Claims (18)
- 支持構造と、

前記少なくとも1つの導体の上に配置されている気密バリア構造と、を備え、前記気密バリア構造は、可撓性絶縁材料および超弾性金属合金層の交互の積み重ねを含む、眼科用装置。 - 前記基板は、前記支持構造に埋め込まれている、請求項1に記載の眼科用装置。
- 前記基板は、前記支持構造の表面上に配置されている、請求項1に記載の眼科用装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの導体は、超弾性金属合金から形成されている、請求項1に記載の眼科用装置。
- 前記気密バリア層は、
前記少なくとも1つの導体上に配置されている第1の可撓性絶縁材料層と、
前記第1の可撓性絶縁材料層上に配置されている第1の超弾性金属合金層と、
前記第1の超弾性金属合金層上に配置されている第2の可撓性絶縁材料層と、
前記第2の可撓性絶縁材料層上に配置されている第2の超弾性金属合金層と、
前記第2の超弾性金属合金層上に配置されている第3の可撓性絶縁材料層と、を含む、請求項1に記載の眼科用装置。 - 第2の気密バリア層は、前記少なくとも1つの導体に対応する領域内の前記基板の底側上に形成されている、請求項1に記載の眼科用装置。
- 前記超弾性金属合金は、ニチノール、銅−亜鉛−アルミニウム、銅−アルミニウム、銅−アルミニウム−ニッケル、および銅−アルミニウム−ベリリウムのうちの1つから選択される、請求項1に記載の眼科用装置。
- 前記第1、第2、および第3の可撓性絶縁材料層は、シリコーン、感圧接着剤(PSA)シリコーン、ゴム状PSA、ポリイミド、ポリエーテルイミド、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、パリレン、またはアクリルコポリマーのうちの1つから形成されている、請求項1に記載の眼科用装置。
- 前記支持構造は、アパーチャを形成する環状形状であり、前記眼科用装置は、
前記アパーチャに配置され、制御信号に応答して動的調整を提供するように連結されている、動的光学部品と、
前記支持構造の反対側に配置されている光学窓と、をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の眼科用装置。 - 前記基板上に配置され、前記動的光学部品を制御するように電気的に連結されている制御電子機器であって、前記制御信号を提供するように前記少なくとも1つの導体を介して前記動的光学部品に連結されている、制御電子機器をさらに備える、請求項9に記載の眼科用装置。
- 前記基板上に配置されているアンテナをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の眼科用装置。
- 第3の気密バリア層は、前記アンテナ上に配置されている、請求項11に記載の眼科用装置。
- 眼内レンズであって、
支持構造と、
前記支持構造に埋め込まれている基板と、
前記基板の表面上に配置されている少なくとも1つの導体であって、超弾性金属合金から形成されている、少なくとも1つの導体と、
前記少なくとも1つの導体上に配置されている気密バリア構造であって、可撓性絶縁材料および超弾性金属合金層の交互の積み重ねから形成されている、気密バリア構造と、を備える、眼内レンズ。 - 前記超弾性金属合金は、形状記憶合金である、請求項13に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記形状記憶合金は、ニチノール、銅−亜鉛−アルミニウム、銅−アルミニウム、銅−アルミニウム−ニッケル、および銅−アルミニウム−ベリリウムのうちの1つから選択される、請求項14に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記気密バリア層は、
前記少なくとも1つの導体上に配置されている第1の可撓性絶縁材料層と、
前記第1の可撓性絶縁材料層上に配置されている第1の超弾性金属合金層と、
前記第1の超弾性金属合金層上に配置されている第2の可撓性絶縁材料層と、
前記第2の可撓性絶縁材料層上に配置されている第2の超弾性金属合金層と、
前記第2の超弾性金属合金層上に配置されている第3の可撓性絶縁材料層と、を含む、請求項13に記載の眼内レンズ。 - 前記支持構造は、アパーチャを形成する環状の形状であり、前記眼内レンズは、
前記アパーチャに配置され、制御信号に応答して動的調整を提供するように連結されている動的光学部品と、
前記支持構造の反対側に配置され、少なくとも動的光学部品を横切ってわたる光学窓と、をさらに備える、請求項13に記載の眼内レンズ。 - 前記基板上に配置されているアンテナをさらに備え、第3の気密バリア層が、前記アンテナ上に配置されている、請求項13に記載の眼内レンズ。
