Description

The present invention relates to a towel in which bellows-shaped folds are triple-layered.

Inventions that are different in shape from ordinary towels and are suitable for improving health have been proposed.
For example, as in Patent Document 1, an invention has been proposed in which folds of towel cloth are provided on the front surface and the back surface.

Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2008-272391

However, in the configuration as in Patent Document 1, there is a free end (tip) and a base of each fold, and in particular, it becomes a double scrubbing brush, so that the root portion becomes harder. As a result, in the case of a symptom of itching of the whole body due to elderly people or food allergies, there is a problem that itching increases, and it is necessary to avoid using it. Moreover, since the feeling of mass and volume is not sufficient, a feeling of satisfaction cannot be obtained. In order to give a sufficient feeling of mass and volume, the towel must be enlarged, and it is impossible to construct a towel with a compact outer shape and a feeling of mass and volume.
The technical subject of the present invention pays attention to such a problem, and realizes a towel or a cloth which can obtain a feeling of mass and volume even if the outer shape is made compact.

The technical problem of the present invention is solved by the following means.

The present invention is a triple-layered towel characterized by having creases in which towel cloths are triple-layered.
The "triple overlapped crease" in the present invention may be overlapped in any way, but for example, the mountain fold and the valley fold are repeated like a bellows, and the mountain fold and the valley fold are overlapped. This makes it possible to make triple-layered creases.

The present invention has a triple-layered towel in which the towel cloth is triple-layered, and one or more rows of sewing threads are sewn into the towel cloth in the longitudinal direction of the towel so that the folds do not collapse. Is.

The present invention has a crease in which the towel cloth is triple-layered, and one or more rows in the longitudinal direction of the towel are stringed on only one surface of the front surface or the back surface, or on both sides of the front surface and the back surface so that the crease does not collapse. It is a triple-layered towel characterized in that the shape is sewn into the towel cloth.

In the present invention, the string-shaped body is sewn into the towel cloth in a state of being inserted into the tubular body in one or more rows in the longitudinal direction of the towel so that the creases in which the towel cloth is triple-layered are not broken. It is a triple-layered towel characterized by being.

The present invention is a triple-layered towel, characterized in that a crease in which the towel cloth is triple-layered is formed by superimposing mountain folds and valley folds that are repeated like a bellows.

The present invention has a crease in which the towel cloth is triple-layered, and one or more rows in the longitudinal direction of the towel are stringed on only one surface of the front surface or the back surface, or on both sides of the front surface and the back surface so that the crease does not collapse. It is a triple-layered towel characterized in that the shape is sewn into the towel cloth while avoiding the triple-layered portion.

The present invention has creases in which towel cloths are triple-layered, and one or more rows in the longitudinal direction of the towel are creases on only one surface of the front surface or the back surface, or on both sides of the front surface and the back surface so that the creases do not collapse. The tubular body is sewn into the towel cloth with the triple overlapping part removed, and the string-like body is sewn into both ends of the towel cloth with the string-shaped body inserted into the tubular body. It is a triple-layered towel characterized by being.

1) Since it has triple-layered creases, the three-dimensional effect (between masses) and volume are increased.
2) Since one or more rows, only the sewing thread, or the strip-shaped cloth or elastic cord is sewn, there is no concern that the creases will be broken due to repeated washing or wear.
3) Since at least one row of sewing thread or strip-shaped cloth or elastic cord is sewn, the creases will not disappear.
4) It is not necessary to have creases on the entire towel, there are no creases on both ends of the towel, and it is possible to make triple creases only in the middle part.
5) Since one towel is stacked in triplicate, the length in the longitudinal direction is shortened.

FIG. 1 is an upward perspective view showing an example of a towel having creases in which towel cloths are triple-layered.
The triple-layered crease can be made by superimposing the mountain fold and the valley fold that are repeated like a bellows on the towel cloth C.
Two rows of sewing threads are sewn in the longitudinal direction of the towel so that the creases do not collapse.

FIG. 2 is a side view of FIG. 1 (indicating that when the triple-layered crease is loose, it becomes S-shaped, and when the crease is strongly tightened, it becomes Z-shaped), and FIG. 3 is FIG. It is a bottom view of (showing the back side of the towel).
The end face of the towel with respect to the cut surface in the longitudinal direction is in the shape of a Roman letter S or Z, and the overlapped portion is triple.
The triple-layered towels have a greater sense of mass and volume than when they are not layered.
Then, in order to prevent the crease from collapsing, a sewing thread can be sewn or a string-shaped body can be sewn.
Examples of the string-like body include a band-shaped cloth, a string, a rubber string, synthetic leather, and the like, and the presence or absence of elasticity does not matter.
The row of sewing with the sewing thread or the string-like body may be two rows such as stitches 1 and 2, and may be one row or three or more rows.
The larger the number of rows to be sewn, the more the creases do not collapse, and the end face of the towel with respect to the longitudinally cut surface tends to return to an S-shape or a Z-shape.

FIG. 4 is an upward perspective view showing an embodiment in which two rows of string-like bodies are sewn on the front surface, and FIG. 5 is a bottom surface showing a state in which the string-like body is further sewn on the back surface in the embodiment of FIG. It is a figure (showing the back side of a towel).
The string-like body is applied to the towel cloth C and sewn continuously so that the creases do not collapse.
A string-like body can be sewn not only on the front surface but also on the back surface as well as the front surface so that the creases do not collapse.

