Description

The present invention relates to a heat insulating sheet .

。 A heat insulating sheet that keeps the surface of a living body such as a human or other animal warm, and is provided with a sheet-like base material, and a heat insulating surface is formed by impregnating the surface of the base material on the living body side with a heat insulating material. , A heat insulating sheet in which the heat insulating surface is coated with a coating layer is known (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2001-327437 (Fig. 4)

In the heat insulating sheet of the above document, a heat insulating surface is formed by impregnating the surface of the base material on the living body side with a heat insulating material, and the heat insulating surface is covered with a coating layer, so that it depends on the material of the base material. Insulation can be performed without the need for heat insulation, and the heat insulating surface protected by the coating layer can easily maintain heat insulating performance.
However, since the coating layer is composed of a plastic film or the like, the body temperature on the living body side does not easily reach the heat insulating surface and is diffused along the surface of the coating layer, so that the heat from the living body side can be used efficiently. Is difficult.

The present invention is a heat insulating sheet in which a heat insulating surface is formed by impregnating a surface of the base material on the living body side with a heat insulating material, and the heat insulating surface is covered and protected. The challenge is to provide.

The heat insulating sheet of the present invention is a heat insulating sheet that keeps the surface of a living body such as a human or other animal warm, and has a sheet-like base material that can be flexibly changed, and breathability and water permeability are ensured and light is transmitted. A cover body made of a non-woven glass or a woven cloth having a property is provided, and a heat insulating surface is formed by impregnating or applying a heat insulating material to the surface of the base material on the living body side, and the heat insulating material has a hollow bead structure. The soda glass aluminosilicate having a particle size of 10 to 50 μm and titanium dioxide as a pigment are contained, and the content of the soda glass aluminosilicate is 10 to 20% by weight of the total weight of the heat insulating material. covers the insulation surface of the substrate by the cover member, the cover member is adhered in a state of being in close contact with the surface on the heat insulating surface, the cover body, by passing the radiation heat from the body side, the aluminosilicate with warming said aluminosilicate soda glass to a temperature that soda glass emits far infrared, characterized in that the far infrared rays radiated from the aluminosilicate soda glass is configured to reach the living body.

Since the heat insulating surface of the base material is covered by a cover body made of a non-woven fabric or woven fabric that ensures breathability, the body temperature on the living body side passes through the cover body and reaches the heat insulating surface and stays on the living body side. The heat is easily reflected, and the heat on the living body side can be efficiently used when keeping the heat.

(A) is an explanatory view of one side of a heat insulating sheet to which the present invention is applied, and (B) is an explanatory view of the other side. 4 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line CC of FIG. 4 (A). It is sectional drawing which shows the other structural example of the heat insulation sheet.

1 is a plan view of a mattress to which the present invention is applied, FIG. 2 is a sectional view taken along the line AA of FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 is a sectional view taken along the line BB of FIG. The mattress (heat-retaining futon) 1 shown in these drawings includes a mattress cover (futon cover) 2 and a square plate-shaped heat-retaining sheet 4 removably housed in a storage portion 3 formed in the mattress cover 2. There is.

The mattress cover 2 is a cloth bag body in which sufficient breathability and water permeability are ensured. Specifically, the mattress cover 2 is a bag that extends in the height direction of the sleeping person (living body) by partially joining one or a plurality of flexibly changeable cloths to each other by suturing or gluing. It is molded into a shape. In other words, in the mattress 1 and the mattress cover 2, the total length direction (Y direction shown in FIG. 1) is set to the height direction of the sleeping person, and the direction orthogonal to the total length direction is the width direction (X direction shown in FIG. 1).

The bag-shaped interior of the mattress cover 2 is divided into a plurality of parts by a partition portion 2a in the width direction (X direction) formed by stitching or adhering the facing cloths to each other, whereby the plurality of bag-shaped portions 2b Is formed, and an accommodating portion 3 is formed in each bag-shaped portion 2b.

A plurality of accommodating portions 3 (bag-shaped portions 2b) are arranged in parallel in the Y direction. An insertion portion 3a for inserting and inserting the heat insulating sheet 4 into the accommodating portion 3 so as to be removable is formed at one end or both end portions in the X direction of each accommodating portion 3.

