a range in which the side view shape is L-shaped. (The above numerical value (98 °) is merely an example, and is not limited to this numerical value). An arc-shaped notch 2c is provided at an end of the pressing piece 2a.

In FIGS. 1 and 2, reference numeral 3 denotes an inner peripheral surface of the opening 1 c of the housing 1 when the opening 1 c of the housing 1 is closed by the lid 2. It is a metal shield member that comes into contact. As shown in FIG. 4A, the shield member 3 is formed in a thin box shape with an open upper surface, and a U-shaped engagement portion 3a is provided at the opening edge. A notch 3b is provided on a side wall of the shield member 3 at a position corresponding to a pressing piece 2a connected to one end of the lid 2, and a fixing piece 3c is protruded from both ends. Further, a projection 3d which engages with the hole 1h provided in the housing 1 is provided on the side wall of the shield member 3 at a position facing the notch 3b. Then, as shown in FIG. 4 (b), a flange 2d provided on the back surface of the lid 2 is engaged with the engaging portion 3a, and the fixing piece 3c is bent toward the lid 2 so that The shield member 3 is attached to the back surface of the lid 2.
As shown in FIGS. 4C and 4D, a slit 3e may be formed in the side wall of the shield member 3 at a position where the protrusion 3d is provided, or the notch 3b may be formed. A plurality of slits 3e may be provided in a portion excluding.

In FIG. 2, reference numeral 4 denotes a signal stored in the housing 1 for outputting a signal from a television antenna or the like input through the input coaxial cable Ci to the output terminal 1a and the relay coaxial cable Cr. The circuit board 4 includes an input conductor 4a to which an input coaxial cable Ci is connected, a relay conductor 4b to which a relay coaxial cable Cr is connected, and an output coaxial cable (FIG. (Not shown) is fixed at a predetermined position. The input conductor 4a and the relay conductor 4b are insulated from the outside by housing the circuit board 4 in the housing 1 and then covering the circuit board 4 with a protective cover 5 made of resin from above. It is insulated from the outside by being housed in the cylindrical protective member 6 made of resin. The protective member 6 containing the output conductor 4c is fixed in a cylindrical outer conductor 1b constituting the output terminal 1a provided in the housing 1.

In FIGS. 1 and 2, reference numeral 7 denotes a resilient metal plate-shaped spring member disposed between the circuit board 4 and the lid 2 with one end fixed to the housing 1. As shown in FIGS. 5A to 5C, the spring member 7 has an inverted U-shape in a side view, and one end is fixed to a fixing portion 1j of the housing 1 with a screw member N1. In the state (see FIGS. 1 and 7), the other end is inclined upward. In addition, the spring member 7 has an arc-shaped end that is a free end and holds the coaxial cables Ci and Cr between the arc-shaped recesses 1e and 1e provided in the mounting portion 1d of the housing 1. By forming the holding portion 7a having the concave portions 7b, 7b, the shape in plan is T-shaped. The holding portion 7a is formed with a groove 7c in which the end of the pressing piece 2a connected to the lid 2 engages, and a hole 7d in a portion corresponding to the notch 2c of the pressing piece 2a. At the same time, a claw portion 7e that protrudes into the jacket C1 of the coaxial cables Ci and Cr is provided at a predetermined position.
As described above, the spring member 7 is provided between the lid 2 in which the support shaft 2 b is supported by the hook-shaped support portion 1 g provided in the housing 1 and the circuit board 4 housed in the housing 1. In a state where one end is fixed to the fixing portion 1j of the housing 1 using the screw member N1, a pressing piece 2a connected to one end of the lid 2 is supported by a holding portion 7a provided at the other end. It will be in the form. As shown in FIGS. 5 (d) and 5 (e), the lid 2 has only a support shaft 2b inserted into a hook-shaped support portion 1g provided in the housing 1 from an opening thereof. However, since the pressing piece 2 a is supported by the holding portion 7 a of the spring member 7, the pressing piece 2 a does not fall off from the supporting portion 1 g of the housing 1.

In FIGS. 1 and 2, reference numeral 8 denotes a resin terminal block fixed to the front side of the housing 1 so as to surround the output terminal 1a. As shown in FIG. 6, the terminal block 8 has a rectangular front surface. A cylindrical recess 8a is formed in the center of the terminal block 8, and a hole 8b through which the output terminal 1a provided on the housing 1 is inserted is formed in the bottom of the recess 8a. On the side surface of the terminal block 8, a locking hole 8c for fixing the terminal block 8 to the mounting piece 1k of the housing 1 is provided.

