Description
Claims (10)
- 事前に仕上げられた導体によって過電流または電流限界値を不可逆的に検出および表示するための構成であって、
前記導体(1)は、互いに間隔を空けて位置しかつ互いに平行に延び、同じ方向に電流を通すように設計された少なくとも2つの導体部(2、3)を有し、前記平行な導体部のうちの少なくとも1つは、機械的な表示またはスイッチ要素の移動の経路を制限する突起、ノーズ、または同様のブロック要素(4、5)を有し、サージ電流限界値(I)に達したとき、前記平行な導体部(2、3)に作用する電磁力(F)によって、前記ブロック要素は、前記機械的な表示またはスイッチ要素の移動の経路に関する解放位置へと移行する、ことを特徴とする構成。 - 前記ブロック要素(4、5)は、ストッパとして形成されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の構成。 - 前記ブロック要素は、エンボス加工または打ち抜きによって実現された前記平行な導体部(2、3)の変形部である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の構成。 - 前記導体(1)は、2つの平行な導体ストライプへと変化する二次元の中央部を有する平板導体またはテープ導体として形成されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の構成。 - 変位可能なスリーブ(6)が、前記導体(1)上に取り付けられている、
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の構成。 - 前記スリーブ(6)の変位の経路が、前記ブロック要素(4、5)によって制限されており、前記ブロック要素(4、5)は、前記サージ電流限界値(I)に達したときに前記スリーブ(6)の変位の経路を解放する、
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の構成。 - 前記スリーブ(6)は、レバー機構(9)を介して間接的または直接的に状態表示部(10)を作動させる、
ことを特徴とする請求項5および/または6に記載の構成。 - 前記スリーブ(6)に、変位の経路の方向の付勢力(7、8)が加えられている、
ことを特徴とする請求項5〜7のいずれか一項に記載の構成。 - 平行に延びている前記導体部(2、3)の断面および間隔を変えることで、前記サージ電流限界値(I)を定義することができる、
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の構成。 - サージアレスタ(11)の負荷または事前の損傷の表示装置として使用され、前記導体(1)が、この場合には、前記サージアレスタの内部の電気的な配線または接続の一部として形成されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の構成。
