Claims (8)
- 第1コア−シェルナノワイヤと第1高分子を含む第1コア−シェルナノワイヤ/高分子複合体を含む伸縮性複合体であって、
前記第1コア−シェルナノワイヤは、
伝導性金属を含む第1コア、及び
前記第1コアの表面に形成され、生体適合性金属を含む第1シェルを含み、
前記第1コア−シェルナノワイヤは、前記第1高分子に分散されていることを特徴とする、伸縮性複合体。 - 前記第1コア−シェルナノワイヤ/高分子複合体の上に配置される第1絶縁層、及び
前記第1絶縁層の上に配置され、第2コア−シェルナノワイヤと第2高分子を含む第2コア−シェルナノワイヤ/高分子複合体をさらに含み、
前記第2コア−シェルナノワイヤは、
伝導性金属を含む第2コア、及び
前記第2コアの表面に形成され、生体適合性金属を含む第2シェルを含み、
前記第2コア−シェルナノワイヤは、前記第2高分子に分散されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の伸縮性複合体。 - 前記第1コア及び前記第2コアは、銀を含み、
前記第1シェル及び前記第2シェルは、金を含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の伸縮性複合体。 - 前記第1高分子及び前記第2高分子は、高分子ゴムを含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の伸縮性複合体。
- 前記高分子ゴムはSBSゴムを含むことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の伸縮性複合体。
- 前記第1コア−シェルナノワイヤ/高分子複合体及び前記第2コア−シェルナノワイヤ/高分子複合体は、メッシュ形状を有することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の伸縮性複合体。
- 前記第1コア−シェルナノワイヤ/高分子複合体の下に配置される第2絶縁層、及び前記第2コア−シェルナノワイヤ/高分子複合体の上に配置される第3絶縁層をさらに含み、
前記第1絶縁層、前記第2絶縁層及び前記第3絶縁層は、高分子ゴムを含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の伸縮性複合体。 - 前記第1絶縁層、前記第2絶縁層及び前記第3絶縁層は、メッシュ形状を有することを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の伸縮性複合体。
