Description
(1) 試験方法
下記の試験区分を設定し、産卵鶏成鶏(マリア種、194日齢、30羽/区)にそれぞれの試験飼料を不断給餌・給水条件で6週間給与した。産卵成績及び1日あたりの排泄量を調べ、各区間で比較した。
1区:対照飼料
2区:低繊維飼料
3区:低繊維+グルテンミール多配飼料
表中の数値は各区内の個体の平均値である。異符号間で有意差あり(P<0.05)。
栄養価が同一な1区〜3区の飼料は、1区のみ粗繊維含量が多く、2区と3区は粗繊維含量が低い。また2区と3区は粗繊維含量が同じだが、3区はグルテンミールの配合割合が多い。
(1) 試験方法
下記の試験区分を設定し、産卵鶏成鶏(ジュリア種、198日齢、50羽/区)にそれぞれの試験飼料を不断給餌・給水条件で12週間給与した。産卵成績及び1日あたりの排泄量を調べ、各区間で比較した。
1区:低繊維飼料(小麦無配合)
2区:低繊維+小麦30%配合飼料
3区:低繊維+小麦50%配合飼料
表中の数値は各区内の個体の平均値である。
栄養価が同一な1区〜3区の飼料は、1区と2区は粗繊維含量が同一で、2区は小麦を30%配合している。3区は2区より粗繊維含量が低く、さらに小麦を50%配合している。
(1) 試験方法
下記の試験区分を設定し、産卵鶏成鶏(ジュリア種、254日齢、50羽/区(20羽×2反復+10羽×1反復))にそれぞれの試験飼料を不断給餌・給水条件で4週間給与した。産卵成績及び1日あたりの排泄量を調べ、各区間で比較した。
1区:対照飼料(低繊維、小麦無配合)
2区:小麦20%配合飼料
3区:小麦40%配合飼料
栄養価が同一な1区〜3区の飼料は、1区を基準にすると、2区は小麦を配合したうえで粗繊維含量を増やしており、3区は2区よりもさらに小麦の配合割合を増やした上で粗繊維含量を増やしている。
(1) 試験方法
下記の試験区分を設定し、産卵鶏成鶏(ジュリアライト種)を各区10羽割り当てた。各試験飼料を馴致期間として14日間自由給餌し、15日目以降に個体別に105g/日の定量給餌を行なった。試験開始21、29及び30日目に個体別に24時間の排泄量を測定した。産卵成績評価は試験開始15〜30日目の期間に行なった。
1区:対照飼料(低繊維)
2区:低繊維+魚粉多配飼料
栄養価が同一な1区、2区の飼料は、1区を基準にすると、2区は動物由来蛋白質原料(本試験では魚粉)の配合割合を増やしたうえで粗繊維含量を減らしている。
Claims (8)
- 粗繊維含量が2.7%以下であり、かつ、小麦が配合された、採卵鶏の糞量低減用の飼料。
- 小麦の含量が5%以上である、請求項1記載の飼料。
- コーングルテンミール及び動物性蛋白質原料から選択される少なくとも1種の原料がさらに配合された、請求項1記載の飼料。
- コーングルテンミールの配合割合が2%以上である、請求項3記載の飼料。
- 動物由来蛋白質原料の配合割合が3%以上である、請求項3又は4記載の飼料。
- 動物由来蛋白質原料が、魚粉、ポークミール、チキンミール、及びポークチキンミールから選択される少なくとも1種である、請求項3〜5のいずれか1項に記載の飼料。
- 粗繊維含量が2.5%以下である、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の飼料。
- 請求項1〜7記載のいずれか1項に記載の飼料を採卵鶏に給与することを含む、採卵鶏の糞量を低減する方法。
