Claims (14)
- システムであって、当該システムが、
ガスタービン(12)の排気流(26)を受容するように構成された排気セクション(30)であって、触媒組立体(42)及び該触媒組立体(42)の上流のディフューザセクションを含む排気セクション(30)と、
前記触媒組立体(42)の上流の戻り開口(59)で前記排気セクション(30)に結合した排気流ダクト(54)であって、前記戻り開口(59)で前記排気流(26)の戻り分(56)を抽出するように構成された排気流ダクト(54)と、
前記排気流ダクト(54)に結合したフィルタ収容部(33)であって、周囲空気流(36)と前記戻り分(56)の結合流(39)を受容するように構成されたフィルタ収容部(33)と、
前記フィルタ収容部(33)及び前記排気セクション(30)に結合した戻り導管(65)と
を備えており、前記戻り導管(65)が、前記排気流ダクト(54)に結合した戻り開口(59)の上流の1以上の戻りポート(60)で前記排気セクション(30)に結合しており、かつ前記戻り導管(65)が、前記結合流(39)を前記排気セクション(30)のディフューザセクション内に向けるように構成されており、前記触媒組立体(42)が前記排気流(26)及び前記結合流(39)を含んでいる混合流(37)を受容するように構成されている、システム。 - 前記戻り導管(65)が、前記1以上の戻りポート(60)を介して前記排気流(26)の中に前記結合流(39)を向けるように構成されており、前記1以上の戻りポート(60)が複数の戻りポートを含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 当該システムが、コントローラ(62)と、前記排気流ダクト(54)に結合した排気制御弁とを含み、前記コントローラ(62)が前記排気制御弁を制御して前記結合流(39)の温度を0℃超に維持するように構成される、請求項1又は請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記触媒組立体(42)が選択式触媒還元組立体を含む、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記選択式触媒還元組立体における前記混合流(37)の温度が500℃未満である、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記フィルタ収容部(33)が、該フィルタ収容部(33)内に配置されたフィルタ媒体(47)と、前記周囲空気流(36)及び前記戻り分(56)を前記フィルタ収容部(33)内に引き込むように構成されたポンプを含む、請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記周囲空気流(36)が、前記触媒組立体(42)において前記混合流(37)を40%未満含む、請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記混合流(37)の温度、前記周囲空気流(36)の温度、前記結合流(39)の流量、又はそれらの任意の組み合わせを測定するように構成されたセンサ(64)を1つ又は複数含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 当該システムが、コントローラ(62)と、前記戻り導管(65)に結合した戻り制御弁(51)とを含み、前記コントローラ(62)が前記戻り制御弁(51)を制御して前記排気セクション(30)の中の前記混合流(37)の温度を調整するように構成される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記排気セクション(30)が、前記戻り導管(65)を前記排気セクション(30)に結合する1以上の戻りポート(60)の下流の混合構造を含み、前記混合構造(50)が、前記排気流(26)、前記戻り分(56)及び前記周囲空気流(36)を混合して前記混合流(37)を形成するように構成される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 当該システムが、前記結合流(39)又は前記混合流(37)の温度を制御するために蒸気を利用しない、請求項1乃至請求項10のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- ガスタービンエンジン(12)から排気流(26)を排気セクション(30)の中に向けるステップと、
前記排気流(26)の戻り分(56)を、前記排気セクション(30)のディフューザセクションの下流及び触媒組立体(42)の上流の戻り開口(59)で、前記排気セクション(30)から抽出するステップと、
フィルタ収容部(33)内で前記排気流(26)の戻り分(56)を周囲空気流(36)と結合させることにより、周囲空気流(36)を前記排気流(26)の戻り分(56)と共に加熱して加熱周囲空気流(39)を形成するステップと、
前記排気セクション(30)の戻り開口(59)の上流のディフューザセクション内で前記加熱周囲空気流(39)を前記排気流(26)と混合するステップと、
前記排気流(26)と前記加熱周囲空気流(39)とを含む混合流(37)を触媒組立体(42)の中に向けるステップと
を含む、方法。 - 前記混合流(37)が前記排気流(26)、前記加熱周囲空気流(36)及び前記戻り分(56)を含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記周囲空気流(36)及び前記戻り分(56)を前記触媒組立体(42)の中の前記混合流(37)の温度に少なくとも部分的に基づいて制御するステップを含む、請求項12又は請求項13に記載の方法。
