Description
Claims (28)
- ガラス基板によって支持された被膜を含む被覆物品であって、前記被膜が、
銀を含む第1及び第2の赤外線(IR)反射層であって、前記第1のIR反射層は、前記第2のIR反射層よりも前記ガラス基板に近くに配置された、第1及び第2のIR反射層と、
銀を含む前記第1のIR反射層の上に直接接触して配置されたNiCrを含む第1の接触層と、
NiCrを含む前記第1の接触層の上に直接接触して配置された窒化ケイ素を含む誘電体層であって、窒化ケイ素を含む前記誘電体層が、ジルコニウム酸化物ZrO2を含む分割誘電体非吸収層によって分割され、ジルコニウム酸化物ZrO2を含む前記分割誘電体非吸収層が、窒化ケイ素を含む前記誘電体層の第1の部分と窒化ケイ素を含む前記誘電体層の第2の部分との間に接触して配置されるようにする、誘電体層と、
窒化ケイ素を含む前記誘電体層の上に直接接触して配置されたNiCrを含む第2の接触層と、
NiCrを含む前記第2の接触層の上に直接接触して配置された銀を含む前記第2のIR反射層と、
前記第2のIR反射層の上に直接接触して配置されたNiCrを含む第3の接触層と、
NiCrを含む前記第3の接触層の上に直接接触して配置された窒化ケイ素を含む別の誘電体層と、
を含む、被覆物品。 - 前記ガラス基板と前記第1のIR反射層との間に配置された窒化ケイ素を含む基層をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の被覆物品。
- 窒化ケイ素を含む前記基層が、600〜1,000Åの厚さである、請求項2に記載の被覆物品。
- ジルコニウム酸化物ZrO2を含む前記分割誘電体非吸収層が70〜120Åの厚さを有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の被覆物品。
- 窒化ケイ素を含む前記誘電体層の前記第1及び第2の部分が、同じ厚さ±10%である、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の被覆物品。
- 窒化ケイ素を含む前記誘電体層の前記第1及び第2の部分が、各々、200〜450Åの厚さである、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の被覆物品。
- ジルコニウム酸化物ZrO2を含む前記分割誘電体非吸収層が、銀を含む前記第1及び第2のIR反射層よりも薄い、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の被覆物品。
- ジルコニウム酸化物ZrO2を含む前記分割誘電体非吸収層が、窒化ケイ素を含む前記誘電体層の前記第1及び第2の部分の各々よりも少なくとも100Å薄い、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の被覆物品。
- ジルコニウム酸化物を含む前記分割誘電体非吸収層が、本質的にZrO2からなる、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の被覆物品。
- 窒化ケイ素を含む前記別の誘電体層の上に直接接触して配置されたジルコニウム酸化物を含むオーバーコート層をさらに含む、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の被覆物品。
- 銀を含む前記第2のIR反射層が銀を含む前記第1のIR反射層よりも厚い、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の被覆物品。
- 前記被覆物品が、一体型に測定される場合、60%以下の可視光透過率を有する、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の被覆物品。
- ジルコニウム酸化物を含むオーバーコート層をさらに含み、銀を含む前記第1及び第2のIR反射層は各々、ジルコニウム酸化物を含むオーバーコート層の少なくとも3倍の厚さである、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の被覆物品。
- ジルコニウム酸化物を含む前記分割誘電体非吸収層が窒素をさらに含む、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の被覆物品。
- 銀を含む前記第2のIR反射層が、銀を含む前記第1のIR反射層よりも少なくとも10Å厚い、請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の被覆物品。
- NiCrを含む前記第1の接触層の上に直接接触して配置される窒化ケイ素を含む前記誘電体層が非晶質である、請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載の被覆物品。
- NiCrを含む前記第1の接触層が、実質的に金属性又は金属性であり、約5%(原子%)以下の酸素を含む、請求項1〜16のいずれか1項に記載の被覆物品。
- NiCrを含む前記第2の接触層が、実質的に金属性又は金属性であり、約5%(原子%)以下の酸素を含む、請求項1〜17のいずれか1項に記載の被覆物品。
- NiCrを含む前記第3の接触層が、実質的に金属性又は金属性であり、約5%(原子%)以下の酸素を含む、請求項1〜18のいずれか1項に記載の被覆物品。
- 前記第1、第2及び/又は第3の接触層が窒素をさらに含む、請求項1〜19のいずれか1項に記載の被覆物品。
- 前記被覆物品が一体型に測定される場合、20〜60%の可視光透過率を有する、請求項1〜20のいずれか1項に記載の被覆物品。
- 前記被覆物品が熱強化処理されておらず、一体型に測定される場合、20〜55%の可視光透過率を有する、請求項1〜21のいずれか1項に記載の被覆物品。
- 前記被覆物品が熱強化処理されている、請求項1〜22のいずれか1項に記載の被覆物品。
- 前記被覆物品が熱処理されており、前記熱処理のために5.0以下のガラス側反射ΔE*値を有する、請求項23に記載の被覆物品。
- 前記被覆物品が熱処理されており、前記熱処理のために4.5以下のガラス側反射ΔE*値を有する、請求項23に記載の被覆物品。
- 前記被膜が4.0Ω/□以下のシート抵抗(Rs)を有する、請求項1〜25のいずれか1項に記載の被覆物品。
- ジルコニウム酸化物を含む前記分割誘電体非吸収層が1〜7%(原子%)の窒素を含む、請求項1〜26のいずれか1項に記載の被覆物品。
- 請求項1〜27のいずれか1項に記載の被覆物品と、前記被覆物品に結合している別のガラス基板とを含むIG窓ユニット。
