Description

The present invention includes a seat cover forming the design surface of the seat cushion, a hook member attached to the end of the seat cover, and a locking member for locking the hook member, and the locking member is partially divided. It relates to a vehicle seat which is arranged on the peripheral surface of the seat cushion in a closed state.

As a seat for a vehicle of this type, a seat cushion serving as a seat surface, a seat cushion frame, a seat cushion pad, and a vehicle seat provided with a seat cushion trim are known (see Patent Document 1). The seat cushion frame is a rectangular frame in an upward view forming a seat skeleton, and has a plurality of wire materials corresponding to the locking members of the present invention. The plurality of wire materials are U-shaped wires arranged on the peripheral surface side of the seat cushion frame in a front view, and are extended so that the lower side of each wire material is substantially parallel to the corresponding peripheral surface portion. There is. The seat cushion pad is a member that elastically supports the occupant by forming the outer shape of the seat, and is arranged on the seat cushion frame. Further, the seat cushion cover is a face material corresponding to the seat cover of the present invention, and plate-shaped locking hooks having a J-shaped cross section are overlapped and attached to the lower edge end side thereof. The seat cushion cover covers the portion from the upper surface to the peripheral surface of the seat cushion pad in a state where the tension is appropriately applied, and the lower end of the seat cushion cover is further below the wire material via the locking hook. Is locked in. The seat cushion cover in this state is maintained in a state in which an appropriate tension is applied by the locking force of the locking hook and the wire material.

Japanese Patent No. 609944

By the way, in the above-mentioned sheet configuration, another member may be arranged at a place where the wire material (locking member) should be arranged. For example, a configuration is known in which the seat cushion is flipped forward (in a tumble posture), but in such a seat cushion, a leg as another member is provided at the front of the seat cushion frame, and this leg bounces. It becomes the base point when raising. In such a case, the lower side of the wire material is bent or divided so as to avoid the legs, but doing so causes a partial division in the wire material. Further, since the locking hook cannot be locked at the divided portion of the wire material, the finishability of the sheet may be deteriorated. That is, since the locking force of the locking hook and the wire material does not act at the divided portion, the tension of the seat cushion cover may be weakened, resulting in slackening or wrinkling. The present invention has been devised in view of the above points, and the problem to be solved by the present invention is to arrange the seat cover with better finish even when the locking member is partially divided. To do.

As a means for solving the above problems, the vehicle seat of the first invention has a plate shape in which a seat cushion serving as a seat is vertically attached to a seat cover forming a design surface and the back side of an end portion of the seat cover. The hook member is provided with a wire-shaped locking member arranged on the peripheral surface of the seat cushion. Further, the locking member is provided with a general portion extending along the peripheral surface of the seat cushion and a divided portion which is a portion where the general portion is divided. Then, based on the state where the end side of the seat cover wraps around from the outside to the inside of the locking member, the lower part of the hook member having a U-shaped cross section wraps around from the inside to the outside with respect to the locking member and is a general part. In addition to being locked to the above, a notch-shaped avoidance portion for avoiding overlap with the division portion is provided. In this type of configuration, it is desired that the seat cover can be arranged with better finish even when the locking member is partially divided.

Therefore, on the back side of the seat cover of the present invention, a planar member is attached so as to complement the avoidance portion, and a plate member provided on the terminal side of the planar member is arranged on both sides of the avoidance portion. It is arranged so as to protrude from the member side. Then, based on the state in which the end side of the seat cover wraps around from the outside to the inside of the locking member, the planar member wraps around from the inside to the outside with respect to the locking member at the facing position of the split portion. , The plate member overlaps the lower part of the hook member arranged on both sides of the avoidance portion on the back side of the seat cover. In the present invention, a hook member, a planar member, and a plate member are provided on the back side of the end portion of the seat cover, and the planar member and the plate member complement the avoidance portion in which the surface member and the plate member are arranged facing each other at the divided portion of the hook member. It is arranged like this. Then, when the hook member and the locking member are locked, the plate member is overlapped with the lower side of the hook member while arranging the terminal side of the planar member on the outside of the locking member at the split portion. By doing so, a part of the plate member is inserted and held between the seat cover and the hook member, and it is possible to apply an appropriate tension to the seat cover portion at the divided portion.