The insertion portion 3a is closed by engaging the opposing portions in a disengageable manner with an engaging tool (not shown) such as a velvet fastener or a button. When the insertion portion 3a is closed, the heat insulating sheet 4 is restricted (prohibited) from being accommodated in the accommodating portion 3 and taken out from the accommodating portion 3, while when the insertion portion 3a is opened, it is restricted via the insertion portion 3a. Therefore, the heat insulating sheet 4 can be taken in and out of the accommodating portion 3.

The heat-retaining sheet 4 located at the foot-side end of the mattress cover 2 and the bag-shaped portion 2b (foot-side upper bag 6) having the accommodating portion 3 for accommodating the heat-retaining sheet 4 are accommodated in the adjacent heat-retaining sheet 4 and the accommodating portion 2. By folding it on the upper surface side of the bag-shaped portion 2b (foot side underlay portion 7) having the accommodating portion 3 inside, a sleeping person can be placed between the foot side upper hanging portion 6 and the foot side underlay portion 7. A space for inserting the foot is formed. In other words, in the unfolded state, the surface of the foot-side upper hook 6 facing upward is in a state of facing downward in the state of being folded as described above.

It should be noted that the end portion (tip portion) of the foot side upper hook portion 6 on the side far from the connection portion with the foot side underlay portion 7 is connected to the other portion (specifically, the mattress cover 2) of the mattress cover 2 by the band-shaped connecting body 8. , Connected to the partition portion 2a), whereby the foot side upper hook portion 6 is held in a folded state. Incidentally, the connecting body 8 is provided on both end sides of the mattress cover 2 in the width direction.

The heat insulating sheet 4 located at the end of the mattress cover 2 on the head side and the bag-shaped portion 2b (head side underlay 9) having the accommodating portion 3 for accommodating the heat insulating sheet 4 are the heat insulating sheet 4 and the heat insulating sheet 4 located next to the mattress cover 2. It is folded on the upper surface side of the bag-shaped portion 2b (folded overlapping portion 11) having the accommodating portion 3 for accommodating the accommodating portion 3 inside. In other words, in the unfolded state, the surface of the head-side underlay 9 facing upward is in a state of facing downward in the folded state.

Further, since the length of the head-side underlay 9 in the Y direction is shorter than the length of the folded overlapping portion 11 in the Y direction, when laminated in this way, the folded overlapping portion 11 and the head side The underlay 9 and the underlay 9 do not wrap as a whole, but partially wrap.

Next, the configuration of the heat insulating sheet 4 will be described in detail based on FIGS. 1 to 5.

FIG. 4A is an explanatory view of one side of the heat insulating sheet to which the present invention is applied, FIG. 4B is an explanatory view of the other side, and FIG. 5 is a cross section taken along the line CC of FIG. 4A. It is a figure. The heat insulating sheet 4 has a square sheet-shaped base material 12 that can be flexibly deformed, and a cover (cover body) 13 that covers at least one side of the base material 12 in a close contact state.

Materials that make up the base material 12 include woven fabrics made by twisting fibers into threads, non-woven fabrics that are entwined without weaving fibers into a sheet, and thin animal hair and chemical fibers. Use sheet-shaped felt made by compressing into a plate, or Japanese paper made into a thin sheet by entwining long fibers such as plants. The base material 12 made of these materials is bendable and stretchable, is not easily damaged, and has sufficient breathability and water permeability, so that sweating from the skin can be evaporated in a short time, and further, washing can be performed. Is also easy to do.

A heat insulating layer 14 is formed by applying or impregnating one side of the base material 12 with a heat insulating material, whereby the side surface of the base material 12 on which the heat insulating layer 14 is formed becomes the heat insulating surface 14a. Become.

The heat insulating material is a white solution obtained by blending soda glass aluminosilicate, a pigment, a resin emulsion, a dispersant, an adhesive and the like, adding water and stirring and mixing.

The soda glass alminosilicate has a hollow bead structure having a particle size of 10 to 50 μm, and the content of the soda glass aluminosilicate is 10 to 20% by weight of the total weight of the heat insulating material. By the way, when the content of soda glass aluminosilicate is less than 10% by weight, the heat insulating performance is lowered, and when it exceeds 20% by weight, the adhesive force to the base material is lowered. It has been set.

The pigment is white titanium dioxide that reflects light, the resin emulsion is a water-soluble acrylic emulsion resin, and the dispersant is a uniform mixture of a component material consisting of sodium aluminosilicate glass, a pigment, and a resin emulsion. The pressure-sensitive adhesive is for suppressing the separation and precipitation of the uniformly mixed component materials.

