Claims (7)
- 血管内デバイスを形成する方法であって、当該方法は、
複数の通信線をセンシング要素に通信可能に結合するステップと、
前記複数の通信線をコア部材に巻き付けると同時にポリマージャケットを前記コア部材及び前記複数の通信線の周りに直接形成するステップであって、前記ポリマージャケットは、前記コア部材の一部分に少なくとも沿って延在し、一定の厚さを有しておらず、代わりに、均一な外径を保ちながら、前記通信線及び前記コア部材の形状に合わせるように前記ポリマージャケットを形成するステップと、を含み、
前記ポリマージャケットを形成するステップは、ポリマーを含むチャンバの、前記コア部材及び前記複数の通信線に対する相対運動を含む、方法。 - 前記センシング要素は、圧力センサ、フローセンサ、及び超音波トランスデューサのうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマージャケットの少なくとも一部分にX線不透過性マーカー要素を定義するためのX線不透過性材料を埋設するステップをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記コア部材の周りにX線不透過性マーカー要素を配置するステップをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマージャケットは、ポリウレタン、ペレセン、ペバックス、及びナイロンからなる可塑性ポリマーの群から選択されたポリマーから形成される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマージャケットは、約0.035"より小さい外径を有するように形成される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記チャンバの近傍の開口部は、前記ポリマージャケットの所望の外径に概ね等しい外径を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