The vehicle seat of the second invention is the vehicle seat of the first invention, and the seat cushion can be flipped up upward from the legs provided on the peripheral surface of the seat cushion. It is divided by the division parts provided overlapping on the legs. In the present invention, by dividing the general portion so as to avoid the leg portion, it is possible to prevent the general portion from interfering with the leg portion as much as possible. Even in such a configuration, it is possible to apply an appropriate tension to the seat cover portion at the divided portion by using the plate member.

The vehicle seat of the third invention is the vehicle seat of the first invention or the second invention, and a hook member and a planar member are sewn and attached to the seat cover. In the present invention, both the hook member and the planar member are attached to the seat cover by suturing (the same attachment method), thereby contributing to the simplification of the seat configuration.

The vehicle seat of the fourth invention is any of the vehicle seats of the first to third inventions, and the plate member is made of a flexible resin member. In the present invention, by bending and deforming the plate member according to the tension of the seat cover, it is possible to prevent the seat cover from being excessively uneven due to the plate member as much as possible.

The vehicle seat of the fifth invention is any of the vehicle seats of the first to fourth inventions, and the plate member is composed of a flat plate-shaped member. In the present invention, the structure can be simplified by making the plate member into a flat plate shape.

According to the first invention according to the present invention, the seat cover can be arranged with better finish even when the locking member is partially divided. Further, according to the second invention, the seat cover can be arranged with better finish while further improving the performance of the seat cushion. Further, according to the third invention, the seat cover can be arranged with better finish by a simpler configuration. Further, according to the fourth invention, the seat cover can be arranged with better finish. According to the fifth invention, the seat cover can be arranged with better finish by a simpler structure.

Further, hook members 31 to 34 (details will be described later) are attached to the ends of the seat cover 4S, and the hook members 31 to 34 correspond to each other on the peripheral surface of the seat cushion 4 (locking members 21 to 24 (details will be described later)). It is locked to (details will be described later). In this embodiment, a plurality of locking members 21 to 24 are arranged along the peripheral surface of the seat cushion 4, but the specific locking members (23, 24) are each as described later. It is divided at a position overlapping the legs 14a and 14b. In this type of configuration, since the hook member is not locked to the divided portion (YM) of the specific locking member (23, 24), the tension of the seat cover 4S may be partially weakened and the finish may be deteriorated. There is. Therefore, in this embodiment, the seat cover 4S is arranged with better finish even when the locking members (23, 24) are partially divided according to the configuration described later. Hereinafter, each configuration will be described in detail.

It is fixed to the frame portion 4Fd.

Further, the right side locking member 23 shown in FIG. 4 is a wire-shaped portion extending in the front-rear direction, and is arranged along the right peripheral surface of the seat cushion 4. The front portion of the right locking member 23 wraps around to the right side of the front frame portion 4Fa, and the front end portion E5 of the right locking member 23 bends upward and then backwards to form the front frame portion 4Fa. It is fixed. Further, the rear portion of the right locking member 23 wraps around to the right side of the rear frame portion 4Fb, and the rear end portion E6 of the right locking member 23 bends upward and then bends forward to form the rear frame portion 4Fb. It is fixed. The left locking member 24 is a wire-shaped portion extending in the front-rear direction, and is arranged along the left peripheral surface (excluding the rear portion) of the seat cushion 4. The front portion of the left locking member 24 wraps around to the left side of the front frame portion 4Fa, and the front end portion E7 of the left locking member 24 bends upward and then backwards to form the front frame portion 4Fa. It is fixed. Further, the rear end portion E8 of the left side locking member 24 is bent upward and then bent to the right to be fixed to the left frame portion 4Fd.

[General part / division part]
Each of the locking members 21 to 24 shown in FIG. 4 is provided with a general portion XM or the like for locking the corresponding hook members 31 to 34 (in FIG. 4, a specific reference numeral is provided to the specific general portion. XM1 and XM2 are attached, and the common code XM is attached to other general parts). The general portion XM or the like is a portion along the corresponding frame portion of each of the locking members 21 to 24, and extends substantially linearly along the corresponding peripheral surface of the seat cushion 4. Further, the right side locking member 23 and the left side locking member 24 are each provided with a division portion YM, and the general portion (XM1, XM2) is divided by the division portion YM. The divided portion YM has substantially the same basic configuration except that the left and right right locking members 23 and the left left locking member 24 are symmetrically provided. Therefore, the details of the general parts (XM1, XM2) and the divided parts YM will be described below by taking the right side locking member 23 as an example.