Next, a case where coaxial cables Ci and Cr are connected to the series unit U1 in the first embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. At this time, as shown in FIG. 7, the coaxial cables Ci and Cr require a core wire C4, an insulator C3, and an external conductor (braided wire and aluminum foil) C2 by peeling the jacket C1 at the distal end in advance. It is exposed in length (the braided wire of the outer conductor C2 is folded back toward the jacket C1). As shown in FIG. 7, the spring member 7 including the holding portion 7 a for holding the coaxial cables Ci and Cr between the mounting portion 1 d of the housing 1 is more freely movable than one end fixed to the housing 1. The end of the holding portion 7a is inclined upward, so that the distance between the holding portion 7a and the mounting portion 1d is wide. Further, the lid 2 that closes the opening 1c of the housing 1 is connected to one end thereof. Since the provided pressing piece 2a is supported by the holding portion 7a of the spring member 7, it rotates about the support shaft 2b in the direction of opening the opening 1c of the housing 1 (counterclockwise in FIG. 7). It is held in the state where it was done.

When connecting the coaxial cables Ci and Cr to the series unit U1 in the first embodiment, first, as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, with the lid 2 opened, the coaxial cables Ci and Cr are opened. Is inserted between the mounting portion 1d of the housing 1 and the holding portion 7a of the spring member 7, and the core wires C4 of the coaxial cables Ci and Cr are respectively inserted into the insertion holes 5a ( 2 (see also FIG. 2) and connected to the input conductor 4a and the relay conductor 4b fixed to the circuit board 4 (see FIG. 8).

Subsequently, when the cover 2 is rotated from the state shown in FIG. 8 in a direction for closing the opening 1c of the housing 1 (clockwise in FIG. 8), the pressing piece 2a connected to one end of the cover 2 The member 7 is pressed against the mounting portion 1 d side of the housing 1 against its elastic force, and the end of the pressing piece 2 a is held by the holding portion 7 a of the spring member 7 with the rotation of the lid 2. When the cover 2 is engaged with the groove 7c provided, the cover 2 is urged toward the opening 1c side of the housing 1 by the elastic force of the spring member 7, and the projection 3d provided on the shield member 3 attached to the back surface of the housing 2 1 is in contact with the edge of the opening 1c. In this state, when the lid 2 is further pressed toward the housing 1, the protrusion 3 d provided on the shield member 3 engages with the hole 1 h provided on the housing 1. Thus, the cover 2 closes the opening 1c in a state where the shield member 3 is in contact with the inner peripheral surface of the opening 1c of the housing 1, and the coaxial cables Ci and Cr mount the housing 1 thereon. It is firmly held between the placing portion 1d and the holding portion 7a of the spring member 7 (see FIG. 9).
At this time, the end of the pressing piece 2a connected to one end of the lid 2 engages with the groove 7c of the holding portion 7a provided at the other end of the spring member 7, and presses the lid 2 with the pressing member 2a. Since the angle θ formed with the piece 2a is 90 ° or more, even if a force is applied to the connecting portion of the coaxial cables Ci and Cr, the force is a force for urging the lid 2 toward the housing 1 side. Therefore, the lid 2 is not opened. Further, the coaxial cables Ci and Cr are prevented from being pulled out of the housing 1 by being caught by the claws 1f provided on the mounting portion 1d and the claws 7e provided on the holding portion 7a in the jacket C1. be able to.

Next, a case where the coaxial cables Ci and Cr are removed from the housing 1 will be described. In this case, first, from the state shown in FIG. 9, the operation pieces 1 r and 2 e provided on the edge of the opening 1 c of the housing 1 and the other end of the lid 2 are operated to thereby obtain the projection 3 d provided on the shield member 3. And the hole 1h provided in the housing 1 is disengaged, and the engagement between the end of the pressing piece 2a connected to one end of the lid 2 and the groove 7c provided in the holding portion 7a of the spring member 7 is released. Cancel the match. As a result, the pressing state of the spring member 7 by the pressing piece 2a is released, so that the spring member 7 is free at its other end (the holding piece 7a) with its one end fixed to the housing 1 by its elastic force as a fulcrum. ) Side is inclined upward, and as a result of pushing up the pressing piece 2a located above, the lid 2 turns around the support shaft 2b in the direction of opening the opening 1c of the housing 1 (counterclockwise in FIG. 9). The opening 1c is opened as shown in FIGS.
Further, as described above, the engagement between the projection 3d provided on the shield member 3 and the hole 1h provided on the housing 1 is released, and the pressing piece 2a connected to one end of the lid 2 and the spring member 7 are provided. By releasing the engagement with the groove 7c provided in the holding portion 7a, the pressing of the spring member 7 by the pressing piece 2a is released, and the other end is fixed at one end fixed to the housing 1 by elastic force. Since the (holding portion 7a) side is inclined upward, the coaxial cables Ci and Cr are released from being held by the holding portion 7a and the mounting portion 1d of the housing 1, and can be easily removed from the housing 1. Can be.

