Description
− 歯を照らすように配置される1つ又はそれよりも多くの光源と、
− 出力面を備える光学配光ユニットとを含み、光学配光ユニットは、1つ又はそれよりも多くの光源からの光線の少なくとも一部を、光線が出力面を通じて出る前に、歯に方向変更するように、並びに/或いは出力面から光学配光ユニット内に注入される散乱光線を方向変更して出力面に戻すように構成され、
− 1つ又はそれよりも多くの光源及び光学配光ユニットは、約20mW/cm2以上の歯の放射照度を提供するように構成される。
歯科物質が出力面と接触するようにマウスピースの表面に歯科物質を塗布すること、又は歯の前面に歯科物質を塗布すること、及び
出力面がユーザの歯の前側に面するようにマウスピースを配置することを含む、
使用に関する。
PMMA=0.167−0.25W/mKについてのλ、
環状オレフィンコポリマ(COP又はCOC)=0.12〜0.15W/mKについてのλ
ポリカーボネート(PC)=0.19〜0.22W/mKについてのλ、

Claims (12)
- 歯の処置を行うためのマウスピースであって、
− 歯を照らすように配置される1つ又はそれよりも多くの光源と、
− 出力面を備える光学配光ユニットとを含み、該光学配光ユニットは、前記1つ又はそれよりも多くの光源からの光線の少なくとも一部を、前記光線が前記出力面を通じて出る前に、前記歯に方向変更するように、並びに/或いは前記出力面から前記光学配光ユニット内に注入される散乱光線を方向変更して前記出力面に戻すように構成され、
− 前記1つ又はそれよりも多くの光源及び前記光学配光ユニットは、20mW/cm2よりも大きい歯の放射照度を提供するように構成され、
前記1つ又はそれよりも多くの光源は、前記光学配光ユニットの熱絶縁性よりも低い熱絶縁性を有する支持構造に取り付けられる、
マウスピース。 - 前記光学配光ユニットは、前記1つ又はそれよりも多くの光源から前記出力面への前記光線の少なくとも0.8mmの最小光路長を提供するように構成される、請求項1に記載のマウスピース。
- 前記光学配光ユニットは、前記1つ又はそれよりも多くの光源から前記出力面への熱経路に沿って少なくとも0.001m2K/Wの最小熱絶縁性を提供するように構成される、請求項1に記載のマウスピース。
- 前記光学配光ユニットは、前記出力面に配置され、前記出力面から離れる方向に突出する、距離部材を含む、請求項1に記載のマウスピース。
- 前記光学配光ユニットは、前記1つ又はそれよりも多くの光源からの前記光線の少なくとも前記一部を方向変更するように構成される光方向変更構造を含み、該光方向変更構造の少なくとも一部は、前記1つ又はそれよりも多くの光源と前記出力面との間に配置される、請求項1に記載のマウスピース。
- 前記出力面を介して前記光学配光ユニットに透過される前記散乱光線を方向変更して前記出力面に戻すように構成される後方反射器を含み、該後方反射器は、前記光学配光ユニットの後側の少なくとも一部に亘って延在する、請求項1に記載のマウスピース。
- 前記光学配光ユニットは、前記光線が前記出力面を通じて出る前に、前記1つ又はそれよりも多くの光源からの前記光線の少なくとも一部を方向変更するために、前記1つ又はそれよりも多くの光源から前記光学配光ユニットに注入される前記光線の少なくとも一部の全反射を引き起こすように構成される、請求項1に記載のマウスピース。
- 前記1つ又はそれよりも多くの光源は、隣接する光源が少なくとも3mmだけ、最大で8mmだけ分離されるように配置される、請求項1に記載のマウスピース。
- 前記出力面での放射照度は、前記照らされる歯の65%での放射照度が所望の放射照度から25%以下だけ逸脱し、前記照らされる歯の75%での放射照度が所望の強度から15%以下だけ逸脱するように、実質的に均一である、請求項1に記載のマウスピース。
- 前記光学配光ユニットは透明である、請求項1に記載のマウスピース。
- シール構造を含み、該シール構造は、塗布される歯科物質を、前記出力面、該シール構造、及び前記歯の前側によって画定される空間内に保持するように構成される、請求項1に記載のマウスピース。
- 前記シール構造は、光を方向変更して前記歯の前記前側に戻すよう反射的である材料で作られる、請求項11に記載のマウスピース。
