一方、揮発性シリコーン油の代わりに不揮発性シリコーン油を含有する比較例1はすべての項目において満足のいくものではなく、揮発性炭化水素油を含有しない比較例2は化粧料と馴染まず汚れ落ちに劣り、揮発性シリコーン油を含有しない比較例3は、化粧料との馴染みは良いものの小道具上に残ってしまい汚れ落ちに劣るものであった。