When a liquid heat insulating material in which these are mixed is uniformly applied to one side of the base material 12 by jetting from a nozzle or the like and then dried, the heat insulating material is impregnated from the surface of the base material 12 to a predetermined depth to provide the above heat insulating material. The layer 14 is formed. Incidentally, when the heat insulating material is applied to the base material 12, the surface on the application side is applied upward, and the state is maintained even when it is dried.

That is, the heat insulating material is a heat insulating paint, and by applying and impregnating the surface of the base material 12, a heat insulating layer 14 that is resistant to bending and has high durability is formed on the surface layer of the base material 12. Therefore, the base material 12 is also made of the above-mentioned material so that it can be impregnated with the heat insulating paint.

The base material 12 may be impregnated with the heat insulating material by immersing the base material 12 in a liquid heat insulating material. In addition, the heat insulating paint may only be applied to the surface of the base material 12. In this case, since it is not necessary to impregnate the heat insulating material of the base material 12, it is not necessary to ensure the permeability of the base material 12 with respect to the liquid, so that the degree of freedom in selecting the material is improved.

The cover 13 is made of a woven fabric or a non-woven fabric that ensures breathability and water permeability. The cover 13 covers a range from the heat insulating surface 14a of the base material 12 to the four sides of the non-insulating surface 12a, which is the surface opposite to the heat insulating surface 14a of the base material 12.

Further, to explain the specific configuration of the cover 13, at least a part of the surface of the cover 13 (in this example, the whole) is exposed as it is, and the material constituting the cover 13 is exposed as it is, and pigments and other substances that hinder breathability and water permeability Layer is not formed.

Then, when the heat insulating sheet 4 in a posture in which the heat insulating surface 14a is directed toward the sleeping person is brought close to the sleeping person's body, the sleeping person's body temperature reaches the heat insulating surface 14a through the mattress cover 2 and the cover 13. The space between the heat insulating surface 14a and the sleeping person is maintained at a comfortable temperature because it stays on the spot or is reflected on the living body side.

To further explain the means for fixing the cover 13 to the base material 12, the cover 13 is adhered or sewn to the base material 12 in a state where the cover 13 is in surface contact (more specifically, in close contact with) the entire heat insulating surface 14a. ing.

Specifically, the cover 13 is impregnated with a hot melt such as a urethane adhesive, and this is applied to the adhesive portion (more specifically, about 120 to 160 ° C.) of the base material 12 by an iron or a metal plate at a high temperature. The cover 13 is adhered to the base material 12 by crimping (hot-pressing) the entire heat-insulated surface 14a and the four sides of the non-heat-insulating surface 12a while heating, or the cover 13 is bonded to the base material 12 by a sewing machine or the like. The cover 13 and the cover 13 are sewn together in a staggered pattern. Further, the cover 13 may be attached to the base material 12 by combining adhesion and stitching.

The protective sheet 4 having this configuration is basically housed in the accommodating portion 3 of the mattress cover 2 in a posture in which the heat insulating surface 14a is directed toward the sleeping person (specifically, a posture in which the heat insulating surface 14a is the upper surface). Will be done.

By the way, since the lower surface of the foot side upper hook 6 in the folded state is the surface on the sleeping side, the heat insulating surface 14a of the heat insulating sheet 4 of the foot side upper hook 6 faces downward in the folded state. In the posture, the heat insulating sheet 4 is housed in the accommodating portion 3 of the foot-side upper hook portion 6.

On the other hand, the head side underlay 9 is used by being positioned on the upper surface side of the folded state on the head of the sleeping person, but since it is less necessary to keep the head warm, the head in the folded state is used. The heat insulating sheet 4 is housed in the accommodating portion 3 of the head side underlay 9 so that the heat insulating surface 14a of the heat insulating sheet 4 of the side underlay 9 faces downward.

According to the mattress 1 having the above configuration, the heat insulating sheet 4 with the heat insulating surface 14a facing the sleeper side is in a state close to the sleeper, so that the body temperature of the sleeper is increased by the air flow to the mattress cover 2 and the mattress cover 2. The space between the heat insulating sheet 4 and the sleeping person is heated or kept warm to an appropriate temperature because it passes through the cover 13 and reaches the heat insulating surface 14a and stays in place or reflects to the sleeping side. To sleep.

