Description
The present invention relates to, for example, a snowmelt structure used to melt snow accumulated on a roof.
Conventionally, in a snow-covered area, a technique for melting and removing snow accumulated on a roof by heat has been known. For example, Patent Document 1 describes a snow melting system that melts snow by sending heated air to a closed space formed on a roof.
Further,
However, the invention described in Patent Document 1 is a large-scale device, and has problems such as complicated construction and soaring construction cost. Further, it is considered that the invention described in
The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and an object of the present invention is to provide a snowmelt structure for a roof having a simple structure and a high snowmelt effect.
The snowmelt structure of the roof of the present invention is a snowmelt structure arranged on the roof, and includes a heater arranged on the roof material side, a water-repellent heat insulating layer provided on the surface of the heater, and the roof material. It is characterized by having a heat transfer primer layer interposed between the heater and the heater.
In the present invention, the heat transfer primer layer preferably contains flaky aluminum powder contained in a large amount in the resin layer.
In the present invention, the heat insulating layer preferably contains a plurality of hollow glass beads dispersed in the resin layer.
According to the snowmelt structure of the roof of the present invention, the snowmelt effect can be enhanced with a simple structure. In particular, it is easy to construct and can efficiently transfer heat horizontally to the roof.
Hereinafter, one embodiment of the present invention (hereinafter, abbreviated as “embodiment”) will be described in detail. The present invention is not limited to the following embodiments, and can be variously modified and implemented within the scope of the gist thereof. In addition, the notation of "~" indicating the numerical range includes the lower limit value and the upper limit value.
Conventionally, various snow melting methods have been known. For example, a heat source such as floor heating is installed on the entire roof to melt the snow, a heat source is installed on the eaves to melt the snow accumulated on the roof, the roof is painted, and the hydrophilic activator works. This is a snow-sliding coating method that makes snow naturally slippery.
However, the conventional method does not have a sufficient snowmelting effect, requires snow removal depending on the amount of snowfall, or has a safety problem. The simple structure has a sufficient snowmelting effect and is excellent in safety. It has not reached the snowmelt structure.
As a result of intensive research on the snowmelt structure placed on the roof, the present inventors have improved the paint and the laminated structure, which facilitates the construction and efficiently heats the roof in the horizontal direction. We have developed a snow-resistant structure that can propagate and enhance the snow melting effect.
FIG. 1 shows a cross-sectional structure of the snowmelt structure 1 according to the present embodiment. The snowmelt structure 1 in the present embodiment is laminated in the order of the heat
<Heat transfer
In the present embodiment, the heat
The film thickness of the heat
In this embodiment, all commercially available flake-shaped aluminum powder can be used. Further, when adjusting the coating liquid, it is preferable to use an aluminum paste containing flake-shaped aluminum powder as a main component. For example, it is preferable to use Alpaste (registered trademark) 1109MF (manufactured by Toyo Aluminum Co., Ltd.).
In the present embodiment, the flake-
The
The heat

<Heater>
The
<断熱層4>
<Insulation layer 4>
As shown in FIG. 1, the heat insulating layer 4 in the present embodiment covers the entire surface of the
The heat insulating layer 4 in the present embodiment preferably contains a plurality of
The thickness of the heat insulating layer 4 of the present embodiment is not limited, but the average layer thickness is about 0.5 to 2.0 mm. The average layer thickness can be expressed by, for example, observing the cross section of the coating film with a scanning electron microscope and expressing the average value of the thickness in the normal direction from the wall surface. As the measurement points, the film thicknesses of a plurality of randomly selected points (preferably 5 points or more) are measured and averaged.
The thickness of the heat insulating layer 4 is preferably thicker than that of the heat
It has been proved by an experiment described later that the surface of the heat insulating layer of the present embodiment is smooth and has a beautiful appearance.
例えば、Q−CEL5020(ポッターズバロティーニ製)を使用することができる。
The
In the present embodiment, the
As shown in FIG. 2, a part of the
Further, by including the
The material of the
Further, it is preferable to use a resin emulsion for the
The heat insulating paint for forming the heat insulating layer 4 will be described. As described above, the heat insulating paint can be obtained, for example, by adding hollow glass beads to an acrylic resin emulsion and mixing them.
The viscosity of the heat insulating paint is not limited, but it is preferable to adjust the viscosity at 25 ° C. to about 2000 cP. As a result, good workability can be obtained, and after coating, appropriate smoothness can be obtained, and a coated surface having a good aesthetic appearance can be obtained.
The drying step after applying the heat insulating paint to the wall surface may be natural drying or heat drying.
As described in detail above, the snowmelt structure 1 of the present embodiment is a structure in which the heat
The snowmelt structure 1 of the present embodiment may be a laminated structure having at least a

[Example 1]
Add 15 parts by weight of hollow glass beads "Q-CEL5020 (Potters Barotini Co., Ltd. product)" to 85 parts by mass of the water-based acrylic resin emulsion "Boncoat CE8510 (manufactured by DIC)" and stir well until uniform. Since the non-volatile content of Boncoat CE8510 was 55% by mass, it was found that the non-volatile content in this heat-insulating paint was 61.75% by mass. Was about 24% by mass in the non-volatile component according to 15 / 61.75. That is, the hollow glass beads were contained in the heat insulating layer in an amount of about 24% by mass. It was about 0.7 (g / cm 3 ), and in order to obtain a dry coating film having a thickness of 2 mm, a coating amount of 2000 × 0.7 ÷ 0.6175 = 2267 (g / m 2) was required. The viscosity of the adjusted heat insulating paint was around 2000 cP, and good workability could be obtained. The adjusted heat insulating paint was applied onto the base material by distribution coating with a clavicle roller, and the coated surface after drying was coated. Upon examination, it had sufficient smoothness and a good aesthetic appearance could be obtained.
[Comparative Example 1]
Instead of the hollow glass beads used in Example 1, fine powdered calcium carbonate "KS # 1000 (product of Hayashi Kasei Co., Ltd.)" was used, and the heat insulating paint was adjusted in the same manner as in Example 1. However, since the adjusted heat insulating paint has too high a viscosity, the workability is poor, and it is impossible to form a smooth coated surface by distribution coating with a clavicle roller.
From the above results, it is said that by mixing hollow glass beads with the heat insulating paint, good workability can be obtained, and a coated surface of the heat insulating layer having sufficient smoothness and good aesthetics can be obtained. all right.

[Example 2]
(Adjustment of heat transfer primer paint)
The heat transfer primer paint applied to the surface of the roofing material was adjusted. That is, 25 parts by weight of xylene is added to 25 parts by weight of the xylene solution "JER1001X70 (product of Mitsubishi Chemical Corporation)" of epoxy resin to dilute it, and flaky metal aluminum powder paste "Alpaste 1109MF (Toyo)" is added thereto. Aluminum Co., Ltd. product) ”50 parts by weight was added and stirred until uniform to prepare a heat transfer primer paint. Since the non-volatile content of Alpaste 1109MF was 62% by mass when measured, this paint was composed of 17.5 parts by weight of epoxy resin and 31 parts by weight of aluminum flakes in terms of non-volatile content, and 48.5% by mass of total non-volatile content. It turned out to be the paint of. Therefore, the pigment mass concentration PWC of the aluminum flakes was found to be 63.9% of the non-volatile components according to 31 / 48.5. That is, the aluminum flakes are contained in the heat transfer primer layer in an amount of about 63.9% by mass. Then, the adjusted heat transfer primer paint was applied and dried to obtain a coating film.