In the right side locking member 23 shown in FIG. 5, a division portion YM is provided at an overlapping position with the right leg portion 14a in the front-rear direction, and the division portion YM causes the general portion to be the front general portion XM1 and the rear. It is divided into a general part XM2 on the side. The split portion YM is a portion in which the right locking member 23 is assembled so as to have an inverted U shape when viewed from the front. That is, the split portion YM is composed of a rear end SA bent upward from the general portion XM1 on the front side, a front end SB bent upward from the general portion XM2 on the rear side, and a connecting portion SC bridged above each of these ends. It is configured. Then, in this embodiment, the split portion YM is bent upward so as to avoid the right leg portion 14a, and the front and rear general portions XM1 and the rear general portion XM2 do not interfere with the right leg portion 14a. It is divided into two parts. Further, also in the left locking member 24 shown in FIG. 4, a general portion (XM1, XM2) and a split portion YM are formed so as to be symmetrical with the right locking member 23. The split portion YM of the left side locking member 24 is bent upward so as to avoid the left side leg portion 14b.

[Seat frame placement work]
After disposing the undercover 10 on the back side of the seat frame 4F with reference to FIG. 4, the seat frame 4F is attached to the base member 9 shown in FIG. 1 via the legs 14a and 14b. At this time, the bottom plate portion 11 of the undercover 10 shown in FIG. 4 covers the back side of the seat frame 4F, and the standing wall portion 12 is arranged so as to cover the outer frame portion of the seat frame 4F from the outside. By arranging the undercover 10 in this way, external exposure on the back side of the seat frame 4F is avoided, and the seat cushion 4 in the tumble posture shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 is configured to contribute to the improvement of the design. Further, with reference to FIGS. 4 and 5, corresponding leg portions 14a (14b) are inserted and arranged in the left and right leg window portions 24a (24b) of the standing wall portion 12, respectively. The leg portions 14a and 14b are exposed to the outside of the standing wall portion 12 (the peripheral surface of the seat cushion 4) through the corresponding leg window portions 24a (24b) and extend downward. Therefore, referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, the lower portion of the right leg portion 14a is attached so as to be able to fold (rotate) with respect to the right surface of the base member 9, and the left leg portion 14b is attached to the left surface of the base member 9. It can be installed so that it can be tilted (rotated). By attaching the right leg portion 14a and the left leg portion 14b to the base member 9, the seat cushion 4 can be displaced between the basic posture and the tumble posture.

Further, referring to FIG. 4, each end portion E1 to E8 of each of the locking members 21 to 24 is inserted into the corresponding insertion portion 20 of the vertical wall portion 12. By doing so, the general parts XM and the like of each of the locking members 21 to 24 can be exposed to the outside of the undercover 10 as shown in FIG. 5 and arranged on the corresponding peripheral surface of the seat cushion 4 (FIG. 5). In 5, the general parts XM1 and XM2 and the divided parts YM of the right side locking member 23 are shown). It is possible to lock the peripheral end portion of the seat cover 4S to the general portion XM or the like of each of the locking members 21 to 24 arranged along the peripheral surface via the hook members 31 to 34 described later. Become.

[Hook member]
With reference to FIG. 4, a plurality of hook members 31 to 34 are attached to the back side of the peripheral end portions 4SA to 4SD of the seat cover 4S (in FIG. 4, only the main hook members are shown for convenience. ). Each of these hook members 31 to 34 is a member for locking the peripheral end portion of the seat cover 4S to the general portion XM or the like of the corresponding locking members 21 to 24. A left hook member 34 is attached to the left peripheral end portion 4SD of the seat cover 4S, and the left hook member 34 is locked to the left locking member 24. In this embodiment, the hook members 31 to 34 have substantially the same basic configuration, and the hook member 33 on the right side and the hook member 34 on the left side have the avoidance portion 38 shown in FIG. 6 symmetrically. It is provided in. Therefore, the details will be described below by taking the hook member 33 on the right side as an example.

The hook member 33 on the right side shown in FIGS. 6 and 7 is a resin plate material having a J-shaped cross section, and is elongated in the front-rear direction along the right peripheral end portion 4SC of the seat cover 4S. The hook member 33 on the right side has a flat plate-shaped base portion 36 and a locking claw 37 as a basic configuration common to other hook members. The locking claw 37 is a portion that is folded back in a U shape at the lower part of the hook member 33 on the right side, and as shown in FIG. 10, the general portion XM1 or the like of the right locking member 23 is fitted and locked. be able to. The terminal side of the locking claw 37 is gently bent outward in order to facilitate the insertion of the right locking member 23.

