Description
Claims (8)
- 流体経路を含むハウジング(110)を備える、迅速分子定量化のためのカプセル(100)であって、
カバー(160)と、フィルタ(150)と、流体接続要素(140)と、複数のナノ流体バイオセンサ(120)からなる要素が、流体経路に沿って連続的に配置され、
該カバー(160)は、測定する流体サンプル(300)を置くことを可能にするアパーチャを有し、
該ナノ流体バイオセンサ(120)は、入口アパーチャが該流体接続要素(140)と接触するようにして位置し、
該カプセル(100)は、該カプセル(100)を閉止するように適用された折畳み可能な上側部材を有する、
前記カプセル(100)。 - 前記フィルタ(150)は、前記流体接続要素(140)と接触しており、前記フィルタ(150)を横切る流体サンプル(300)の大きい構成成分を保持するように寸法決めされる、請求項1に記載のカプセル(100)。
- ハウジング(110)は識別モジュール(170)を含む、請求項1または2に記載のカプセル(100)。
- 前記カバー(160)は、ピペットシステム(400)を使用して流体サンプル(300)をカプセル(100)内に置くことを可能にする、複数のアパーチャを備える、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のカプセル(100)。
- 前記カプセル(100)は、バイオセンサ内での光学測定を妨げることなくバイオセンサを該カプセル(100)内部で維持するために、光透過性接着フィルムを有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のカプセル(100)。
- 前記フィルタ(150)および前記流体接続要素(140)は、繊維凝集体、シリコン
内の微細加工したマイクロポアもしくはナノポア、プラスチック、またはガラス材料を含むがそれらに限定されない、多孔質材料で作られる、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のカプセル(100)。 - ハウジング(110)は、1mmから200mmの長さ、幅、および高さを有する、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のカプセル(100)。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項で定義したカプセル(100)の使用であって:
a)前記アパーチャを通して流体サンプルを導入する工程と、
b)前記流体サンプルを濾過する工程と、
c)前記流体接続要素を通して前記流体サンプルを流し、前記バイオセンサに到達させる工程と、
d)前記バイオセンサの内容物を読み取る工程とを含む前記使用。
