Claims (16)
- 所定の切断面に沿って患者の骨を切断するための患者固有のシステムであって、
第1ガイドと、当該第1ガイドとは別の第2ガイドとを備え、
上記第1ガイドは、少なくとも1つの接触面と、複数のガイド部と、を有し、
上記少なくとも1つの接触面は、上記骨の少なくとも一部分に配設されたときに、上記骨に対する上記第1ガイドの移動が実質的に制限されるように上記少なくとも一部分に適合し、
上記複数のガイド部は、上記骨に複数の基準ピンを、上記基準ピンのうちの2つ以上が上記所定の切断面に挿入されるように配置するガイドとなり、
上記第2ガイドは、複数の開口と、少なくとも1つの機能部材と、を有し、
上記複数の開口は、基準ピンに対応する形状を有し、上記第1ガイドを取り除いた後に上記基準ピンの上に上記第2ガイドをスライドさせると上記複数の基準ピンのうちの一つをそれぞれ収容し、かつ、上記複数の基準ピンが収容されたときに上記骨に対する上記第2ガイドの移動を実質的に制限し、
上記少なくとも1つの機能部材は、上記骨に孔をあけるためのものである、
ことを特徴とする患者固有のシステム。 - 上記複数のガイド部は、ドリルガイドを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の患者固有のシステム。
- 上記第2ガイドは、さらに、上記複数の基準ピンが収容されたときに上記骨の少なくとも第2部に適合する第1接触面を含み、当該第1接触面は、上記第1接触面と上記骨との接触だけでは上記骨に対する上記第2ガイドの移動を実質的に制限するには十分ではないように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の患者固有のシステム。
- 上記少なくとも1つの機能部材は、ドリルガイドを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の患者固有のシステム。
- さらに、骨接合インプラントを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の患者固有のシステム。
- 上記骨接合インプラントは、第1開口及び第2開口を含み、
上記第1開口および上記第2開口はそれぞれ、インプラント固定部材を収容し、
上記少なくとも1つの機能部材は、複数のドリルガイドを含み、
上記第1開口および上記第2開口はそれぞれ、上記複数の基準ピンが上記複数の開口に収容されたときに、上記複数のドリルガイドのうちの一つの上記骨上の位置に対応する上記骨上の位置に並ぶように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の患者固有のシステム。 - 上記第1開口および上記第2開口は、第1距離だけ離間しており、
上記第1開口に対応する第1ドリルガイドと上記第2開口に対応する第2ドリルガイドは、第2距離だけ離間しており、
上記第1距離は、上記第2距離と異なることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の患者固有のシステム。 - 上記第1開口は、骨切断面の第1側面上の第1骨位置と関連しており、上記第2開口は、上記骨切断面の第2側面上の第2骨位置と関連しており、上記第1側面は上記第2側面の反対側であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の患者固有のシステム。
- 上記インプラント固定部材は螺子を含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の患者固有のシステム。
- 上記骨接合インプラントはプレートを含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の患者固有のシステム。
- 上記少なくとも1つの機能部材は切断ガイド面を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の患者固有のシステム。
- 上記少なくとも1つの機能部材は、1以上のX線不透過性部材を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の患者固有のシステム。
- 上記第1ガイドはテーパ状エッジを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の患者固有のシステム。
- 上記第1ガイドは、1mm〜3mmの厚みに適合することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の患者固有のシステム。
- 上記第2ガイドは、上記複数の開口及び上記少なくとも1つの機能部材を閾値量よりも大きく延在せず、上記閾値量は3mmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の患者固有のシステム。
- 上記第1ガイドは、上記複数のガイド部に配置された上記基準ピンを有する上記骨から上記第1ガイドを取り除くための可撓部を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の患者固有のシステム。
