Claims (9)
- 医療装置であって、
直流エネルギー源と、
第1の電極であって、前記直流エネルギー源の第1の極と電気通信している第1の電極と、
第2の電極であって、前記直流エネルギー源の反対の極と電気通信している第2の電極と、
フィルタと、
を備え、
前記直流エネルギー源と、前記第1の電極と、前記第2の電極とが協働して静電回路を完成することにより、医療手術中に手術部位からのデブリをイオン化して前記第2の電極から前記第1の電極の方へ誘引し、
前記フィルタは、前記第1の電極と前記第2の電極との間で、かつ、前記第1の電極の表面全体を覆うように配設され、前記フィルタは、前記イオン化した前記デブリを収集し、捕捉し、または、拘束するとともに、前記第1の電極を保護しかつ清潔に保つべく、血液、塩類溶液および/または細胞外液などの液体を、収集し、制限し、およびそれらの液体が前記第1の電極を覆うことを防止するように構成されている、ことを特徴とする医療装置。 - 前記医療装置は、導入器を備え、前記医療手術中に、前記導入器は、前記手術部位の中に少なくとも部分的に挿入されており、
前記第2の電極は、前記導入器の遠位端部から延在し、前記第1の電極は、前記導入器に取り付けられている、請求項1に記載の医療装置。 - 前記フィルタは、前記第1の電極に損傷を与えることなく、かつ、前記フィルタに損傷を与えることなく、前記第1の電極から取外し可能である、請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 前記医療装置は、切断ブレードを備え、前記切断ブレードは、電気外科切断ブレードである、請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 前記医療装置は、切断ブレードを備え、前記切断ブレードは、超音波組織切断器又は超音波組織鉗子である、請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 前記医療装置は、切断ブレードを備え、前記切断ブレードは、電気焼灼切断ブレードである、請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 前記医療装置は、第3の電極を備え、
前記医療装置は、前記第2の電極が交流エネルギー源の第1の極と電気通信し、前記第3の電極が前記交流エネルギー源の第2の極と通信するところの電気外科構成で動作可能であり、前記第2の電極及び前記第3の電極は、前記医療装置が前記電気外科構成で動作させられるときに、前記手術部位での電気外科手術で使用するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の医療装置。 - 前記交流エネルギー源と、前記第2の電極と、前記第3の電極とが協働して第1の双極電気回路を完成し、その結果、前記電気外科構成で、前記医療装置は、第1の双極医療装置として動作可能となる、請求項7に記載の医療装置。
- 前記医療装置は、第4の電極と、スイッチと、を備え、前記スイッチは、前記交流エネルギー源と前記第2及び第4の電極との間にあり、前記スイッチは、前記第2の電極又は前記第4の電極のいずれかを前記交流エネルギー源の前記第1の極に電気的に接続し、
前記第2の電極が前記交流エネルギー源の前記第1の極に電気的に接続されるとき、前記医療装置は、前記第1の双極医療装置として動作可能であり、
前記第4の電極が前記交流エネルギー源の前記第1の極に電気的に接続させられるとき、前記交流エネルギー源と、前記第3の電極と、前記第4の電極とが協働して第1の単極電気回路を完成し、その結果、前記電気外科構成で、前記医療装置は、第1の単極医療装置として動作可能となる、請求項8に記載の医療装置。
