Description
図1は、超音波診断装置200の全体構成を例示した図である。図1に示すように、超音波診断装置200は、超音波診断装置本体210と、超音波探触子220と、ケーブル230と、操作部240と、表示部250と、を有する。
以上説明したように、本発明の超音波探触子220は、超音波振動子100と、超音波振動子100と電気的に接続され、超音波振動子100の長軸方向における側面に沿って設けられたFPC(配線部材)120と、超音波振動子100から見たFPC120の外側に接着され、超音波振動子100を電気的に保護するシールド223と、FPC120と超音波振動子100との間に設けられ、超音波振動子100と接触して設けられた第1熱伝導部材301と、シールド223の外側にシールド223と接触して設けられた第2熱伝導部材302と、第1熱伝導部材301と第2熱伝導部材302とを熱的に接続する接続部材303と、を有する。
以上、図面を参照しながら本発明の実施の形態について説明したが、本発明はかかる例に限定されない。特許請求の範囲の記載範囲内において、当業者が想到できる各種の変更例または修正例についても、本発明の技術的範囲に含まれる。また、開示の趣旨を逸脱しない範囲において、上記実施の形態における各構成要素を任意に組み合わせてもよい。
上記した実施の形態において、FPC120、絶縁層226およびシールド223の内側に設けられた第1熱伝導部材301と、シールド223の外側に設けられた第2熱伝導部材302とは、FPC120を迂回する接続部材303によって熱的および物理的に接続された例について説明した。
上記実施の形態では、超音波振動子100が発した熱が第1熱伝導構造300を介してシールド223へ伝導される構成について説明したが、下記説明するように支持部材225を介して放散されるようにしてもよい。

Claims (5)
- 超音波の送信および受信を行う超音波振動子と、
前記超音波振動子と電気的に接続され、前記超音波振動子の側面に沿って設けられた配線部材と、
前記超音波振動子から見た前記配線部材の外側に設けられ、前記超音波振動子を電気的に保護するシールド部材と、
前記配線部材と前記超音波振動子との間に、前記超音波振動子と接触して設けられた第1熱伝導部材と、
前記シールド部材の外側に前記シールド部材と接触して設けられた第2熱伝導部材と、
前記第1熱伝導部材と前記第2熱伝導部材とを熱的に接続する接続部材と、
を備え、
前記第1熱伝導部材と前記シールド部材とが熱的に接続されており、
前記第1熱伝導部材、前記第2熱伝導部材、および前記接続部材は、少なくとも銅、アルミ、炭素繊維、グラファイト、グラフェンのいずれかの材料で構成されている、
超音波探触子。 - 前記超音波振動子の土台となる土台部材をさらに有し、
前記第1熱伝導部材は前記超音波振動子および前記土台部材と接触して設けられる、
請求項1に記載の超音波探触子。 - 前記第1熱伝導部材が前記超音波振動子および前記土台部材と接触する面積より、前記第2熱伝導部材が前記シールド部材と接触する面積の方が広い、
請求項2に記載の超音波探触子。 - 前記超音波探触子における前記超音波振動子が設けられた側とは反対側の端部に、前記配線部材と電気的に接続された信号線を内包したケーブルをさらに有し、
前記シールド部材は、前記超音波振動子が設けられた側とは反対側の端部まで延びて設けられ、
前記シールド部材の前記端部は、前記ケーブルの内部において前記信号線を覆う被覆材と熱的に接続される、
請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の超音波探触子。 - 請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の超音波探触子と、
前記超音波探触子から被検体に対して超音波送信信号を送信させ、前記被検体からの反射波を受信した前記超音波探触子が生成した超音波受信信号に基づいて超音波画像を生成する超音波診断装置本体と、
を有する超音波診断装置。
