Claims (13)
- ガスタービン用のブレード(10)であって、当該ブレードが、前縁(14)と、後縁(12)と、第1の壁によって画定される圧力面(16)と、第2の壁によって画定される負圧面(18)と、ブレード内部の空洞(30)と、第1の壁と第2の壁との間で冷却流体の流れ方向(24)に第1の上流端から第2の下流端まで延在する後縁冷却通路(32)とを備えており、
第1の壁と第2の壁との間で当該ブレード(10)のキャンバライン(20)に垂直な方向に規定される後縁冷却通路(32)の幅が変化して、後縁冷却通路(32)の最も狭い幅(c,f)が第1の上流端にあるように、第1の壁と第2の壁が、前記空洞(30)と後縁冷却通路(32)との間にスロート(34)を画定しており、
後縁(12)が、後縁冷却通路(32)を通る冷却流容量に最小限の変化しか或いは全く変化を与えずに第1の上流端と第2の下流端後縁(12)の間で除去できるように適応している、ブレード(10)。 - 後縁冷却通路(32)がピン領域を備えており、該ピン領域内のピン(40)が、キャンバライン(20)に垂直な方向に後縁冷却通路(32)を横断して延在する、請求項1に記載のブレード(10)。
- 第1の上流端近くのピン(40)が、第2の下流端近くのピン(40)よりも互いに接近している、請求項2に記載のブレード(10)。
- 後縁冷却通路(32)が、使用時に後縁冷却通路(32)を通って流れる冷却流体の流れ方向(24)に向かって拡がる、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項に記載のブレード(10)。
- 後縁冷却通路(32)が、第1の上流端から第2の下流端までの距離の少なくとも半分の距離で拡がる、請求項4に記載のブレード(10)。
- キャンバライン(20)に垂直な方向の後縁冷却通路(32)の幅が、キャンバライン(20)の方向での前記ピン(40)間で、前記ピン(40)のある場所での幅よりも狭い、請求項2乃至請求項5のいずれか1項に記載のブレード(10)。
- 前記最も狭い幅が、後縁(12)から、前記ブレード(10)の翼弦(22)の5%超、10%超、15%超又は20%超離れて配置される、請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか1項に記載のブレード(10)。
- 請求項1乃至請求項7のいずれか1項に記載のブレード(10)を備えるガスタービン。
- ガスタービン用のブレード(10)を生産する方法であって、
請求項1乃至請求項7のいずれか1項に記載のブレード(10)を製造するステップと、
前記ブレード(10)の製造後、後縁(12)を除去するステップであって、前記ブレード(10)の翼弦(22)の長さの少なくとも5%、少なくとも10%、少なくとも15%又は少なくとも20%を除去して、カットバックされた後縁を形成するステップと
を含む方法。 - 未使用のブレードを用意し、未使用のブレードから後縁(12)を除去することを含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記カットバックされた後縁が直線状、傾斜、湾曲又は段付きの後縁である、請求項9又は請求項10に記載の方法。
- 後縁(12)の一部分を除去した後、少なくとも前記カットバックされた後縁(12)に遮熱コーティングを付加する、請求項9乃至請求項11のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1乃至請求項7のいずれか1項に記載のブレード(10)を複数備えるガスタービンの段の高温ガス流容量を調節する方法であって、前記複数のブレード(10)の少なくともいくつかから後縁(12)を切り去るステップ含む方法。