As described above, the serial unit U1 according to the first embodiment has the coaxial cables Ci and Cr inserted with the distal ends inserted between the mounting portion 1d of the housing 1 and the holding portion 7a of the spring member 7. When the opening 1c of the housing 1 is closed by the lid 2, the coaxial cables Ci and Cr are thereby held between the mounting portion 1d of the housing 1 and the holding portion 7a of the spring member 7. Therefore, the connection work of the coaxial cables Ci and Cr can be easily performed.
The opening 1c of the housing 1 is closed by the cover 2 in a state where the inner peripheral surface of the opening 1c is in contact with the shield member 3 attached to the back surface of the cover 2, and the opening 1c of the coaxial cable Ci, Cr is closed. Since the outer conductor C2 is in contact with the mounting portion 1d of the housing 1 and the holding portion 7a of the spring member 7, the shielding performance of the series unit U1 can be improved.
In addition, the projection 3d provided on the shield member 3 engages with the hole 1h provided on the housing 1, and the end of the pressing piece 2a connected to one end of the lid 2 serves as a holding portion of the spring member 7. 7a, the angle θ formed by the lid 2 and the pressing piece 2a connected to one end thereof is 90 ° or more. Even if a force is applied to the connection portion of the coaxial cables Ci and Cr when the opening 1c is closed, the force acts as an urging force in the direction in which the cover 2 is closed. The closed state of the opening 1c can be favorably held without using a screw member.
Further, since the lid 2 is supported by the spring member 7 disposed between the lid 2 and the circuit board 4, it is possible to prevent the lid 2 from dropping off from the hook-shaped support portion 1g of the housing 1. . When the lid 2 is opened, the spring member 7 supports the pressing piece 2a connected to one end of the lid 2 in a state where the other end (holding portion 7a) is inclined upward, and the elastic force of the spring member 7 is used. It is possible to prevent the cover 2 from tilting in the closing direction by urging the cover 2 in a direction in which the open state of the cover 2 is maintained, and the other end (the holding portion 7a) of the spring member 7 faces upward. The coaxial cables Ci and Cr can be easily inserted between the mounting portion 1d and the holding portion 7a because the space between the mounting portion 1d and the mounting portion 1d is widened due to the inclination. There is no hindrance to the connection work of the coaxial cables Ci and Cr.
Also, claws 1f and 7e are protrudingly provided on the placing portion 1d and the holding portion 7a, respectively. When the coaxial cables Ci and Cr are held between the placing portion 1d and the holding portion 7a, Since the claws 1f and 7e bite into the jacket C1, the coaxial cables Ci and Cr can be prevented from coming off.

<Second embodiment>
Next, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. FIG. 10 is a perspective view of a series unit according to the second embodiment, and FIG. 11 is an exploded perspective view of the series unit. The second embodiment is a case where the series unit U2 is mounted on a wall surface in a room and used as a terminal device for outputting a signal from a television antenna or the like to a receiving device such as a television. The difference between the first embodiment and the second embodiment is that in the first embodiment, an input coaxial cable Ci and a relay coaxial cable are provided on the rear side (opening 1c side) of the housing 1. In contrast to the connection with Cr, in the second embodiment, only the input coaxial cable Ci is connected. Hereinafter, the second embodiment will be described focusing on the differences from the first embodiment.

The differences between the second embodiment and the first embodiment are as follows. That is, as shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, the arc-shaped concave portion 1 e provided on the mounting portion 1 d of the housing 1 is changed from two places to one place, and a pressing piece connected to one end of the lid 2. 2a, the notch at the end is changed from two places to one place, the arc-shaped concave part 7b provided in the holding part 7a of the spring member 7 is changed from two places to one place, and the shape in plan view is reversed from the T-shape. Instead of the circuit board 4 in which the input conductor 4a, the relay conductor 4b, and the output conductor 4c are fixed, the L-shaped portion, the hole 7d provided in the holding portion 7a is changed from two places to one place, It has a hook-shaped input / output conductor 14 having an input conductor 14a at one end and an output conductor 14b at the other end, and accommodates a protective cover 5 and an output conductor 4c which are attached from above the circuit board 4. The hook-shaped input / output conductor 14 is housed in place of the cylindrical protection member 6 which is formed. It is that it includes a fat-made protective member 15.
Except for the above points, there is no significant difference between the first embodiment and the second embodiment, and the detailed description of the other parts is omitted. Also, the operation of connecting and disconnecting the input coaxial cable Ci to and from the series unit U2 in the second embodiment is not different from that of the first embodiment, and therefore the description thereof is omitted here.
And the same effect as the serial unit U1 according to the first embodiment can be obtained in the serial unit U2 according to the second embodiment configured as described above.