Further, the heat insulating sheet 4 located in the portion where the sleeping person does not need to keep warm is prevented from being unpleasantly kept warm by directing the non-insulating surface 12a toward the sleeping person, so that the sleeping person does not need to keep warm. One can sleep more comfortably. Incidentally, when it is not necessary to keep warm the waist, legs, etc. other than the head, the non-insulating surface 12a of the heat insulating sheet 4 at that portion may be directed toward the sleeping person.

Further, the heat insulating sheet 4 forms a heat insulating layer 14 by applying a heat insulating paint to a flexible changeable base material 12 and impregnating the base material 12, and the heat insulating layer 14 is covered with a cover 13 to protect the heat insulating layer 14. Therefore, even if it is twisted, bent, or washed, there is little risk of breakage or peeling, and high durability can be expected.

Further, since the fine sodium aluminosilicate glass is laminated innumerably and is in a state of being chained in a plane along the heat insulating surface 14a, the heat reaching the heat insulating layer 14 is reflected on the surface of the soda glass aluminosilicate. As a result, permeation is suppressed, and flat convection heat and conduction heat along the heat insulating surface 14 are also suppressed by the hollow portion of the soda-lime aluminosilicate glass.

Incidentally, considering the cause of the soda glass aluminosilicate being chained in a plane along the heat insulating surface 14a, the soda glass aluminosilicate has a hollow bead structure and the heat insulating paint (heat insulating material) is a liquid having fluidity. Therefore, buoyancy acts on the soda-lime aluminosilicate glass in the heat insulating paint applied to the base material 12 until it dries. Due to this buoyancy, the soda glass aluminosilicate is accumulated on the surface layer (that is, the heat insulating surface 14a side) on the upper surface side of the heat insulating paint.

This is considered to be one of the causes of the soda-lime aluminosilicate glass being planarly chained along the heat insulating surface 14a. In addition to this, as described above, the heat insulating paint is impregnated into the base material 12 in the process of drying, so that it is in a state of being attached to each of the fibers of the base material 12.

In such a state, the heat from the living body side reaches the soda glass aluminosilicate in the state of radiant heat through the cover 13, and the soda glass aluminosilicate is raised to the same level as the body temperature of the living body. As the temperature rises, the soda glass aluminosilicate emits a small amount of far infrared rays to the living body side, which becomes a phenomenon of heat reflection and comfortably warms the living body.

However, when the heat insulating sheet 4 (particularly, the heat insulating surface 14a side) becomes dirty due to sweat from a living body or foreign matter attached to clothing, the surface of the soda-lime aluminosilicate glass becomes dirty and a film is formed. This film absorbs the far infrared rays and reduces the efficiency of the heat reflection of the heat insulating sheet 4.

In order to prevent this, it is necessary to wash the heat insulating sheet 4 to remove the stain film formed on the surface of the soda-lime aluminosilicate glass. Since the heat insulating surface 14a is covered by the cover 13 and the base material 12 is made of fibers having excellent water permeability, when the heat insulating sheet 4 is washed, the heat insulating paint is peeled off from the base material 12 and the base material is used. 12 Damage can be prevented, and dirt can be removed from each of the fibers of the base material 12.

As described above, the heat insulating sheet 4 can be washed repeatedly, and in each washing, the film of dirt formed on the surface of the soda-lime aluminosilicate glass is surely removed, thereby the efficiency of heat reflection of the heat insulating sheet 4. Can be restored (played back).

The heat insulating sheet 4 may be applied to a comforter, other bedding such as pillows, and further, used for a knee rest, a hat, a shoe insole, a pad or other wearing tool, and a seating sheet. It may be used not only for humans but also for other animals such as dogs and cats. At this time, the heat insulating sheet 4 arranged at the place where the living body is kept warm is used with the heat insulating surface 14a facing the living body and close to the living body.

Next, based on FIG. 6, other embodiments of the heat insulating sheet will be described which are different from the above-described embodiments.

FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view showing another configuration example of the heat insulating sheet. In the heat insulating sheet 4 shown in the figure, the entire base material 12 is impregnated with the heat insulating paint, so that the entire base material 12 is made into a heat insulating layer 14, both sides thereof are made into heat insulating surfaces 14a, and each heat insulating surface 14a is formed. It is covered by the cover 13. At this time, in order to facilitate impregnation of the entire base material 12 with the heat insulating paint, the thickness of the base material 12 may be set thinner than that described above.
