Description
The present invention relates to a decorative material used for the skin material of a vehicle seat and the interior of a door or the like, and related technology thereof.
As a skin material for automobile seats, a cloth is joined with a narrow woven fabric for decoration, and this is used as a design accent. With such a configuration, the decorative narrow woven fabric is displayed in the seat of the automobile, so that the color and pattern of the decorative part of the narrow woven fabric are different from the color and pattern of the skin cloth. By making it possible, for example, by making the skin cloth black and the decorative part of the narrow woven fabric red, the seat seat can be partially decorated (decoration that becomes an accent), and the design of the seat seat can be applied. The sex can be improved.
The applicant has previously proposed a skin material for a seat of a vehicle in which a cloth and a narrow woven fabric are sewn together to enhance the design (see Patent Document 1).
The narrow woven fabric used for the skin material is integrally woven with a tubular portion in the longitudinal direction and a beaded edge portion including a core material portion made of polyester stretched multifilament insertion yarn arranged inside the tubular portion. It is highly designed in itself.
However, differentiation from conventional products is required, and more varied and highly designed decorative materials are required.
In view of the above-mentioned technical background, the present invention provides a decorative material having a high design as an interior material for a vehicle and a method for manufacturing the decorative material.

The vehicle interior decorative material according to [1] above has a beautiful appearance because the side surface of the tape is adhered to the side surface of the ridge of the ribbon-shaped woven fabric and the side surface of the tape is hidden by the ridge. It is formed. In addition, the ridges and tapes are connected in the width direction of the ribbon-shaped woven fabric, and the change due to the difference in texture between the two and the feeling of unity due to the continuous connection are obtained, and a higher design property than the decorative material made of one material can be obtained.
In the vehicle interior decorative material according to the above [2], both side surfaces of the tape are hidden by ridges to form a beautiful appearance.
In the vehicle interior decorative material according to the above [3], the side surface of the tape is completely hidden by the ridges to form a beautiful appearance.
In the vehicle interior decorative material according to the above [4], since the ridges are formed as a woven structure of a ribbon-shaped woven fabric, the appearance is beautiful and the decorative material can be efficiently produced.
As the decorative material for vehicle interiors described in [5] above, the ribbon-shaped woven fabric and the tape have different surface glossiness, so that various designs can be expressed.
In the vehicle interior decorative material according to the above [6], VOC does not occur because the tape is adhered to the ribbon-shaped woven fabric by a moisture-curable polyurethane hot melt adhesive.
According to the method for manufacturing a decorative material for vehicle interior according to the above [7], the adhesive is ejected from the nozzle at the bottom of the slot and the adhesive is applied from below the tape, so that the adhesive does not adhere to the tape. Will run off so the adhesive will not stain the tape. Further, the width of the bottom surface of the slot corresponds to the width of the tape, and the side wall prevents the adhesive from squeezing out from the side surface of the tape, so that the adhesive does not stain the tape. Furthermore, when the adhesive is applied to the tape from below, the ribbon-shaped woven fabric is in the lower side and the tape is in the upper side, and the upper surface of the finished decorative material can be visually recognized from above. You can quickly find the problem of.
According to the method for manufacturing a decorative material for vehicle interior according to the above [8], the adhesive can be uniformly adhered in the width direction of the tape.
The vehicle interior decorative material (hereinafter, abbreviated as "decorative material") of the present invention is a composite material in which tapes of different materials are adhered to the surface of a ribbon-shaped woven fabric having ridges. FIGS. 1 to 3 show three embodiments of the decorative material for vehicle interior of the present invention. In the following description, those having the same reference numerals indicate the same or equivalent products, and the description thereof will be omitted.
[First decorative material]
The
The ribbon-
The
[Second decorative material]

[Third decorative material]
The decorative material 3 of FIG. 3 is composed of a ribbon-shaped woven
[Example of using decorative materials]
4 and 5 show an example in which the
The
The
[Decorative material]
The preferred materials for the decorative material of the present invention are as follows. However, the present invention does not limit the material of the decorative material.
(Ribbon-shaped fabric)
The ribbon-shaped woven fabric is preferably woven to a required width by weaving with one loom. When weaving to the required width, both ends become ears of the woven fabric and do not fray, so that the work of adhering the tape described later and the work of joining with the above-mentioned cloth become easy.
Further, it is preferable that the ridge is manufactured integrally with the flat portion as a woven structure. By using a ribbon-shaped woven fabric in which a flat portion and a ridge are integrally formed, a decorative material can be efficiently produced. As a woven structure that can form a ridge integrally, there are a bag structure and a knotted structure. The bag structure is a double structure in which a hollow portion is formed between the woven fabric structure on the front side and the woven fabric structure on the back side, and a quilt thread, a resin core material, a braid, etc. can be inserted into the hollow portion, or the surface structure can be used. A ridge can be formed by using a thick thread having a large fineness. In the former, the height and softness of the ridge can be adjusted according to the thickness and softness of the material to be inserted into the hollow portion. Further, when the latter thread having a high fineness or a resin core material having a heavy specific gravity is used, a design effect such as producing the strength of the ridge can be obtained by using the thick thread. Further, by increasing the rigidity of the entire ribbon-shaped woven fabric, it is possible to reduce the occurrence of wrinkles and the like when the seat is trimmed, so that the finish can be improved. In addition, a ridge can be formed with a small number of threads. The knotting structure is a structure in which only a portion having a warp and / or a weft thread straddles the woven fabric structure on the front side and the woven fabric structure on the back side and holds the two woven fabric structures together. A ridge is formed by continuously forming this binding structure along the length direction of the woven fabric. Further, the warp and / or weft yarns that connect the front and back tissues are referred to as knotted yarns, and the higher the density of the knotted yarns, the denser the woven structure is formed and the highly rigid ridges can be formed. Further, the height of the ridges can be increased by increasing the fineness of the threads constituting the binding structure.
