Claims (3)
- 炉体内に設けられ、熱処理室をなすインナーチャンバと、
上記炉体内に設けられ、空気を冷却する冷却装置を備えた冷却空間と、
上記炉体内で上記インナーチャンバの外周部に設けられ、該インナーチャンバ内と上記冷却空間とを連通する複数の通気流路と、
各々の上記通気流路に設けられる蓋体とを備え、
各々の前記蓋体は個別に、前記通気流路ごとに前記冷却空間から前記インナーチャンバへの空気の流入量を異ならせるように当該通気流路を開度調節自在に開閉可能であり、
各々の前記通気流路は吐出孔を備え、該吐出孔により前記インナーチャンバ内と連通され、
複数の上記通気流路には、分岐されて配置される当該通気流路、並びに上記吐出孔の数及び配置が異なる通気流路が含まれていることを特徴とするバッチ式熱処理炉。 - 前記蓋体は、前記炉体の外部から開閉可能であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッチ式熱処理炉。
- 前記吐出孔は、前記通気流路の断面積よりも小さな断面積で形成されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のバッチ式熱処理炉。