[Avoidance site]
The hook member 33 on the right side is provided with the avoidance portion 38 shown in FIG. 6, and is divided into a front hook portion 33a and a rear hook portion 33b by the avoidance portion 38. The avoidance portion 38 is a portion in which the hook member 33 on the right side is cut out in a substantially rectangular shape in a front view, and in this embodiment, a portion from the locking claw 37 to the upper portion of the base portion 36 is cut out. Further, the front hook portion 33a is a hook member portion arranged on the front side of the avoidance portion 38, and the rear hook portion 33b is a hook member portion arranged on the rear side of the avoidance portion 38. Then, with reference to FIGS. 5 and 9, in the locked state of the right hook member 33 described later, the avoidance portion 38 is arranged to face the split portion YM of the right locking member 23. Further, in the same state, the front hook portion 33a is locked to the general portion XM1 on the front side of the right side locking member 23, and the rear hook portion 33b is locked to the general portion XM2 on the rear side of the right locking member 23. NS.

[Surface member]
With reference to FIG. 4, a planar member 40 and a plate member 42 are attached to the back sides of the right peripheral end portion 4SC and the left peripheral end portion 4SD of the seat cover 4S, respectively. Here, since the basic configurations of the planar member 40 and the plate member 42 are substantially the same for the right peripheral end portion 4SC and the left peripheral end portion 4SD, the planar member 40 and the plate member 42 of the right peripheral end portion 4SC are described below. The details will be described as an example. At the right peripheral end portion 4SC shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the planar member 40 is attached so as to overlap the hook member 33 on the right side (the attachment method will be described later). The surface member 40 is a surface material having a substantially rectangular shape when viewed from the front, and has dimensions capable of complementing the avoidance portion 38 of the hook member 33 on the right side. That is, the front-rear dimensions of the planar member 40 are substantially the same as or slightly larger than the front-rear dimensions of the avoidance portion 38. Further, the vertical dimension of the planar member 40 is a dimension that can be arranged along the outer surface side of the hook member 33 on the right side. That is, by bending the planar member 40 in a J shape as shown in FIG. 11, it is possible to arrange the surface member 40 along the portion from the base portion 36 of the hook member 33 on the right side to the locking claw 37. .. The material of the planar member 40 is not particularly limited as long as it can be curved and deformed, but for example, the material exemplified by the seat cover 4S can be used.

[Plate member]
Further, a flat plate-shaped plate member 42 having a rectangular shape when viewed from the front is attached to the lower (terminal) side of the planar member 40 shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, and the plate member 42 faces in the front-rear direction. It is arranged in a state. The front-rear dimension L1 of the plate member 42 is longer than the front-rear dimension L2 of the avoidance portion 38 with reference to FIG. 8, and the front end side (42a) and the rear end side (42b) of the plate member 42 are longer. , Each of which is arranged so as to protrude from the avoidance portion 38 (in FIG. 8, for convenience, a hatch is attached to each protruding end side of the plate member). Further, the vertical dimensions of the plate member 42 are set to dimensions that can be arranged so as to be overlapped with the locking claw 37 as shown in FIG. 11 in the locked state of the hook member 33 on the right side, which will be described later. Here, the material of the plate member 42 is not particularly limited, but it is desirable that the material is flexible and deformable, and various resins and elastomers can be exemplified as this kind of material. The plate member 42 of this embodiment is made of a resin such as polypropylene having appropriate flexibility, and is sewn and attached to the lower side of the planar member 40 by a sewing thread SY.
[Attachment method for hook member and planar member]
With reference to FIG. 4, the corresponding hook members 31 to 34 and the planar member 40 (plate member 42) are attached to the peripheral end portions 4SA to 4SD of the seat cover 4S. Here, since the attachment method of each member to the seat cover 4S is almost the same, the attachment method of each member will be described by taking the right peripheral end portion 4SC of the seat cover 4S as an example. The planar member 40 and the right hook member 33 are stacked in this order on the back side of the right peripheral end portion 4SC shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, and the planar member 40 is further attached to the avoidance portion 38 of the right hook member 33. Place them face-to-face. At this time, while aligning the base portion 36 side of the right hook member 33 with the terminal of the right peripheral end portion 4SC, the locking claw 37 of the right hook member 33 is arranged so as to project from the back side of the right peripheral end portion 4SC. I will do it. Similarly, the plate member 42 is arranged on the locking claw 37 side while aligning the terminal of the planar member 40 with the terminal of the right peripheral end portion 4SC. In this state, a suture line SEW is formed along the terminal of the right peripheral end portion 4SC, and the hook member 33 and the planar member 40 on the right side can be sewn and attached to the right peripheral end portion 4SC by the suture line SEW. In this way, at the right peripheral end portion 4SC, the planar member 40 is arranged so as to complement the avoidance portion 38 of the hook member 33 on the right side. Further, the plate member 42 is arranged so as to protrude from the locking claw 37 side arranged on both sides of the avoidance portion 38 (both front and rear sides in FIG. 6). Then, in this embodiment, when both the hook member 33 and the planar member 40 on the right side are attached to the right peripheral end portion 4SC by the suture line SEW (common attachment method), they are attached by individual methods. In comparison, the configuration contributes to the simplification of the seat configuration.