In addition to the above-mentioned effect of concealing the side surface of the tape, the ridge also functions as a guide for determining the bonding position of the tape in the step of attaching the tape to the ribbon-shaped woven fabric.
The ribbon-shaped woven fabric used in the present invention is required to have at least one ridge, and preferably has a plurality of ridges depending on the number of tapes. By adhering the tape between the two ridges, both sides of the tape can be concealed, and since the guide functions are provided on both sides of the tape, the tape can be adhered to a more accurate position.
Further, the width and height of the ridges form a part of the design and can be freely set. Further, in order to completely hide the side surface of the tape, it is preferable that the height of the ridges is higher than the thickness of the tape. For example, the preferred thickness of the tape is 0.6 mm to 2.5 mm, and the preferred height of the ridges is 1.0 mm to 5.0 mm.
In the present invention, the ridges are preferably woven integrally with the flat portion as a part of the woven structure, but the ribbon-shaped woven fabric in which the ridges are retrofitted to the flat woven fabric is not excluded.
Further, it is not necessary that the tapes are bonded to all the flat portions, and threads of different colors and materials can be woven into the flat portions where the tapes are not bonded to form a pattern. Further, the flat portions at both ends in the width direction can be used as a seam allowance.
The
(tape)
Various designs can be expressed by using a tape that is different from the ribbon-shaped woven fabric and has a different texture. Glossiness can be mentioned as one of the textures. The glossiness of the tape is preferably higher than that of the ribbon-shaped woven fabric. Generally, the gloss value measured at an incident angle of 60 ° is about 0.1% to 1.0% for woven fabric and about 1.0% to 15.0% for synthetic leather, and it is glossy by using synthetic leather tape. You can make a difference in degree. The glossiness of the tape is preferably in the range of 2 to 4 times that of the ribbon-shaped woven fabric.
Leather, especially synthetic leather, can be recommended as the material for the tape. Since leather has a large difference in texture from woven fabric, a decorative material rich in design can be obtained. In addition, the glossiness of leather can be freely adjusted by surface treatment. Examples of other materials for the tape include genuine leather, artificial leather, vinyl chloride, slit yarn, lame yarn, polyester film and the like.
(adhesive)
It is preferable to use an adhesive that does not generate VOC (volatile organic compound) as the adhesive for adhering the tape to the ribbon-shaped woven fabric, and when a thermoplastic resin is used as a component of the adhesive, the hydrolysis property at the time of wetting is poor. There is a risk of peeling at the adhesive interface after moist heat aging. For example, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin (EVA) -based, polyester resin-based, polyamide resin-based hot melt adhesives, etc. are all thermoplastic and once adhered, they are remelted when they are heated again, so they are heat resistant and moisture resistant. It is not preferable for applications that require thermal properties.
A moisture-curable polyurethane hot-melt adhesive can be recommended as an adhesive that does not generate VOCs.
The moisture-curable polyurethane hot-melt adhesive is an adhesive that reacts with water molecules in the air to cure and completes the reaction in one liquid. Moisture-curable polyurethane hot-melt adhesive is a thermoplastic resin that increases its fluidity by heating before the reaction, has physical adhesive strength to the adhesive interface at the beginning of the reaction, and chemically reacts with water molecules over time. As a result, it hardens and the adhesive strength increases, and after the chemical reaction, it becomes irreversible to heat. Since the adhesive is not remelted and hydrolysis does not easily occur, the adhesive strength does not decrease. Moreover, since it does not contain a solvent, diffusion of VOC components does not occur even in the bonding process.
The moisture-curable polyurethane hot-melt adhesive has a different adhesiveable time from application of the adhesive to loss of adhesiveness depending on the components and the blending ratio of the components. The adhesive used in the present invention is preferably one in which the adhesiveable time is set in the range of 20 seconds to 30 seconds. If the adhesiveable time is too short, the preparation time from application of the adhesive to bonding becomes short, and workability deteriorates. On the contrary, if the adhesiveable time is too long, the initial adhesive strength after bonding is weak, and the bonded tape may be displaced.
[Manufacturing method of decorative materials]
The process of bonding the ribbon-shaped woven fabric and the tape will be described with reference to FIGS. 6 and 7.
FIG. 6 illustrates a step of attaching two
The
The
As shown in FIG. 7, the
A slit-shaped
The
The
In the
When the