In the first and second embodiments, instead of fixing one end of the spring member 7 to the housing 1 using the screw member N1, for example, as shown in FIG. One end of the spring member 7 is inserted into the slit 1m, and the projection 1n protruding from the fixing portion 1j of the housing 1 is fixed by engaging with an engagement hole 7f provided on one end side of the spring member 7. It may be. In this case, in order not to impair the shielding property of the housing 1, a wavy portion 7g is formed at one end of the spring member 7, and the wavy portion 7g is inserted into the slit 1m and fixed, thereby closing the slit 1m. Good condition.

<Third embodiment>

FIG. 13 is a perspective view of a series unit according to the third embodiment, FIG. 14 is an exploded perspective view of the series unit, and FIGS. 15 and 16 are explanatory views of a spring member and a housing, respectively. The third embodiment is a case where the series unit U3 is used as a repeater as in the first embodiment, but differs from the first embodiment mainly in the shape of the spring member. Further, as the shape of the spring member is different, the shape of the protective cover attached to the circuit board is also different from that of the first embodiment. Hereinafter, the third embodiment will be described with a focus on differences from the first embodiment.

As shown in FIGS. 13 to 16, the spring member 27 is provided with four bent portions 27 a having a U-shape in a side view at predetermined intervals in the longitudinal direction. Also, the operation of connecting and disconnecting the coaxial cables Ci and Cr to and from the series unit U3 in the third embodiment is not different from that of the first embodiment, and therefore the description thereof is omitted here.
And the same effect as the serial unit U1 according to the first embodiment can be obtained in the serial unit U3 according to the third embodiment configured as described above.

<Fourth embodiment>
Next, a fourth embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. FIG. 17 is a perspective view of a series unit according to the fourth embodiment, FIG. 18 is an exploded perspective view of the series unit, and FIG. 19 is an explanatory view of a spring member. The fourth embodiment is a case where the series unit U4 of the present invention is used as a terminal similarly to the second embodiment, but differs from the second embodiment mainly in the shape of the spring member. The spring member according to the fourth embodiment is substantially the same as the spring member 27 according to the third embodiment. However, in the fourth embodiment, a partial shape is used due to the use of a series unit as a terminal. Are different. That is, in the fourth embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 17 to 19, the spring member 27 is formed by bending the bent portion 27a having a U-shape in a side view in a state where a predetermined interval is provided in the longitudinal direction. At one end of each bent portion 27a, an engaging piece 27b is formed at one end of the bent portion 27a to be engaged with a groove 1p provided in the vicinity of the mounting portion 1d of the housing 1, and the other end is horizontally long and has a side view shape. They are connected by a downward U-shaped holding portion 27c. The holding portion 27c holds the coaxial cable Ci between an arc-shaped concave portion 1e provided on the mounting portion 1d of the housing 1 at a position corresponding to the gap 27d formed between the bent portions 27a. An arc-shaped concave portion 27e is formed, and a claw portion 27f that protrudes into a jacket of the coaxial cable Ci protrudes from a predetermined position of the concave portion 27e.
Except for the above points, there is no significant difference between the fourth embodiment and the first to third embodiments, and thus detailed description of the other portions will be omitted. In addition, the operation of connecting or disconnecting the input coaxial cable Ci to / from the series unit U4 in the fourth embodiment is not different from that of the first embodiment, and the description thereof is omitted.
The same effect as the serial unit U1 according to the first embodiment can be obtained in the serial unit U4 according to the fourth embodiment configured as described above.

In the series units U1 to U4 of the present invention, it is not particularly necessary to fix the lid 2 and the housing 1 using a screw member, but according to the demands of consumers and the like, as shown in FIG. Alternatively, the lid 2 and the housing 1 may be fixed using the screw member N2.

The shield member 3 provided on the rear surface of the lid 2 is formed in a thin box shape with an open upper surface, and a flange 2d provided on the lid 2 is engaged with an engagement portion 3a provided on the opening edge.
