前記布スリーブは、軸方向に間隔を置いて設置された伸縮可能な複数の弾性糸と、円周方向に間隔を置いて設置された伸縮不可能な複数の高強度糸とが交差して編まれた伸縮可能な筒状又は波状の布スリーブである、
ことを特徴とする多層構造の同期伸縮式ホース。
前記プラスチックフィルム層の内面は、前記内管の外面に接触している。
前記内管、前記布スリーブ及び前記プラスチックフィルム層の両端がそれぞれ管継手に固定されている。
Claims (9)
- 伸縮可能な内管と、
前記内管を内包する布スリーブと、
前記内管と前記布スリーブとの間に設けられた伸縮可能なプラスチックフィルム層と、を備える多層構造の同期伸縮式ホースであって、
前記布スリーブは、一層又は多層であり、
前記布スリーブは、軸方向に間隔を置いて設置された伸縮可能な複数の弾性糸と、円周方向に間隔を置いて設置された伸縮不可能な複数の高強度糸とが交差して編まれており、前記プラスチックフィルム層及び前記内管の伸縮に従って、前記布スリーブは軸方向にのみ伸縮可能であり、径方向に伸縮しないように構成され、
前記布スリーブの形状は、滑らかな外観を有する直筒状、又は前記同期伸縮式ホースの軸方向に沿って波山と波谷とを形成した波状に設けられ、
前記プラスチックフィルム層の外面は、前記布スリーブの内面に接触している、
ことを特徴とする多層構造の同期伸縮式ホース。 - 前記布スリーブの形状が前記直筒状に設けられている場合、前記プラスチックフィルム層の外面は、前記布スリーブの内面に接触し、
前記布スリーブの形状が前記波状に設けられている場合、前記プラスチックフィルム層の外面は、波状の前記布スリーブの前記波谷の谷面に接触し、
前記プラスチックフィルム層の内面は、前記内管の外面に接触している、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多層構造の同期伸縮式ホース。 - 前記プラスチックフィルム層は、前記布スリーブの伸縮に従って伸縮可能である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多層構造の同期伸縮式ホース。 - 前記布スリーブの形状が前記波状に設けられている場合、前記プラスチックフィルム層の形状は波状に設けられ、波状の前記プラスチックフィルム層の外面は、前記波状の前記布スリーブの内面に接触しており、
波状の前記プラスチックフィルム層の波谷の谷面は、前記内管の外面に接触している、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多層構造の同期伸縮式ホース。 - 前記多層構造の同期伸縮式ホースの両端には管継手が接続され、
前記内管、前記布スリーブ及び前記プラスチックフィルム層の両端がそれぞれ前記管継手に固定されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多層構造の同期伸縮式ホース。 - 前記内管は、ラテックス、シリコーン、TPE、TPR、TPU及びTPXから選択される少なくとも1つの伸縮可能な材料の組成物から作成されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多層構造の同期伸縮式ホース。 - 前記布スリーブは一層又は多層であり、化学繊維糸、綿糸又は絹糸で編まれた波状又は直筒状の布スリーブである、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多層構造の同期伸縮式ホース。 - 前記プラスチックフィルム層は、ラテックス、シリコーン、TPE、TPR、TPU、TPX、PE、PU及びPPから選択される少なくとも1つの伸縮可能な材料の組成物から作成されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし7の何れか一項に記載の多層構造の同期伸縮式ホース。 - 前記内管の周りを第一磁性部材が囲んでおり、前記第一磁性部材は前記プラスチックフィルム層と前記内管との間に位置している、
ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の多層構造の同期伸縮式ホース。
