Description

Claims (15)
- 使用中、少なくとも部分的に水中に浸かる物体であって、さらに、前記物体は、UV放射要素を含む生物付着防止システムを備え、前記UV放射要素は、1つ又は複数の光源を含み、照射段階中、(i)前記物体の外面の一部分、及び(ii)前記外面の前記一部分に隣接する水の一方又は双方をUV線で照射し、前記物体は、船舶及びインフラ物体からなる群から選択され、
(i)前記生物付着防止システムは、前記外面から離れる方向の光線として放出される可視光を提供し、前記光線は、警告サインの形状を有する断面を有すること、及び、(ii)前記UV放射要素は、その少なくとも一部が前記外面から離れる方向に放出される第2の可視光を提供する第2の光源を含むことの一方又は双方が適用される、物体。 - 前記物体は、さらに、ウォータースイッチを備え、前記生物付着防止システムは、前記ウォータースイッチが水と物理的に接触することに依存して、前記UV線を前記一部分に提供し、前記ウォータースイッチは、水と接触すると電気装置をオン又はオフに切り替える電気スイッチである、請求項1に記載の物体。
- 前記UV放射要素は、UV線出射面を有し、前記UV放射要素は、前記UV放射要素の前記UV線出射面から下流に前記UV線を供給し、前記生物付着防止システムは、複数の光源と、複数のUV線出射面と、複数の前記一部分とを備え、前記複数の光源は、前記複数のUV線出射面を介して前記複数の一部分に前記UV線を提供し、前記複数の一部分は、前記物体の異なる高さにおいて構成され、さらに、前記複数の一部分の前記異なる高さにおいて構成された複数の前記ウォータースイッチを備え、前記生物付着防止システムは、それぞれの前記ウォータースイッチが水と物理的に接触しているとき、前記一部分に前記UV線を提供する、請求項2に記載の物体。
- 使用中、少なくとも部分的に水中に浸かる物体であって、さらに、前記物体は、UV放射要素を含む生物付着防止システムを備え、前記UV放射要素は、1つ又は複数の光源を含み、照射段階中、(i)前記物体の外面の一部分、及び(ii)前記外面の前記一部分に隣接する水の一方又は双方をUV線で照射し、前記物体は、船舶及びインフラ物体からなる群から選択され、

前記ローカルエネルギー取得システムは、(i)前記光源の第1の電極と電気的に接続された犠牲電極と、(ii)前記光源の第2の電極と電気的に接続された第2のエネルギーシステム電極とを備え、前記ローカルエネルギー取得システムは、前記犠牲電極及び前記第2のエネルギーシステム電極が水と電気的に接触しているとき、前記生物付着防止システムに電力を供給し、前記生物付着防止システムは、前記犠牲電極が水と物理的に接触することに依存して、前記UV線を前記一部分に提供する、物体。 - 前記物体は、さらに、ウォータースイッチを備え、前記ウォータースイッチは、水と接触すると電気装置をオン又はオフに切り替える電気スイッチであり、
前記犠牲電極は前記ウォータースイッチに含まれる、請求項4に記載の物体。 - 前記ローカルエネルギー取得システムは、前記生物付着防止システムに含まれ、前記ローカルエネルギー取得システムは、太陽電池、水中で作動するタービン、及び波の圧力で動作する圧電素子からなる群から選択される、請求項4又は5に記載の物体。

- 前記UV放射要素はUV線出射面を有し、前記UV放射要素は、前記UV放射要素の前記UV線出射面から下流に前記UV線を提供するよう構成され、前記生物付着防止システムの前記UV線出射面は、前記外面の一部分として構成される、請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の物体。
- 前記物体は、船体を有する船舶を含み、前記UV放射要素は、前記船体に取り付けられる、請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の物体。
- 前記UV放射要素はUV線出射面を有し、前記UV放射要素は、前記UV放射要素の前記UV線出射面から下流に前記UV線を提供し、前記一部分は、UV線出射面を有する、請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項に記載の物体。
- 前記UV放射要素は、前記UV線の一部を吸収し、可視光に変換する発光材料を備え、前記光源及び前記発光材料は、前記外面から離れる方向に出射される前記可視光を提供する、請求項1乃至10のいずれか一項に記載の物体。
- センサ及び/又は前記一部分が水と物理的に接触することを示すセンサ信号を提供する前記センサと、前記センサ信号に応じて前記UV線を提供する制御システムとをさらに備える、請求項1乃至11のいずれか一項に記載の物体。
- 前記UV放射要素はUV線出射面を有し、前記UV放射要素は、前記UV放射要素の前記UV線出射面から下流に前記UV線を提供し、前記物体は船舶を含み、前記UV線出射面は、前記物体の前記外面における、前記物体の使用中は常に水線の下にある位置に構成される、請求項1乃至12のいずれか一項に記載の物体。
- 前記UV放射要素は、地面に対する垂線から0〜90°の角度の方向であって、かつ、使用中の前記物体に対して前記物体の下の方向に、前記UV線のパワーの少なくとも80%を提供する、請求項1乃至13のいずれか一項に記載の物体。
- 使用中、少なくとも一時的に水にさらされる、請求項1乃至14のいずれか一項に記載の物体に生物付着防止システムを提供する方法であって、前記方法は、UV放射要素が前記物体の外面の一部分、及び前記一部分に隣接する水の一方又は双方にUV線を提供する生物付着防止システムを前記物体に提供するステップを含む、方法。