[Seat cover placement work]
After arranging the seat pad 4P on the seat frame 4F with reference to FIG. 4, the seat pad 4P is covered with the seat cover 4S. At this time, the seat cover 4S is in a state of being stretched with an appropriate tension, and covers the portion from the upper surface to the peripheral surface of the seat pad 4P. Then, the hook members 31 to 34 at the peripheral end of the seat cover 4S are locked to the general parts XM and the like of the corresponding locking members 21 to 24 on the peripheral surface of the seat cushion 4, respectively. In this way, the seat cover 4S is maintained in a state where an appropriate tension is applied by the locking force of each of the locking members 21 to 24 and each of the hook members 31 to 34. However, in this embodiment, the left and right seat covers 4S are maintained. The locking members (23, 24) are partially divided. In this type of configuration, with reference to FIGS. 4 and 5, the hook members (33, 34) corresponding to the divided portions YM of the left and right locking members (23, 24) are not locked, and the seat cover 4S There is a risk that the tension of the will be partially weakened.

Therefore, in this embodiment, referring to FIGS. 4, 6 and 7, the surface member 40 and the plate member 42 are placed on the back side of each end 4SC (4SD) of the seat cover 4S together with the hook members 33 (34). Is installed. The planar member 40 is arranged so as to complement the avoidance portion 38 arranged to face the divided portion YM of each hook member (33, 34), and a plate member 42 provided on the terminal side of the planar member 40 is further provided. , It is arranged so as to protrude from the hook member side arranged on both sides of the avoidance portion 38. Then, in this embodiment, by using the plate member 42, an appropriate tension is applied to the seat cover 4S even at the divided portions YM of the left and right locking members (23, 24). Here, the right peripheral end portion 4SC and the left peripheral end portion 4SD of the seat cover 4S apply appropriate tension to the seat cover 4S by substantially the same method. Therefore, an example of using the plate member 42 will be described below using the right peripheral end portion 4SC as an example.

Here, the right peripheral end portion 4SC of the seat cover 4S shown in FIGS. 9 to 11 wraps around from the outside to the inside (from the right side to the left side in each figure) of the right side locking member 23 on the right peripheral surface of the seat cushion 4. It is said to be in a state. The right hook members 33 (each hook portion 33a, 33b) that are overlapped and attached to the back side of the right peripheral end portion 4SC are locked to the general portions XM1 and XM2 of the right locking member 23. At this time, referring to FIG. 10, the locking claw 37 at the lower part of the front hook portion 33a wraps around from the inside to the outside (from the left side to the right side) with respect to the right locking member 23, and is locked to the front general portion XM1. Has been done. Further, the rear hook portion 33b shown in FIG. 9 also wraps around from the inside to the outside with respect to the right locking member 23 and is locked to the general portion XM2 on the rear side.

Then, in the right peripheral end portion 4SC shown in FIG. 9, the avoidance portion 38 of the hook member 33 on the right side is arranged to face the divided portion YM of the right locking member 23, and the planar member is further complemented with the avoidance portion 38. 40 and a plate member 42 are provided. Therefore, based on the state in which the right peripheral end portion 4SC shown in FIG. 11 is wrapped around from the outside to the inside of the right locking member 23, the planar member 40 is placed on the right locking member 23 at the facing position of the division portion YM. Wrap around from the inside to the outside (from left to right). Further, the plate member 42 attached to the end of the planar member 40 is superposed on the lower portion (locking claw 37) of the right hook member 33 arranged on both sides of the avoidance portion 38 on the back side of the seat cover 4S. That is, as shown in FIGS. 9 and 11, the front end 42a side of the plate member 42 is overlapped with the locking claw 37 of the front hook portion 33a, and the rear end 42b side of the plate member 42 is overlapped with the locking claw 37 of the rear hook portion 33b. Layer on. By doing so, a part (42a, 42b) of the plate member 42 is inserted and held between the seat cover 4S and the hook member 33 on the right side. Then, the seat cover 4S portion in the divided portion YM is in a state where an appropriate tension is maintained by retaining the plate member 42 to give tension, and the occurrence of wrinkles and slack in the portion is avoided as much as possible. Thus, in this embodiment, the tension of the seat cover 4S can be maintained even at the split portion YM of the right side locking member 23, and the seat cover 4S can be arranged with good finish. The left peripheral end portion 4SD of the seat cover 4S shown in FIG. 4 is also arranged in a state in which an appropriate tension is maintained by the corresponding plate member 42 to give tension, and the finish is good.