FIG. 6 is an upward perspective view showing an embodiment in which a band-shaped elastic cord is sewn (to a portion where there is no overlap) while avoiding a triple overlap portion, and FIG. 7 is a bottom perspective view of FIG. It is a figure (showing the back side of a towel).
A band-shaped elastic cord is sewn so that the creases do not collapse, but it is sewn while avoiding the triple overlapping part (in the part where there is no overlap).
This is because by pulling the towel in the longitudinal direction and stretching it, the crease (triple layer) part is stretched and becomes a single layer (it becomes a large towel), and when it is released after washing etc., it shrinks with creases. This is to ensure that the towel is in a free state (a compact towel that is short in the longitudinal direction).
The stitches 1 and 2 are not continuous, and are sewn at places where the towel cloth C is not folded (that is, where there is no overlap) as shown by broken lines 9 and 10.

The crease of the towel according to the present invention is not prevented from collapsing by sewing a sewing thread or a string-like body, but the shape of the crease is maintained by adhering with an adhesive or processing a shape memory. You can also make it possible.
When glued with an adhesive, the towel cloth C is sandwiched in an S-shaped or Z-shaped folded state, so the elastic band cloth or flat rubber 7 or 8 is stretched to flatten the S-shaped or Z-shaped. When it is stretched to the original shape and released again to return to the original shape, it returns to the original S-shape or Z-shape.
In this way, in order to return to the original shape, it is necessary to pressurize or pleat the triple-layered creases to make creases.
When a non-woven fabric is used as the material of the towel cloth C, thermocompression bonding can be performed instead of bonding, and the S-shaped or Z-shaped holding row can be bonded, thermocompression bonded or sewn together. You can also choose.
In this way, when the band-shaped elastic cords 7 and 8 are attached, the towel cloth C becomes free except for the stitches 9 and 10 when the force is released after stretching it to the left and right, and what kind of shape it has. I can't even imagine.
Although the case of two columns is expressed, the same applies to one column as shown in FIG.
By sewing the string-like body not only on one side of the towel, but also on both sides, a triple-layered towel that maintains the creases is completed.

FIG. 8 is a view showing an embodiment in which a rubber cord is inserted into a tubular cloth, and FIG. 9 is an end view of a central vertical cut portion of FIG.
A rubber string (string-shaped body) 12 such as an elastic rubber thread or flat rubber is inserted into a bellows-shaped tubular body 11 made of a cloth or a cloth.
This is sewn into the towel cloth C as the tubular body 11.
This is because the string-shaped body is inserted into the tubular body so that the user of the towel does not irritate and hurt the skin by hitting the skin with the string-shaped body sewn on the seams or the towel cloth C. The tubular body covers the string-shaped body, and the tubular body in which the string-shaped body is inserted (accommodated) is sewn into the towel cloth C.
By sewing the string-like body not only on one side of the towel, but also on both sides, a triple-layered towel that maintains the creases is completed.
When the strings are sewn continuously from the top of the strings 3 to 6, the strings 3 to 6 cover the stitches 1 and 2 to hide the stitches, so that the stitches 1 and 2 do not hit the skin and it is safe. is there.
It also reinforces the stitches 1 and 2.
In addition to the linear stitch, various sewing methods such as zigzag stitch and corrugated stitch can be adopted as the stitch.

When extending the bellows-shaped cylindrical body 11, elastic band 12 has been accommodated is longer elongation.
When the tubular body 11 is in a state of being shrunk by the elastic force of the rubber string 12, it is sewn while avoiding the triple overlapping portion of the towel cloth C.
FIG. 11 is a view showing a sewing position when sewing while avoiding the triple overlapping portion, and is a cross-sectional view taken along the line AA'of FIG.
FIG. 12 (1) is an example in which a rubber cord is sewn only on the upper side of the towel cloth C, and FIG. 12 (2) is an example in which a rubber cord is sewn on both the front surface and the back surface of the towel cloth C. ..

It is preferable that the towel cloth C having an S-shaped or Z-shaped triple-layered crease having a cross-sectional shape has a plurality of rows of stitches or strings made of sewing threads, but only one row may be provided as shown in FIG. ..
FIG. 14 is a bottom view seen from the back surface side of FIG.
Similar to the front surface, the back surface may be formed by stacking a string-like body and a tubular body through which the string-like body is inserted.
FIG. 15 is an upward perspective view showing an embodiment in which a portion having no creases that are overlapped only by repeating mountain folds and valley folds like a bellows and a portion having creases that are overlapped in triplicate are mixed. Is.
There is a part of the towel cloth C that has no creases that are overlapped only by repeating mountain folds and valley folds like a bellows, and a part of the towel cloth C that has creases that are overlapped in three layers. And it is sewn by a string-like body.
In particular, in the case of a stretchable string such as a rubber string, if the overlapped part is avoided and sewn into the towel cloth C, the towel can be stretched and stretched in the longitudinal direction, so that it can be used as a large-sized towel. ..

As described above, the triple-layered towel according to the present invention has a crease in which the towel cloth is triple-layered, so that the feeling of mass and volume is increased. Even if the crease is broken, pulling it in the crease direction (perpendicular to the longitudinal direction) easily returns to triple stacking.
The triple-layered towel of the present invention is easy to use even if it is about half to one-third the length of a normal towel, and only the central part is triple-layered except for both ends that are gripped with both hands when bathing. (It is also possible to form only any part of the crease part of the triple layer), and it is suitable as a towel with a small and high-class image.

In order to form the towel cloth C in an S-shape or a Z-shape, a band cloth, flat rubber, elastic band, etc. can be used together, but either one can be selected.
Further, regarding the sewing method of the fixing method, various sewing methods such as straight stitch, zigzag stitch, and corrugated stitch can be used in combination.
For example, in the case of three rows, fixing to form and hold the towel cloth C in an S-shape or Z-shape, such as a band cloth in the center and sewn on the left and right, or flat rubber in the center and elastic bands on the left and right, is described above. The material and sewing make it more practical.
