Description
Claims (24)
- 外面と、内部空間の周りに配置された内面を画定する壁部を有する管状シャフトにして、近位端と遠位端を有する管状シャフトと、
前記管状シャフトの前記遠位端に配置された発光体と光センサーと、
前記発光体又は前記光センサーに電気的に結合した1つ又は複数の導体を備え、
前記1つ又は複数の導体が、前記管状シャフトの前記遠位端から前記管状シャフトの前記近位端に延び、
前記1つ又は複数の導体が、前記管状シャフトの内面の径方向外側に配置され、
前記1つ又は複数の導体が、前記管状シャフトの前記壁部の外面に設けられた印刷トレースから成り、
前記管状シャフトが、各導体に対して少なくとも一つのスプリング接点が設けられた複数のスプリング接点を有するソケットに嵌合され、前記管状シャフトが、手術システムの残部に取り外し可能に接続される、手術システム。 - 前記壁部は、管状絶縁要素の径方向内側に設けられた管状構造要素を備え、前記管状絶縁要素の外面が壁部の外面を画定する、請求項1に記載の手術システム。
- 前記管状構造要素が金属管を含み、前記管状絶縁要素が前記金属管上に設けられたセラミックコーティングを含む、請求項2に記載の手術システム。
- 前記壁部が円形の断面を有する、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の手術システム。
- 前記壁部は、外面に形成された1つ又は複数の溝を有し、前記1つ又は複数の導体が前記1つ又は複数の溝に設けられる、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の手術システム。
- 前記壁部は、前記導体それぞれに一つの溝を有する、請求項5に記載の手術システム。
- 前記1つ又は複数の導体及び前記壁部の外面上に設けられた層を更に備える、請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の手術システム。
- 前記層がコーティング及び被覆の一つである、請求項7に記載の手術システム。
- 前記管状シャフトが手術器具のパーツを画定する、請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の手術システム。
- 前記発光体と前記光センサーが前記管状シャフトの前記遠位端に取り付けられる、請求項9に記載の手術システム。
- 前記管状シャフトの前記遠位端に取り付けられた第1及び第2あご部を更に備え、前記発光体と前記光センサーが前記第1及び第2あご部の少なくとも一つに設けられる、請求項10に記載の手術システム。
- 前記発光体が前記第1あご部に取り付けられ、前記光センサーが前記第2あご部に取り付けられる、請求項11に記載の手術システム。
- 前記発光体と前記光センサーが長尺構造体の遠位端に取り付けられ、前記長尺構造体が管状シャフト内に設けられる、請求項9に記載の手術システム。
- 前記長尺構造体の前記遠位端に取り付けられた第1及び第2あご部を更に備え、前記発光体と前記光センサーが前記第1及び第2あご部の少なくとも一つに設けられる、請求項13に記載の手術システム。
- 前記発光体が前記第1あご部に取り付けられ、前記光センサーが前記第2あご部に取り付けられる、請求項14に記載の手術システム。
- 前記長尺構造体がシャフトを備える、請求項13乃至15のいずれか一項に記載の手術システム。
- 手術器具を更に備え、前記管状シャフトが前記手術器具の長尺要素の周りに設けられる、請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の手術システム。
- 前記手術器具が、前記長尺要素の遠位端に取り付けられた第1及び第2あご部を備え、前記発光体と前記光センサーが前記第1及び第2あご部の少なくとも一つに設けられる、請求項17に記載の手術システム。
- 前記発光体が前記第1あご部に取り付けられ、前記光センサーが前記第2あご部に取り付けられる、請求項18に記載の手術システム。
- 前記管状シャフトが連続した断面を有する、請求項17乃至19のいずれか一項に記載の手術システム。
- 前記管状シャフトがその断面にて不連続部を有する、請求項17乃至19のいずれか一項に記載の手術システム。
- 前記管状シャフトが断面にてC字形状を有する、請求項21に記載の手術システム。
- 前記長尺要素がシャフトである、請求項17乃至22のいずれか一項に記載の手術システム。
- 外面と、内部空間の周りに配置された内面を画定する壁部を有する管状シャフトにして、近位端と遠位端を有する管状シャフトと、
前記管状シャフトの遠位端に配置されたセンサーと、
前記センサーに電気的に結合した1つ又は複数の導体を備え、
前記1つ又は複数の導体が、前記管状シャフトの前記遠位端から前記管状シャフトの前記近位端に延び、
前記1つ又は複数の導体が、前記管状シャフトの内面の径方向外側に配置され、
前記1つ又は複数の導体が、前記管状シャフトの前記壁部の外面に設けられた印刷トレースから成り、
前記管状シャフトが、各導体に対して少なくとも一つのスプリング接点が設けられた複数のスプリング接点を有するソケットに嵌合され、前記管状シャフトが、手術システムの残部に取り外し可能に接続される、手術システム。