Further, in this embodiment, since the plate member 42 shown in FIG. 9 has appropriate flexibility, the plate member 42 can be deformed into an appropriate shape according to the tension of the seat cover 4S. Therefore, a part of the plate member 42 (for example, the front end 42a and the rear end 42b) can be bent and pressed toward the locking claw 37 by the tension of the seat cover 4S. By doing so, it is possible to avoid a situation in which the seat cover 4S is excessively uneven due to a part of the plate member 42, and in particular, a situation in which the plate member 42 is excessively raised (highlighted) on the seat cover side is prevented as much as possible. can. In particular, in this embodiment, since the plate member 42 is composed of a simple flat plate-shaped member, it is possible to avoid unnatural unevenness on the seat cover 4S as much as possible.

In this way, in the vehicle seat 2 shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the seat cover 4S is arranged on the seat cushion 4 with good finish, thereby contributing to the improvement of the design of the seat. Further, in the vehicle seat 2, the seat cushion 4 can be displaced between the basic posture and the tumble posture as needed. At this time, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the split portions YM of the left and right locking members (23, 24) are bent upward so as to avoid the corresponding legs 14a and 14b. Further, the front side general part XM1 and the rear side general part XM2 are arranged separately in the front and rear so as not to interfere with the corresponding leg portions 14a and 14b. By dividing the general parts (XM1, XM2) so as to avoid the legs 14a and 14b in this way, it is possible to prevent the general parts (XM1, XM2) from interfering with the legs 14a and 14b as much as possible. can do. By doing so, the legs 14a and 14b can be arranged at predetermined positions on the seat frame 4F without being disturbed by the general parts (XM1, XM2). Further, since it is possible to avoid the general parts (XM1 and XM2) from becoming an obstacle when the seat cushion 4 is displaced in posture as much as possible, it is possible to suitably prevent the generation of abnormal noise caused by these contacts.

As described above, in the present embodiment, the hook member (33, 34), the planar member 40, and the plate member 42 are provided on the back side of the end portion of the seat cover 4S, and the planar member 40 and the plate member 42 are provided. It is arranged so as to complement the avoidance portion 38 which is arranged to face the divided portion YM of the hook member (33, 34). Then, when the hook member (33, 34) and the locking member (23, 24) are locked, the terminal side of the planar member 40 is arranged outside the locking member (23, 24) at the division portion YM. While doing so, the plate member 42 is placed on the lower side of the hook member (33, 34). By doing so, a part (42a, 42b) of the plate member 42 is inserted and held between the seat cover 4S and the hook member (33, 34), and is placed on the seat cover 4S portion in the divided portion YM. It is possible to apply an appropriate tension. Further, in this embodiment, by dividing the general parts (XM1, XM2) so as to avoid the legs 14a and 14b, it is possible that the general parts (XM1, XM2) interfere with the legs 14a and 14b as much as possible. It can be avoided. Even in such a configuration, it is possible to apply an appropriate tension to the seat cover 4S portion in the divided portion YM by using the plate member 42. Further, in this embodiment, both the hook member (33, 34) and the planar member 40 are attached to the seat cover 4S by suturing (the same attachment method), thereby contributing to the simplification of the seat configuration. Further, in the present embodiment, by bending and deforming the plate member 42 according to the tension of the seat cover 4S, it is possible to prevent the seat cover 4S from being excessively uneven due to the plate member 42 as much as possible. Further, in this embodiment, the structure can be simplified by forming the plate member 42 into a flat plate shape. Therefore, according to the present embodiment, the seat cover 4S can be arranged with better finish even when the locking members (23, 24) are partially divided.

The vehicle seat 2 of this embodiment is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and may take various other embodiments.
